Chapter 20

"Let no good deed go unpunished!", Jenna greeted me when I came home from running an errand.

"What happened?"

"We got a letter from the HOA (Homeowners association). It seems there have been several people who have lodged an official complaint about our events."

"I can't imagine it was anyone who actually attended. Does the letter give any additional information about what the complaints were?"

"No. However, it does seem that the HOA board does not really believe the complaints are true. They've asked us to come in for a meeting to discuss what we've been doing to determine if there is any validity to these complaints and to see if this is something that the HOA would need to address."

"Well, there really isn't anything that goes on in the privacy of someone's home that should be any business for the HOA. They deal with community property issues, architectural consistency, and upkeep of the houses in the community, not the personal actions of anyone in their own home."

"True. I say we go see what the complaints are and then decide if there is any reason we need to tell them anything. Let's have them justify why they should be involved."

"Agreed. Let's set this up."

A few days later Jenna and I went to the HOA board meeting. It was a private meeting with just us and the board members because of the sensitivity of some of the complaints. I do have to say that I am very impressed with our board, so going into the meeting I have a good feeling that they will cut through the crap and see that what we are doing is beneficial to the community, not harmful. But they will need information to defend against the current and any future complaints. There are 7 positions on the board, although one is currently unoccupied and will be filled in the next election. When we entered the room however we saw there were only 5 attendees rather than the expected 6.

We knew who the board members were since we've seen them in their runs for office and in the community meetings, never the less they went around an introduced themselves and their positions.

Marshall Maddox is the board president. He was a CEO of a mid-size manufacturing company based in the mid-west. I would guess he is around 65 years old. He is a large man, probably about 6 foot 7 inches tall and 275 pounds. He has a large presence in a physical and non-physical way. He is very dominating.

Vivian Bishop is the board vice-president. She was a high-level executive in a healthcare company before she retired. She is in her early 60s. Fairly tall at 5 foot 8 inches, but in great physical condition. She works our all the time and I see her frequently in the gym, running, or swimming.

Marjorie (Marj) Henderson is the treasurer on the board. She has a long history of jobs in finance so is well suited to the position. She is 65, fairly short at about 5 foot 3 inches, but quite heavy. I won't guess her weight, let's just say it is more than it should be.

Jerome (Jerry) Slater is a director on the board; he is a retired colonel from the army. Since his retirement he has been doing volunteer work for a large national charity. Jerry is 62, stands about 6 foot 4 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He is very chiseled as you often see in ex-military and also works out frequently.

Gail Hartley is also a director on the board. She was a process consultant for one of the large consulting firms before she retired. Gail is in her early 60s, about average height and weight.

After the introductions Marshall said that it was unfortunate that Larry Merrick another board director would not be able to participate in this meeting due to serious illness. Larry was a technology executive before he retired. Now about 70 years old.

With the introductions completed Marshall said, "Okay let's get to the point of this meeting. You know from the letter you received that there have been some complaints lodged against you for some sort of events you have been holding. I'm sure you're wondering what the complaints were, who filed them, and why the HOA should be involved in any of this. So, I will start by addressing most of these issues if that is okay with you. Afterward we would like to hear your perspective.

I will start by saying we cannot divulge who filed the complaints, that is a policy we have to try not to discourage people from bringing a complaint. It really does not matter anyway as you will see in a minute.

As to the complaints, we have received several and they were all over the place. One said that you were running a house of prostitution. Another said that you were holding orgies. And another said you were running an illegal business in the form of an unlicensed and uncertified medical training school. For each complaint we asked if the submitter had first-hand knowledge of the accusation or had they participated in the accused activity. And in all cases, they did not. This obviously led to a lack of credibility, but as they officially submitted the complaint, we are bound by policy to investigate and take appropriate actions based on our findings.

As to the involvement of the HOA in this matter, as you know the HOA is normally not involved in any activity that goes on inside a house in the community. So, for example, as to whether or not you are having orgies, this is not a matter that would be of concern to the HOA. Perhaps the submitter was upset they were not invited, but this is not a matter for our action."

This got a chuckle from the other board members and both Jenna and I.

Marshall continued, "as for the other accusations, these would be matters that the HOA would be concerned about. As both prostitution and unlicensed medical schools are illegal. There is a conduct policy in the HOA agreement with each homeowner that bars illegal activity, and it would be our responsibility to notify the proper authorities if such activities were occurring in the community.

With this, I have laid the cards out on the table and we would like to hear from you as what these events are all about."

I replied, "I'd like to thank the board for inviting us in to tell our side of the story. Jenna and I were not planning to divulge too much information in this meeting because we wanted to hear what the accusations were and then decide if we needed some sort of legal representation. It seems that you are being quite open with us and in return I think there is no harm in being open with you in return. If Jenna and I could step outside for 1 minute to discuss this, I think we will be able to come right back and answer these accusations."

All agreed and Jenna and I stepped out into the hall. Jenna agreed with me that it would be fine to tell them the truth about the events as there is nothing illegal in what we are doing. We also agreed that Jenna should take the lead in the explanation as this seems to work better coming from a woman.

Chapter 21

We reentered the room and Jenna began to tell our story. "I will try to be brief as this can be a long story. When I am finished, please ask questions to fill in anything I did not explain.

I will share with you the thinking that led us to begin these events and describe the event itself. This all started when Rich returned from an annual physical. He recognized that the physical was fairly superficial, mostly focused on going over blood work results with a few minor checks performed by the doctor -- listening to the heart, lungs, etc. A patient is asked to share if anything else is bothering them. This was the key point. Most men do not share any issues unless they are already extremely severe. They assume or hope that any other issues will just go away. This is especially true about issues related to the male genitalia as men simply don't want to hear that anything is wrong down there. We knew this was true for Rich as he has had some ED issues for which he has been self-medicating for years without telling his doctor. We expected it was true for other men as well. We went to a neighbor who is a retired nurse practitioner to discuss whether there were any checks that could be done by a wife on her husband to see if there are any issues that should be brought to the attention of a medical professional. Note that this is in the vein of a self-exam for breast cancer that women do, not like a mammogram that is done by a professional. Would there be similar, novice checks, that a wife could do? Her answer was 'yes' and in fact her husband had passed away the year before from prostate cancer which if caught earlier might have saved his life. We decided to proceed to create an event to teach wives how to do these checks.

I'll move on to the event itself. The event happens in two parts. First, I will focus on the second part which is this education event. The nurse practitioner helped us identify several checks that a wife could be trained to perform at a simple level. These are for testicular cancer, a male genital exam primarily for erectile dysfunction, and a check for prostate cancer. There is also a check for abnormalities in sperm that could indicate an issue. For each check the nurse demonstrates how to perform the check and each wife takes a turn performing the check herself under the nurse's supervision to be sure it is being done correctly. We emphasize several times that we are NOT training them to be medical professionals. They are being trained only in the basics to identify possible problems. If they find an abnormality, they should insist their husbands schedule an appointment to have the issue checked by a trained medical professional.

Let me stop there and take some questions before describing the first part of the event."

Vivian was the first to speak, "I want to thank you for your openness. I have a history in the Healthcare industry although I was not a trained medical professional, so I applaud your efforts in this area. I do want to understand more about the 3 checks that are performed. Can you provide a bit more detail on these and also why the PSA blood test is not sufficient for checking for prostate cancer?"

"Sure, happy to do so. The testicular check is primarily a manual exam of the male testicles, but also visual. The nurse explains what to look and feel for as each testicle is examined. The male genital exam is also a manual exam and involves palpating the penis to look and feel for lumps or other abnormalities. It also can help with Peyronie's disease. The nurse uses theater makeup to place abnormalities on the subject to provide an authentic experience for what an abnormality might feel like. As for the prostate check, this is a digital rectal exam. As you mention the PSA blood test is usually relied upon to test for prostate cancer and is a very good test for this disease. As with most blood tests there is a resultant numeric value that is either within the normal range or outside the range. If it is in the range, the doctor pays little attention. The issue with the test is that it is done yearly. What if the numeric value has been on the rise and is still within boundaries of normal when the test is done, but increases significantly before the next yearly test? A DRE is an easy check that can be done periodically between blood tests to help head off issues."

Marj was the next to ask a question. "Can you help me understand the numbers involved here. How many of these events have you done? How many wives are trained in each event? How much do you charge? And, do you have any metrics to indicate how well the events are received?"

"So far, we've done 9 events. We've been doing about 1 per month. Each event can support 5 women as students. So, doing the math that is a total of 45 people we've trained so far. We do not charge for the event. We have minimal costs which we've just been covering ourselves. The only things we need are latex gloves for the prostate exam, some specimen cups, and some entertainment supplies for the guests -- wine and snacks. As for metrics on 'customer satisfaction' we aren't doing anything like that. This is not a business. We have had 100% of the women tell us that they were absolutely thrilled at the end of the session, but we don't do anything official as far as measurements. One other thing I will add is that we've already had 12 wives tell us that they did find some sort of abnormality when they went home and did the checks on their husbands. There may be more that didn't tell us. That is potentially 12 situations where we helped with early detection of a potentially dangerous health situation for members of our community."

Marshall replied, "Those are tremendous results. I would like to link back to the specific complaints that I mentioned earlier. Can you address these in relation to what you are doing?"

"Sure, let's start with the unlicensed medical school. As I mentioned, we emphasize that we are not training the ladies to be medical professionals. There is no degree offered. There is no charge for the education. We are not offering medical training. We are simply teaching basic home health checks to interested parties.

As for the prostitution and orgies, this is simply not happening. The only nude person in the event is the male subject for the checks. The ladies are specifically told that they are not to remove their clothing and that there will be no sex during the event. Although we also tell them they will probably have significant pent-up desires and we expect they will probably go home afterward and have great sex with their husbands. There is a possible exception to the no nudity for women rule during the first part of the event, and I'll describe that more when we get to that topic. But a woman is never fully nude during the event and there is no sex. The only way I can imagine that someone came up with these accusations is that they heard parts of what happened and they told someone else and the chain led to some misinformation like the old telephone game we used to play in elementary school."

Gail said, "I have a question. How do you involve the wives in the event? Are their husbands included as the subjects?"

"We've approached ladies that are our friends in our neighborhood. Some accepted the invitation and some declined due to their religious beliefs or for other reasons. We do not require the husbands to participate. We expect that they might feel awkward being nude with their neighbors. We do ask the wives if they would be willing to ask their husbands, but so far nobody has been willing to do so. We do not require their husbands to participate as a condition for their participation. We've also had a few women who have brought their adult married daughters to attend an event. Testicular cancer is common in younger men so this training is applicable for their age range as well.

After the early sessions we told the attendees that they could chat about the education with their friends to gauge interest, but that they should keep our identity confidential. If there were interest, they should give us the contact information for their friends and we would reach out when we were able to accommodate their attendance. I guess the confidentiality did not hold entirely given that we are here now faced with these complaints."

Gail continued, "So how do you get a male subject willing to do this?"

"Rich has been our only subject to this point. Rich is comfortable being nude as this has been part of our private life for a while. Being nude in front of neighbors was new, but he has adjusted to the situation."

Gail had one more question, "but what about the women who attended, wasn't it awkward to be in the presence of a nude neighbor, much less touching his private parts?"

"The simple answer to this is 'yes' and that is why we planned the first part of the event. Let me now describe that to you."

Jenna began by telling the board about CFNM as she normally does with all the event attendees. Once she finished the general discussion on CFNM she continued, "We recognized that having Rich nude among our neighbors was going to be awkward. We did want to have a subject in our age range so that the health checks would be done on a man similar in age to the husbands of the attendees. Our choices were limited and Rich was willing to do this because of his prior CFNM activities in our home. We figured the best way to have the ladies get acclimated was to have a social gathering before the education session. We serve wine and snacks and introduce Rich's nudity as part of a set of games and activities to lighten the mood and get the ladies as comfortable as possible before the main education part of the evening. I mentioned earlier that women might expose some part of their bodies during this initial portion of the evening. If this occurs, it is always because it is the woman's choice. It is never required. Some of the games involve a contest scenario and the winner can choose the prize they want Rich to provide for them. Some are simple back rubs; other times more intimate parts are involved. But it is always the woman's choice."

Marshall said, "Thank you for being so open about this. Does anyone have any further questions? Jerry, you have been quiet, anything you want to say?"

Jerry replied, "I am incredibly impressed. You may not know this, but I am one of the leaders in our region for the American Cancer Society. What you are doing is fantastic. Anything we can do to achieve early detection for possible cancer situations is extremely valuable. I want to applaud you for your efforts."

Marshall continued, "I think we are all in agreement that what you've described is a tremendous value to our community. Here is my problem. We have these official complaints filed that we need to address. Their complaints are unsubstantiated, but I cannot simply blow them off because you've told me they aren't true. We have no more proof that what you've told us is true than what they've told us."

Jenna thought quickly and said, "How about if the HOA board participates in one of these events? You would have first-hand knowledge and would be able to refute any accusations that are not true."

Marshall said, "Hmm, that's interesting. We could choose someone to represent us."

Gail interjected, "I think mathematically we all need to attend for this to be ironclad. Normally I would say that we needed 4 to attend since there are 7 board positions and that would provide a majority. However, given that we have one open position and Larry Merrick is going to be out for a while, we're down to just 5 of us. If only 4 attended there could be a split vote and the fifth person would have no personal knowledge to justify their vote. So, I think we need all 5 of us to attend."

Marshall agreed and called for a vote. This was seconded, and the vote was taken. All 5 members voted to agree that they would attend the event.

After the vote Marshall said, "I am looking forward to attending this and observing what goes on."

Jenna replied, "I'm sorry Marshall, maybe there was a misunderstanding, but observing is not allowed. Observing and not participating is a bit creepy. All the attendees must be participants. It is something we insist upon."

Marshall said, "Oh, but I thought I would just be observing. I am not going to touch another man's genitals."

Jenna said, "You are right, you're not going to do that."

Marshall replied, "But what do you mean I have to participate? If I'm not observing and I'm not performing the checks, how am I participating? You mean, um, uh... No, you don't mean..."

Jenna said, "Yes, you are correct you and Jerry will be subjects for the checks, along with Rich."

As the meeting ended there was an informal discussion in groups by gender with the ladies of the board chatting with Jenna and the men chatting with me. In my group I tried to put Marshall a bit more at ease. Jerry seemed to be rather calm about this which I think is his general nature. I thanked both of them for agreeing to participate. Having additional men as subjects was a goal of ours from the first session and we had not been able to figure out how to make this happen until now. I told the men, "If you are not already familiar with CFNM you should look it up online -- discretely. Many men who are or were in leadership positions such as yourselves as CEO and an army officer commonly enjoy CFNM. It gives leaders an ability to let go of control and let someone else make the decisions. I think you will both enjoy the evening immensely. Our CFNM is relatively tame and rest assured there is no physical harm that will happen to you. You should expect to be touched. This is going to be required for the education session, so might as well get used to it in the warm up social hour. As for any activity that you would rather not do, you always have the right to decline. Nothing will be forced upon you."

This seemed to put Marshall a bit more at ease, but he was still nervous.

Chapter 22

The event was scheduled and the HOA event day finally arrived. Janet had provided the men enema kits and instructions to use the kit to empty their bowels before the event. This made it unnecessary for anyone to arrive early.

Everyone arrived right on time. The ladies were wearing bathing attire as instructed by Jenna. All were in one piece bathing suits with a cover up except Vivian. Vivian wore a two piece, although it was much more modest than what Liz, Lauren, or Elena had worn. The men were told just to wear shorts and a T-shirt, because what they were wearing was only temporary. The ladies were served wine and snacks and I encouraged Marshall and Jerry to begin to wait on the ladies as will be expected for the evening, even though at this point they remained clothed.

When it was time for the social hour CFNM event to begin Jenna gave me a signal and I took the men into the bedroom to allow the ladies to talk in the living room. Jenna gave her usual talk to the ladies and made some plans for activities during the social hour.

Marshall, Jerry, and I were chatting in the bedroom. I could see that there was quite a bit of apprehension on both their parts, but especially Marshall. I had expected this as being nude in front of friends and neighbors for the first time is a bit scary. In front of colleagues, it might be even more so. I took out a bottle of good bourbon to help alleviate the tension. I told them it is important that they not be drunk as maintaining an erection would be difficult, however one small drink might take the edge off a bit without further problems occurring. They agreed and were thankful for the drink. It definitely helped.

When the ladies were ready, they called us out into the living room. Jenna explained that having multiple male subjects was new to us, so there would be a few variations from what we've done in the past, but nothing would be materially different. Jenna explained that we would pair each man with one of the ladies as his 'primary partner', but that of course all the ladies would interact with all the men. Jenna had assigned Vivian as partner for Marshall saying that the president and vice president of the HOA would be a good working team. Similarly, she paired Marj with Jerry. And I was paired with Gail. She explained that because there is one more woman than man, she would be the odd person out whenever there was a need for pairing. She asked each man to stand next to his partner (who were seated on the couches).

As we did at all the events, the kickoff for the social hour had the ladies undressing the men. Each man would be undressed by his partner. Jenna had planned this out ahead of time and wanted me to be the first one to be undressed, so she asked Gail to take me up to the front of the room and get things started.

Gail began by removing my polo shirt and tossing it to the side of the room. I could see that Jenna had given very thorough instructions. Next, she bent down and unbuttoned, unzipped, and pulled down my shorts. I stepped out of the shorts and again she threw them to the side. She stood to the side for a bit and let everyone get a good look at me in my underwear. Next, she knelt beside me and pulled down my underwear and tossed those aside too. Everyone was caught by surprise by what we saw. As I mentioned earlier, Marshall is a very big man in both height and weight. However, the same cannot be said for his penis. For each individual game the winning lady will score 3 points, second place will score 1 point and the third lady will hopefully do better in the next game. I won't be in the contest.

The first game is called 'pass the balloon'. I've set up 3 tall bar stools in a row for our three men. We will time each lady as she passes the balloon between all 3 men and deposits it in the bucket I've placed at the end of the line. Of course, no hands are allowed. It's just like Simon says that we've all played when we were kids, but this time the women will be in charge. As before the overall winner will get the 3 points, etc. but in addition this time if a woman knocks a man out of the game she gets a bonus -- 1 minute of genital control. She can do what she wants, but just can't make him cum, we need the cum for the education event later."

Marj said, "Okay, this time I'll go first. Men, Simone says line up in front of the room."

We all moved to the front of the living room.
