Masters of the Opera Ep. 8

Bertrand Rose and Sakura Matsuo fly to Paris, France. Sakura is being conducted by Bert in a production of Donizetti's Lucia di Lammermoor. Sakura is a sensation and she is thrown a lavish reception party after her successful premiere. At the party, Bertrand meets Jason, an opera fan, and a devotee of Sakura's singing, who works as a bisexual escort. Bertrand talks to him privately and tells him about his difficult marriage and how he wants to divorce his wife, Bianca. By coincidental luck, Jason hates Bianca's singing and prefers Sakura. He agrees to help Bertrand get back at his wife. Bertrand pays Jason to seduce his wife Bianca. Bianca is also in Paris, performing in the Richard Strauss opera Salome. After Bianca's big premiere performance, she runs into Jason who lavishes her praise as part of his act. He then propositions her to go back to his hotel to have sex. Jason gets Bianca to drink so much that she becomes intoxicated. Bianca and Jason have sex. Afterward, as they have pillow talk, Jason gets Bianca to reveal the truth about her recent actions regarding her plots to get back at her husband Bertrand. Bianca tells about her hiring men to break into Bertrand's apartment to steal from him, and to trash his car, as well as getting his driver, Tyrone, to get drunk so he could cause a car crash which he hoped would have ended Bertrand's life. Jason has a concealed recording device with him. Later the next day, he takes the recording device with the tape to Bertrand. Bertrand pays him for his work. Bertrand then calls his wife at her hotel in Paris and asks her to meet with him for something very important to discuss. Bianca agrees to meet with him at her hotel room. Bertrand plays the tape for her. He then blackmails his wife by giving her an ultimatum. If she agrees to a divorce, he will not leak the tape. If she continues to deny him a divorce, he will release the tape to the public and it will result with her being sent to prison for attempted murder. Bianca finally agrees to a divorce. Bertrand tells Sakura and they are overjoyed. They begin to set a date for their own wedding, as soon as the divorce of Bert and Bianca is finalized.
