Potions could also be life-saving, but Renji had never been too good at using them at the right times. Right now, he was interested in either removal or purchasing a card.

Renji walked up to one of the large shops ringing the bustling space. Each substantive shop in the city would offer him the same unique set of equipment, potions, services, and cards, so it wouldn't matter which he went to. If he wanted any specific mundane items, then he would have to hunt them down, and he would have to travel to a new city if he wanted different substantive items.

Adding a base card like Compliment would only hinder him once he had better cards in his deck, and he was still unsure about Streak.

That brought him to the final item and the shop's services.

He purchased the armor and clipped it on, then set off toward Halia. She had shared her location so finding her should be relatively easy.
