Chapter 9

The ladies shortly joined me in the bedroom for the medical check education session. Jenna brought in the additional supplies that Janet had previously discussed -- ice packs and towels to cool me down when needed and hot towels to relax certain parts of my anatomy as necessary.

Janet opened the session. "Once again, I want to emphasize that even after we finish this education, you are not medical professionals. I am encouraging you to perform these checks on your husbands in addition to the normal medical tests that their physicians perform on them. The point of this education is that if you find an issue you can encourage your husband to get it checked by their medical professional.

We will learn multiple checks that you can all perform. I am providing simplified instructions for you; your medical professional would do a more thorough exam in each case. For each check, I will describe the check and demonstrate how to perform the check using our model -- Rich. Next, each of you will take a turn performing the check yourself. Any questions before we get started?"

There were none.

"Let's begin with the check for testicular cancer. Testicular cancer can happen to men at any age, but it is most common in younger men, so this check is most applicable to you, Liz.

The most common symptom of testicular cancer is a painless mass or lump in one testicle. Other symptoms to look for are: testicular discomfort, pain or swelling; any change in size or the usual 'feel' of the testicle; a sensation of heaviness or gathering of fluid in the scrotum; or dull aching in the abdomen, back, or groin. If your husband has any of these symptoms, he should call his doctor immediately.

Many men delay seeking a doctor's evaluation after first noticing the symptoms of testicular cancer which is sad because the delay hurts their chances of a cure. A common reason men delay is that they are too embarrassed to seek medical attention. This is why we are doing this education today. So, let's get started with the exam.

I'll pull up a chair and Rich, please stand in front of me with your legs spread to allow everyone to see what I am doing. Everyone else just gather around.

Usually, it is good to perform the check after a warm shower or bath. The warmth relaxes the skin of the scrotum, making it easier to feel for anything unusual. Jenna has supplied warm towels, so we will use these to relax Rich's scrotum. I'll take a warm towel in my hand and hold it around the scrotum to get it to relax. As each of us is doing this check, we will probably find that Rich may get a little excited. That is normal. When this occurs, we will use one of the ice packs Jenna supplied, wrapped in a towel, to get Rich's excitement under control. Unfortunately, this will cause Rich's testicles to recede and we'll need to warm them up again with another hot towel. So, if men's testicles had a brain - which many men think they do, they'll be getting confused first getting hot, then getting cold, and then getting hot again. Usually when you are doing this at home it will be a one-time event so you probably won't need the ice packs to cool down your husbands.

Notice how I use both hands to examine each testicle. I place my index and middle fingers underneath the testicle and my thumbs on top. Next, I roll the testicle between my thumbs and fingers. It's normal for testicles to be different sizes. And, it is also normal for one testicle to hang lower than the other. As you feel the testicle, you may notice a cord-like structure on top and in back of the testicle. This tube stores and transports sperm. Do not confuse it with a lump. I am feeling for lumps. Lumps can be pea-size or larger and are often painless. If you notice a lump, that's when you need to get your husband to contact his doctor. As you become familiar with his testicles also check for any change in size, shape, or consistency of the testes.

Jenna, as our hostess and Rich's wife, why don't you take the first turn performing the check?"

Jenna sat in the chair and took a warm towel to relax my testicles. She placed her hands as Janet demonstrated and rolled each testicle to feel for lumps. As expected, all checked out fine. I did start to become erect with all this manual stimulation, so after Jenna was finished checking there was a short break and the ice pack in the towel was placed on my genitals to get them back under control.

Liz went next and applied the hot towel to my testicles. However, the view looking down at Liz's cleavage and her hand holding the hot towel on my scrotum quickly undid the effect of the ice pack and I was quickly sporting another erection before she even started. Janet suggested another round with the ice pack.

Once we were ready to begin again, Janet suggested that I try thinking about something else and asked Jenna to hold her hands over my eyes to keep the visual part of the situation from getting me excited. With this, Liz was able to complete the check without any explosion.

Elaine followed next and after applying the hot towel Elaine reached down and grabbed my first testicle. I let out a bit of a gasp as Elaine grabbed my testicle and I pulled back. "Hey, that was a bit too hard, please be careful."

Elaine apologized, but had a bit of a grin. I wondered if this was payback for getting too excited by her daughter?

Following that everything went smoothly with each lady taking a turn interspersed with several sessions with the ice pack. When everyone had had a turn, we took a final break with the ice pack before we moved on to the next check.

Chapter 10

Janet got us started again, "okay let's move on to our second check, which is called a male genital exam. This check's primary purpose is to promote male sexual and reproductive health. It is one exam that can be done to help determine if issues such as erectile dysfunction are occurring. There are many things that can contribute to erectile dysfunction such as weight, high blood pressure, and diabetes. All of these have common tests that are done during a physical in the doctor's office. And, of course, a scale and home blood pressure monitor are easy items to use on an ongoing basis at home.

What we are going to learn today is palpating the penis. This can help detect issues like penile cancer or Peyronie's disease which is caused by scar tissue that causes the penis to bend. Palpating involves feeling the penis to check for abnormalities. What we are looking for is lumps, swelling, or thickening of the skin around the penis.

Rich, can you please stand in front of me once again?

What I will do is feel the entire length of the penis, including the shaft and glans, or head of the penis. I will feel both the upper and underside surfaces of the shaft. On the underside I am particularly checking the state of the vein that runs the length of the shaft. I gently squeeze the glans to open the urethra to check the diameter of the opening to see if there are any changes or any lesions. If your husband has a foreskin, which Rich does not, you should retract the foreskin to perform this part of the examination. I am also going to check the vas deferens which are the tubes that run up from the top of each testicle. A normal vas deferens feels like a firm piece of cooked spaghetti.

Now that you've all seen how I do this, let's do this check one at a time with the rest of you waiting out in the living room. Why don't you all head out there for a minute until I call for the first of you to try this check."

After everyone left the room Janet explained to me, "I wanted everyone to leave so I could set up something for them to find on you. Since you don't have any issues, continuing to do checks and not find anything is not going to be very helpful. I've brought along some theater makeup, the kind of stuff they use to give actors a beauty mark, or bump on their nose or whatever the movie calls for. In our case I am going to put something on your penis and see if they can identify it as a potential issue."

Janet applied the makeup to my penis and asked for the first person who wanted to do the check to come back into the bedroom.

Cathy was the first volunteer. She took the chair and was eye level with my semi-erect penis. Cathy started to run her hand along the top of the shaft and then along the bottom. My penis started to harden further and Janet instructed me to signal her if I needed to take a break. Cathy continued by lifting my penis up and inspected the vein and the vas deferens as Janet had instructed. She finished by inspecting the glans. Once finished, Cathy asked, "obviously Rich does not have any lumps or you would have noticed them, but his penis was clearly swelling during the exam. I'm assuming that kind of swelling is not what you meant."

Janet laughed, "correct, that kind of swelling is a good sign. We're looking for some kind of unusual swelling of a portion of the skin on the penis or if the skin is thickening. Did you not see anything unusual?"

Cathy replied, "well, I did feel a bit of a bump on the underside of Rich's penis near the bottom, where the vas deferens are coming into the shaft, but I didn't think to mention it because you didn't point out anything unusual. I figured that was normal."

"It is good that you found that, I used some makeup to add the bump to see if you could find it."

Cathy went back to join the rest of the ladies and Janet decided to move the bump and add something else for the next iteration.

Next into the room was Brenda. This time Janet told Brenda, "Do not to assume there are no issues to be found, Cathy probably told you all that I added something for you to find, so why don't you see if you can identify what might be wrong?"

With this Brenda took hold of my shaft and did a thorough inspection. She did find the bump which was now located on top of the penis, again toward my abdomen. She also found a patch of hardened skin on the underside about half way along my penis. She rubbed this several times just to be sure that there was something different in that area.

Of course, she was correct that this was an area that Janet had prepared, but the rubbing had a secondary result of getting me very excited. Janet needed to take action and ask Brenda to let go.

The first two ladies had both done well, but Janet recognized that I needed some cooling off time. Janet went out to the living room to talk to the ladies while I took a few minutes with the ice pack to cool off.

Janet explained to the remaining ladies, "since this check involves direct manual manipulation of the penis, Rich is probably going to get excited by each iteration of the check. So, we will need to ice him down between each check and take a short break between ladies. Also, I'm thinking it might be best to blindfold Rich to avoid his visual stimulation and also to disguise which lady is performing the check since it seems that our young guest might really set him off."

Jenna retrieved a bandana from a drawer and gave it to Janet to tie around my head.

We continued with each of the remaining ladies. I couldn't see anymore and had no idea who was doing each check, but my imagination was going crazy. Every touch seemed to be heightened. Janet continued to modify where each lump or lesion would be located between each check and I was given time to cool down between iterations.

Each lady took her turn and there were some close calls along the way, but I managed to make it through without climaxing. After all this touching I was desperate to cum but was doing my best to follow Janet's instructions.

Chapter 11

"Before we move on to the prostate check, I want to take a semen sample from Rich. I expect that Rich has had quite a build-up from tonight's activity so far and I am sure we can get a good sample size. I want to do this now, for two reasons. One, I'm not sure how much longer Rich is going to be able to hold out and two, I expect we might get some additional samples during the prostate exam.

In a normal medical situation, a man would be given a specimen cup and some privacy to allow him to collect the sample. However, if you are doing this with your husband the usual method will probably be you performing manual stimulation aka a hand-job. I am sure all of you have given a hand-job before, so I don't need to instruct you on that procedure. We could ask Rich to do it himself, but it would be a nice reward for his help in tonight's education if one or more of us did this for him. Would any of you like to volunteer to help?"

Immediately everyone volunteered.

Janet continued, "I appreciate the enthusiasm, but I doubt Rich could last long enough for all of us to perform this task. Rich, would you like to choose someone to 'give you a helping hand'?"

I replied, "my only choice which would allow me to continue to live would be Jenna, of course. I certainly would not want to choose one of my friends over my wife or any of the others."

Jenna said, "I appreciate that Rich, but I am okay with giving someone else a chance since I do get to handle your package on a regular basis. Why don't we draw a name out of a hat to see who gets to do this? Also, we can have someone else massage your balls to encourage an even larger sample and we'll need a third person to hold the specimen cup in the appropriate position to catch the sample. That way we can get a few more people involved."

Jenna wrote each of the 5 guests names on a piece of paper which she folded and put in a hat and shook up to mix everything around.

"Okay, the first name drawn will be the lady to hold the specimen cup. Rich, please pick a name out of the hat."

I reached in and rooted around a bit and picked out a piece of paper.

Jenna read the name. "Rachel, you are the cup holder. The next name drawn will be the massager of his balls."

Once again, I reached in and drew a name. Jenna read the name and announced, "Brenda, you are the caretaker of the family jewels. The final name will be the one who jerks Rich off. It will either be Cathy, Elaine, or Liz. Rich, please draw the final name."

With a huge smile Jenna announced, "Liz, you have been selected!"

Janet said, "for those not selected or in ancillary roles, don't worry, I expect you will have a similar opportunity when we do our next check.

For now, why don't we get everyone in position. Cathy and Elaine, even though your names were not chosen, why don't you stand next to Rich and have him put his arm around each of your shoulders. I think he will need the support to stay upright. Brenda you can kneel behind Rich and reach underneath. Liz, please kneel to the side and Rachel please kneel in front and be ready to catch the specimen as it is released."

My CFNM dreams have come true. This is beyond what I could have imagined. I looked down at Liz as she touched my shaft. After a short break Janet suggested, "Let's move on to the prostate check. As you know, Steve, my husband, passed away from prostate cancer, so this is very personal to me. Every year your husband's physician will order a blood test which includes a Prostate-specific antigen (PSA) test. This test measures the level of PSA in the blood and a high level may be a sign of prostate cancer. As with all blood tests there is a range of results that are considered normal and if the test comes out higher than the normal range the doctor will take action. However, if it is within the range the doctor will probably not take notice. But what if the prior year's results were lower and now your husband's results have reached the high end of the normal range? This growth in the measure will still probably not trigger any action because it is still in the normal range. The next test is going to be a year away and much can happen in a year. Your husband could be on the way to a problem.

Aside from cancer, your husband may also suffer from an enlarged prostate. This condition is called benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and it is the most common benign tumor in men. It often occurs as men age, so some of our husbands may have to deal with this as time goes by - if they aren't already.

A digital rectal exam can be used to help evaluate growths or enlargement of the prostate gland, either due to cancer, or just normal prostate cell growth causing the enlargement. The digital rectal exam is a relatively simple way to check the prostate. Because the prostate is an internal organ, you cannot look at it directly. But because the prostate lies in front of the rectum, you can feel it by inserting a gloved, lubricated finger into the rectum. Men can be examined either while standing and bending forward at the waist, or while lying on their side with knees bent.

Rich, why don't we get started. Please stand in front of me and bend forward leaning on the bed. I will put on one of the latex gloves and add lubricant both to the finger on the glove and to Rich's rectum. I insert my finger into the rectum and feel for tenderness, hard spots, lumpy spots, or other abnormalities. In BPH, the enlargement feels smooth and firm while in prostate cancer, the gland may feel hard and lumpy. In a typical exam by a doctor, they would normally press the abdomen with their other hand to help them feel any abnormalities.

Some men become aroused during a digital rectal exam and this is normal. Sometimes they may even ejaculate. Because you are doing this with your husband you can place your other hand either on his penis or testicles to help provide additional stimulation. This may encourage your husband to go along with the check rather than avoid it. I'll put my hand on Rich's penis while I do the check, although I'll try to stop before the ejaculation and leave that for you to enjoy.

The check takes only a few minutes to complete and your husband may feel slight, brief discomfort during the check. It doesn't cause significant pain or any damage to the prostate.

Cathy asked, "what does a normal prostate feel like? How will we know when we are touching it?"

Janet replied, "Good question. A normal prostate feels rubbery, smooth, and soft, with a groove down the middle. If it is enlarged, it may feel like a bulge. If cancerous it may feel hard and lumpy as I mentioned. If it feels asymmetric, with one side larger than the other or if it is painful when squeezed it may be inflamed or infected. Cathy, why don't you give it a try first?"

Cathy put on a latex glove and applied lubricant to her finger and my anus. She gently inserted her finger. With her other hand she reached beneath me and wrapped her hand around my penis and started to masturbate me.

After a few seconds Janet realized that Cathy's focus on the prostate check was lacking, because she was too focused on masturbating my penis. Most semen tests are done in a lab and are related to fertility, which is probably only of interest to Liz, but there are some things we can learn without sending a sample to the lab.

Semen is a complex substance created by the male reproductive organs. It is mostly made up of water and plasma, but does contain small amounts of essential nutrients including Calcium, Fructose, Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc, and Protein. It sounds like a vitamin shelf, but the amounts are very small. Yes, it does contain protein and I'm sure many of you have had men encourage you to swallow it because it has protein. Well, there isn't enough in there to matter for your daily recommended allowance, so sorry, not a good reason. And, for those of you worried about the calories, there are only from 5 to 25 calories per 'serving', so you don't need to worry about gaining weight if you do swallow.

The nutrients in semen serve an important function. The sperm in the semen need nutrients because they must travel a great distance and withstand the harsh environment of the vagina. The nutrients found in semen keep the sperm alive and provide energy while they race to the egg.

Let's talk about what we should look for in the semen sample. ‌Pay attention to the look and smell of your partner's semen. The color and smell of it will help you know if there is a problem. It should have a whitish to grayish color and faint to no smell. If the semen has a foul smell, there could be an infection or other health problem.

Red-colored semen can mean there's inflammation of the glands that produce it. Yellow or green semen can be caused by an infection, medication, or vitamins. If you have any concerns about these symptoms, talk to your partner about having them checked.

‌How semen tastes can also be a sign of a problem. What's considered 'healthy-tasting' semen can be different from person to person. Semen has been described as tasting: bitter or salty because of its higher pH level; sweet because it has fructose, or metallic because it contains many vitamins and minerals such as zinc.

Why don't you all take a look at the semen samples that Rich has so generously provided. You should inspect the color, smell it, and if you would like, you can taste it as well."

Janet poured some of the semen sample from the larger specimen cup into smaller cups so that everyone could have their own supply. Once the cups were passed around all the ladies took a look and smelled the samples. Everyone agreed that Rich seemed to be in pretty good health from a semen perspective. The color was light gray and there was no significant odor.

Jenna was the first one to taste her semen sample, because for her this was not something unusual. There was some hesitation on the part of the other ladies, but Elaine finally said, "why not?" and took a small sip. She said she thought it tasted sweet, so remembering that Janet said it had less than 25 calories she said, "well I guess this will be my dessert", and downed the rest of her batch. After Elaine downed her cup-full, all the other ladies followed along with a small taste first, followed by taking the full shot.

Chapter 14

Janet said, "That concludes the education part of tonight. I do want to say a few more things before we open for questions and comments.

First, I want to thank you all for coming and being such fantastic participants. It really means a lot to me that we had this session in Steve's memory and I hope that if your husbands ever have an issue that maybe something we covered here tonight can prevent this from becoming a serious problem.

I do want to encourage you to practice everything we covered tonight. Sometime in the next few days you will want to try all these techniques with your husbands. If you wait too long you may forget some of what was covered. Try to do this on a regular basis, maybe every month or two months, whatever works for you.

I expect you will need to tell your husband that you attended an education event on wives helping with their husband's health. Jenna will talk more about this next. While your husband may be thrilled with the new activities you introduce around feeling his testicles and massaging his penis, he probably will be wondering why you all of a sudden want to stick a gloved finger up his rectum or capture a semen sample. So, try to plan how to introduce the topic.

Jenna, I'm done, it's your turn."

Jenna continued, "I want to echo what Janet said about your participation tonight and most importantly thank her and Rich for their help in this event. Obviously without their help this could not have happened. And, at least in my opinion, tonight was an incredible success. It went better than I could have hoped.

Regarding telling your husbands about this event, I agree you will need to bring up the subject. My request is that you tell them that you went to a women's night and that there was a guest speaker who was a medical professional who provided the education about these topics and encouraged you to perform these checks at home. Janet's name, Rich's name, and my name do not need to be provided. We are concerned that others who were not here might think something we did here was wrong. I do not believe that to be true, but others may have different thoughts on that. As an example, perhaps one of your husbands might not approve of the part of our CFNM event that resulted in their wife having an orgasm. So, I think it is best if we just leave out the names. Is everyone okay with keeping our names confidential? Do you have any closing questions for Janet or comments about the evening?

Rachel spoke first, "I want to thank you for inviting me and for this incredible evening. The testicular checks we covered are very applicable to people in my age group and the other checks are things I should know about as my husband and I grow old together. I also want to add my thanks. And, of course, I will keep your names confidential."

All the other ladies added their thanks and also agreed to keep the names confidential.

Jenna thanked everyone for this and asked if there were any other comments before we called it an evening.

Elaine said, "As we mentioned we all found this extremely helpful. Have you considered doing another event for some additional people? Given the age group in our community, I think there are many more people who could benefit from this."

Brenda echoed Elaine's comments, but also added, "Given how useful this was for Liz, I am sorry that my daughter was not able to attend. If you do another, I would love to get her on the invitation list."

Cathy said, "Me too, I would love to get my daughter to one of these as well."

Jenna reacted, "I am so glad to hear that you all thought the evening was a success. I was absolutely thrilled with the entire night, and I think we all know that Rich was too. I'll have to talk to Rich and Janet to see if they are willing to do another of these or maybe a few more."

Rich and Janet responded immediately, "we're in, let's do it again."

Jenna continued, "okay, let me add more to my earlier request for confidentiality in case you discuss this with other people in the neighborhood who you think would find this useful. Once again, I ask that you not provide our names to them. Instead, if they are interested, please tell them to give you their contact information and the event coordinator will reach out to them when there is another session scheduled and if there is available space. You can pass their information on to us and we can do the coordination. I want to keep this under our control. I am concerned that some people could get upset if they are not included or start to pressure us to do events more often than we care to. We don't want this to become our job. Also, on the opposite side there could be someone who takes offense to these events occurring at all, maybe thinking we are doing something that is against their religious beliefs. They might take action of some sort, perhaps legal, to stop us from doing events for others even if they choose not to participate. You know in today's world many people believe everyone should adhere to what they believe is right or wrong. So, I think it better if we just keep our names confidential and keep things under control. From Rich and Janet's quick reply, I think we all believe this is a very positive event and can really be helpful, but I can easily also see that someone may think otherwise and start to cause problems.
