Lola Ch. 02: Jenny

Jenny had been looking forward to Kink Night all week. She had bought a black and red corset almost a year ago and had forgotten about it until recently. When she accidentally dug it up from her pajama drawer when she was looking for her dildo she stopped for a second and laughed to herself.

"Oh my god this thing is so cute I completely forgot I had bought it. I should wear this to Kink Night on Saturday, maybe then I'll have the confidence to talk to someone."

Jenny spent the day on Saturday trying to get her friend group together for the big night but she only managed to get her roommate and his boyfriend to join her. They were the two gayest guys she knew and she began to worry a bit in her head.

"God if they start tying themselves up on the dancefloor like they've talked about I'm gonna have no one to talk to, I guess I'll just focus on my dancing," Jenny thought to herself.

Jenny was not good at going places alone, a lot of the time she found herself anxious about the silliest things and would usually end up at a table scrolling through social media. Kink Night was always super exciting beforehand but as her friends would start to partake in the festivities she would begin to get nervous and stick to the dancefloor for the whole night. Not the worst fate, however Jenny wished she had the confidence to find herself a dom or an owner or even just a new friend.Lola Ch. 02: Jenny фото

Last Kink Night, she found herself thinking: "They're all right in front of you Jenny! You can literally ask any one of these people if they would be interested in exploring one of your many kinks and they would probably say yes! That's what this night is for! Use your words, girl!"

She finished the night sitting at a table outside the bar waiting for her roommate and his boyfriend to finish up spanking each other in front of a crowd. It truly pained her to think how her own shyness was holding her back from having a good time. She was so passionate about this stuff and had been experimenting on her own with all kinds of kink for years but could never find the confidence to find someone to play with. As she was in the car on the way to the current Kink Night, she found herself daydreaming about life as a dog. Pet play was easily the kink that interested her the most. She had already amassed a collection of a custom short dark brown tail, a cute pink collar, dark brown ears to match the tail and, her newest addition, two dark brown paws to match the rest of her fur. After looking at dog breeds online for an unrelated task, she realized that all her gear made her look like a dark brown Australian Shepherd.

About a year before, Jenny had started entering pet space roughly about once a week, usually whenever she couldn't go without it anymore. As the year went on, she became more comfortable on all fours, developed a cute little bark and started to leave a bowl of water on the floor for herself to drink even when she wasn't in pet space. These pet sessions became more and more frequent and it made Jenny feel that much more disappointed coming home from Kink Night without an owner. As the car skidded into the parking spot across the street from the bar, she felt a growing sense of unease, a sensation which was new to her in this context.

"This is probably just gonna be another one of those nights where I dance until three o'clock or something," Jenny told herself as she paid the cover and hung her fur coat up at the coat check.

"I need a drink."

Jenny and her friends alternated between dancing and drinking for the next two hours while eyeing the rest of the bar and the special amenities for the night. An undeniable horniness had been growing in the air between the two boyfriends and Jenny felt it was probably best to go off on her own and give them their space.

"Oh my god! They're actually tying themselves up on the dancefloor that's so cool," Jenny thought to herself. "Let me get another drink and see what happens."

"No! I said sit!"

"What. Was that meant for me?" Jenny thought to herself.

After briefly blanking out, the world in front of her began to fill in again and she noticed the puppy getting disciplined by its owner in front of her. Unable to move, Jenny stood there until the scene resolved itself. Her brain just repeated the words "Oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god." She had seen pet players before at these events but never this close and not since she had developed an obsession with her own pet fantasies.

"Okay I definitely need a drink right now. Why do I feel like I'm gonna cry? I can't be jealous about this can I?" Thought Jenny.

The bar was crowded and it was taking a few minutes for everybody to get their drinks. Jenny's brain was racing so fast that she didn't notice a couple people had cut her in line. In her preoccupation, she also didn't notice the hand reaching for her shoulder.

"Hey, can I buy you a drink?"

"Who are you?" replied Jenny to the mostly ordinary looking man, laughing to herself at how dumb of an answer that was but thankful she was able to get out any words at all.

"Sorry! I'm John, I was sitting down over at that table and I noticed you were alone on the dancefloor for a bit. Would you like a dance partner?" John felt bad misleading her as to why he'd come to talk to her but he figured he would dance with her until she was comfortable with him and then drop the question.

"Oh hi! I'm Jenny! I was actually getting a drink so I would have the confidence to ask someone to dance with me anyways so what good fortune!" Jenny began to notice the piercings and tattoos on John and thought to herself. "Oh wow wait, he's becoming more my type the more I look at him"

As they walked to the dancefloor, Jenny found herself wondering where this guy had come from. She looked over at the table John had initially pointed at and when she saw who he had been sitting with, she tripped a little bit. "Oh hey don't hurt yourself! Still gotta go dancing" said John. Jenny was only able to muster a weak "Uh huh".

"He's friends with those pet players! OH MY GOD! Don't fuck this up Jenny, oh my god please don't fuck this up. What if he's not an owner and he's just friends with them? What if he just feels bad for me?" Jenny couldn't stop running these questions through her head.

"I'm just gonna be straight up with you. Are you a dog?"

They had only been dancing for about 30 seconds, John hated himself for it but he didn't have the patience to wait any longer. Jenny was his type to a T, almost as tall as him in her boots with short curly dark hair and fun, playful demeanor. He couldn't let this charade go on for any longer without knowing if his hunch was true.

Jenny had frozen again, but this time she found the strength to look up at John and open her mouth. The words that came out of that mouth however, did not make any sense.

"Well- um--I-Uh-What-H-what"

"I'm gonna take that as a yes," said John.

Jenny, still speechless, found herself wrapping her arms around John's back and burying her face into his shoulder.

"Aw, puppy, it's okay. I understand I came off a bit aggressive. I just wanted to get it over with in case I was wrong. The way you reacted to my friends Stella and Daisy gave you away, you just froze back there on the way to the bar." John was still a bit uneasy because Jenny hadn't said the word "Yes" yet but he was almost certain after that first non-answer.

Hearing the word "puppy" directed at her for the first time in her life was enough to make Jenny squeeze John so hard that he made a tiny little squealing noise. This broke Jenny out of her trance and she felt like she was finally able to say something. She pulled away from John slightly and whispered. "I've been waiting for this moment for so long and it just happens to me? At random? John, are you serious? Is this a practical joke?"

"Puppy I still need a yes or no answer to be sure. Are you a dog?" Said John.

"YES YES YES I AM," Jenny blurted out excitedly, finally able to say something directly to John's face for the first time since they had joined the dancefloor. Her heart was fluttering hard as if it had a hundred tiny wings each pushing it into different directions.

"I'm guessing by how you've reacted to all this that this is a secret you've held onto for a long time. I want you to know it's safe with me and if you come meet my friends they will keep their lips shut as well. I just need to know if you want me to adopt you or not." John was in the home stretch now, he'd done a fair share of hitting on girls at bars in his life but he'd never left one speechless before.

"I-I-I-I y--yes sorry y-yes," was Jenny's pathetic attempt at a reply. At this point, every new thing John said was straight out of her daydreams and she realized she had been rehearsing for this moment unknowingly for a year. "I'm your dog, John." She said a little more confidently. "I'm gonna be out of it the rest of the night because I'm still processing what just happened but I need you to know that I am fully 100% your pet, your puppy, your dog. I'll follow you around and try to socialize the best that I can but please know my brain is operating at like 10%."

"Puppy all I ask of you is your presence, just take it all in tonight, and take it slow. Besides, I have a feeling in a few months you're gonna be doing more barking than talking anyways so it's good practice. My friends are probably dying to meet you! Come puppy, follow me!"

Her first command. She would eventually get those words tattooed in her bikini area right above her right thigh, with a pawprint on the left side. Currently Jenny was lost in yet another trance, this one thankfully allowed her to move her body over to the table that John had pointed at right before the big question. She had only now begun to ask herself if it was a good idea to trust this random guy with one of the most important pieces of herself but she decided she was strong enough to give it a try for a little. "He's earned it, that was a huge risk to take. If it all goes as well as tonight I feel like I would jump in front of a bear for him," mused Jenny, imagining herself as an average-sized Australian Shepherd in front of a polar bear ten times her size.

"Okay everybody say hi to my new puppy! Straight out the pound," John smiled proudly as he presented Jenny to his friend group. He tousled her hair not unlike the way he would if he was petting her, this made Jenny blush a vibrant red. She could tell John was trying his hardest to make her feel like his pet without being too overt about it, which she was thankful for. She really wouldn't be able to handle anything more in public until she felt comfortable with him. Once her face started to cool down she waved at the group and said "Hi everyone!"

"Puppy, tell them your name," said John.

"Sorry, sorry, hi I'm Jenny! Five minutes ago I was just a girl ordering a drink at a bar. Now I'm here."

Jenny and her new owner sat down next to Daisy at the table and almost immediately, Daisy and Bailey began barking at Jenny. Once their owners got them quiet, Jordan asked, "why didn't you bark back, Jenny?"

"I'm nervous, I'm sorry," said Jenny meekly.

"She's in shock guys, you're gonna have to give her time. I really did a number on her I think, I came in a bit too hot and she was speechless for a minute or two. I think she'll be mostly human tonight while she recovers," John explained.

Hearing this, Daisy felt bad for barking at her new friend and gave her a nice lick on the cheek as a form of apology. Jenny turned to her and gave her a little pet behind the ears and said, "Aw thank you! You're Daisy right? You misbehaving is the whole reason I'm here in the first place so I'm sure you're a really good girl. I can't wait to play with you." Jenny had to do a double take after hearing those words come out of her mouth. They were so natural, this whole thing was so natural.

"Hahaha, Daisy can be a wonderful pet most of the time except she does love to push my buttons. She's currently not allowed to speak human as a punishment," remarked Stella from across the table.

"Punishment from earlier?" asked John.

"No, she knocked Serena's drink off the table, I'm pretty sure on purpose," answered Stella.

"You know, I'm inclined to let her speak now," said Serena, "I'm sure she wants to get to know her new friend! She's probably already learned her lesson."

"Okay fine but you better be good for the rest of the night or I'm doing what I did last time," threatened Stella and Daisy's eyes lit up immediately.

"Wruffff! Hi Jenny! Take as much time as you need to get comfortable around us. I know it can be scary at first! You and me and Bailey are going to be a really good trio I can already tell. I want to make a dog group chat with just us three so we can get to know you well and-and-and," said Daisy extremely quickly, letting everyone know she had been waiting to say those words for a while.

"Woof!" Bailey chimed in from the other side of the table, "Puppy told John before he got up to talk to you that if someone had done that before puppy met her current owners she would have melted into their arms. Puppy doesn't blame you at all for being shy."

"I did melt. I don't know if you saw me but when owner asked me if I was a dog on the dancefloor, I couldn't answer and just fell into his arms," Jenny replied.

"You're already calling him owner huh?" Stella said, smiling from ear to ear. "John, how do you do it?"

"It just felt natural!" exclaimed Jenny, already growing red in embarrassment.

"Hey hey puppy it's okay don't blush. You're a really good girl and you catch on quickly, training you is gonna be a breeze!" Said John proudly as he held his hand to her burning left cheek.

"Training?! He's gonna train me? This is real life and this guy who just became my owner is going to train me? I feel like I'm short-circuiting," Jenny thought to herself as John began relaying the full story of their dancefloor conversation with their friends.

"Yeah I should've waited a bit longer to ask her if she was a dog but like, I didn't want to waste any more of her time if I ended up being wrong. You should've seen her face, it was like a bomb went off. Her first answer wasn't any better. It took her like two minutes to say yes," said John a little too braggadociously. "Sorry puppy, is this making you feel uncomfortable? I have a tendency to speak without thinking of the consequences."

"No, no, owner it's okay, I'm enjoying hearing about it now that I'm not actually experiencing it. It sounds kinda cute the way you made me go speechless," Jenny smiled, already feeling herself beginning to experience the trust that a pet feels for its owner.

"So Jenny, are you experienced in being a pet?" asked Serena.

"No John is my first and only owner, unless you count the one I've been imagining every time I've gone into pet space for the last year," said Jenny in a matter-of-fact tone of voice.

"Aww poor girl, you've been alone for so long," said Serena. "You're home now, we're all gonna take good care of you!"

At this moment, Jenny's roommate came up to the table and said, "Hey Jenny, I think we're gonna head out, are you gonna come with us? Wait, why are you so red."

Snapping back into reality after what felt like floating on plasma for the last hour, Jenny turned to him and said. "Oh yeah I'll come meet you in a second! I knew John here in high school and we've been shit-talking this one guy that apparently we both hated! It's so funny how I never knew that, really John, it's amazing to see you here of all places!"

Jenny hated lying to her roommate but she had been through enough tonight, she didn't need him to have any suspicions about what was going on between her and John. She was a bit worried that someone at the table would give her away because they hadn't discussed beforehand what to do in this situation. Thankfully, her owner's voice rang out strongly and confidently from behind her, "Yeah for real, Jake was a real asshole, I can't believe you never told me you didn't like him. We were all in an algebra group project together!"

Jenny hoped that the concept of an algebra group project wouldn't make her roommate suspicious, and when she got up to join her friends at the front, she turned to John and said, "Oh hey let's catch up some time, can I get your number?"

As Jenny was riding in the back seat, she changed John's name in her contacts to "Owner." Her heart was racing again, "What the HELL happened in there tonight. I need to check if that contact is still there in the morning or if I was hallucinating all of this," she thought.

"Hey you never told me why you were blushing so much, Jenny," said her roommate from the front seat.

Taken a little off guard, Jenny stammered, "Oh.... uh we were laughing a lot and like, he's really cute so I guess if he was flirting it was working."

Satisfied that this was a good enough answer, she opened her phone back up and sent a text to John, "Owner, tonight was unreal. I'm in the car and I'm already wishing I stayed with you. I just got caught up in the moment and wasn't ready to clue my roommate in to what was going on! Thank you for covering for me. I was super worried! I doubt I'll be able to sleep tonight after all this excitement. Would you maybe wanna go on a lil owner-puppy coffee date soon to figure out all of the logistics? I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my puppy shoulders and I can't wait to see you again. Other than this wall of text above, puppy is at a loss for words. Let me know about that coffee!"

John still sat at the table equally in shock. He felt like this time the pet-owner connection he was looking for was right around the corner. The table was abuzz with gossip about John's newly acquired puppy.

"John, why did she have to leave? We were just getting to know her!" said Serena.

"Yeah, and why did she lie about an algebra group project or something," chimed in Jordan.

"The group project thing was my fault," said John, "that was a really dumb answer but I was thinking on the fly. I think she was really overwhelmed with the whole thing. She'd been keeping all of this a secret for over a year so I think she wasn't ready to tell her friends about everything that happened. I'll have to catch up with her soon and talk her through maybe telling her closest friends if she wants to."

At this moment he received the text from his dog and couldn't control his smile. "Wruff! Aw look John is blushing! You got a text from her didn't you," barked Daisy.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm blushing big news, I already really like her! Can I read y'all my response to her as a proofread?"

His response said: "Puppy you are such a strong dog for handling all of that emotional turmoil tonight. I have been looking for a loyal, cute, amusing pet who's serious about all this dog stuff. From what little I got out of you (it was adorable how you were tripping over your words in shock), I think I've hit the jackpot. Are you free tomorrow at 12 o'clock? I want to start training you immediately and I want to figure out all the details of our dynamic as soon as possible. The rest of the group loved you by the way, especially the puppies, they're usually territorial when another dog comes into their area. When you get home I want you to put on any pet gear you have and send me a picture, and then sleep in whatever's comfortable. Get used to this because you'll be sleeping like this in the future. P. S. I noticed you referred to yourself as "Puppy" at the end of the text, I like that. You may not use the words "I" or "me" when speaking to me or any other person involved with pet play anymore."

"Woooof! Hahaha! She's gonna talk like puppy! That'll be fun, it'll be like our own shared language," said Bailey, proud of her newfound status as a trendsetter.

As Jenny was pulling off her outfit for the night, the text from her owner came in. She was jumping for joy the second she saw him pop up on her lock screen. She got herself ready for him and sent a picture with her kneeling on the floor in front of her mirror.

Her response said: "This is what it'll look like when you teach puppy to "Sit!" Ruff! Puppy is so excited she'll wear her collar and paws to bed. Puppy is also free tomorrow as well and she'll bring a notebook to track everything we decide on! Puppy just took a bunch of melatonin and is gonna try and get some sleep, she'll be thinking of you in dreamland! Goodnight, owner."

This was not Jenny's first time sleeping in her collar, she had done it many times before when she entered pet space. This time was different however. The cute pink fabric was impossible to ignore as it kept reminding her about what was to come in the future. As the melatonin began to hit, she found herself able to tolerate the collar a bit more each minute.

She slept soundly on the bed, the collar burning a pale fire into her neck that she must have felt in her dreams.
