College Student's Landlady Pt. 10

All characters in this story are over the age of 19, the story focuses in part on abdl with the use of diapers, crib, highchair, a bottle and a pacifier but all characters retain their age again and do not regress. The items mentioned above are comforts, no age change is suggested or should be deprived from this story. Any honorific's used like Frau Schimmel and Gordon are again only honorific's and not suggestive of age play. If this is not your thing please do not read.

The next five days brought on some significant changes for poor Gordon. Frau Schimmel decided to move his suppository from the morning to evening. She much preferred the idea of him waking up in the middle of the night. This then gave her more control and she could decide if she wanted to change him in the middle of the night or let him spend the rest of the night in a soiled diaper.

The very first night of the evening soiling was magical for her. She awoke at 2am to his faint calling,

"Frau Schimmel please come, please come."

She waited for ten or fifteen minutes before she went into his room. He was out of bed and his room was filled with the unmistakable scent of a messy diaper. She patted him on his sagging diaper and pointed to the bed,

"Get back in bed Gordon it's not time to get up yet."

He whined,

"But I can't stay like this all night?"

"Yes, you can in fact you are going to."

With that she swatted him on the bottom and he began to cry. She smiled at how meek this stubborn young man had become so quickly. All in one day!!

She tucked him in and gave him an ultimatum,

"The suppository will now be an evening ritual, and you will be changed in the morning. Simple as that! Now if I hear another word from you or complaint, I will use a second suppository in the mornings before you head off to class. Would you like that?"

Gordon just shook his head.

"I thought so. Now go back to sleep."

She went back to bed and for the next hour she heard him crying but he did not call out for her again, so he was learning. Eventually it became quiet, and he must have fallen asleep. This scene repeated itself every night for the next two nights and on the third morning she informed him that if he behaved perfectly during the day she would indeed give him a middle of the night changing. This little incentive worked wonders and for the first time since Gordon moved in, he was docile, cooperative and he even passed her little test of not using the locking plastic pants at night.

At the end of the week she received a call from Mrs. Brown,

"Good morning, Ilse how are things going? How is Gordon reacting to the next phase of his regression?"

Frau Schimmel enthusiastically responded,

"I can't believe the change in the last week, the first few nights were difficult for him because he was messing in the middle of the night, and I refused to change him so there was lots of pleading and crying. Over the last three nights I agreed to change him if he messed his diapers but only if his conduct was perfect during the day. So far there have been no slip ups."

"That's excellent news I think Gordon is going to be a good candidate for our group. Looking forward I think we should set up set up a meeting in a few months with Josef and Barbara Makowski who are the co-leaders or ministry couple that lead the "FVCED Group," Mrs. Brown chimed in.

Frau Schimmel asked softly, "What exactly is that?"

"I'll let the Makowski's go into detail, but I am quite confident that you will find it enlightening. We will see how Gordon settles in first before we move on. Also, Naomi has completed a review of Gordon's internet history and she will walk us all through her findings. We will need to meet and I recommend it is while Gordon is at school. Naomi informs me that Gordon has classes on Monday afternoon and you pick him up at 4pm. I recommend we meet this coming Monday at noon to discuss your options."

Frau Schimmel was apprehensive now. Fort Langley was in what was know as the bible belt of British Columbia and she was tired of small upstart church groups knocking on her door to preach their beliefs to her. While she liked Mrs. Brown, she seemed a little intense and who were the Makowski's? That evening she decided to text Naomi because she liked the young woman and hoped she could get some information now rather than wait until Monday.

When Naomi received the text she immediately contacted the Makowski's for their recommendations on how to respond. Almost all new candidates are fearful because many have some reservations about the diapering and transformation of young men. Barbara suggested that Naomi share her findings with Frau Schimmel tonight then meet and go into more detail and share a little about their group. Mrs. Makowski knew that the first meeting was key and because Naomi was such a lovely young woman many people felt reassured when Naomi was actively involved in the recruitment process.

Frau Schimmel was relieved when she received a reply an hour later and Naomi recommended they get together the next morning while Gordon was attending his class but in the mean time she would be happy to speak to her on the phone for a few minutes.

Naomi called a little later and greeted Frau Schimmel with her usual bubbly personality and enthusiasm,

"Hi, Frau Schimmel, how are you? I understand you were excited to hear about what I found out is that correct."

"Yes it is."

Naomi cheerfully explained,

"I'd be happy to. The software I installed allows me to monitor all of Gordon's internet activities on his laptop as well as his phone along with all his texts and emails. He does not seem to have many close friends, and almost all this emailing and texting is with fellow students and is related to his studies. He does not have a girlfriend, nor does he seem to be that interested in girls which is good for our purposes. He is in regular contact with his mother which is rare for a young man his age. I do get the impression that his mother is a little controlling. She constantly asks if he is behaving himself, if he is helping out and interestingly, she asks him on a regular basis if he has had any accidents. I strongly suspect that his mother is aware of what I found out during my search."

Frau Schimmel laughed,

"Not in her wildest dreams would she imagine what those accidents now involve."

Naomi went on,

"Frau Schimmel have you had any inkling that Gordon has a liking for girl's and women's clothing?

"No not really. Why do you ask?"

"Most young men have an interest in women's lingerie or short skirts, etc and in most cases it is just something they do and seek pleasure from it. However in Gordon's case it is a little different. He has many favourites saved on his computer relating to square dancing, maid uniforms, frilly dresses and most of all Lolitta fashion."

Frau Schimmel interrupted,

"What is Lolita fashion?"

"Well first of all it has nothing to do with the book "Lolita" by Vladimir Nabokov. Lolitta fashion is a popular style of dressing that originated in Japan in the 1980's and steadily gained popularity. The clothing is very feminine and some genre's like "sweet Lolita" are very little girlish and cute and once again there is a link to the other clothing sites he visits. That link is the frilly and puffiness that comes from petticoats and crinolines. I explored a little more and in his YouTube account he has many videos of girls and young men wearing Lolita, maid uniforms, square dance dresses and lots of videos of square dancing. I discovered that while he has not visited on a regular basis he has an account on Literotica. I hit the jack pot and it confirms what I suspected".

Frau Schimmel interrupted again,

"What is Literotica?"

Naomi continued,

"It's a website where stories are shared. It covers a wide range of kinks and fetishes and is quite popular. Gordon has many stories saved that are about men dressing in ultra feminine clothing and having sex with men."

"What?" Frau Schimmel exclaimed.

"Let me continue please. In my opinion Gordon identifies as being a sweet girl. He has a special interest in French Maid uniforms, Sweet Lolita Fashion and square dancing attire. I'm not finished though Frau Schimmel. I also found that he visits video sites featuring men in frilly clothing being spanked by women and men as well as sissy maids serving men and women."

Frau Schimmel spoke softly,

"I had no idea but I guess this explains why he spent so much time in his room with the door closed. I pride myself on having high morale standards and this is why I have a close relationship with TWU. By the time these young men leave school and my home they are prim and proper young men who are ambassadors for the school and community."

Naomi continued,

"Rest assured Frau Schimmel I have been working with Mrs. Brown and the Makowski's for only a few years and I have seen many young men come to TWU as well as some of the smaller Christan based colleges who have similar interests to Gordon. It's actually very common and Mrs. Brown's group is here to assist you as well but also to help Gordon. What I would like you to do before we meet on Monday afternoon is reach out to Gordon's mother and ask her if she was aware of his crossdressing desires. Most young men who have these desires have close relationships to their mother's and having her in the loop will help with Gordon's development."

"Okay I will send her an email."

"Excellent", chimed Naomi.

"I'm looking forward to our get together on Monday. See you then."

Frau Schimmel sat back and absorbed the conversation then smiled to herself. In the past she had enjoyed having young female boarders and had wished they would dress in cute dresses but most dressed so sloppily. Now she had a young man who secretly desired to dress and probably be exactly what she wanted. The gods were clearly smiling down upon her now.

She quickly sent an email to Gordon's mother and then got ready for bed. As she lay in bed reading her phone pinged signaling that she had received an email. She picked up her phone and it indeed was from Gordon's mom. It read:

Dear Mrs. Schimmel:

It was nice to hear from you, I hope you are well.

Yes, I am aware of Gordon's unnatural interest in feminine clothing. It began when he was a little boy and I caught him playing dress up with his female cousin. I was appalled and promptly made him remove the dress and scolded him. When I told my sister she told me to relax and let Gordon dress like he wants when he is over visiting. There is no harm in letting the boy play dress up with his only cousin. When he expressed an interest at attending TWU I thought it would be a great idea and he would benefit from attending this conservative Christian university that even forbid sex while attending school. I thought it might curb his desire to dress up. I am so very sorry. What happens now? Are you going to report him to the school or not allow him to be a boarder?

Frau Schimmel thought for a few minutes then quickly typed back a short email reassuring Annette that she had no plans to report her son to the school and left it at that.

The next afternoon Mrs. Brown and Naomi arrived to discuss things in more detail. Naomi went through all the websites that Gordon spent his time visiting, all the while she thought about when Gordon was spying on her making love to her date and suspected that he was dreaming about having sex with her but in reality, he wanted her date to make love to him.

In all her years of having boarders this was a first; her goal was always to have a young woman in diapers but they were rare and when she did her evaluations of prospective boarders she rarely found suitable candidates. She'd had two young women in all her years and she yearned for one again. She wondered if maybe a sissy was a possible alternative.

When Naomi was done she turned to Mrs. Brown,

"I'm speechless to say the least and unsure of what to do now. Do I end Gordon's lease at the end of the school year or what?"

"I don't think you need to end his lease Frau Schimmel. In fact, this turn of events adds possibilities and gives you even more control. If the school found out about Gordon's kink or what I like to call it "deviation' he would immediately be expelled, and a permanent note would be on his academic file that would disqualify him from almost every Christian based college or university in Canada or the United States and even non-religious based schools would probably not accept him."

"I see so what are you saying exactly?"

"Well, Naomi told me how you one told her that you preferred young women as boarders and in this case Gordon longs to be a young woman so lets make his desire a reality. By this I mean allow him to dress and act like a young woman when he is not at school. In my experience these young men just don't want to dress up in frilly dresses they want to experience what it's like to be a woman in all ways,"

Frau Schimmel furrowed her brow, and was about to speak when Naomi interrupted,

"Gordon is very sweet and my impression right from the first day was that he is more in tuned with his feminine side. I made enquiries with his professors and classmates they all stated the same that he was very shy and demure. He had few male friends and while he never showed any interest in female classmates when he was paired with young women on projects he was more outgoing and comfortable. I interviewed all the young women he worked with and none stated that he showed any sexual interest in them but he was like as they call it "one of the girls". A few thought he was gay."

Frau Schimmel questioned,

"What does all this mean exactly?"

Mrs. Brown took over,

"Frau Schimmel let me explain in more detail. I've mentioned my group and how I help men, women and couples deal with behavioral issues with their adult children or partners."

Frau Schimmel nodded.

"Well a significant portion of the members of our group are people like you. By this I mean men and women who take in boarders who are young men and women coming to our area to attend one of the Universities. The common denominator is that they all have a special interest in students who are shall we say are "bedwetters". At the moment our group has over 25 active members. In fact the majority of the members have students attend TWU or the bible college further out in the valley"

Frau Schimmel let out a chuckle,

"You have got to be joking? Where are you going with this?"

"Absolutely not, we are a close knit group that is here to assist you. Let me explain. Our group has two parts to it. The first part Naomi and I administer to help people like yourself develop the right atmosphere and development of prospective students then evaluate students for the phase that Mr. and Mrs. Makowski are our ministers. We are a social group that has monthly gatherings where our students spend time together and realize that they are not alone in their journey. These are picnics and very much family gatherings where also you can learn about how other people that take on boarders handle the situation and create a proper environment. We like to think of you and these other people as caregivers. These other students are very much like Gordon. They all are in diapers as we use them to maintain control and reinforce your role as a caregiver. Most are proper young men, some are like Gordon and identify as being more feminine or are in reality sissies. I think the best thing to do is to have you bring Gordon to our next gathering which will be next weekend."

Frau Schimmel's mind was racing. Was she hearing this correctly? This was like a dream and something she had wished for years.

"You mean there are others that diaper their boarders like I do and you are here to help?"

Naomi added,

"Not just help Frau Schimmel but to develop and nurture these students into what they want. You see almost all of them deep down want this but it needs development. It's entirely voluntary and you or Gordon can withdraw at any point in time."

There was a pause as Mrs. Brown let everything sink in. Then she asked the million dollar question,

"Would you like to come to our next gathering? Naomi will be with you to help wit the preparation and be your guide to introduce you to everyone."

Frau Schimmel asked hesitantly,

"What's involved?"

Mrs. Brown removed a document from her briefcase.

"I will leave this with you please read it and sign it. It's a Nondisclosure agreement that must be signed by you and Gordon prior to attending next week. I will leave it in your hands to ensure Gordon signs it."

"Okay."

Naomi chimed in,

"What we need to do is get things set up and inform Gordon that you are aware of his little secret. I will be there to help you and that will be when you can have him sign the agreement. I recommend that we not address Gordon with our findings just yet. I would prefer that we sit him down once I have the clothing purchased and his room furniture changed to something more fitting for his new image. To maintain control my recommendation is to remove all his male clothing and you keep it locked away. Each morning that he needs male clothing such as for school or outings you will lay what he is to wear out on his bed. I have your credit card information on file and will invoice you at the end of every month for purchases. We have an outstanding Lolitta Fashion store in Gastown where I will go this afternoon to get a couple of outfits along with the necessities that Lolitta's need. In addition, they have a "special section" for their best customers to purchase and order custom made special outfits."

Frau Schimmel was taking it all in and liking what she was hearing but one thing that was nagging her was how much was this going to cost? She interrupted Naomi and asked,

"This sounds wonderful but how much is this going to cost? Gordon only pays $750 month for room and board."

Mrs. Brown looked at Naomi and put her hand up indicating that she would answer,

"There are a number of options you have. Some caregivers advise the parents of the boarder that their would be a special assessment. Given your conversation with Gordon's mother I think she will understand that the assessment is better than TWU learning about her son's desires that are not in keeping with their strict fundamentalist Christian values. We can arrange for one of our members to give Gordon a job and his earnings will be used to pay for the additional costs you incur. The most common option is that the caregivers absorb the cost and maintain all receipts. If Gordon is accepted into the FV Christian Evangelical Disciplinary Group the society as a bursary that will reimburse caregivers or a member will step up as a benefactor."

Frau Schimmel asked again,

"What exactly is this group?"

Mrs. Brown reassured her,

"I think it's best that the Makowski's explain it to you. How about this? If you and Gordon come to our gathering I'll ensure the Makowski's attend and they will give you the details. I do need to go to my next appointment so Naomi will give you an estimate on clothing costs. I will see you on the weekend I gather?"

"Yes, thank you," responded Frau Schimmel as they both got up and Frau Schimmel walked Mrs. Brown to the door.

When she returned Naomi had the shop's website up on her laptop and motioned for Frau Schimmel to sit beside her. She was amazed at the broad array of clothing and Naomi explained exactly what Lolita fashion was and it's origins in Japan in the 1980's. She was emphatic that it had nothing to do with Vladimir Nabokov's controversial book "Lolita".

After an hour of going through the catalog they had a selection of dresses and accessories that would be a good start. Naomi picked out a proper conservative Lolita dress that fell into the "sweet Lolita" genre that met the strict guidelines of what is proper fashion within the community in addition a sweet little girl party style dress, an everyday girlish dress, a couple of petticoats in white and pale pink, a few rompers and the necessary bloomers, tights in various colours and patterns as well as frilly socks and knee highs and a couple of pairs of versatile Mary jane style shoes to coordinate with the outfits. She recommended that they order a proper square dance dress for an upcoming dance as well as a proper maid's uniform because this appeared on his many website hits and he would enjoy this while doing his chores. Frau Schimmel let out an audible gasp when the total for the immediate purchases was just under $1000.00. Naomi informed her that the next purchase would be similar and then for the next six months she should budget $500 per month for clothing. After that the costs would be much lower and she reminded her that almost every caregiver has all their costs reimbursed via the bursary or payment arrangement from a benefactor.

Frau Schimmel's head was spinning at the possibility of $8000.00 in expenses.

"By the looks of it the shop has everything in stock. I'll place the order now and stop by this afternoon to place the custom work order and fine details on Gordon's uniform. I recommend that I come by on Thursday afternoon again. As soon as Gordon leaves for school I will come over to help remove all his normal clothing. I'll schedule his new furniture to be set up by noon and then we can do the final details of filling his drawers and closet. When he comes home you and I will inform him of our discovery and his options. At that point he will need to sign the nondisclosure agreement.

Frau Schimmel looked up and asked,

"I am confused. What is this furniture thing? Also what happens if he refuses?"

Naomi patted her on the hand,

"Don't worry no boarder has ever refused. First of all they know they will be exposed and expelled from school and in Gordon's situation he clearly is fascinated with being a girl. You are making his dream come true. The bedroom furniture is a special gift for you that Mrs. Brown is giving you are no cost. You're going to love it and so will Gordon."

Naomi shut her laptop and got up from the table to prepare to go. As they walked to the door Naomi gave Frau Schimmel a hug,

"Leave everything to us. You are going to love this new group as you will be amongst other caregivers like yourself who will soon be your friends. This is what Gordon wants.... trust me".
