My island in the sun Ch 07
A man finds his Greek roots and his dream island
This is part of a series. If you haven't already done so, I would suggest reading the previous chapters, so this one will make sense. Take it as read that Greek is being spoken throughout this chapter. Any characters engaged in sexual acts of any description are at least 18 years of age or older.
I have written in English, mainly due to the fact that I am not fluent in Greek, and I want to reach out to the most readers with my story.
This is self edited, so any mistakes are exactly where I want them to be!
As Aella felt the morning sun wash over her face, waking her from her slumber, she turned to see AJ, only to find he wasn't next to her. She then heard the shower starting to run, and knew exactly where she could find him.
Standing inside the bathroom she took the opportunity to gaze upon his impressive muscular physique, as rivulets of water cascaded down over his wide chest and as her gaze lowered she fixed her eyes on his imposing manhood. Aella was transfixed, this magnificent man was all hers. However, soon her other pressing need overrode her growing sexual desires and she rushed to the toilet to relieve her bursting bladder.
AJ, turned at the sound, as Aellas' face blushed at being seen in such a position. "Do not be embarrassed my little flower, we must embrace the whole of each other, including our basic bodily functions. We do not need to, or should have to hide anything between us!"
"You are so right baby, this is all so new to both of us I will have to adjust in ways that I am yet to discover. But I am enjoying this voyage of discovery with you immensely," Aella answered.
"We will need to have a large shower when we have our home, I long to join you in there, but there's just not the room, and that disappoints me, although I do appreciate the morning show, just so you know!"
"Well, we can soon make plans for our home once we have dealt with Victor," added AJ.
As AJ exited the shower, Aella picked up a towel and held it up so she could dry him off. Allowing her the contact she craved, she paid particular attention to his shaft, and when she had finished drying him, fondled it lovingly feeling its warmth radiating outwards in her hands.
AJ wrapped her up in his arms and sought out her succulent lips, they tangled tongues in a sensual duel, emotions battled with their lust for each other. AJ lifted Aella up and she wrapped her legs around his waist. He then carried her back to the foot of the bed laying her on her back, where he immediately sank to his knees.
AJ hooked Aellas' legs over his shoulders and nibbled along her thighs on a long sensuous journey to her molten core. As her reached nearer to the promised land, AJ would withdraw and move to the other leg, Seducing Aella into surrender with every heated, deliberate step of his hot pursuit.
Without thought, Aella grabbed hold of AJs' hair and forced his mouth to her hidden haven. "You can't tease me anymore, I need my release you torturer!" Aella bellowed in desperation.
AJ latched his lips around Aellas' pink pearl and flicked away with his tongue, alternating with slow languorous lapping over the hood which heightened her responses, it made her clitoris tingle with excitement. Within mere moments, here rapture grew, as AJ brought her to a tumultuous crescendo, euphoria exploded from within her depths and her love lava flowed freely into AJ's waiting mouth!
AJ sucked her juices up, swallowing the delicious offerings of his goddess. He thought to himself that if he could spend the rest of his life doing this one act, he would be the happiest man alive!
"I am going to get my shower now," Aella said smiling at her lover, and then we need to start planning to rescue those girls and the following retribution on Victor, and all the other evil men involved in his heinous plans."
"Ok, I'll see you up on top soon then, my little flower," answered AJ with a loving smile on his lips.
"Good morning Lykos," AJ boomed out as he walked out onto the beach club deck at the stern of the ship. The side extensions had been lowered, doubling the area, and Titan was busy running around, as Lykos threw chunks of meet in different directions. Titan was furiously catching them all before they disappeared over the side into the sea.
"Good morning to you, AJ."
"Are you well rested and prepared to meet the day and whatever it has in store for us?"
Lykos gestured towards the large shepherd dog, "He's something else isn't he, and his reflexes are unbelievably fast. I think he will be a real asset in our tasks over the next several days!"
"Too true Lykos, coupled with me being able to communicate with him telepathically, he will be invaluable to us in our endeavours,"
As Lykos had stopped throwing meat around, Titan padded over to his master to greet him to the day. As he reached AJ's feet he immediately lay down and rolled to his back asking for tummy rubs, which AJ was more than glad to give him. Titan lolled his head from side to side giving short, quiet barks to show his appreciation.
"When everyone is up and ready, I suggest we talk and plan over breakfast, what do you think, Lykos?"
"Good idea the sooner the better really, I have quite a few thoughts around how to move forward, and I'm sure you have too!"
"If I'm not mistaken, I think you and I will be in agreement on how we should proceed Lykos, I feel we are kindred spirits, considering how our military paths were quite similar."
"I have to agree with you there AJ, Evil cannot be allowed to remain unchecked, otherwise its tendrils spread, and chaos ensues."
"Shall we go on up to the dining area, everyone else should be surfacing at anytime," added AJ.
AJ poured orange juice for himself and Lykos after confirming it was the drink of choice. "I think chilled, freshly squeezed orange juice is just perfect in this weather. It's such a wonderful way to start the day," AJ said with a bright smile.
Just then, Nikos came up into the dining area, and after greeting the other two men, went over to the food lift and started taking out breakfast items to lay out on the Side serving table. All three heard other voices as all the others came up one after the other. Aella sashayed over to AJ, and greeted him with another kiss and a massive smile.
Her smile just lit AJs' world as he basked in her beauty.
AJ chose his customary fruit and yoghurt, and the others seemed to also have their own preferences over what they enjoyed for breakfast.
Mara was last coming up, with her she brought along a large bowl of meat and dried kibble for Titan. He tucked in to his breakfast as though he hadn't been fed for days, although he'd just been running around and ate a couple of Kilos of meat chunks down on the beach club, Lykos stated plainly as though it was quite normal.
As they were finishing up, Aella tapped on her glass to snag everyone's attention!
"Right troops, she announced in a playful tone, "We need to work out a plan of attack. But first AJ can you use your powers to check on Victors location, we need to be aware of his movements as much as possible now!"
AJ reached out with his mind following the black ribbon that in a matter of a few seconds led him to Victor and his location. He was still on Skopelos, so he would check on him again in an hour or two, to see if that had changed.
AJ laid out his plan, as he saw it. There would be a chance for everyone to have a say once he had finished. "The top priority as I see it is to rescue the two girls presently in Cyclops cave.
"If we remove the two coastguards on Victor's payroll, we'll significantly reduce any danger that may arise when Victor and his cronies return to meet the American film producer, and anyone he may have with him."
"I suggest that we make our way back to Gioura as soon as possible then! interjected Lykos. "Then we can move them back to safety aboard "Aellas' Choice" before returning to deal with Victor.
"I would feel better about the whole operation, if I return with you to deal with Victor, once you have rescued the two girls and have them safely back on board here," stated Dimitri simply, his voice carried a depth of experience and purpose as he spoke.
"That's something I can get behind," AJ said with a grin. "What about you, Lykos? Are you in agreement, or are you going to be difficult?"
"I'm fully on board with that, AJ, Dimitri will be another asset, considering we can't be totally sure of how many, or who the American producer will have with him."
"Or any threat they may present," added Mara.
"I suggest that we move "Aellas Choice" down to Gioura and lay off the coast about a kilometre, while you go in. That way we'll be close by should we be needed quickly," remarked Georgos.
"You're right, replied AJ, "do you want to cast off now, no need to wait any longer."
Georgos climbed up to the flybridge to get them moving. AJ and Lykos made their way to the Targa, figuring they'd talk more on the way down to Gioura. Aella shot AJ a look of quiet defiance. "I'm staying with you," she said. Titan, not to be outdone leapt down into the Targa, no way was he going to be left out of the action, even if he didn't know what that was.
By mid-morning they were back off the coast of Gioura, ensuring they were on the opposite side of the island to the beach that Victor and his associates would use. They would head back into the bay they used the previous evening!
AJ hurled the lines to Nikos, who secured them at the stern without a word.
The plan was locked in. They approached Giorgos, briefing him on his task, take the sniper rifle, head up to the outcrop, and give them the cover they'd need. Simple enough, as long as the plan held!
As they were going in daylight, they had decided to go with the plan that if challenged, they were stupid tourist that didn't know they weren't allowed on the island and wore shorts and T-shirts. Aella would be going in with the Helm of Darkness and be invisible once more, so she wore a pair of running shorts and shirt.
AJ was impressed at how Lykos seemed prepared for everything. Aella let him in on a secret though and told AJ she had authorised him to spend whatever he needed to kit them all out for any eventuality.
They had plenty more equipment in secure storage back at the compound on Alonissos. She also assured him that Lykos was more than certain they had what they needed on board for this mission.
Within another half hour they had the kit they needed all ready, Vlad crossbows and commando knives, which could be hidden from view until the last moment. They all had daypacks with other equipment should it be needed, hopefully not though.
As the four of them got back onto the Targa, their kit all in place, AJ had an epiphany, "If I can get Titan to lure the coastguards away from the cave, which will enable Aella to get to the girls without too much hassle. We should then be able to neutralise any threat from the coastguards and eliminate them from the equation, when we think best!"
Before they knew it Lykos cut the outboard motor and switched to the trolling motor to coast into the small bay they landed at the previous night.
Titan leapt overboard straight into the pristine, clear water of the Aegean and swam ashore. He shook the water from his fur and looked back at the Targa, waiting for his master and mistress to follow him.
AJ tied the mooring line to the same rock, as Titan padded across the sand towards him. He looked up at AJ, waiting for his instructions.
"Titan, you must not make a sound while we work our way over to the cave. On our approach I'll give you further instruction, do you understand?" Titan gave a barely audible huff in reply, AJ knew that meant he understood perfectly.
"Everyone ready to go?" AJ asked, checking all was good. With affirmatives all round, and another huff from Titan.
Aella drew the Helm of Darkness over her head, and in an instant, her form melted into shadow. Silent and unseen, Titan was a bit put out with her disappearance, but AJ Assured him she was still with them and even shared the feeling of her presence with the large shepherd dog.
Aella slipped back into position, mirroring the formation they had used before. As usual, AJ still felt her presence behind him.
Walking stealthily and in silence they scanned the area as they moved quietly along the goat track. Soon they were at the point where Giorgos peeled off and worked his way up to the outcrop to his fire cover position. They waited until they heard two clicks in their earpieces which was the confirmation that Giorgos was in position, and all was good.
The three of them moved forward once more, Titan directly behind AJ, with Aella only a step behind the large sheepdog. Lykos was up front in point position once more.
They crept quietly forward the remaining two hundred and fifty metres to the mass of buckthorn bushes.
From their vantage point, they spotted the two Coastguards slouched in camping chairs, deep in idle gossip. Oblivious to everything around them, their eyes scanned nothing. They had let their guard down, a mistake that, in moments like this, got people killed.
AJ signalled for them to come close, he then whispered his plan, ensuring he used comms to keep Giorgos in the picture.
"Titan will move to the cave, just enough to draw their attention and lead them back this way. The moment they turn, Aella, you slip in. Get inside and confirm it's still just the two girls. We don't want any mistakes at this point." He also relayed Titans' part in the plan to him telepathically.
" Aella, do not reveal yourself until I tell you it's clear, and whatever you do, make sure the girls don't see you do it!"
"Two clicks.... that's the go signal, stay sharp, everyone ready?"
They shifted into position, every movement deliberate. "Lykos," the voice was low, controlled. "Once they're four meters out, we challenge. If it goes wrong, we take them down, no hesitation, are you good with that?"
Lykos didn't speak. He just gave a single, thumbs-up.
AJ clicked the comms twice!
AJ spoke to Titan telepathically, "Go, do your job boy!"
Titan strolled around the clearing, so he would approach the coastguards from a different direction they were situated. As he came round the corner the two men spotted him as he got closer to them.
"Someone has allowed their dog onto the island, which should never have happened, his frustration clear. "If the captain's precious goats are harmed, he'll know we've failed in our duties. We need to catch it....... now."
They sprung forward in an attempt to catch the wayward dog, and in doing so forgot their firearms. Lykos and AJ turned to each other and smiled, this was going better than could be hoped for.
He darted back, just out of reach, tail high with defiance, a game, a dance, let them chase. Let them believe they were close. He let them come closer, one metre, maybe less, just enough for hope to flicker in their eyes... before he slipped away again.
The two men's frustration showed in their jerking movements. To Titan, the smell of frustration hung in the air, sharp and bitter. Titan's muscles coiled. He could run. He could vanish. But where was the fun in that, for now that was not his purpose, he had a job to see through, and he was enjoying it immensely!
While Titan was leading the coastguards away on his merry dance, which he continued to enjoy as the moments ticked by, Aella, having moved toward the mouth of Cyclops Cave slipped into the entrance unseen. Quickly she moved forward and came upon the chamber, where she saw the two girls were held just the same as the night before.
To her relief, they were still sitting there quietly chatting to each other. Seeing that they were in no danger, Aella slipped back out to the cave entrance where she could keep an eye on Titan and the progress he was making!
All of a sudden Titan dropped to the ground, still and unmoving. The two men had their chance now and both leapt on top of the dog and looked at each other basking in their triumphant victory over the annoying hound!
As four hands gripped Titan's collar, steady so as not to lose their prize, a rustle split the silence like a blade. From behind the jagged buckthorns, AJ and Lykos rose... slow, deliberate, like predators uncoiling from shadow. The Coastguards froze, unsure of what lay before them.
Then the shrieks came, high, brittle, panic cracking through them. Their hands dropped from the dogs collar as if burned, at the same time, realizing the twin shapes before them weren't just men, but threats. Crossbows glinted in the dusk, aimed unflinchingly at their hearts.
Titan didn't move. He didn't need to. The fear did all the work for him.
AJ barked the order with cold practiced precision, designed to intimidate.
"Turn around, on your knees. Hands behind your neck, fingers interlocked." He snapped out the orders quickly keeping their attention focused on his voice.
His voice boomed through the air, low and commanding, each word laced with calculated menace. No one moved.
A silence fell, thick and ominous
"Do... not... move."
The warning in AJs' voice cut like a blade.
Fear hung in the air like a bad smell. In moments like these, fear wasn't just useful--it was power. And AJ wielded it like a bladed instrument.
As AJ covered the men, Lykos moved forward putting cable ties around their wrists, whilst also putting black hoods over their heads.
"Aella you can go to the girls now, we have the coastguards neutralised." AJ advised. "Giorgos, you can come down to the cave now, I hope you're not too disappointed we didn't give you anything to do!"
Aella took off the Helm of Darkness so she didn't appear to be anything but a regular woman when she approached the girls. She walked into the cave, and as she reached the entrance to the chamber she called out, "Hello, I'm a friend and have come to help you." As she moved closer to the two girls, Aella saw relief spread across their faces in a broad smile.
The Girls stood in unison not being totally sure what was going on. "Let me explain what has happened," said Aella, keeping the tone of her voice calm and neutral.
"We have taken control of your captors, so you are safe." Aella continued, her voice carried warmth and purpose as she spoke, reassuring the girls that they were safe from harm. "We will take you off the island to our motor yacht, where we can work out what your needs are, and how we achieve that for you!"
At that moment Lykos was talking to Georgos, who prepared to move in nearer the bay so they could move the girls quickly when they reached the bay. Nikos had already lifted the Ribeye tender into the water.
They would use that to ferry the girls over, while Giorgos and Lykos moved the Coastguards and they would transfer them to the Targa, until they decided what to do with them!
"My fiancé and I will take you somewhere safe," Aella said gently, her voice steady but kind. "You're not alone and vulnerable any longer. We'll protect you from Victor, and from anything he planned to do to you."
At the sound of his name, the girls flinched, that small, involuntary recoil spoke louder than words. Aellas' heart clenched. She didn't need to ask why, didn't need to know. Instead, they would offer what they could: safety, quiet, and time.
Once they were back aboard "Aellas Choice", she and Mara would help them begin to heal, to reclaim whatever pieces of themselves Victor had tried to take. It may not be easy. But it would be a start! Aella would pray to the gods!
Giorgos descended the slope in silence, still remaining aware of his surroundings. His boots crunched softly against the earth as he approached the scene below. Lykos and AJ stood motionless, looking down on the two Coastguards who they had kept on their knees, cowed, and stripped of dignity and any defiance they had remaining!
There was no fight left in them now. They hadn't signed up for this, not really. Just a quick easy job and some easy money, Victor had promised more than a year's wage, all they had to do was keep an eye on a couple of girls for just as many weeks. It isn't going to be dangerous, he'd said. Nothing they couldn't walk away from.
But now, faced with the reality of what they'd agreed to, they just knew the crossbows were still levelled at their chests, at that moment they understood. They hadn't just watched. They'd played a part in something that was obviously something much bigger than what they had been led to believe.
Looking at Giorgos, AJ lifted one finger to his lips, so Giorgos knew not to speak.
AJ didn't speak right away. Some silences were meant to stretch, to give pause and meaning so the two captives could understand the full weight of the consequences of their actions.
AJ studied them for a long moment. Two men who had traded their conscience for thirty pieces of silver, who were now coming to realise it had not been worth the cost. AJ lifted the hoods from their heads, the shame was written across their faces now, deeper than any wound.
He crouched beside them, not unkindly, but with the weight of someone who'd seen so many people fall just short of doing the right thing, swayed by the promise of riches.
"You can't undo what you have done," he said, his voice solemn and steady. "But I am going to give you a choice in what happens next."
The older of the two lifted his eyes -- red-rimmed, hollow, showing deep remorse. "We don't know what he has planned for them. We thought........ He faltered...... "We didn't ask."
"And that's why you're here," AJ thundered out. "Because you looked away when you should've questioned. You kept quiet when you should've asked."
The silence that followed wasn't empty. It was thick with possibility, a chance at redemption.
"If you have any regret over your involvement," AJ continued, standing now, "then I will give you one chance. Tell us everything you know. Help us take Victor and his associates down."
The two men shared a glance with each other. Fear still clung to them, almost crackling in the air. But beneath it, something had shifted. Something almost tangible.
A flicker of purpose, although faint it was there, when there's nothing left to hide behind, all that's left is the choice: two paths.
Right... or wrong. They had already walked the one path. Now came the moment that mattered, the time for a reckoning.
They had a decision to make. Maybe it wasn't too late for them. Could they make it right? Not with excuses. With action.
Redemption doesn't begin with forgiveness. It starts with truth, like a spark of light breaking through a storm, no matter how difficult the path.
Lykos and Giorgos led the men away, along the goat track and down to the bay. They assisted the still tethered men into the Targa, in other words they both grabbed hold of a man and unceremoniously threw him over and into the boat, then left them laying where they landed.
Lykos started the trolling motor as Giorgos released the mooring line. They cast off and slowly backed out of the bay. Once clear, Lykos switched to the outboard motor, while he used his comms to inform AJ they could bring the girls down now, they were far enough out, so the girls would not have to face two of their previous captors.
AJ, used his powers to tell Aella that it was safe to bring the girls out now, the two men were no longer there, and the threat they posed was now gone. They were safe, and AJ and the others were going to make sure it stayed that way.
"My fiancé is outside the cave, he and a couple of others dealt with the two men who were holding you captive." Aella explained with compassion in her tone, trying to keep them calm. She was sure it was likely that they didn't trust men much at the moment. Who would, in the same situation!
As the three walked out of the cave the first sight to greet them was Titan, standing there with his tail wagging furiously. He was so happy to see his mistress again after all the fun he had playing chase with the two Coastguards. AJ told him through his mind to lie down so the two girls wouldn't feel threatened by the size of him!
Titan dropped immediately, and then rolled onto his back, pleading for tummy rubs from Aella as a reward for a job well done. He was proud of the part he had played.
Aella explained to the two girls that Titan had duped the two men away from their position at the mouth of the cave and over to where AJ and Lykos caught them by surprise which resulted in them being apprehended.
Aella dropped to her knees, telling Titan he was a good boy, while rubbing his tummy and scratching behind his ears. Titan wriggled with delight, making the most of the attention he was getting.
"He's a big softy, aren't you boy. I wouldn't want to see what would happen to anyone who got on the wrong side of him though," Aella added.
AJ sauntered over, and halted about eight metres away from them, he didn't want to frighten them, he would wait for Aella to make the introductions.
"Girls this is my fiancé AJ, and my name is Aella. I'm sorry I didn't even introduce myself back in the cave. What are your names?" One of the girls replied in a quiet voice, "My name is Eleni, and my friend here's name is Ekaterina, but she goes by Kat!
AJ then walked up slowly, "If you would please come with us we want to get away from the island as quickly as possible, Victor is still in Skopelos, and we want you gone from here before he decides to come back over."
The two girls could see the kindness on this man's face, he talked with a happy voice and a smile, and they could feel the palpable affection between the two. This was not a sign of bad people, Eleni decided that they should trust them, and said as much as she spoke for the two of them. "We're more than ready to leave this horrible place behind and come with you!"
AJ led them away from the cave and back on to the goat track, and then Titan moved to follow close behind Aella. "Eleni You and Kat walk behind Titan, I'll bring up the rear.
They were soon down on the small beach in the bay, where Nikos was waiting with the Ribeye RIB, yacht tender.
Aella spoke up again, "this is Nikos, and he's one of my cousins. His brother Giorgos is with Lykos, one of the crew. They have taken the two Coastguards away, until we can work out what to do with them."
They got aboard the Ribeye, and AJ pushed the boat out into deeper water and hopped on board.
"What happened to the other two girls that were on the island here? They kept us separated, and then took them away a few days ago." asked Kat, almost pleading for information.
"They are with Victor on Skopelos, he plans to bring them back to Gioura in the next day or so," explained AJ.
"I hope you can save them too," Eleni remarked. "They both seemed very subdued and frightened, even more than us!"
"That's the plan," said AJ in a soothing manner, hoping that would put the girls mind at rest.
Nikos piloted the Ribeye alongside the stern of "Aellas Choice" several minutes later. AJ and Aella were about to help Eleni and Kat off the tender and onto the motor yacht but Titan had other ideas.
He leapt of the Ribeye with a mighty push from his back legs which rocked the boat. AJ tumbled backwards and into the warm water of the Aegean, while Titan smoothly landed on the deck of the beach club area.
As he surfaced, AJ spluttered and laughingly shouted out, "It seems I'm not going to be much help, I'm afraid." Kostas came and tethered the lines to secure the tender in place, and assisted the girls out onto the deck.
AJ lingered in the water for a few minutes, the cooling effect washed over him. Then, with a few final strokes from his muscular arms, he made his way to the swim ladder and hauled himself back on board, droplets streaming from his taught skin in the sunlight.
The three girls were there to watch, Eleni and Kat were impressed with his physique and could not help but enjoy the sight before them. Aella, told them both she knew how lucky she was to have AJ by her side, "look forward to the future, there's someone out there for both of you too!"
Titan sat there waiting for his master, not seeing anything wrong in what had happened. "I suppose you thought that was funny eh boy?" AJ sent telepathically, Titan simply huffed, stood, wagging his tail and trotted off to find Mara, who would give him some food.
Aella led Kat and Eleni down to the master cabin, noting they were roughly her size. She offered them the chance to shower and invited them to choose some clothes from her wardrobe, hoping it might bring a small sense of comfort after the ordeal they'd just survived.
She had asked Kostas if Mara could join them when she was free, as Aella felt they may feel more settled if there was another woman as well as herself to help them!
Eleni told Kat to take the first turn in the shower, "take a few minutes to shower, you don't have to rush," said Aella. "Oh, and feel free to use any of my shampoo, conditioner and whatever else you may need."
Aella patted the bed, encouraging Eleni to sit next to her. "Can you tell me a little about yourself, and what you know of Kat as well?" she asked.
"We are both from Pitsiota, a small village in the municipality of Agios Georgios Tymfristou, in the northwest of the Greek mainland. We grew up together, went through school together, and have had each other's backs as best friends all our lives. When we finished college, we decided it was time to spread our wings and embark on an adventure together."
"We looked at a map and chose Skyros where we thought we could get jobs for the tourist season, earn some money and have some fun at the same time. So far it's proved not to be much fun after all!"
Eleni started to tear up, so Aella pulled her into her arms and held her, softly whispering that they were safe now, and between her and all on board, they would bring fun back into their lives.
After a little while Eleni continued with her tale. "We arrived in Skyros three weeks ago. And were walking along the port in the main town, popping in and out of tavernas asking if they or anyone they knew were looking for staff for the season.
As we came out of one taverna, a man who introduced himself as Victor said he was actually recruiting for staff at his Hotel and apartment complex near Agios Fokas beach, he went on to tell us we would have free time at night to enjoy ourselves and one day off every week.
Victor told us it was around the other side of the island and the quickest way to reach it was on his boat which was in the harbour. He said we could go with him and have a look at his complex, and then we could make our decision, if we liked where we would be working and what would be involved.
We both decided it was worth a look and told Victor we would be happy to ride around on his boat. We were even more impressed when we arrived at his yacht. It looked so nice, being girls from a small village we were easily taken in I suppose!
Victor even told us as we climbed aboard that he would be happy to take us out on the yacht occasionally cruising around the island to little beaches, only accessible by boat. Wow, we thought we had really landed on our feet, it was going to be a great summer.
We sat in the cockpit, amazed at all the instruments, not knowing what they were for, of course. Two other men came up on deck from below, Victor just introduced them as his boat crew, and he didn't even give us their names.
We turned back and looked ahead as Victor took the yacht out on sea, then suddenly one of the men came up behind me and held a cloth over my nose and mouth.
When I came too, I was tied up with a gag in my mouth, laying on a bed in what I presumed was one of the cabins. Next to me Kat was also trussed up and gagged.
We lay for what felt like ages before the motor yacht began to slow down, the engines became quiet, until it came to a stop. We remained on the bed for a while longer, and I kept wondering what was going to happen to us. I was so afraid Aella. We must have remained in that cabin for several hours, not knowing, or even understanding the what, or why of our situation.
Sometime later, the two men returned to the cabin and released the bonds securing our legs. They got us standing and pushed us out into the gangway we walked on our stiff legs as best as we could after being tied up for a while.
We then had to struggle to climb the stairs as best as we could with our wrists tied. But finally we managed to get back up on deck. It was at that moment the thought of how did they manage to get us down there while we were unconscious. I found it very odd that that sprung into my head!
Two Coastguards came over to the boat in a small boat, and I thought they would save us as they would spot that we were tied up!
Instead, victor greeted them and they manhandled us off the back of the yacht and into the small boat. My thoughts of rescue at that moment disappeared like a puff of smoke. They turned the small boat back to the Island, and Victor and his two men left us behind, as they set off again on the yacht.
As soon as we moored, they lifted us out onto the beach. They took the gags out of our mouths, which was such a relief as my jaw was so stiff. They told us to be quiet, although there was no-one but the two of them to hear us.
They lead us up a path to the cave, and we remained there for what must have been three weeks or so. I lost track of time, to be honest. When they took us into the chamber, we saw the other two girls, but were taken over to the opposite side and told to sit on the bed and do as we were told, when we were told.
Victor came up to the cave four or five days ago and took the other two girls away. We weren't told anything, it became very monotonous, the days dragged. Nothing else happened until you came and rescued us earlier!
Aella heard the shower stop, Eleni stood up and walked over and in to the bathroom, she could not wait to scrub the grime and the feel of all those men off her body, even though they never touched them, well not inappropriately anyway.
A couple of minutes later Kat came out of the bathroom wrapped in a large fluffy white bath sheet, and joined Aella in the cabin space.
"Kat, go into the closet and pick out any outfit you would like to wear. As soon as we can though, we will take you shopping so you can get some things of your own."
Kat went into the closet, after a minute or two she returned wearing a pair of loose fitting linen trousers and a lemon strappy top. She clearly had no need for a bra, and Aella could see why Victor would have ensnared these two girls for his nefarious purposes. Although not large, Aella could see Kats' breasts were firm and needed no support.
"Could you come and sit with me Kat? I have chatted with Eleni while you were having your shower and she gave me the background of both of you, but I would like to get your take on how things were and what you are feeling now you have been freed!"
As Kat walked over to sit next to Aella, there was a knock at the door, Kat jumped on hearing it, but Aella put her hand on Kats' shoulder an reassured her, softly saying, "Do not worry about anything, you are perfectly safe on board our yacht, no-one will harm you, AJ will not allow anything to happen to either of you."
Aella rose slowly and moved toward the cabin door. Her hand hovered on the handle for a moment before she pulled it open. She glanced back at Kat, offering a look of reassurance. On the other side stood Mara, "I'm ready to help in any way I can," Mara said gently, projecting a calm demeanour to Kat, who she saw sitting on the bed.
Kat's eyes flicked toward the doorway. When she saw another woman enter, someone who didn't carry the weight of threat in her presence, Aella could see relief wash over her face and her posture eased.
"Kat this is Mara she is the chef on board, and also the engineer. More importantly, she is a friend, who wants to help both Eleni and you recover after your ordeal."
"Hi Kat, anything you need, please just ask, as Aella just said, all anyone on board wants to do is help you both."
Kat thanked Mara for her kindness, "Both Eleni and myself are just so relieved to be out of that cave and the clutches of Victor and the others. Everyone has been so good to us, it's all just a bit overwhelming to be honest."
Aella and Mara returned to the bed, and sat, with Kat between them, so they could support her as needed. Aella led the conversation.
"What can we do to help you Kat? I hope you feel safe now, but is there anything you feel we can do to help you more at the moment?"
"Well... to be fair to everyone, it's just been a whirlwind. One moment we were trapped in that cave, terrified and unsure if we'd ever get out... and now we're on a luxurious motor yacht, it all feels terribly surreal, and I'm still trying to absorb everything that has happened today. I can't speak for Eleni, but she probably feels the same."
"I do want to thank all of you, truly, for your help and your kindness. I think it might help me to talk about it sooner rather than later. Because if I sit with this anger too long, this indignation over what Victor and his people did to us will just eat away at me, and poison my very being!"
At that point Eleni came out of the bathroom looking very refreshed after her shower. Aella suggested that Kat take her into the closet to choose an outfit to wear.
After that she would leave them to talk things over with Mara, who was one of the most empathetic people she knew, then afterwards, if they felt up to it, they could come up on deck and meet everyone.
Giorgos and Lykos had just pulled up by the stern of "Aellas Choice" as AJ wanted to deal with the two coastguards that were being kept on the Targa.
Since they had got Eleni and Kat back to the yacht he had discussed with Dimitri and Kostas on how to proceed when dealing the two coastguards. But just as Lykos approached with the Targa, Perseus spoke within AJ.
"Dimitri and Kostas have provided wise counsel, however, Athena has been discussing the matter with Ares, God of war, to temper her wisdom."
"Ares believes that you can use your powers to convert their minds, and totally control how they will act without worry of betrayal from them once Victor returns to Gioura, which Athena has declared to me is the day after tomorrow."
AJ spoke with energy in his voice, "I believe that is a wise course, and I will make preparations along those lines," AJ paused before continuing, "I will act as Athena and Ares command They are gods for a reason, their will is higher than mine, I vow justice will be served, as desired by the gods, through my hands!"
AJ went and leapt onto the Targa, shouting out to Dimitri as he did so. "Let Aella know we are returning to Gioura and will be back after we have dealt with the two coastguards, then Eleni and Kat will not have to be confronted by their presence any further!"
AJ explained to Lykos and Giorgos what the gods had requested. He made it clear that he fully intended to follow their will, as it had been imparted to him through Perseus.
"We must be clear in our path, and then our honour and integrity cannot be questioned by anyone. We have the backing of the gods!"
Lykos turned the Targa, and was soon heading back for Gioura.
AJ approached the two men, still secured by zip ties and knelt, placing one hand on each of the mens foreheads.
"Just do what feels right to you AJ, and your powers will react as you wish them to.... through your own internal thoughts and intentions." Perseus advised.
AJ could immediately detect both auras with their mind. This was getting easier for him, each time he performed these tasks with his powers. He could determine that these men were not evil as he had felt with both Victor and Andreas. However, they had been seduced by promises of wealth beyond what they knew!"
AJ pushed into their minds speaking telepathically, as if issuing orders during battle, as he had done, many times during his military career. Doing it this way, seemed like second nature to him.
"You will never do anything that could harm another living being," AJ commanded. "From this moment forth, your thoughts and actions will be devoted solely to fulfilling your duties as coastguards of this island. You will refuse to be involved with anything unlawful that could compromise you in your duties. This is the will of the Gods!"
With that AJ cut the bonds and asked the men to confirm that they understood what he had commanded of them. Both men pledged that they would live righteously from that moment on, and told AJ all that they knew regarding Victor, and the promises he had made to them.
When AJ arrived back at the small bay, he again placed his hands on each of them, then compelled them to leave the Island the next day so they were not about when Victor and the American porn producer arrived, also to never tell a living soul about what had happened on the island. After one week, they should return and resume their roles.
Before long they were back at "Aellas Choice" and Nikos was on the beach club area waiting for the mooring lines to be thrown to him, and once he caught them and Giorgos and AJ had the fenders in place he secured them to the side, the Ribeye having already been lifted back on to the yacht.
All four of them went to the saloon were Aella, Dimitris Kostas and Georgos were waiting to find out how things had gone when they took the coastguards back to Gioura.
AJ told all of them that the coastguards would be leaving the island tomorrow, and what he had compelled them to do in the future.
"Where is Mara?" he asked.
Aella explained, "Mara's talking with the girls, I thought she'd be the best person to help them settle, I'm hoping they will come up with her soon. Kat mentioned she wants to thank you, Lykos and Giorgos personally for freeing them from Victor's clutches, she thought Eleni would feel the same."
"As we have planning to do for Victors return to Gioura the day after tomorrow, I suggest we use tonight to relax and unwind. That should help Eleni and Kat feel more at home."
They all agreed that was a great plan, and Nikos went to the bar to get everyone a drink. AJ felt a Mythos was well overdue with everything that had been going on over the last two days.
As they all settled down on to the sofas to enjoy their drinks and relax, Mara ascended the stairs, with Eleni and Kat following close behind Aella gave a small gesture, signalling everyone to stay seated so the girls would feel more relaxed.
Titan was busy enjoying a big bowl of meat and kibble next to where AJ was seated.
Mara introduced the girls to everyone and introduced the girls by name to everyone, as well. "Eleni, Kat, you have already met AJ, who is basically the boss around here."
Mara decided to single out Giorgos and Lykos, "Kat, Eleni this is Lykos he was with AJ and captured the coastguards, Giorgos was providing fire cover, in case things got out of hand.
Eleni sauntered over to Lykos, "thanks for everything you did to help free us, I will be forever grateful. Can I give you a hug?"
Lykos simply nodded and took a step closer.
Eleni reached out, her fingers brushing his arm--and the moment her skin touched his, warmth surged through her, sudden and intense. Eleni gasped, her breath catching in her throat, and looked up into his eyes.
In those deep brown pools, she saw it..... wonder, recognition, the same electric pull she felt within herself. He was just as affected, just as transfixed.
Elenis' knees gave way as the sensation sapped all her strength.
But Lykos was already there, catching her gently, picking scooping her up and into his arms. She melted into the safety of his embrace, her head resting against his chest, her heart beating in perfect time with his.
Lykos stared into Elenis' eyes, they were a startling blue, unusual for anyone Greek. They sparkled with a vibrancy that enchanted his heart. In that moment he felt a deep love for the beauty cocooned in his arms.
Lykos whispered gently to Eleni, "Would it surprise you to know, I feel a deep and unwavering love for you, I never believed in love at first sight, until I just now, felt you. It has struck me, deeply as if it was a blade piercing my heart!"
"I feel the same, Lykos. I never want to leave your arms, they are my safe haven. You are the missing link of my very being. Something I didn't even realise was missing until I found you, right here in this moment!"
Kat walked up to her best friend and joined in their hug, and enveloped both of them with her with warmth and gratitude for Lykos' part in the rescue.
"What a day of unbelievable events," she said with a broad smile. "From being captives to you finding your true love... we couldn't have imagined this when we woke up this morning? I'm so, so happy for you, Eleni."
Eleni turned in Lykos' arms but held their embrace, she was not ready to give up this feeling quite yet.
Eventually Lykos had to set Eleni back on her feet on the deck.
Mara walked over to Giorgos and introduced him to the two girls.
"Giorgos thank you from the bottom of my heart for your part in freeing us," Kat said, her words charged with conviction."
"It seems only right that I hug you as Eleni has claimed Lykos," she walked over to Giorgos and he gently held her shoulders in his warm hands.
Kat had to admit that she was slightly disappointed that there was no rush of feelings as they touched, Giorgos was just as striking in looks as Lykos with his wavy dark brown hair, closely cropped beard and gorgeous brown eyes.
Kat, being the more inquisitive of the two friends, wanted to know more about their hosts and saviours.
"If it's not being too rude, can I ask what you all do? Apart from sailing the Aegean rescuing damsels in distress!
Dimitri took on the role of answering. "AJ here is President of Mavrikis holdings. Various businesses spread out over the Aegean islands come under our corporate umbrella."
"Wow," exclaimed Kat, you look to young to be in such a position AJ," and just as suddenly she blushed with embarrassment from how the words came spilling out of her.
"Don't feel bad Kat, I inherited it all, and it's all these guys that hold it together." AJ stated so plainly."I'm nothing special."
At hearing that, all on board except Eleni and Kat burst out laughing, some almost in tears and they couldn't stop.
Lykos managed to speak eventually. "That has to be the understatement of the year. Kat, Eleni, over time you will find out just how much more there is to AJ, and just how special he really is!"
"Just be careful if you go for a run with him" Lykos Laughed.
"We don't need to get into all that right now," AJ replied, clearly uncomfortable with all the attention.
AJ shifted the conversation. "I think we should head up to Pelagos for the evening, and then we can relax and enjoy ourselves, before we return to the business in hand tomorrow."
"I'm on it," said Georgos with unmistakeable zeal in his voice, he liked nothing better than to be at the wheel, and they would be sailing toward the sunset, but be in plenty of time to watch it disappear over the island.
"Would you like to come with me Eleni?" I have to pilot the Targa up there and would love your company."
Eleni looked to Kat, "Do you want to come with us?" she asked her friend.
"I think I'll stay on the yacht, and let you two have some alone time, I don't want to play the third wheel," smiled Kat, with obvious mirth in her voice.
So as Lykos helped Eleni onto the Targa, Nikos released the lines, so they could cast off.
As he finished he turned round and Kat was there right in front of him, "Nikos." she asked. "What is your job?"
Nikos blustered, at only nineteen, he was awkward when he was around the female of the species, Mara, was like a surrogate mother to him, and Aella being his cousin was different. Those two he could cope with.
"Well, really I'm learning the ropes of how things work on the Motor yacht. I'm the junior crew member, Mara is teaching me everything, from how the engines work and need maintaining, to how to cook all sorts of things and not burn them!"
"Kostas is my father, and Giorgos is my older brother. Dimitri is Aellas' father, and along with his wife who died several years ago they brought AJ up as a son, but that was in England. AJ has only returned to Greece within the last week. Aella and AJ got engaged a couple of days ago!"
At last the words stopped spilling out of Nikos' mouth, as he realised he needed to stop and take a breath.
Kat was quite taken with this young man, she felt he had a pure soul and that he was an open book which, along with his willingness to share all this information. She didn't have the heart to tell him that Aella had already explained some of it, but it made her suddenly realise he'd filled in all the blanks that she had questions for.
Kat felt a pull toward Nikos, a quiet certainty that she wanted to know him better. She wanted to spend time with him, to share more about themselves, and see where it might lead.
Georgos got "Aellas Choice" underway, with Lykos following on with Eleni in the Targa, some two hundred metres behind. He wanted to share some time and privacy with Eleni, but at the same time, he wanted to make sure she felt safe being alone with him, especially after her and Kats' ordeal.
"Come up here and take a turn at piloting the boat," he said softly, reaching out for Elenis' hand, his eyes radiating his love.
Eleni allowed herself to be pulled closer and tentatively placed her hands on the small wheel. A flicker of trepidation ran through her, being in control of the vessel, even one much smaller than the massive motor yacht they were following, felt slightly daunting. However, as Lykos stood close behind her and placed his hands on her hips, he assured her that she would be fine.
"I'll always be fine as long as you are close by Lykos, you make me feel so safe.... and so deeply loved."
Lykos shifted gently and placed a finger beneath Elenis' chin. Lifting her gaze to meet His eyes searched hers for a moment before he leant down and kissed her, softly, sweetly. It was brief, but full of tenderness and promise... a kiss that whispered of everything yet to come!
He moved his hands and wrapped her up in his arms once more Eleni wished this moment would last forever!
"Will you let me stay with you tonight Lykos, I don't want to sleep alone just yet!"
"Of course, you must stay with me just as you wish, I would like for nothing more than to feel you close to me. This is all so new, I don't want to be apart from you for too long either."
"Look, "Aellas Choice" is turning toward the Island, Georgos will stop the engines and drop the anchor shortly." Lykos gently placed his hand over hers and moved it to the throttle lever. "We'll just ease off on the power and idle while the set the anchor, then we can move in and set the mooring lines at the stern."
Eleni turned her gaze toward the island of Pelagos, where the horizon was already displaying its early evening haze. The sun, dropping lower in the sky, was beginning its preparations to unveil its sensational evening curtain call, where it would cast golden light across the hillsides, bathing them in breathtaking cascades of amber, gold, and fiery orange. Eleni couldn't wait.
Lykos let The Targa drift free for a while, as the sea was very calm. "Come, lets' sit on the sundeck at the front, we'll go over to the yacht once the show has finished."
Lykos sat with his back against the cockpit and Eleni settled herself between his legs. As she did so he nuzzled her neck with those amazing lips of his. Elenis sighed contentedly, as they both watched as the sun made it final descent of the evening.
The colours rippled across the surface of the clear, azure blue water which appeared to be a supporting act in the technicolour show that played out before them. The orange celestial sphere started to dip behind the hillside casting the sky in a radiant wash of golden red and amber light.
"This is so beautiful. If someone had told me this morning that I'd end the day wrapped in your arms, as we watched the sky set itself on fire... no way would I have believed them."
As it started go get darker they both made their way back into the cockpit and Lykos manoeuvred the Targa towards the rear of "Aellas Choice" where Nikos and Kat were waiting for them. Lykos set out the fenders having already thrown the mooring lines aboard.
Eleni thought Kat looked very comfortable with Nikos, and hoped she could find some happiness such as she had with Lykos.
Eleni was more surprised when Kat took one of the mooring lines from Nikos and secured it to the cleat on one side of the stern.
Kat saw Elenis' look of surprise, "Nikos has been showing me how to do a few things while you've been living the highlife watching the sunset."
Titan trotted over and rubbed up against both girls, then sat looking up at them. So they both rubbed behind an ear each, which resulted in Titan dropping down, rolling on to his back and offering his belly for more rubs.
AJ sauntered over. "Titan has accepted you as fully fledged crew members, so welcome to the gang."
Aella joined him wrapping one arm around his waist and leaning her cheek against AJs' chest.
"Mara sent me to find you Nikos, she wants some help finishing off things for our evening meal."
"Ok, thanks Aella. I'll see you all soon at the table."
"Hey," Kat called after him, "don't go leaving me behind." She caught his hand in hers, fingers lacing naturally, as if they had always known the way. Together, they headed off toward the kitchen, laughter trailing in their wake as they both went to help Mara.
The four onlookers exchanged knowing glances, smiles blooming amongst them.
Eleni leaned in, her voice full of quiet amusement. "I think Nikos is spoken for now--though he might not know it yet, and as for Kat... I'm not sure even she realizes just how clearly her heart is showing. I feel both Kat and I have been blessed, it's as though it was meant to happen."
"I will be forever grateful that we found each other," Lykos said, his voice soft but full of emotion. His eyes lingered on Elenis' face. "Something cosmic is at work, Aella and AJ's love has this way of inspiring everyone around them. And somehow... it led me to you."
"AJ, the gods are at play here," Perseus declared. They have a way of righting the wrongs that have befallen these unfortunate girls, their lives will be enriched. Led by you, only good things can happen."
AJ spoke to his companions. "I know from deep inside me that the happiness on "Aellas Choice" is a direct intervention from Athena herself, although I believe Aphrodite has been helping her in this. I don't think this will be the end of it."
Eleni looked up at Lykos, a bemused smile tugging at her lips.
"As I told you honey, there's so much more to AJ."
"Shall we go up to the Sky lounge now, I'm sure our evening meal will soon be served, I wouldn't want to keep Mara waiting." AJ said, once more leading the focus away from him.
A while later, with everyone seated around him AJ suddenly stood and raised his glass, his voice clear and steady with a determined purpose.
"To friends and family, those we've known forever, those that are new and most importantly those we have lost and mourn. Here's to the day when friends become family. May this day herald the beginning of a lifetime of shared memories, love, and laughter. Tomorrow brings a new dawn."
AJ raised his glass higher.
"To us all."
"To us all!" everyone echoed, their voices warm with joy and togetherness.
