I dried myself off with a soft, plush towel as best as I could. I tried to ensure that neither my wet swimsuit top nor my hair would drip any water before I hung the bright blue towel back on the rack it came from to (hopefully) dry before its next use.
Hailey was still in happily humming to herself in the shower when I stepped back into the bedroom, leaving the door mostly-closed behind me. I spotted the other half of my swimsuit lying abandoned on the floor and I went to it and slid it up over my legs to rest in place on my hips. I untucked the skirt from where it got stuck against my leg on the side and started looking around the room, seeing if I could find any sort of other comforter, since the one on the bed was completely soiled. I hunted all around the room, starting with looking through the many shelves and drawers throughout the room, but nowhere seemed to have any sort of bedding that I could find.
I was still shoulder-deep in the armoire searching when I heard the creaking of a door swinging open. I peeked my head out and saw Mama Aira had come back into the room, still missing her bikini bottoms, which lay crumpled on the floor near where mine had been.
"Hi Mama," I said, and she looked around the room until she spotted me, half-hidden behind the door of the armoire from her perspective.
"Oh, hi, Sweetie. What are you doing in there?" she asked. "Do you need help with something?"
"I was hoping there might be a spare blanket or something," I said, pulling back and finally admitting defeat to myself.
She looked over at the bed and giggled. "Oh, yeah, I guess we made a bit of a mess, didn't we? Well, you probably won't find anything in here, but there's some linen closets throughout the house. There's one downstairs and one up here, as far as I know. I can show it to you later and we'll grab new bedding for you," she said, sounding unconcerned.
"Well... what do we do for now, then?" I asked, and she giggled.
"Once your sister is ready, we'll take our tour," she said, smiling at me before she turned to look around the room for her discarded swimsuit bottoms.
"Over there," I said, pointing, and she turned to look in the direction I aimed my finger, beside the foot of the bed.
"Thanks," she said gratefully, making a beeline for them. "We better not take too long, I'm sure Eliza is already having a conniption fit about how long we're taking."
I nodded, knowing she might very well be right. Eliza was very casual about some things, but if she had a specific idea of how she wanted something to work, she could be bullheaded about it. So, if she wanted us to go to the lake, it wouldn't surprise me if she was upset that we were taking longer than Mama Aira's prediction of a half-hour, which had likely already elapsed. A glance down at my phone screen confirmed that we were pushing 50 minutes now, and I knew Mama Eliza was likely getting impatient by now.
The bathroom door pushed open and Hailey stepped out into the room, wrapped modestly in a towel that matched the one I had dried off with just a short bit ago.
"Hello, Darling," Mama Aira said, beaming at her. "How are you feeling?"
She flushed, but held Mama's gaze with a shy smile. "Good, Mama. Really good."
"That's fantastic news, Darling. I'm so glad to hear it. I hope you're almost ready to start the tour; I'm not sure how much time we have left before Eliza gets upset with us for being gone too long."
Hailey giggled. "Yeah, she probably already is. She's not very good at waiting," she said as she made her way over to her swimsuit, still in a neatly-folded pile on the ground. She slid the navy bikini bottoms up her body (pushing the towel out of the way as she went) until they rested high on her hips, smooth against her skin.
"Can one of you help me?" she asked, holding up the bikini top out at us, and Mama and I both started moving toward her to offer our help, which made us all giggle.
"Here," Mama Aira said, reaching out and lightly grabbing Hailey's hair in her hands, holding it up and out of the way. "I'll hold this and you can put on the top, Hazel," she said, and I nodded, accepting the bikini top from my sister's outstretched hand.
With her hands free, Hailey reached up and undid the fold that was holding the towel in place and it fell off her body, exposing her big, beautiful breasts. Every time I saw them I felt awestruck, and filled with the desire to reach out and touch them. It wasn't fair that she got to have bigger boobs than I did, but... at least they were fun to play with. I reached out to cup one of her breasts in my free hand and marveled at the soft squishing sensation.
She giggled. "Hazel," she said, her tone lightly chiding me. "Aren't we supposed to be hurrying?"
I grinned and nibbled on my lower lip. "Well, yeah, but you're just so beautiful, how am I supposed to resist?" I pouted.
I did as she asked, though, and started the process of orienting the bikini top on her breasts, preventing twists and knots in the thin, stretchy string holding the pieces of it together. I first tied the lower set of strings around her mid back, and then repeated the process with the strands that came up around her neck. I finished my movements with a kiss on the back of her neck, just above her shoulder blade, and she moaned lightly. I grinned at her response and placed a few more kisses in a horizontal line across her back before I pulled away, trying my best to avoid being too distracted from getting to the tour.
I had just finished when we heard a knock on the door, and Mama Aira barely had time to drop Hailey's hair before the door flew open, revealing a frantic-looking Eliza. Her eyes darted around for the briefest of moments before they settled on us standing by the bed and her eyes narrowed in our direction.
"Oh my god, don't tell me you've been here the whole time," she said with a groan. "I've been looking all over for you! Did you even start your tour yet?" she asked, sounding both incredulous and exasperated.
All three of us blushed and looked away from her, unable to find words to explain ourselves.
"Ugh... you absolute goobers... I went down to meet you in the living room, and eventually your Daddy came down and joined me. He wouldn't really say anything when I asked where you were, though... Ugh, what have you even been doing this whole time?" she asked.
"Oh, we were-" Mama Aira started to say before I quickly cut her off. Mama Aira was the absolute worst liar, and Mama Eliza was exceptionally good at spotting lies, so we had no chance of hiding anything if Mama Aira was the one to offer excuses.
"We were just talking for a while. We had a lot to talk about," I said smoothly. The others nodded, backing me up.
"Mmhmm..." Mama Eliza said, nodding suspiciously at us, her eyes narrowing even further before they started scanning around the room. Her cool eyes swept across the open doors of the armoire, the suitcases on the floor, and finally... the rumpled, damp comforter on the bed. They lingered there for a moment and a grin grew on her face before her eyes swiveled back to look at us, and I knew immediately that she saw straight through us.
"Talking, huh?" she asked, sounding smug.
I nodded mutely, unable to continue the lie. I knew it was up, but I couldn't quite let it go...
"What were you talking about?"
"Lots of stuff," Hailey said, trying to help me out when I didn't answer, but Eliza's grin only grew.
"Were you talking about whatever disaster befell your bed?"
Mama Aira groaned. She, too, was used to Eliza seeing through her attempts at lying. "Look, Mama, I'm sorry," she started to say, but Mama Eliza lifted her arm and waved away the apology.
"Oh, hush. Y'all don't need to lie to me, you know. I really don't care what you get up to; I'm just frustrated because I was looking for you. Come on, I want you to come with me now, okay?"
"I didn't even get a chance to give them a tour, yet," Mama Aira protested, but Eliza waved that away, too.
"You'll get a chance later. In fact, why don't we all take one as a family? You and I can show around these two as well as your Daddy. He doesn't know his way around either, so we can all look around the place together and check it out. But first, there's something I want to show you. Come on," she said again, sounding impatient.
She stormed back out of the room, not looking behind to make sure we were following- we knew better than to ignore her when she was already agitated. We followed after her when she stomped back down the stairs and into the living room where Daddy was sitting on the couch, looking relaxed.
"Ah, you found them, I see. Good," he said, grinning at her, and she just scowled at him.
"You knew where they were, didn't you? That's why you wouldn't say anything... you said we should just let them come to us," she said accusingly.
"Guilty," he admitted. "I happened to walk in on them, but I didn't want to disturb them, and I imagined you wouldn't, either, so... Sorry I didn't tell you," he said with a small shrug.
She rolled her eyes. "Oh, you..." she said, but all the fiery anger had completely faded from her tone, and she sounded more exasperated than anything. "Okay, well, now that I
finally have you all in one place again, can we go down to the lake now?"
Mama Aira giggled nervously and nodded. "I'm sorry, Mama, I didn't mean to get distracted." She had her head hung low to show her remorse.
"It doesn't really matter that much, dear," Eliza said. "Come on, we can talk about this more later, but I really want to show you all something, okay? It's already taken far too long..." she mumbled, trailing off.
"Too long for what?" I asked, and she shrugged.
"Too long for my liking. C'mon," she said, impatiently shrugging off my question. She started walking, leading the way through the house, into the hallway and through it until we came across another large doorway. This one opened to the back of the house and revealed a large wooden deck, stained dark like coffee. There was a nice set of patio furniture that included a couple of loungers and some plush chairs surrounding a circular table with a large, folded-up umbrella sticking through it.
Mama Eliza kept walking right past it all and went to a set of stairs that led down from the deck to a sandy path that wound down a hill. It was a slightly wooded area, but the trees here were much smaller than on the other side of the house. We walked together through the trees, and I watched as the overhead leaves cast shadows down on my twin sister's beautiful face to create a beautiful marbling effect of the light. I could have looked at her like that all day, but after less than a minute of walking on the sandy trail we'd found our way to a sandy beachfront on the lake.
The lake looked absolutely beautiful with its pristine blue-green water, lightly waving with the wind. There above the water was a relatively small structure that looked almost like some sort of small house, but it was raised up on posts so it stuck out above the water. There was a deck to get to it from the shore, and it appeared that there was a ladder descending into the water on the far side of the dock, too.
I was so busy staring in awe at everything that I stopped walking, and Mama Aira bumped into me from behind.
"Oh!" she exclaimed, startled.
"S-sorry, Mama," I said, embarrassed at being caught not paying attention.
She giggled. "It's okay, I had the same reaction the first time I came here, too. It's so pretty, isn't it? It's one of my favorite places to come relax. I like to just float on the water and look up at the sky sometimes, watch the clouds pass by," she said, dreamily staring up into the sky.
Daddy came up behind her, peeking around curiously as if to figure out why we'd stopped moving.
"Sorry, I got distracted," I said, and he smiled at me.
"That's okay, my sweet, you have nothing to apologize for. Shall we?" he asked, gesturing out in front of us, and we continued walking across the beach to get to the set of stairs that led up to the railed wooden dock that connected to the entrance to the building over the water that Mama Eliza and Hailey were about to reach the door to.
When we'd caught up to them, Eliza glanced around at all of us. "Good, I'm glad you're all here. I have a small surprise for you in here," she said with a grin. "It's nothing too major, but it was something I was able to arrange, and I'm glad it worked out. I'm sure you'll all be happy about it."
I was surprised at the confidence in her tone. What could it be that she was so sure we would all like? And why had she been so anxious about how long it was going to take us to get to it?
I had a sudden hope that she'd somehow arranged a nice meal for us all to share so we wouldn't have to cook, we could just eat and swim. Maybe she was worried about it getting cold? I didn't have a lot of other ideas, but fortunately I didn't have to keep guessing for long because Mama Eliza opened up the door and gestured for us to enter.
We started filing in one at a time. When I got in, I started looking around and sniffing tentatively, but there were no strong smells in the building other than the same fresh air as outside. I didn't see anything at first, either.
Hailey was the first to notice what the surprise was; her gasp drew my attention to the area where her gaze had landed, over in the far corner of the room where my older brother sat on the sofa.
"Verdy?!" I gasped, shocked. He had been away studying for months now, and had even been too busy to come by the house to celebrate when Hailey and I turned 18 a few months back.
He grinned at me, his warm brown eyes crinkling slightly. "Hey, sis. It's good to see you. All of you," he added, smiling warmly at my whole family.
I raced across the room and threw myself into his arms, and Hailey was right behind me. She hugged him for a moment before pulling away to just sit beside him, but I kept my arms wrapped tightly around him.
"Oh, Verdy, I missed you so much," I said, my voice breaking slightly, and I noticed that Hailey had tears in her eyes.
Our parents had more reserved reactions, but they were clearly still quite pleased.
"Verdy! Hi, how are you doing?" Mama Aira asked, her smile bright and warm.
"Good! It's finally my spring break, so I can actually have a chance to breathe again," he said. "I'm so sorry I missed your birthday," he said to Hailey and I, taking our hands in his. "I have a gift for both of you back in my room, I'll grab them for you later."
"I'm glad to see you, son," Daddy said, his tone affectionate. "How are your studies going?"
"I'm doing well, just working hard to keep up with my classes. I'm glad to have a break," he added, and our parents nodded at him.
"I'm so glad you could make it, Verdy," Mama Eliza said, her voice filled with warmth. "I'm sorry it took us so long to meet you here, your sisters got distracted..." she trailed off.
I felt my face flush, but fortunately he didn't question it.
"Oh, that's alright. I had fallen asleep for a little while, I just woke up maybe ten minutes ago."
I finally pulled back from the hug, giving Verdy a bit more space again. He smiled at me and kissed my forehead.
"I've missed you all," he said. "It's been hard being away from you all, I'm sorry it's been so hard for me to get away."
"You don't have to apologize, dear," Mama Eliza said. "We all know how hardworking you are, if you've been keeping busy it must means there's a lot to do."
"We're just glad to see you again," Mama Aira added.
"How long will you be here?" Hailey asked, practical as usual.
"I have the whole week here with you guys. That's how long Mom said you would all be here, right?" he asked, looking over at Mama Eliza, who nodded at him.
"That's the plan," she confirmed.
"What's the plan for food?" I asked. "I'm hungry."
Mama Eliza chuckled. "You're always hungry, Hazel."
I rolled my eyes at her. "That's not true, Mama."
"It's kind of true, though, Hazel," Hailey said, leaning in close and whispering quietly in my ear. "It's cute. I usually keep snacks on hand for you because you are always hungry."
She said it quietly, but Verdy heard it and laughed and pressed a kiss to each of our cheeks. "I've missed you both so much. Come on, let's go get some food."
"There's no need," Mama Eliza said with a grin. "Livia and Layla are here. I saw them when I was hunting around for you three," she said, looking between Mama Aira, Hailey, and I. "They were about to start making some food and they said they'd make enough for all of us when I told them we were all here, so they should be bringing it out to us in a little while. For now, why don't we all just hang out and enjoy the nice weather? Though, I suppose, if you really need to eat we can go grab you a snack," she added, and I shook my head.
"No, if they're making lunch, I can wait until then."
Hailey stood and turned to face me, offering me her hand to pull me up.
"I want to swim," she said, a bright smile on her face. She'd always loved the water, so I wasn't really surprised.
Verdy stood too, and grinned down at us (as he stood almost half a foot taller than us). "Come here," he said, leading us over to the adjacent corner, where he opened a door and revealed a wide selection of inflatable water floats, some doughnut-shaped, some rectangular loungers, and a few with more exotic shapes.
"These have to be reinflated since they've lost quite a bit of their air since we were here last, but you're welcome to grab a float, if you want," he said, and Mama Aira squealed with delight.
"Ooooh, I almost forgot about the floaties!!" She turned to Daddy with an excited gleam in her eye. "There's a really cool one we should blow up! It's massive and we can all hang out on it together!"
Eliza shook her head with an awkward look on her face. "Aira, Darling, if we try to fill that up right now, we'll never get it blown up before lunch. Let's save that one for later, and for now we can just use the smaller ones."
Aira's face fell, but she nodded. "Okay, fine. But we're going to later!" she insisted, and Eliza rolled her eyes playfully.
"Yes, darling, I know we will. I'll find the air pump in the lake house and bring it out to use to blow up the big float, alright?"
Daddy wrapped his arm around Mama Aira's shoulders comfortingly. "We'll still have lots of fun together."
She grinned at him. "I know, Daddy. I always have fun with you," she said, so sweet it was almost sickening (as usual). There was nothing Mama Aira loved more than she loved our Daddy- except for her girls, as she would always tell us.
I stuck my head into the closet of inflatables, suddenly feeling more-than-ready to get out of the building. I loved my parents, but they could be a little overwhelming when Mama Aira was gushing about her love for our Daddy. I grabbed a strange-looking float- I wasn't sure quite how it would work, but I knew I could figure it out. I pulled it from the closet and was working on a mental plan for getting by my parents when Verdy got my attention by clearing his throat, and I looked over at him.
"I know you haven't been here before, so I doubt you know about this, either," he said, walking back over to the clearing next to the wall. I wasn't sure what he was talking about until he reached down and grabbed a cord that was tied to the ground. Verdy pulled up on the cord and it revealed that a section of the floor was actually a hatch that pulled up to reveal a ladder that dropped down into the clear blue water. "You can just go out here if you want," he said with a warm smile at me before he jumped down and landed in the water with a splash.
I grinned and jumped in after him, partially-deflated float in hand. I plunged into the cool water, feet-first, and I sank down so far that I felt the plants on the lake floor brush against my feet. I kicked my legs to propel myself back up to the surface, and when I broke free I took a deep breath of the fresh air and looked around, spotting Verdy's head of dark hair swimming out away from the ladder and the shore. I flipped onto my back and I saw Daddy peeking through the hatch at me. "You silly girl, blow that thing up before you jump down," he said, chuckling.
I laughed and started kicking away from the opening above and soon enough I was out from under the building, floating on my back under the bright blue sky.
I swam in to shore just enough that I could plant my feet into the soft, squishy ground below the water. I felt the mud oozing between my toes and the slimy plants swaying around my ankles, and I tried to ignore them as I started hunting around on the inflatable for the air valve. I pulled it open and started blowing air into it. The mostly-limp float started to inflate in my hands, and it gradually took the shape of an oval, the center of which was filled with a mesh fabric. When I'd finished blowing it up, I climbed up onto it and started floating around again, enjoying the way the raft kept me partially under the water while keeping my head buoyed up above it.
I heard another couple of splashes and looked over to see that Hailey had jumped down into the water, too, followed by our parents. I was a little surprised to see that Hailey didn't have any sort of float with her as she was swimming over to me.
"Don't you want anything to float on?" I asked, and she gave me a coy grin.
"Why bother with my own? All I want to do is be next to you, anyway," she said as she swam up beside my float and put her hands on the edge of it to keep herself close to me.
I giggled. "Oh, Hailey... Come up here," I said, scooting over. There wasn't a lot of room on the raft, but our thin frames just barely fit together on it. Our combined weight made the raft dip down further into the water, but not so much that we couldn't still lay comfortably on it.
I loved the way her body fit against mine, my perfect match. I had been willing to be close with Hailey only in private, but truthfully I was glad to not have to keep it a secret. I loved her, and I wanted nothing more than to embrace that love (and her) without any limits or hesitation. Having the freedom to caress her and kiss her without having to worry about our family watching was a relief I hadn't known I needed until I got it.
I looked into her beautiful eyes, just a few shades lighter than mine, and pressed my forehead to hers. "I love you, Hailey," I said, and she pressed her lips to mine without a word. I wasn't sure how long we stayed like that, I just allowed myself to be lost in the sensations of being there with her: her warm body, her sweet kisses, the cool, refreshing water, and the warm breeze blowing across the parts of our bodies resting above the water's surface.
I could have stayed like that forever if not for the fact that I eventually heard a loud whistle from Mama Eliza.
"Come back to the beach house," she shouted from the dock, and I looked up to notice that she was standing there with Livia and Layla, who made an odd pairing. Livia was tall and curvy while Layla was tiny and thin. Livia was quiet compared to Layla's boisterous energy, and they were like night and day when it came to their approaches to things, but that seemed to be part of why they complemented one another so well, and might have helped to explain why they seemed to always be together.
I looked back to Hailey and kissed her again, savoring the last of our moments before we had to disentangle our bodies from one another. The waves had pushed us gradually closer to the shoreline, so when we clambered out of the raft, we were already in the shallows of the lake. We climbed out onto the sand and I hauled the raft back across the dock and into the building above the water, where Mama Eliza was calling us to.
This time, I was relieved that when I entered the building, I was greeted by the smells of lunch. Rich aromas of garlic, cheese, and some sort of delicious roasted meat wafted around the room and made my mouth water. I tossed the raft to the side and turned to see Hailey, Livia, and Layla follow me into the building.
"Oh my god, it smells so good!" Hailey said enthusiastically. "What did you make?"
"I made some sauteed mushrooms, cheesy potatoes and a fruit salad," Layla said with a smile. "But most likely what you're smelling is what Livia made, which is steak. And some kind of sauce, I don't remember what it's called."
"Chimichurri," Livia said helpfully.
"Bless you," Layla said, and Livia rolled her eyes.
"Well, come and get it," Livia said, gesturing to the food laid out on the counter.
I did as she suggested and made my way to the food, too hungry to resist. I grabbed a plate and started piling food up on it, and when I was satisfied with the amount I had, I made my way over to the table, and Hailey joined me a few moments later, setting her plate beside mine.
"Is there anything to drink?" she asked, and Layla nodded.
"Oh, yeah!" Layla said, her voice chipper. "I almost forgot!" She scampered over to the fridge and pulled out a large pitcher of lemonade. "Here! We made lemonade, too!" she said animatedly. "It's one of my favorites to make, it's so good with just a tiny hint of lime in it for a bitter tang. Of course, there's also water in here, if you want that. And there's wine for the adults, but you can't have any of that," she said, and I stuck my tongue out at her.
"I am an adult," I said with a pout on my face, but Layla just stuck her tongue back out at me.
"Well, you need to be an adultier adult," she said, grinning. "You can have some in a few years."
Hailey leaned in and whispered in my ear, "I'll help you find it later, if you want," and I turned to grin at her with a slight nod.
If anyone noticed our quiet conversation, they didn't show it. Livia was getting food and Layla had gotten distracted with grabbing glasses from a cabinet, and by the time she'd turned back, Hailey had already slipped away from my side to grab drinks for us both.
Hailey had just set the glasses down on the table and pulled out her chair to sit when the door opened again and the rest of the family joined us, still dripping wet. They dropped off their floats (depositing them into a pile on top of the one I'd tossed aside upon entering) and started making their way for the food, too.
Verdy sat on my other side, and gradually everyone took their seats. I normally might have waited for everyone to get their food and sit down before I started eating but I felt like I was starving, so I started in on my fruit salad as a way to sustain myself while I waited. Hailey, on the other hand, was polite (as usual) and didn't touch her food until everyone was seated with their own food in front of them.
Everything was so delicious that there was hardly any conversation until we had finished our meals. We usually were quite the chatty bunch, but as soon as you got a good meal in front of us we would find our mouths occupied.
"Who has room for dessert?" Livia asked brightly, and got a chorus of groans in return, making her chuckle. "Okay, then, I'll save it for later."
"What did you make?" Mama Aira asked, and Livia shook her head.
"No, no, I'll keep it a surprise until we're ready for it. We can have it after dinner instead," she said, making Mama Aira shrug her shoulders.
"I'm so full, I think I might need a nap," Layla said, her bright eyes fluttering at Livia. "Livia, darling, would you like to come rest with me for a while?"
Her words and her expression were at odds, though, because her eyes said nothing of sleep, only of a primal hunger. Livia must have picked up on that, too, because her eyes darkened with lust and she replied, "That sounds nice, I think I'll join you. I hope you all enjoyed the food," she said, glancing around the table at us.
"It was delicious, thank you so much," I said, and the others said their thanks as well before Livia and Layla parted from us, leaving our family sitting around the table, each of us stuffed full of food.
"I think I might want a nap, too," Hailey said, leaning her head against my shoulder, and I swiveled my head to kiss her forehead.
"We can't nap right now, Hailey," I said. "Aren't we going to take a tour of the lake house?"
Mama Aira nodded. "We can if you're ready for it. We can all go together, if you'd like," she said, looking around the table.
"Sure, I could probably use a chance to walk off some of that food," Verdy replied. "Plus, I haven't been here in a while, so I could use a refresher on the layout," he added.
Mama Eliza nodded. "I think that sounds like a great idea. We can all take a tour around the lake house together," she said, smiling at Daddy and Verdy.
When I stood from my seat, the others followed my lead and we started to make our way back out onto the dock. Mama Eliza led the pack, followed by Verdy, Hailey and I (hand-in-hand), and then Mama Aira and Daddy followed after us. I was surprised when Mama Eliza kept walking along the sandy path- past the wooden staircase that we had come down to get out here. The path continued past it and wrapped all the way around the massive house, winding us through woods that slowly shifted from short, skinny trees to large ones that towered over us.
I continued down the path after them, glad that it was sandy and well-maintained so being barefoot didn't cause us any issues. It eventually shifted to a loose dirt and then a soft moss that covered most of the rest of the path. It wasn't until we wrapped all the way around to the huge stone porch that I realized it was the same path I had seen off to the side when we had first entered the lake house.
Mama Eliza led us into the center of the porch and stopped there, waiting until all of us were within earshot.
"So, you've all been through here, obviously. This is the front porch and here's the main entrance to the house," she said, gesturing to the large doorway in front of us. She went up to it and pushed the doors open, and the entryway came into view.
We walked into it and I looked around, enjoying the ambiance created by the soft lights strung along the top edges of the walls, casting a warm glow throughout the room.
"This is the foyer," Eliza continued, as if she were acting as our tour guide for the house. "Let me know if you have any questions, I'll try not to take too long since it's a pretty huge place."
We followed after her as she led us through the foyer and back into the main hallway, right in front of the living room.
"This is the living room, here. We don't tend to spend a lot of time here, but it's a nice enough room. Around the corner is the bar area and a big open space for dancing. I'll show you that when we come through the other way," she said, hurrying along. She turned to the right and started walking through the hallway, pointing out doors as we went.
"This is a bedroom. This is another bedroom. Here's a closet," she said. "This whole hallway here is bedrooms all the way down to the end," she said, pointing down to the end of the hall before she started walking down it.
"This one is mine," Verdy said as we passed a green doorway."I won't interrupt the tour, but make sure you two come by later for your birthday gifts," he added to Hailey and me, and we nodded back at him.
"Of course, Verdy," Hailey said brightly, winning a grin back from him. "We'll come by after dinner."
We continued walking until we eventually reached a doorway at the end of the hall, and Mama Eliza turned around to face us.
"These doors here," she said, gesturing to the doors to her left and right, "are bedrooms with a nursery in them. So, if you're ever here with a little one, there's a room for you to stay in where you can be close to them. And behind me," she continued, "Is one of the doors into the theater."
"Whoa, there's a theater here?" I asked, flabbergasted, and Mama Eliza grinned at me.
"Yeah, there is. It's not huge, but it's nice. It's got a little stage area for performances, and a projector for viewing films. Here," she said, turning to push the door open, which revealed a dimly lit room. "Aira, would you be a dear and run in and get the lights?" she asked, and she beamed when Mama Aira nodded and did as she asked, running into the barely-lit room.
A few moments later, the lights came on to reveal several rows of cushy chairs all facing towards a slightly raised stage. It wasn't large as theaters went, but it would certainly be large enough for any private showings or performances. I wondered what sorts of things they showed here...
I didn't have a lot of time to think about it, though, because Eliza started walking up towards the back of the room where Aira stood between a light switch and a doorway. When Mama Eliza passed Aira she stopped to give her a sweet kiss on the lips but she didn't linger for long before turning back to face us.
"Alright. Now, through here is the bar," she said, pointing to a doorway along the same wall we were standing against. "And over here is the other hallway, let's head that way," she said as she pointed to another door that was nearby, and sure enough it led us into a hallway that wrapped around a courtyard.
Mama Eliza continued leading us through the house, pointing out one room after the next. A pool, a gym, a sauna, a hot tub, a laundry room, a library, an office... there were so many that it was making my head spin.
"Can we just get a map?" I asked her, half-joking, and she laughed.
"I don't think we have anything like that, but it's not as hard to find your way around as it sounds. It all wraps back around, so if you don't find what you're looking for down one hallway, just check another one," she said helpfully.
"I'll help you find anything you need," Mama Aira said. "If you get lost, just text me," she said. "Well, when you have your phone," she said, looking down at my empty hands and my scantily clad body; my bikini had no pockets for my phone, even if I could have brought it in the lake with me, so I had left it back in our room. I nodded at her with a grateful smile.
"Thanks, Mama. I will," I said, and she beamed at me.
Mama Eliza smiled at us before continuing. "Okay, that about wraps it up for the downstairs. Over here are the kitchen and the dining room, and we've got more bedrooms over here, too. And here," she said as she rounded the corner, "we have stairs up. Let's go ahead on upstairs to wrap things up," she said, gesturing to the staircase with flourish before she started walking up it, and we followed up after her.
When she got to the top, she stepped out into the large common area and waited until everyone had made it up the stairs before she started speaking again. "This is the common area, and it's probably the place we hang out the most. We have game systems up here, and we have most of our recreation stuff here, too. There's even a few VR headsets if you feel so inclined to use them," she said, pointing off into a far corner of the room. "As you can see, there's a bunch of doors up here. This one here is a bedroom. If you go down this wall, the next one is another bedroom. Past that is another set of stairs, and beyond that is a bathroom. Then there's another bedroom past it, on the far wall. There's a closet next to that, then another couple of bedrooms on the other wall," she said, pointing to them. "This one is where your Daddy, Aira and I are staying," she said, pointing to one of the doors. "Then next to it is the room Hailey and Hazel have chosen. That one over there," she said, pointing to one of the ones on the far side, "is where Livia and Layla are staying. It's the teal-colored one, if you need them for anything." She turned and looked at Aira. "Did I miss anything major?"
Mama Aira shook her head, and Eliza grinned back at her.
"Great! I guess that means we're about finished, then. If you have any questions about where to find things, like I said, just let us know. Otherwise... I think that's all we had planned for the day," Eliza said, grinning at us. "Now that you've seen your way around the place, hopefully you can just relax and enjoy yourselves here. It's one of my favorite places to go and I hope you like it too."
Mama Aira leaned in and whispered something in Eliza's ear, who nodded in response to whatever Aira had said. Eliza turned to exchange a look with Daddy, and they nodded at one another, seeming to have an understanding between them, and I wondered if Mama Aira had already told them that we wanted to talk with them.
Eliza turned to my brother and said, "Verdy, dearest, I'm so glad you were able to come by. I know we're all looking forward to spending time with you. I hope you don't mind, but Aira mentioned that your sisters would like to speak to us about a somewhat private matter... would you be willing to give us some time to talk together for a bit before we join up with you again?"
He nodded. "That's fine, I don't mind. I have some reading I'm supposed to be doing over my break, anyway, so I can go work on that for a while. I'll catch up with you later," he said, and he departed, heading down the stairs and presumably back to his room.
"Okay, darlings," Mama Aira said, turning to us. "I told them you wanted to talk about... what we were talking about earlier. We agreed that it's time we told you everything, if you're sure you're ready," she said, sounding hesitant.
"We are," Hailey and I said in unison.
Our parents exchanged a glance and then looked back at us, nodding.
"Okay, then. Let's go sit down somewhere," Daddy said, and Mama Eliza nodded.
"Yes, let's go somewhere more private. How about... well, our room is fine, I guess." She turned and pulled open the door she'd pointed out earlier.
Daddy went in first, followed by Mama Aira. Hailey went next and I followed, and Mama Eliza trailed in after me, closing the door behind us.
The room was laid out fairly similarly to our blue room, but the color scheme was various shades of purple instead of blue.
There was a windowed alcove on one side of the room with several couches and chairs that our parents led us over to, and we all sat down. I chose a spot on a love seat next to Hailey while our parents sat across from us, Daddy and Mama Eliza on either side of Mama Aira, who was smiling brightly.
"Okay, girls. I promised we'd tell you everything, and we will. I appreciate you being patient," she said with a shy smile. "I know you didn't want to wait, really, but... I think Mama Eliza and Daddy will be able to help me explain things better than I could on my own."
Mama Eliza nodded. "It was never supposed to be a secret, really, it just never seemed like the right time to tell you..." she trailed off, seeming lost in thought.
"What is it?" I asked, feeling my impatience rearing its head.
"Well..." Daddy started to say, but he trailed off too, seeming unsure of how to start.
"It's a few things, really," Mama Eliza said. "About your mother, Aira, and about you girls. Is it alright if we start by explaining about Aira?"
I nodded impatiently while Hailey replied "Yes, of course."
"Well... I'm not sure if you girls know this or not, it's not something that we've actively tried to hide, but we don't tend to openly discuss it, either," Mama Eliza said. "Your Mama Aira is my daughter, girls, and your Daddy isn't her biological father, but he's her Daddy, too."
I blinked, feeling shocked. I'd known that Mama Aira called her partners Mama and Daddy, but I hadn't realized she meant it literally. I'd always kind of thought she was just calling them that because it was what we called them. It had never occurred to me to think that she might call them that because that was her relationship with them, too.
"Wait..." Hailey said, sounding puzzled. "But... you're all... together?" she asked.
Mama Eliza nodded. "Yes, Darling, we are. Your mother takes after me; we're quite kinky. We both have a taste for incest- and for each other," she said, grinning over at Aira, who was blushing bright pink.
"Wait, so... I'm confused... does that make Aira our sister?" I asked, and Mama Eliza gave me a bashful grin.
"Truth be told, our family tree is more than a little bit tangled up. Trust me when I say it's going to be easiest if you just think of her as your Mama," Eliza said.
"I am your Mama and I always will be," Aira said fiercely.
My head was reeling as I tried to process this new information, but Hailey seemed to be taking it in stride. She nodded. "You said there was a second part to it? About us?"
They all nodded.
"Yes... I... I have a taste for incest, like Mama Eliza," Mama Aira said, sounding hesitant. "I... I didn't know if my kids would, but I thought they might," she said, looking down at her hands. "There was at least a chance," she added and bit her lip.
"What do you mean, Mama?" I asked, and she squeezed Mama Eliza and Daddy's hands in hers.
"I... I wanted to have kids that would be happy, and would always feel loved. I wanted my kids to never be alone." She said it so simply, as if it helped to explain when it only left me with more questions.
"Mama, what are you talking about?" I asked. "I don't understand... how is that connected to the other thing?"
"Darling," Mama Aira said softly, looking up into my eyes. "When I decided to have kids... I asked your Mama Eliza and your Daddy to get me pregnant."
"What do you mean?" Hailey asked sharply.
"Sweethearts," Mama Eliza said, interjecting. "Your Mama Aira wanted to have twins because she knew you'd always keep each other company. And she knew from the start that there was the chance you might have sexual interest in one another, since... well, you take after us."
"But you said Mama Eliza and Daddy," Hailey said accusingly at Mama Aira. "Both of them. How is that possible? What does that mean?"
It took a moment before Aira replied. "Yes, I asked them both to impregnate me... and they did. Daddy is your father, Hazel. And Eliza is yours, Hailey. I'm so sorry we didn't tell you sooner... I wanted to, but it wasn't just my story to tell. We love you just the same, though, darlings... you're my girls, and you're my everything. I wanted to have you- both of you. I wanted you to be there for each other and you are. You have a beautiful relationship and it's more than I could have ever dreamt of. I'm so happy for you both, and... I hope you're happy too. I love you both so much. We all do," she added, her voice hopeful. "I hope this doesn't change how you feel about us. No matter what, we love you more than anything in the world. Please never doubt that..." she said, trailing off.
Mama Eliza leaned in and planted a kiss on Aira's cheek. "Thank you for explaining, dear. Now... what do you two think?" she asked, turning her gaze on us.
Hailey and I looked at each other for a long moment, silently communicating before turning back to look at our parents and offer them our response.
"So... we have different dads?" Hailey asked, her voice quiet. I could tell she was upset, but I wasn't really sure what was going through her mind. I imagined it was probably fairly similar to what I was thinking: how and why?!
"Yes, darling. I'm technically your father," Eliza said with a soft smile at my twin.
"So... you... I..." I was at a loss for words. Each time I tried to start a thought, the words got swept away as another wave of incredulity washed over me.
"I know it's a lot to process," Mama Aira said softly. "Do you have... any questions?"
"How?" I asked, my voice breaking on the short, simple word.
"Well... what do you mean how, darling? I got pregnant with you both at the same time. It's not common, but it's not unheard of for twins to have different fathers," she said.
"Are we still twins? Wouldn't that make us... half-sisters?" Hailey asked, sounding shaken. I reached my hand over to hold hers, but she pulled it away from mine, so I simply dropped my arm onto my lap. I wanted to hold her, to comfort her, but... if she didn't want it, I wouldn't push the issue.
"Why didn't you tell us?" Hailey asked, and I started to detect a hint of anger in her voice. "You knew this whole time and you didn't say anything? Why?"
"Well, dear," Eliza said, her voice sympathetic. "We did tell you that we're all your parents... I'm sorry we didn't tell you the specifics, I guess it didn't seem like it would be that important for you to know until you were old enough to hear the full reasoning behind why you were made the way you were..."
"Well, why did you do it, then?" she asked, and I could tell her fury was rising.
I could understand why she was upset, but I didn't really feel the same way. Honestly... why did anyone choose to have kids? The reasons behind it were a lot less important to me than the relationships we shared, but it was clear that Hailey felt that she had been lied to, betrayed.
"I told you, I wanted you to have each other," Mama Aira said, her voice small and scared. She never liked when people got angry, and I could tell she was trying to keep her composure.
"So, you three just... decided that you liked incest so much that you'd have twins and force them to be together? How sick is that?!"
"It wasn't like that!" Aira said, tears filling her eyes. "We would never force you to do anything!"
"Darling, you know that's not true," Eliza said, her eyes boring holes into Hailey.
"Do I?" she asked, her voice growing a bit shrill. "How can I trust anything from you? Why wouldn't you tell me? I... you're my dad? And Hazel... isn't my twin...?" she sounded shell-shocked, and I felt like she'd just punched me with her soft words.
"Of course she's still your twin," Daddy said. "Darling, I think you've got it all wrong... we didn't tell you because we didn't want you to feel pressured or anything. We didn't want you to think there was any sort of expectation. We love you both no matter what, your personal tastes have nothing to do with it."
"Really, I just wanted you to have each other. I didn't care if it was sexual or not," Mama Aira said, tears streaming down her face now. "I wanted you two to always feel loved and supported. You're my girls and I love you so much. You're my world and I would never intentionally do anything to hurt you. Please, please don't think things are different now, they really aren't. You're still my beautiful girls and I love you more than anything. You have to know that," she pleaded.
"I'm not sure I know anything anymore," Hailey said, her voice practically a shout. She stood abruptly and strode out of the room, leaving me sitting there alone on the love seat, shocked. I stared after her until Mama Aira stood, too, and moved as if to sit next to me.
"Don't," I said, my voice a quiet warning. "I'm not as upset as she is, but I'm not happy, either. You should have told us."
She nodded in between her great, heaving sobs. "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry," she said.
I didn't know what to say, so I decided to also take my leave. I left the room in silence, and I felt all their eyes on me as I made my way out into the hallway. I had hoped Hailey might still be close enough that I could follow after her, but there was no sign of her when I got through the doorway.
I made my way hopefully into our room but my heart sank when I realized I was alone in there. With no other ideas of where she might have gone (since we were away from all of her usual hiding spots), I sighed and closed the door behind me.
A sudden thought occurred to me, and I raced across the room to lock the door that adjoined my parents' room, just to ensure they didn't try to come in and check on me. If I couldn't be with Hailey right now, then I just wanted to be alone.
I grabbed my phone and went to the panel on the wall and flipped the switch so the shutters closed over the skylight windows, leaving the room nearly completely dark. Using my phone's flashlight, I grabbed a light-blue throw blanket from the back of the couch in my room and I made my way over to the bed. I stripped off the soiled comforter from on top and was glad to see that the mess hadn't soaked through it, so the sheets were still clean.
I pulled the top sheet down enough to tuck myself into it and I laid the blanket out on top of myself for extra warmth.
All I really wanted was to be with Hailey... As usual, when I was distressed, she was the one source of solace that I could find reliably, that I could always turn to when I needed support. But... now was different. We were both stressed, and she didn't want my comfort... The thought of her pulling her hand away from my touch, of her saying I wasn't her twin... both sent daggers straight through my heart.
I used the light on my phone to spot Hailey's pile of clothes laying on the floor next to the bed. I scooped up her skirt and her shirt and brought them up onto the bed with me, holding them close to my chest. I turned off the flashlight and set my phone on the bedside table, trying to clear the painful thoughts swimming through my mind.
I grabbed the spare pillow that would be Hailey's and cuddled it close to me, giving her clothes a bit of bulk. It was better than nothing, but it was still nowhere close to the comfort I really craved from the embrace of my twin, my other half.
"I love you Hailey, please come back," I thought, hoping she could somehow hear my thoughts, but of course it didn't work.
I laid there like that for what felt like hours and eventually fell into a fitful sleep, dreaming of when things would be alright again.
A sound woke me from my sleep eventually, and I turned over, startled, looking for the source of the noise.
"What the... why is it so dark?" I heard my twin say, and my heart leapt into my throat.
"Hailey?" I asked, my voice barely making it through my throat, which was still scratchy from hours of crying.
"Hazel? Is that you?" she asked, and I noticed that her voice sounded nasally, as if she was congested.
"Yeah," I said, reaching over in the dark to find my phone on the bedside table. I picked it up and used the flashlight on it to illuminate the room enough to make out Hailey's thin silhouette standing just inside of the doorway.
"Thanks," she said gratefully, and she made her way over to the panel on the wall and flipped the switch to open the skylight windows back up. The sun had gone down enough that it wasn't overhead anymore, so I knew several hours had probably passed.
In the illuminated room, I could make out Hailey's face and I saw that her eyes and nose were puffy.
I wanted nothing more than to run to her, to wrap my arms around her and never let her go, but I held myself back; what if she still didn't want me to?
"I'm sorry I left like that," she said in a quiet voice.
"I understand," I said, biting my lip. I may not feel as hurt as she seemed to, but I still felt lied to, and I didn't like that one bit.
She looked like she wanted to say something, but she didn't; she just turned and went over to her suitcase, unzipped it, and grabbed a carefully-coordinated outfit from its depths.
I also didn't know how to say what was on my mind. I was hurt by my parents' deceit, but the main thing that hurt, the only thing that just kept aching no matter how I tried to rationalize or think about it, was the memory of Hailey's own words. "Hazel... isn't my twin...?" she had asked, her voice sounding every bit as broken as the words made me feel. It couldn't be true. Surely... surely she didn't see it that way...?
"Hailey..." I said softly, hesitating and realizing that I wasn't at all sure what to say.
She turned her head to look at me and I saw that her eyes were swimming with tears. "Yeah?" she asked, her voice breaking slightly on the syllable.
"I... I love you," I said, hoping she could hear my quiet voice.
"I love you too," she said brusquely, turning her head back down to look into the suitcase once again, as if she was still searching for something.
I was glad she'd looked away, because tears started forming in my eyes and wet, salty drops started pouring down my cheeks. I buried my face in her outfit from earlier once again and tried to suppress the sobs that threatened to overtake me. Did... she really feel that way? That I wasn't her twin anymore?
I whimpered softly and hoped the pile of clothes would be enough to muffle it so the sound didn't bother her, but a second later I heard her shift and I knew she had noticed.
"Hazel..." she said, her voice soft and sad. "What... what's wrong?"
I whimpered again, unable to find the words to ask her what I needed to know.
Do you hate me now? Do you still love me? Did I do something wrong? All of the questions were close, but none were quite right, and I couldn't make my mouth utter the sounds.
I heard footsteps and then she spoke again, her voice a bit closer now. "Are you upset with our parents?"
I didn't know what to say, I just shook my head and cried even harder than before.
"Are you... upset with our me, then?" she asked, sounding hesitant, as if she was afraid to know the answer.
"N-no," I said through my sobs. As soon as she heard my answer she practically dove onto the bed to wrap her arms around me.
"Hazel...," she said, sounding pained. "What's wrong, then?"
I whimpered again and turned over so I could look into her beautiful eyes, hoping they might help me find my center, and as usual it worked. I laid there, gazing into her chocolate-brown eyes for a few moments, and my sobs started to recede, now more like hiccups than violent shudders. "Hailey.... Am I not... your twin anymore?" I asked, my voice as frail as I felt in that moment.
"Oh, Hazel," she said again, her voice raw like an exposed nerve. "I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have said that. I... I didn't mean that," she said, pressing her forehead against mine, our silent way of comforting each other.
We laid like that in silence for a few minutes, our breaths mingling together as I felt my heartbeat start to level out, gradually going back down to normal from the way my anxiety had been making it race.
"It doesn't matter to me," I said quietly when I had finally calmed down enough to get my thoughts in order. "I... I don't care who our dads are, Hazel. You're my sister. You're my twin sister. You always have been and you always will be. I've never lived in this world without you, and you only did for less than an hour without me, right? Please... You have to know how much you mean to me," I said, and she nodded at me.
"I do, Hazel. I'm sorry... I was just so shocked, I... I can't believe they didn't tell us," she whispered, hurt flashing in her eyes.
I nodded back. "I know, they should have. I get them not wanting to pressure us or whatever, but like... we can make our own choices. It's not like telling us the truth would have changed anything anyway," I added, and she nodded slowly.
"Yeah... I guess... it really isn't that different. I just... I can't believe... you're... what, my half-sister?"
I bit my lip and nodded. "Yeah, I guess so. Is that... okay?" I asked and she pressed her lips to mine.
"Yeah, Hazel, it is. You're still just you. Besides, it's not like you knew, either."
I nodded. "I would have told you if I'd known."
"I know," she said, her lips turning up into a small smile. "Through it all, I know you're always here for me. Trust me, I'll never forget that, no matter what."
I felt my lower lip tremble as I tried to smile at her. "Why... did you pull away?" I asked, still feeling the hurt nagging at my mind.
"Oh, that... Well, I was confused. I didn't mean what I said, but I... I didn't know what I meant at the time. I didn't know what to think, and I just needed a little time to process things on my own. I am sorry, though. I shouldn't have run off without telling you where I was going."
"Where were you?" I asked, curiosity getting the better of me, and she gave me a sheepish grin.
"I ran and hid in the pool," she admitted. "I wanted to be in the water, but I didn't want them to find me, and I figured they weren't likely to come by for a swim indoors on such a nice day," she explained, and I giggled. I should have known it would be something like that. Hailey loved water and gravitated toward it more than anyone else I knew, so I should have guessed that she would go somewhere she could surround herself with it. If I'd been thinking clearly, I might have been able to guess where she'd gone, but as it was, I had basically just shut down.
"I'm glad you came back," I said, and she grinned at me, her expression clearing slightly.
"Of course I came back, Hazel. What a silly thing to say," she said, giggling. "You're my twin, I'll always come back to you."
I buried my face in her neck pressed a kiss to the top of her shoulder in an attempt to hide my face from her so she wouldn't see the pure relief that washed over me when she said those words. It was so intense, a feeling so fierce, that I thought I might pass out, but taking some deep breaths helped to center me again.
Hailey, as usual, missed nothing about me. "Are you okay?" she asked, sounding concerned.
"I was so scared," I admitted. "I... I thought... you didn't... I thought...." I trailed off, unable to find the words to tell her my fears, but fortunately, it didn't seem to matter.
She reached her hand up and gently nudged my face back so she could look into my eyes again. "Hazel. I'm sorry that I scared you, but I want you to know that no matter what happens, you will always by my other half, and I will never leave you. If we're apart for a short while, I'll always come back to you. You're my heart's home," she added, looking bashful.
"I love you," I said to her again, and I saw her melt just a little, her expression softening a fraction.
"I love you too, Hazel. You should know that by now," she said, her voice taking on a playful tone. She leaned forward and pressed her lips to my mouth, and I couldn't help but notice the way her big breasts brushed against mine, still barely covered in our bikini tops.
I pressed my body against hers, loving the way she moaned and wrapped her arm around my hips to pull my body in closer.
"Hazel," she whispered in my ear.
"Yeah?" I asked.
"Will you... touch me?" she asked shyly. "I... I just want to be here with you for a while. Can we do that?"
I nodded. "Of course, Hailey. Always," I added, and she giggled as I brought my hands up to squeeze her perfect tits.
"Two can play at that game," she said, and she suddenly lifted herself up and over me. I turned onto my back and she sat on my hips, looking down at me with her beautiful eyes. Once she was comfortably in position she sat back and squished my tits with her thin, dainty hands.
I put my hands on her hips and looked up into her eyes. "Hailey..." I whispered.
"Yes, Hazel?" she asked, matching my quiet tone.
"I'm just so glad you're back," I said sincerely, and she smiled at me.
"Hazel, you're so silly. I'll always come back. If you keep up that kind of talk, I might just have to start playing with you, instead," she said with a teasing tone.
"Are you sure that's what you want?" I asked. I intended it to be a teasing question, but her face took on a more serious expression.
"No, it's not," she admitted, and she rolled off of me to lay on her back beside me. "I... I want you, Hazel."
I turned onto my side and laid my hand on her body, making her shudder slightly, and I started lightly trailing my fingertips along her beautiful body. I marveled at how lovely my twin was, laying there in front of me; I loved how her hips blossomed out from her narrow waist and how her breasts filled out her bikini top. I loved her flat tummy and her long legs, her alluring eyes, her thick, dark hair, and her brilliant smile. Everything about her was perfect and I couldn't imagine life without her.
I leaned in and kissed her neck, and savored the way she moaned in response to my touches. I slid my hand into the bottom portion of her bikini and felt her smooth skin turn bristly as my fingers encountered her pubic hair. I continued moving my fingers down they soon became wet and sticky from her arousal.
"Ooh, you're already excited," I said, and she gave me a timid look.
"Ah, uh, yeah. I... stress tends to make me horny," she admitted, and I grinned before pressing a kiss to her perfect lips.
"Well, lucky for you, I can help you with that," I said, and I slid my finger in between her lips to thoroughly coat it with her lubricant before I moved it up to start lightly stroking her sensitive nub and she let out a loud moan of pleasure.
"Oh, Hazel," she said, her voice full of desire. "Please," she begged, though I wasn't exactly sure what she was asking for.
I sped up my stroking and relished the way she starting whimpering, her eyes rolling back in her head as she grasped at the sheets on the bed under her.
"F-fuck!" she cried out, her body spasming as she came from my touches.
"Damn, already?" I asked, and she giggled.
"I told you, stress makes me horny."
"Apparently so. I hadn't even started fingering you yet," I said as my index finger slowly slid into her dripping wet pussy, making her let out another loud, desperate moan. "Do you want me to make you cum again?" I asked, and she nodded, her dark eyes looking at me with a deep, desperate desire.
I started wriggling my finger inside of her, massaging the inner walls of her pussy and rubbing against her g-spot.
"M-more," she said, and I obliged by pushing my middle finger in alongside the other, making her cry out, "Ooooooooh, yes!" She started gyrating her hips around, trying to use my fingers inside of her to get herself off.
I continued stroking against her g-spot, faster and with a gradually building force. Each time I would stop for even the briefest of moments she would whimper, sounding so sad and desperate that I would redouble my efforts and she would lose all control for a moment; I could tell by the way her mouth would fall agape and her eyes would roll up and stare blankly as she moaned. It was so hot to watch that I found myself wanting to stop and start again and again, just to watch her lose herself like that...
I reached my other hand down to start touching her clit again, and that seemed to send her over the edge. She let out a sharp cry and jerked up, her body curling in on itself from the intensity of the sensation. I stopped moving but didn't withdraw my hands until she had relaxed again.
"How was that?" I asked, and she grinned at me.
"That was spectacular," she said, and I grinned back.
"Good," I replied. "I hope it helped." I kissed her, long and passionate, and she returned the kiss with every bit as much fervor.
"It did," she said when we broke away. "A lot. Thank you," she said, and she pecked me on the lips once again. "Do you want me to touch you?" she asked shyly.
"Not really," I admitted. "I'm mostly just hungry."
She laughed and turned onto her side so she could face me. "Hazel, you're always hungry," she said, and I giggled.
We laid there in each others' arms like that for a short while before either of us spoke again, just enjoying each other's warmth and comfort.
"I really am sorry that I left you behind like that," Hailey finally said, looking guilty.
I shook my head. "No, it's okay, sis. I know you needed some space... Are you... are you mad at them?"
She bit her lip and nodded. "Yeah," she admitted. "I'm furious. Aren't you?"
I nodded back. "Yeah, I'm... I'm pretty upset that they lied to us."
"How could they?" she asked, sounding indignant. "I don't care what they got up to, that doesn't matter to me. I don't really even care who my dad is, but shouldn't I have been allowed to know?"
I nodded again. "Yeah, you should have... They should have told us sooner. I guess... I kind of understand why they didn't, though," I confessed, and she looked at me. Her face was shocked, but I didn't see the look of betrayal I had expected, so that was a good sign.
"Why, then?" she asked, sounding irritated.
"Well... I guess maybe they didn't want us to think of ourselves as divided," I said hesitantly. "Like... If we had grown up thinking we were only half sisters... would we have been as close?"
She bit her lip. "That's stupid if so. You're my twin, Hazel. Who cares if we don't have the same dad? It just hurts more to find out now than if I would have known all along. How am I supposed to face them? How am I supposed to trust them?" The pained look in her eyes told me we had reached the crux of the matter.
I hesitated, not sure how to respond. "I guess we have to figure that out together," I said, and she nodded.
"Yeah, I suppose so. I love you, Hazel. Always. No matter what. Please don't ever doubt that," she said, and I pressed my forehead to hers.
"I love you too, Hailey. I'm yours and you're mine. I'll be here for you, always and forever."
