Plastic surgeon Glenn Mercer pulled his shiny black BMW into the garage of his ritzy upper class Boston home. A glance across the front seat at the bombshell blonde beside him he studied her expression. Not that he was showing off but to gauge her reaction. He really didn't know the woman, but he sure wanted to. Daisy Lighthouse as she called herself admired the real estate he owned long before parking. Offering Glenn compliments of his gardening skills he laughed over it with an honest remark.
"That would be the gardener, Jose's job. Once a week. I'll be sure to let him know you appreciate his work. That, or if you're still hanging around you can do that yourself." Engine off he sat back and absorbed her beauty without trying to appear all stalker like. The woman simply glowed in his opinion. Probably due to her seductress mode maintaining an ever-present allure of pheromones. You see, Daisy Lighthouse was an android. An alien android at that.
Reverse engineered to the best of her, rather she and her scientific colleagues, abilities she now inhabited this work of art. This weapon of mass destruction if need be. How might you ask? Long story short her brain patterns were installed into this shared environment. Her human body died within a black site military base called OASIIS in Pennsylvania. A kill order from the dark side that no scientist remained alive to ever spill the beans over what they had achieved. Thankfully with the help of a soldier with an assassin's resume had the resolve to keep them alive. At least as many as he could rescue. 25 lonely souls now wandered the Earth in android habitats. Immortal now, if you will. Oh, the things these androids could do! Glenn Mercer would find out someday. For now, it was better that he thought he just got lucky. Daisy felt that luck herself.
Gathering her bags from the trunk as well as his back seat handsome Glenn showed her the way into the house. Once leaving the garage entries threshold Daisy stood in awe of what her first impression led. "This is the cleanest house I have ever seen. Maid?"
He chuckled taking her bags to his humongous dining table before his arms wore out. "No! I'm just a neat freak." Just that fast he changed his mind and hauled them further into his home. She trailed him admiring his chiseled physique with appreciation. Her old self would have never made it past the coffee spill on the boardwalk by the ocean. Without her upgrade men would have grimaced and ran like hell. Overweight, nothing special in the looks department, only her brains would have ever appealed, and she knew darn well that even that quality would have never gotten so much as an apology. Lonesome and depressed much of her life, Delores Catlock was still struggling with her self-esteem. Being a goddess was all-new to her conception. Nothing, not even beauty fixed every scar. It would take time. Still, she did hope for any attention she was long denied. Fingers crossed!
"Then I guess you're not looking to hire a maid then." She snapped her fingers with a look of disappointment. "Darn it!" Relocating her bags Mercer dropped them by the steps of a sunken living room while taking his leather jacket off.
"I'd have to go over your job references and qualifications."
She stuck her tongue out at him, "We both know I'd look good in a French Maids outfit." No bag over her head anymore she told herself. It was a start!
Nodding at her psychic ability he returned her razzing tongue with one of his own. Two kids suddenly, three more flips ended their childish antics. "On that note at least, your resume proves that you speak French very well, Mademoiselle!"
"Moist Oui!" She licked her lips then batted her lashes. "Fluently I might add." She spoke in French. The endeavor had him puckering his lower lip. This was Boston. Englishmen and French did set up camp here in the 1600's. Then again, she said she was from Florida. He knew then and there that the newly christened Daisy Lighthouse was smarter than she let on.
After a silent stare he clasped his hands together tightly. "Okay, then! I know you're starving and I'm certain tired. Let's get your wardrobe to the guestroom and I can show you the shower. With my buddies coming over to play poker we usually just order out for pizza. That sound okay for dinner?"
She expressed her delight by hiking her shirt and rubbing her soft silky well-designed gently glistening tummy. Artificial flesh that could never be mistaken as anything out of the ordinary her android had skills beyond most human comprehension. Real as real could be even if it was alien fiber. "Absolutely! Actually, I'm not as tired as I was. I guess the excitement of my first new friend and his generosity have opened my eyes. Should I stay in my room while your friends are here, so they don't get the wrong impression? They might insinuate that we have something extracurricular if you know what I mean."
"Personally, I don't care what they say." He creased his brow then frowned over it. "I'll leave that up to you. You are definitely welcome to join us." Smiling at his understanding yet gracious attitude she eyed the fireplace to the left of the sunken living room and the picture frames on its mantle. A casual journey with her hands in her back pockets Daisy found herself nosey. He curiously followed her with his eyes, resisting that perfect heart shaped ass as much as possible. Not easy! On the mantle she spotted a photo of Glenn and another woman in a picture frame. With an awkward clearing of his throat, he opened up over her zeroing in on it. "That's Samantha! Sam as I called her. Ex-Wife!" Daisy noted another photo of a teenage boy, "Your son?"
"Yes! That is Liam! He just turned sixteen. Lives with his mother over at Beacon Hill. I get him every two weeks religiously. Loves sports. We usually hit a Sox game a couple times a season. Bruins otherwise. He plays guitar! Where and how he picked that up remains a mystery. Sam and I, especially me watch everything I use my fingers for." He wiggled his fingers on both hands. "When it pays the bills, you make certain to be careful." Like being burnt by coffee on the boardwalk. Luckily, it wasn't that bad.
"As handsome as his father." She smiled respectfully, "Hopefully I won't be a burden long, so that I don't interfere with his next visitation. I am certain his mother would have something to say about it."
He held a hand up to stop her there. "Don't sweat it. Liam's cool. It's not like we're lovers you and I."
He blushed lightly as she stared back at him without expression. Swiftly changing the subject he looked at his watch, "Three hours until the guys get here. I need to set up the card table out by the pool and make a beer run. You go freshen up and I'll get what I need done."
She looked around the house, "You have a pool?"
He motioned with a tilt of his head to follow her through the house. Beyond the living room was a larger room designed for get togethers. Dartboard, pinball machine, billiard table, etc. Connected to that room was a set of French doors leading to an indoor pool. Sliding them open in two directions he mimicked her earlier comment, "Moist Oui!"
"Copycat! I haven't gone swimming in ten years." Fact! OASIIS had a pool but forbid their scientific prisoners from using it fearing they might drown themselves before their jobs would get done. Thinking about that she wondered if that might have been their intended fate. The pool at the base did have a floor that slid over it. Trapping them all under that lid would have been an easy homicide. One less bloody to have to clean up. "Would you mind while I'm here?"
"Feel free, Rainbow Bright! You have quite a selection now." Winking over her array of bikini colors in the bags back in the other room Glenn rubbed his palms together.
"Yellow it is."
Nodding without words Glenn shut the doors and returned with her to the bags, gathering them up with Daisy's assist. Furthering their travel upstairs he showed her a room which contained a king size bed and plenty of space. Placing the bags on the mattress he pointed to the door of an adjoining ensuite. "Bathroom is in there. Fully stocked with everything you might need, be you male or female. I buy in bulk. Not just a neat freak." He rolled his eyes sensing he was sounding like a geek. "I'm going now. See you around 7:00?"
"Daisy Fresh!" She smiled as her bodies scent expressed a vivid breath of fresh air. He caught a whiff and nearly swooned. Magnetic for certain he had to break the polarity. "Thank you, Charming Glenn."
"Forever welcome! Enjoy the comforts." Leaving the room closing the door behind him Daisy found herself alone. Sitting on the bed after shuffling bags to make a seat she glanced around the conveniences. Silence took over for 5 minutes. Guilt still creased her thoughts. She wondered how her fellow escapees were coping with freedom. It had to have been difficult on some of them. Their luck was hardly as fortunate as Daisy's android provided her. Knowing a number of her fellows had to be struggling in their new existences. Creating new identities had to be traumatic.
"Hector Ramirez must be pulling his hair out being stuck inside a woman's body. The Orphans, gosh I can only pray for Charlie, Lucy, Lionel, and Patty. Grown adults forced into the android bodies of children. I pity their future. I know Charlie will adapt he's so very brilliant and levelheaded. I'll miss his cigar smoke. It was so relaxing. Lucy, now she I worry about, she's so naive and inexperienced. Still a virgin at 32 and now she looks as if she is 10. Forever a virgin I'm afraid, unless the four of them help one another out I suppose. How awful!" Still, she wished them nothing but the best.
"Tamara Kole will thrive. She's the wild child. I have no doubt she will live her new life to the fullest. Extreme at that! Nikki Pope stuck taking care of Jared Temple will be challenging. Jared at 15 stuck in an adult Adonis while Nikola is forced to live in reverse. She was I believe 38 and now living in a malfunctioning android that is forever stuck in the guise of a 15-year-old. That has to be humiliating. Nikki is strong though. Luckily Jared loves her like a mother." Yeah! Growing pains would be a bitch for those two.
"Banner Wolfe was always the loner. I suspect he would find a quiet place to live and steer clear of the world at large. Delbert Hyde... I don't even want to know what that twisted maniac might do. He was such a pervert, he even jerked off in front of me. Me! Ugly Betty! That was desperation." Nothing stopped Del. "Kathy Kinner... I barely knew Kat she was also a loner. Friendly only at a distance. No idea where her life might take her." Oh! There was much more to Kathy than any of them knew. Time would prove that. Over her memory lane stroll Daisy severed her connection to her former allies.
Deep inside her android body she studied her organic circuitry and learned more about herself. There were so many facets to this new body which she inhabited. Tip of the iceberg really. While she knew quite a lot having worked on them there were points of interest that even they hadn't cracked before the mass Exodus at OASIIS. What worried her most was her defense mechanisms. This android body was after all built to be a lethal weapon. It dawned on her while subjected to the bus ride to Boston that if this body reacted to being caught off guard, she might kill someone. That scared the holy hell out of her. Yet, Glenn was not a corpse after their coffee impact. "Jared Temple did deactivate the assassin protocols, so that's a relief. Yet my human side will react defensively at some point. I just need to be careful. I'm certain my joint computer will warn me to be wary."
Sure, her brain patterns mastered over the android's guidance system, yet it was designed to react to any emergency. She found Glenn Mercer to be very likeable and to ever hurt him would destroy what little soul she carried over with her thoughts. With a sigh she broke away from her trance and stood up. Going to her closet to find hangers for her new clothing kept her busy at least. Dangling the necessities on rods she closed the door and went about placing her dainties in the dresser to the left of her bed. Finally, she crumpled the bags and hid them under the bed for now. In her inner most reflections she lost track of two whole hours.
Her journey ended in the bathroom where she glared at herself in the basins large wall mirror. With a glint of disgust, she abandoned the stolen clothing she had worn ever since her escape. "Time to toss out these rags. Moving up to the east side Weezie!"
Once nude she again admired herself, "There are just no words for what I've become. Getting used to this Goddess effect should be easier than this. I don't deserve to be this hot. A lowly micro technician who can't even apply her skills ever again. How would I produce credentials for a job in my field? At least not without offering up red flags for OASIIS and the government hovering over their computers just hoping I make that mistake. No, whatever I do for work it has to be simple and unnoticeable. I hate to say it but I might have to get a job as a stripper. Cash only. Ugh! I see my old chunky butt body swinging on a stripper pole. I have to close that part of my brain off somehow. Learn to walk Babygirl."
She knew her android body need not shower or sleep, yet her mind refused to give up such simple pleasures as a hot steamy shower or a bubble bath. Shower it was, as she started the water and waited inside as the cold chill adapted to her flesh, converting to heat. It felt lovely. Her nervous system increased its every pleasure as her pores reacted like miniature tortures. With every violent cascade, she felt her senses heighten from ticklishness, too hot flashes, then erotic tension.
Clenching her teeth tightly she had never dreamt her first official shower as an android would be so intense. Eying the showerhead she noted it to be removeable and reluctantly clutched it with steady fingers if not trembling within her thoughts. Lowering the cable of the showerhead she dared to expose the torrent to her vagina. Narrowing the stream of water Daisy terrorized her artificial clitoris in such a way all she could do was verbally howl. Constantly! At the top of her lungs! Time lost in her endeavor her seductress mode claimed her senses. God help her!
Directly downstairs below Daisy, Glenn Mercer answered his front door. Arriving early as usual was his buddy, Fred Surebeck. At the threshold both heard the agonizing shouts of ecstasy. Fred stopped cold in his tracks grabbing the doorjamb with a fearful reaction. The six-foot black man with a bald head and spongy beard stood with bulging eyes, "You buy a pit bull?"
Glenn glared up the stairs behind him and chuckled, "She's no dog. It's possible she might be in heat though. Time will tell."
"Hold up!" Fred brightened up, "You and Sammy get back together?"
"Never going to happen, Buddy. Hey! Thanks for making that beer run for me on your way here. Saved me some time getting things set up."
Fred handed him the case of Budweiser under his armpit and walked inside to close the front door. "No prob! So, if that's not Sammy, who's the She-wolf?" Persistent howls had them both worried she might actually be a werewolf. There was a full moon out tonight.
Talking over the intensity of the howls forced them to wince over the reverb. Glenn stood worried, "Sounds painful, doesn't it?"
Fred swiftly re-opened the front door and looked into the sky, "Brother that's a full moon!" Before he could shut the door, he noticed another car pull up in the drive, "Dude and Tony are here. Think you should chain up the Hound of Baskerville?" Fred Surebeck was a Lit Professor at Boston College, he would know.
Glenn shook his head disbelieving the echoes in the air posed any threat. "Naaaaaa! Let her get it out of her system. Don't ask. She's cool." Fred puckered up watching Dude and Tony approach the door capturing the sound effects for themselves.
Right off the bat Damian "the Dude" Ramone studied the tones above and seconded Fred's observation. "You get a dog?"
In turn Glenn looked at all three of them with a droll expression. "Yea, you know what? I bought a Chihuahua just to annoy you bastards."
Fred looked puzzled, "So, you did get a dog!"
Glenn just rolled his eyes, "Never mind! Tables set up, beers going on ice, and the pizzas are under twenty minutes away. Go on out while I go use the newspaper on the pooch."
Tony Isaiah Paltrow alias Tip, let the others step away before stopping Glenn, "You and Sam get back together?"
Glenn inevitably slapped his forehead. "For the last time, NO! I just have a friend over for a few days. I'm helping her get back on her feet."
With the assist of more shrill howls, almost bloodcurdling Tony patted Glenn on his chest. "Hey, Glenn? I don't think her feet are on the ground. In the air maybe."
The homeowner shook his head and insistently pointed to the indoor pool, "Go shuffle already. I'll be out in a few."
As Tony complied Glenn raced upstairs and stood outside of Daisy's bedroom door to listen as the howls became tempered whimpers. A challenging knock he questioned the situation. "Are you alright in there, Daisy?"
No reply he twisted the doorknob and creaked the door open hearing the shower. Carefully tiptoeing inside toward the opened bathroom door, he caught a glimpse of her silhouette in the foggy shower doors. He could see her doubled over with one palm on the door. Finally, he saw her arch her spine and squeal with undeniable delight. "Dear God in Heaven that felt amazing."
He overheard her and stepped back. Spotting her slowly hang up the showerhead he crept back out realizing she had masturbated with it. That was his cue to bail. As the water ceased Daisy picked up on his exit. Her hearing amplified, scent greedy toward her android nostrils, his heartbeat racing in his chest, hormones rising she froze. Suddenly, realization caught up with her. "Shit! Glenn must have heard me. How could he not have. I'm so not used to this body, the audibles must have been deafening. Note to self, search the volume settings on android larynx. God, I'm so embarrassed now. I wonder what he's thinking?" Then it dawned on her. Her android body had a built-in telepathic device that could pick up sounds and thoughts with the range of a block away. Wisping her drenched locks aside she stood erect and listened.
She heard comments from the pool room. Various voices discussing card strategy and slightly chilled beer. Nothing too sensitive. Finally, Daisy closed her eyes, "I told myself this mode was bad news, but I have to know. Telepathy is such an invasion. I need to know what Glenn is thinking." Moments passed as she managed this new skill properly when she heard Glenn vividly from downstairs in his kitchen.
"I really shouldn't have intruded on Daisy. I'm such an idiot. She sounded like she was dying up there."
The concern made Daisy smile as she continued eavesdropping. Glenn fret over his friends presuming it was his ex-wife, Samantha. Obviously, his friends really liked Samantha, which made Daisy tense. They would see her and presume the worst as she feared earlier. Maybe she should just avoid those downstairs and feign sleep. Glenn would understand.
"I hope Daisy comes down." His thoughts continued, "Maybe she will wear that yellow bikini I bought her. Yea, right! Nice fantasy you had there, Mister Mercer. The guys would jizz all over themselves seeing her like that. Might have to call 911."
Daisy giggled at his flippant thoughts then decided to reject any further telepathic rewards. Shutting down the mind mode she got out and dried herself off. Much of the water absorbing into her flesh to be utilized as needed in portraying a real human.
Wiping the steamy mirror off with her towel she smiled at herself, "Yes Glenn! A very nice fantasy there. I suppose I did offer you a fantasy, didn't I." Blowing compressed air from her lips in an upward manner she stepped out into the bedroom and removed the tags off of her yellow bikini and began tying it on. As Seductress mode insisted her nipples were twin towers and the areolas were raised all the way around them appearing as if a combination lock. Attaching the bottoms, she adjusted it over her vagina as narrowly as plausible without looking planned. A simple twists and turns in step to peer at herself in a closet mirror she eyed her backside. "Okay, Daisy Droid! From this minute forward we are going to forget Delores Catlock in her former life. Let's enjoy this for new frontiers." Donning a pair of her newly purchased flats she took a deep breath and headed down the stairwell. Her hair miraculously dried as if blown, it looked amazing and silky. Surely her hair would be the last thing on their minds.
"Here we go! The former chunky butt does not know how to be sexy so I'm leaving my actions up to you, Seductress." Called upon after a week of silence. "Please do not make me look bad."
"My pleasure!" Finally, a voice of reason! A dormant alien computer was now being realized. Sure! Prime directive! Reactions speak louder than words.
Delores Catlock begone!
Long live Daisy Lighthouse!
