Ari's Alien Adventure Pt. 03

For Ari's final week on Oruu, Nell had promised to show her a new plant. Nell seemed devilishly excited about this plant, and refused to tell Ari its name or any other specific details. They frolicked through the forest as usual, admiring bugs, leaves, and stars, until they reached an unassuming grove full of vines.

"This is it!" Nell announced.

"What? These vines?"

"Yesssss," Nell grinned, their fangs poking out slightly. "Just you wait. Sit."

They directed Ari to a short, mossy rock in the middle of the grove, and Ari sat.

"I actually have two plants to show you today," Nell said, pulling something out of their pocket. "The first is this--" they brandished a potato-sized green thing in front of Ari "--locally known as the brréarr plant."

They handed the plant to Ari, who turned it around in her hands. It had a slight give to it, but was otherwise firm to the touch. It mostly just looked like a green potato.

"Wanna see what it does!" Nell exclaimed in Ari's ear, making her jump. It was not a question, but Ari nodded anyways.

Nell took the brréarr and smacked it three times, hard, before giving it back to Ari. "Shake it," they said.

Ari shook the plant.

"Harder, it is not delicate."

Ari shook the plant harder, and almost screamed when it started vibrating in her hands. She dropped it on instinct.

Nell laughed, picking up the vibrating plant. "It vibrates!"

"I... can see that." Ari eyed the plant suspiciously. "And what, exactly, is the purpose of this vibrating plant?"

"Well, the brréarr helps the sherrkl crab molt out of its shell, using its vibrations! It makes the molting process a lot easier. Tonight, though, I have other ideas for it. You might be able to guess." Nell winked at her, and quieted the vibrating plant. "First though, let me tell you about these vines! My mother showed them to me a long time ago. Since then, we've been learning together."

Ari's eyebrows furrowed at the thought of learning with vines.

Nell continued, "At first, the vines just swung in the breeze, but I noticed that as I moved around, they followed me ever-so-slightly. So, we've been working together. In the beginning, they could only copy basic directional movements: side-to-side, up-and-down. After lots of practice, they got better at following, and I got better at orchestrating. Many years ago, we finally learned to dance together."

Nell stood a few paces away from Ari and started humming. Their arms moved slightly, and the vines in the grove followed. Nell started dancing, and the vines swirled around them. Green flashed in front of Ari, spinning and swaying. Tendrils reached out towards Nell and lifted them up, moving to the rhythm of Nell's song.

Ari stared, wide-eyed, as the grove of tangled vines came to life, undulating and beautiful. Nell danced, and sang, and laughed, their laughter bouncing through the forest like bells. After the song was done, the vines quieted and Nell once again stood in front of Ari.

"Amazing, isn't it?" Nell asked.

"Amazing doesn't even cut it! That was phenomenal!"

"I thought you would like it. That's not all though. A few years ago, we started working on much smaller, precise actions. That--" Nell grabbed Ari's hand and kissed it, "--is what I want to show you."

Nell held Ari's hand and focused on a vine hanging slightly above their head. With a few soft sounds, the vine lowered until it brushed Ari's palm, and she shivered. A small melody later, and the vine curled around her wrist. Ari gasped, partly in awe and partly in anticipation.

"Are you...?"

"... Going to tie you up?" Nell finished. "Yes, if you would like that!"

Ari nodded fervently, "I'd love that."

Nell grinned and kissed Ari, hard. Soft lips were parted by a quick tongue, and Nell kissed Ari until she was moaning for more. A finger traced Ari's lips, and Nell slipped Ari's clothes off, leaving her skin glistening in the moonlight.

"Patience, little scientist. I will give you what you want."

Nell stood back, conducting the vines with more melodies. The vines reached towards Ari, as hungry as their maestro. One coiled around Ari's other wrist, and then both vines tugged up sharply, pulling her arms above her head. Nell eased Ari onto her knees, and two vines wrapped firmly around each thigh, drawing her legs apart and putting Ari in the position of an upside-down "Y".

Nell smacked the brréarr plant and shook it until it started vibrating again, before handing it to a waiting vine. The vine vibrated with its new quest, and brought the brréarr plant to the now very wet space between Ari's legs.

The vine held the plant firmly against Ari, eliciting new moans. After a few moments, the vine moved the brréarr away slightly, and she strained at her bonds, trying to reach the source of pleasure again.

Nell clicked their tongue, "I told you to be patient, did I not?"

More vines whipped around Ari, encircling her waist and reforming their grip on Ari's arms so that they were pinned behind her back. The vines lifted her up until Ari was suspended a few feet off the jungle floor. Nell stopped for a moment to admire their work, their eyes tracing appreciatively over the edges of Ari's body, lingering on the areas where the vines dug into skin.

Nell touched Ari's suspended body gently, fingers skimming over muscles and caressing breasts. Ari sighed in both pleasure and frustration, and Nell smiled.

"You look beautiful all flustered and caught up in my vines," they said, savoring the view a few moments longer before resuming their song.

Ari flushed, then moaned as the brréarr plant was brought between her legs again. Now suspended, she could no longer strain towards the vibrations, and was instead subject to the whims of Nell and their vines. The plant pressed firmly against her, paused, brushed lightly between her legs, and then paused again, starting what felt like an endless cycle. She was pulled closer and closer to the edge of pleasure, but whenever she thought she was close to an orgasm, the plant was moved away.

This continued until she was writhing. "Please, Nell," Ari begged. "I don't know if I can take it any more."

"Hmm... you do look quite desperate for release." Nell smirked, walking around Ari's trembling body. They paused, stroking Ari's butt, before sliding their fingers along her vulva. Ari moaned louder as Nell rubbed, and cried out again when Nell stopped. "Patience," Nell hummed.

Nell brought their now-slick fingers to Ari's lips, and Ari licked them eagerly. Nell smiled, picking up their tune again. Distracted by the fingers in her mouth, Ari didn't notice the vines moving around until she felt something thick push against her opening and slide slowly inside. She whimpered as Nell's fingers started to move in her mouth at the same tempo as the vine that was now inside of her.

Ari's vulva was throbbing and she moaned louder with every thrust. Nell's vines started fucking her steadily and brought the brréarr plant back to Ari's clit. This time, Nell didn't seem inclined to stop. Ari let the tension build up inside her body until she could hold it no longer.

Ari laughed softly, smiling up at Nell, "'Like' is a soft word for how I feel about your vines. That was... wow. I think I transcended time for a few moments."

Nell planted a kiss on Ari's forehead, and they sat in companionable silence, watching the stars trek across the sky.

It was the last day the Fourth Division of Environmental Researchers would be on Oruu; they were set to fly out the next morning. Ari was anxious all day, flitting about from task to task and accomplishing very little except vexing her coworkers. When night finally fell, and her cohort disintegrated into drunken revelry to mask their failure at finding the corm lily, she snuck off into the forest.

She meandered through the forest, fingers brushing foliage as her mind recounted all the lovely evenings she had had during this expedition. As she parted the branches before the waterfall one last time, Ari paused. Maybe she could finally actually sneak up on Nell. She quieted her breathing and placed careful steps on the moss leading down to the water.

Looking around, she frowned. Nell was nowhere in sight. Ari crossed her arms and pouted at her plan being foiled, before another idea seized her brain. She would probably never be able to sneak up on Nell, but since they were clearly late to their rendezvous, Ari could surprise them in another way.

She dove into the crisp pool beneath the waterfall. As always, the water was refreshing and cool, glistening on her skin as she came up for air.

A few minutes later, she heard Nell's song undulating through the forest, and growing louder. Ari climbed out of the water and perched on the mossy banks, stretching. Droplets of water ran down her legs, her wet clothes clinging to her body as they had on the first night, leaving nothing to the imagination.

Nell entered the clearing, stopping abruptly at the sight of Ari's wet body. Their eyes traced Ari's curves, watching the rivulets of water chart her skin. They took slow, deliberate steps forward, and smiled.

Ari grinned, "Surprise!"

"Surprise indeed, little scientist. I would apologize for being a little late, but it seems you have made the best of the situation."

Ari made eye contact with Nell and ran a hand up her torso, pushing her wet shirt up. Nell's skin flushed pink as they watched, and Ari beckoned them forward.

"Well, I seem to have... fallen into the water! As you can see, my clothes are absolutely soaked! I might need your help... taking them off?"

Nell nodded, their face mirroring Ari's false sense of seriousness. "Yes, yes I can see that you are completely drenched." Their eyes lingered on the fabric stretched over Ari's breasts. "I can imagine that you're desperate to get out of those clothes."

Ari laughed then, nodding, and Nell pulled her shirt off. They crashed into each other, hands grasping for now-familiar curves. Tender moments split voracious kisses, as they devoured and savored each other in turn. Soft and warm and wet mingled with thrust and ohhh and more.

After they were both satiated many times over, they lay on the banks of the waterfall, gazing at the mist catching the moonlight. Ari rested her head on Nell's shoulder and sighed.

"This has been really amazing, Nell. Thank you."

"Yes, it has. And thank you for being so excited about Oruu."

"This planet--and you--are one of the most exquisite, magical things I've ever experienced. I..." Ari bit her lip. "I'm going to miss you."

Nell nodded, but was silent. They shifted their gaze from the waterfall to the sky, puzzling out familiar constellations.

They pointed, "Look! Great Knight Constinoble the Dragonslayer is finally meeting his match with the Lundragon and its twin."

"I don't think I've heard that one?"

Nell's eyes widened. "Really?! That is one of my favorites."

They launched into an animated story, detailing how the Dragonslayer was tricked by the Lundragon to explore a dark, sparkly cave. He didn't realize that the Lundragon had a twin lurking at the bottom, and the two dragons managed to trap the Great Knight inside the cave, stuck to wander the glittering darkness forever.

Ari and Nell reminisced, floated, laughed, and kissed until the dark blue sky started to thaw and yellow tinged the horizon.

Ari donned her damp clothes and turned towards Nell. "Well. I guess this is it."

"I guess so."

"Thank you, again, for everything."

They embraced--a final, desperate squeeze--and Ari turned to go. She took a few steps back towards the forest.

"Wait!"

Ari turned.

"You could..." Nell hesitated.

Ari held their gaze, steady.

"... Stay. You could stay. If you want. Little scientist."
