Arabella has been destroyed and her threat of ruling the world as well. Lee and Chrissie are transported to New York City in the year 1910. They are not married and have been separated. Chrissie has adopted the persona of Molly Malone, an Irish immigrant fresh off the ship that sailed into New York City harbor on Ellis Island. Lee is now Scott Sands a policeman but soon tires of the low wages and the routine mundane dullness of cop duties patrolling New York City. Instead he quits when he watches a show with the Ziegfeld Follies, starring the bodybuilder Eugen Sandow. He becomes inspired to be a bodybuilder like he wanted to back in 2025. His good looks and strong body attract he attention of silent film director D. W. Griffith who promises to make Scott (Lee J) a star. He begins to make silent films in which he plays the roles of gladiators in epics set in ancient Rome, barbarian and viking warriors, and male leads in romantic films. His co stars include a young Mary Pickford and sisters Lillian and Dorothy Gish. Lee has sexual affairs with all his leading ladies. He has a threesome with both Gish sisters. He is at the top of his game and loving it. Meanwhile, Chrissie as Molly, is sad and living in poverty in the slums of Brooklyn. She hopes to find Lee but in such an overpopulated city, it is hard for her to find him. She wonders if he's a police officer so she deliberately breaks a law in order to see if she can find him among the police. She is working as a seamstress in a sweatshop using a sewing machine to make clothes for a department store in Manhattan. She is paid very low wages. She breaks into a supermarket and steals bread and meat. The police find her and she is taken into custody and has to serve one year in prison. At the women's prison, a film is being shot by D. W. Griffith starring Lee in his new movie star persona of Scott Manley. He recognizes Chrissie as one of the female inmates and takes pity on her, feeling very bad for her suffering. He writes letters to her telling him that he is now a big movie star and saving his money. He promises to free her by breaking into the prison and escaping with her. With his money they will head to Atlanta Georgia which was his home in the future year of 2025. They make a daring escape. Scott Manley goes missing and the entire film industry is wondering where he is and why he vanished. Lee and Chrissie change identities to avoid being pursued by the authorities. Now they are Elliot and Daisy Cunningham. They get married in Atlanta and start a new life together. Elliot (Lee) takes a new job as policeman and keeps Daisy as his stay at home wife. They have a happy sex life. She becomes pregnant with their first child. Lee promises to stay faithful and live with her happily ever after.
