Using Sex to Lower the Price

"Here is one for $1.3 million, 5 bedrooms all with own bathroom, pool and sauna on large block. That's what we want babe." my wife said to me as she was checking on line for properties.

"Sue, we can only get a loan for about nine hundred thousand or perhaps one million at a push." I replied.

Sue is my wife of 15 years, she is 45, about 5'10, 6 foot with high heels, slim to slightly plump but really attractive. She is the manager of an insurance company, a good negotiator used to dealing with men. Blonde hair to her shoulders and always dressed to turn heads.

Next minute I hear Sue talking to some one, but I can only hear one side of the conversation. Just before she ends the call she comes over to me and I hear her say "Yes Brian we will be there at 4.00pm. good bye."

I immediately thought what sort of salesman comes dressed as if he is going to the beach. He walked straight up to me and introduced himself as he shook my hand.

"Hi Steve I'm Chad, this is my wife Sue." I said as Sue moved forward and took Steve's hand to shake it. But she held it for a little to long, smiling, looking into his eyes. I thought only a couple of minutes and she has already turned on the charm and flirting.

"Come on Steve, show us through your house." Sue said as she hooked her arm through Steve's and led him to the door. Steve looked at me, I just gave a smile and shrugged my shoulders.

All through the inspection Sue touched his arm and hung on his every word. Steve kept looking at me, I just smiled and didn't object.

As we were heading to the rear of the house I led and went to the pool area. But no one followed me. I gave her a little time to work her charm before walking back inside. I heard them talking in the main bathroom, I walked in and was shocked, Sue had her shoes off and both of them were in the shower alcove. They were close together and each had their hand on the others hips.

"Chad, there you are, I wanted to see if we could shower together, but you weren't here so I asked Steve to try it with me. What do you think, hang on, I'll turn around the same way we do it at home." Sue said as she turned, lent over to the wall and pressed her bum into Steve's crutch. Embarrassed, Steve moved out of the shower, but his excitement was obvious. Sue smiled and winked at Chad as she walked past following Steve. "Of course I want to ask about expenses with rates, power and others." Chad said.

"That's settled, I go with Steve to show him the way, we'll meet you back at our place." Sue said as she took his hand and they walked to Steve's 4wd. Steve opened the door for her, and as Sue was getting in her skirt rode up showing her panties, they both looked down, but neither tried to adjust her skirt or Steve look away, then Chad was driving towards them so Steve shut the door.

Driving behind Chad on the way back, Sue didn't pull her skirt down but turned sideways to Steve showing a lot more.

On entering the house Sue took Steve into the lounge and they sat on the sofa together, Chad sat on a single chair facing them.

"Chad, can you get us some coffee please?" Sue asked as she smiled at Chad and slightly nodded her head towards the kitchen. Chad got the hint and left the room, Sue immediately kissed Steve and whispered this is exciting, we might get caught.

Chad put the 2 cups of coffee on the little table in front of them, he could see they were both flushed or embarrassed, he excused himself saying he was going to the bathroom, but stopped just outside the door. He heard the sound of kissing and gentle moans from Sue. He thought we had better get the house a lot cheaper.

"Chad what we need is a nice bottle of wine from that little winery we go to. Would you be a dear and go and get a bottle?" Sue asked in a childish sort of voice.

"But that's over a half hour drive each way, I will be gone for at least an hour." Chad pleaded.

"Yes that's OK we can wait for an hour, that will be the highlight of our night. Go on dear as soon as you go the sooner you'll get back." Sue said frowning to get her point across.

Chad got up and made his way to the door, saying he will be back soon as possible. But he drove a couple of houses and waited 10 minutes before coming back inside. Sue and Steve were no longer in the front room, he made his way towards the bed room, the door was open, but he just stood there and didn't look in for fear of being seen.

"Are you sure your husband is OK with this?" Steve asked as he was getting undressed.

"Yes, he saw us in the shower at your house, me licking the sauce off your lips and kissing you and holding hands almost rubbing you erection and he noticed when you were aroused." Sue said "Come on we only have an hour."

Chad walked away, he should have stopped them, he should have walked in on them now, but he didn't.

Chad said "I'm a little weary, so I'll say good night Steve, thanks for everything. i see you when you come to bed Sue."

"I will only be a couple of minutes, I'll see Steve out and clean up."

It was nearly an hour before Sue came to bed, she took a lot longer cleaning her teeth for some reason, Chad had noted.

"I don't think we can afford that house even if you can get him to reduce it." Chad said.

"I guess your right, I will tell him tomorrow, goodnight sweetie." Sue said and rolled over.

Thursday night Chad said "Remember I am going away on a business trip tomorrow and be back Sunday night." Chad reminded Sue.

"That works out good, Friday night I might go out with Steve for dinner to thank him for showing us the house, and can tell him we don't want to buy it." Sue said casually.

"Haven't you told him yet? I thought you were going to tell him the other day."

"No, we spoke a couple of times every day during the week, but I kept forgetting to tell him." Sue replied.

"You were friendly with him and kissing him in front of me, then you took a long time to come to bed. Are you going to let him fuck you? I don't want you to." Chad pleaded.

"Why wouldn't you want me to fuck him again? You know we did the other night, you were standing outside the bed room listening I heard the squeaky floor board. When I told him you didn't stop us flirting, you just walked away and got the wine." Sue pointed out. "You let him fuck me,"

"Well it won't happen tomorrow night Steve said he has to leave by 9.30 to be somewhere else, so it's just dinner, some making out, that's all." Sue tried to calm Chad down.

Chad phoned just after 9.30. "Where are you? Are you back from dinner?" Chad asked Sue.

"Yes, we had dinner, now we are back home at our place." Sue said.

"Steve is still there, I thought he had to go somewhere else?" Chad was curious now.

"It turns out his family has a holiday house on property about 100 kms north of here. Steve get use of it every 4 weeks and it's his turn this weekend. As your not here, Steve asked me to go with him for the weekend. I am almost finished packing then we are leaving." Sue was rushing to get there soon as possible.

"Sue, I don't want you to go, I forgive you for doing it once but not for 2 days and 2 nights." Chad said loudly.

"I would only be sitting here by myself, I want to and I'm going to go. There is no mobile or internet coverage so I phone you Saturday morning when we go into the little town near there. Sorry got to go, talk when I can.

It wasn't a proper house, it was more of a big shed with a double bed behind a curtain and 4 bunk beds down the other end. A kitchen, bath, shower and toilet and that is really all.

They really took their time in love making most of the night and then before breakfast. Showered and dressed they headed into town, on the outskirts Sue's phone pinged, mobile coverage and her phone lit up with messages and missed calls.

All of them were from Chad so instead of reading them all, she deleted them and phoned him. Chad answered on the second ring.

"Where have you been? Why didn't you answer? I have been trying to get you half the night and this morning." Chad said frantically.

"Chad, calm down, I told you we didn't have service. We have just come into town for some supplies then going back and won't have any service again." Sue said.

"I have good news, the meeting was cancelled, I can come up to where you are and spend tonight with you. Is there plenty of beds?" Chad asked.

"Just hang on, I'll ask Steve if you can." Sue said and muted the mobile.

"Sorry Chad, Steve said no. It would be too embarrassing having you in the same room as us in bed, we need privacy for what we have been doing. It's one room with bunks at the other end separated by a curtain." Sue explained.

"But we would be in the bed, Steve would be in the bunk." Chad thought he had a good plan.

"Honey, we couldn't ask Steve to sleep in a bunk at his own place. I will ask Steve if you can come with us next month. Maybe hire a tent and you could camp outside." Sue again muted the phone.

"Sorry, I forgot, but Steve reminded me when we are working on our all over tans we have to rub a lot of lotion on each others bodies, it might feel awkward with you there. I guess it won't work you coming, but it's only every 4 weeks for the weekend. Hang on, Steve said it might become more often at home."

"No, this is not acceptable, this is the last time, no more fucking and you come home as soon as you can." Chad said angrily.

"Why are you so upset about it now, you didn't try and stop me before. It's partly your fault. I am not going to stop the weekends and in fact I am going to start meeting Steve at least once a week if not more." Sue said defiantly.

"So you are not going to stop, but fuck him more is that right?"

"Yes, you heard it right." Sue said.

"I guess if I can't change your mind I have to give you my permission to go for it and enjoy as much as you can."

"Thank you honey, don't worry I will look after your needs as well." Sue said as they both ended the call.

Chad went to his home office, made some phone calls, did some creative accounting, moved half of their money to an overseas account he had. Packed up his clothes, all paper work needed, loaded up his car and left for a company transfer 250 kms away that his boss had been trying to get him to take.

Sue would get a shock when she came home Sunday night, Chad's clothes, computers and all personal things all removed,

Chad thought in a couple of weeks he would contact Sue and arrange the sale of the house and forward his half. If she wanted a divorce, she could pay. She would have his permission to do that and also to go camping every month, he didn't care anymore.
