My island in the sun Ch 09

A man finds his Greek roots and his dream island

This is part of a series. If you haven't already done so, I would suggest reading the previous chapters, so this one will make sense. Take it as read that Greek is being spoken throughout this chapter. Any characters engaged in sexual acts of any description are at least 18 years of age or older.

I apologise for the delay in getting this chapter out, work stuff bogged me down after two weeks away on holiday!

I have written in English, mainly due to the fact that I am not fluent in Greek, and I want to reach out to the most readers with my story.

Captain Georgos set course for Steni Vala, It wouldn't take him too long to get "Aellas Choice" back to Alonissos. AJ walked with Aella up to the saloon, Lykos, with a firm grasp on Elenis' hand followed along behind them.

The four of them walked into the saloon and saw Giorgos sitting on one of the sofas. The two girls they had rescued earlier were nestled close to him, one on each side.

"Hi, girls," Aella said gently. "You've already met Giorgos, I see. This is AJ. And you'll recognize Eleni from the cave -- she's with Lykos here, who was also part of your rescue."

"My father Dimitri was the fourth member of the rescue squad, and he will be along as soon as we reach Alonissos with all the others on board "Aellas Choice" then we can have further introductions."

Giorgos spoke up, taking hold of both girls' hands; he first lifted his left hand up, "this is Ismini, she prefers to be called Issy though," then lifted his other hand, "This is Danae, I've already been told to call her Dani!"

"Where is the other girl from the cave? Is she okay?" Dani asked her voice low and quivering, slightly worried, at only seeing Eleni.

"Kats' fine, stated Eleni, she's around somewhere with my cousin Nikos, she has been away from him for a few hours, and they've become quite attached to each other, considering the recent events.

The small group sat chatting amongst themselves for a while. The rest of the "family" on board were giving them a bit of space and time to adjust and recover from their ordeal. They had learnt through the experience of welcoming Eleni and Kat on board, that that baby steps were best at first. They didn't want them to become overwhelmed.

"I have your packs on the Targa, and we can sort things out when we reach Steni Vala, then we'll work out what to do from there. You are free to make your own decisions, and we'll help in any way you want us to," promised AJ.

Lykos saw Issy and Dani glance at each other then both lifted their eyes to Giorgos at the same moment. Lykos knew that look; he saw it every time he gazed into Elenis' eyes.

He just knew the AJ and Aella effect had struck once more, this time, twice over!

Giorgos looked very happy, Lykos knew only too well what lay behind that smile that only love, or something close to it could bring out. Lykos felt it constantly since finding Eleni.

They came around the headland on their approach to the harbour at Steni Vala, and AJ was pleased to see that Ermis had managed to dock the San Lorenzo SL-120A in the berth right next to where "Aellas Choice" would be berthed.

AJ excused himself from the group, but Aella followed him as he left, telling the group they would be back soon.

"I want to meet up with Ermis the captain, together with Dimitri and Kostas, he told Aella, which the four of us should do on board there, not here."

"We can then decide how to proceed. I have an idea forming and we can work out the details together."

"Are you going to tell me what happened to the "Chesma" AJ?" Aella asked, making it clear there was only the one option as far as she was concerned.

"I wanted to share that between the four of us before we meet with Ermis. Let's go and find Dimitri and Kostas. It will save time repeating things."

They met up on the beach club where they found Dimitri and Kostas entertaining Titan with meat scraps. As soon as Titan saw AJ, he stopped and went straight over to him. "Hello boy, AJ said warmly, "you did your job well while I was gone, I'm very proud of you."

Titan visibly preened under AJs' praise, happy with himself. There was a shrill chirping noise as Kallos rose out of the water to look at the group from the stern of the yacht.

"You have helped too," AJ snorted, as Kallos sank back into the water, looking suitably proud of herself.

AJ then explained that he had implanted suggestions into Victor, Silas and the remaining two goons' heads; they would wait ten minutes after he had left. Then taking the two grenades that he had given them, pull out the pins and play "hot potato" tossing the grenades back and forth.

"That way, along with the untraceable firearms I left with them, any investigation would make it look like they were criminals who suffered an unfortunate, unexplained accident at sea."

He added quietly "It wasn't the kindest way of ending their lives, but after their own heinous actions it was simple and effective."

"I almost forgot," AJ added casually, "I also made sure Silas signed all the ownership documentation of his yacht over to me before his unfortunate demise. It's now mine."

He glanced up towards the saloon, "We can talk with the four girls, but my plan is to give them equal shares of the yachts value. They deserve at least that after everything they've been through." AJ could see the agreement on all their faces without needing to ask for affirmation.

"Oh, I also have Silas's banking information. Kostas, that's for you to work on. We can see what else we can recover. No reason to let his ill-gotten gains sit unused. We can put it to good use, instead of letting it line the pockets of criminals."

"AJ, Athena approves of your intentions," Perseus proclaimed, from within AJs' being. "Artemis was also impressed with the actions of all four of you today.

The gods are very happy with you AJ; they will be bestowing more powers on you. I have been tasked with guiding you as they manifest and grow."

"Please give them my deepest gratitude Perseus," replied AJ reverently.

As Georgos brought "Aellas Choice" into dock at Steni Vala, Dimitri told the others that Kostas, Aella, AJ and he would have a quick meeting with captain Ermis. And then they would be back. Giorgos did not even hear him, he was enjoying basking in the attention Issy and Dani were lavishing upon him.

The small group made their way to the neighbouring yacht. It was then that Aella noticed that the yacht was named "Blue Angel". "Would you want to change the name, Baby?" she purred into AJ's ear.

"I suppose it's something to consider, but we have plenty of time to think about it." AJ answered quietly.

As they walked aboard, they were met by the two crew members who introduced themselves as Thanasis and Vasilis, they were Ermis' sons. "Father is waiting for you at the sky lounge, would you care for some Ouzo, as you discuss your business?" enquired Thanasis.

They all agreed that Ouzo would be most welcome, and Vasilis, went to take care of it while Thanos escorted them up to meet his father.

At the Skylounge, AJ introduced everyone, and Ermis smiled and said he was extremely happy to meet them all.

Then he asked if they planned to keep him and his sons as crew. Since the new season was only a few weeks away, he explained, if they weren't needed, the three of them would need to start looking for other employment rather quickly.

Perseus once more spoke to AJ, "just reach out with your mind; you will not need to have physical contact any longer... you can delve into their minds and discover their auras, backgrounds and intentions. Be they good or bad."

AJ decided to experiment and concentrated on the three men and attempted to make subliminal contact. He felt a slight tingle in his mind as he connected, and was astonished when he felt and saw their three chambers clearly, in his mind.

The first thing he noticed was the green glow encapsulating all three chambers. This was a good sign, it gave him the confidence to go further looking inside he saw Ermis whole life story swirling around.

As a young man, while he was devoted to learning his trade and building the life of a sea captain, Ermis spent months at sea. During those long absences, his wife grew lonely. In the end, the solitude along with raising two young boys was too much for her.

One day she just left their two young boys with Ermis' parents, to run off with a man who had swept her off her feet. Without even leaving a note in explanation, she disappeared, and no one ever heard from her again.

Ermis carried the weight of that betrayal for years, with so many unanswered questions, and the quiet shame of knowing the sea had claimed more than just his time. At least he had his two boys, although that was all he had.

He was lucky that he had family to support him through this, and help raise his young children.

AJ was saddened by what he saw but could also sense that Ermis was capable of great loyalty when he was appreciated for his true worth.

When looking into Thanasis' and Vasilis' chambers in his mind, he could feel the depth of love and admiration they held for their father. They were at their happiest when they were with him, and looking back into the past he could feel the moments of sadness they felt, when he was at sea and away from them.

Both the young men and they were young.... younger than Nikos, held the same fierce loyalty which was instilled in them by their father. He could feel that it was quiet and unshakable. AJ felt certain that all three would soon be part of their ever-growing family.

It wasn't blood that bound them all, but destiny. A destiny decreed by Athena. AJ was as sure that, just as night followed day.

AJ pulled back, knowing that this had taken mere seconds. He faced Ermis and with a smile on his face said, "We are more than happy for all three of you to continue crewing "Blue Angel". The only thing that may change is her name."

AJ could see the obvious relief on three grateful faces. The next words AJ spoke were "Who's pouring the Ouzo," with that Vasilis did the honours... following that Dimitri proposed a toast to a long and happy relationship.

Once again, Tassia was catering a large party, courtesy of Dimitri, and at this time of year, she was grateful for it. There were sixteen people from "Aellas Choice", seated at tables arranged so everyone could stay close.

As the night went on, the whole party kept swapping seats, making the evening even livelier, and the atmosphere more inclusive, more enjoyable.

Titan however followed AJ wherever he went. He had missed him all day. He also kept a diligent watch over Aella.

During the evening, it was revealed that Issy and Dani had met in Athens at the chef school there, and had travelled to Skopelos lured by the promise of work at Victors' large holiday complex on the island... the same trap that had been set for Eleni and Kat.

Sadly, they soon found that this was a ruse, and their ordeal quickly followed. On hearing this, a plan was forming in AJs' mind.

AJ wondered how many other young girls had had their lives snatched away by Victor and Silas. At least that would be no more. He would do his utmost to make sure nothing like this would happen again. He made a sacred vow to Athena that night.

Giorgos took Issy and Dani back to "Blue Angel" to the owners' cabin, which had been cleared and cleaned by Vasilis on the trip back from Gioura. Lykos and Eleni followed on and decided to make use of one of the VIP cabins that had not been used previously while under Silas' ownership.

AJ had told Ermis to have everything of Silas' stored away in laundry sacks, then put in the tender garage. They would sort through it sometime later, there was no rush.

AJ and Aella went to their cabin and were finally glad to be on their own. "We need to talk," said AJ.

Those words could put fear into a person, often following them were words the other would not want to hear. Aella however, could see the love sparkling in AJs' eyes as he spoke and she had no fears for whatever it was AJ wanted to talk about.

They quickly shed their clothes, each went and brushed their teeth, when AJ returned from the bathroom Aella was waiting, reclined on the bed with the sheet pulled back, waiting for her lover.

As he eased onto the bed turning to face Aella, AJ suddenly felt a wave of apprehension wash over him. He had his words laid out in his mind, now they had vanished, leaving him feeling dumbstruck and foolish.

Aella could sense AJs' tension, so slowly moving to cuddle up to him, and tease his chest hairs with her fingers, she decided she would start the conversation, she could feel his words trying to come out through their connection.

"Baby, I don't want to wait too long now to get married. But, and this is important. Although we have experimented some with oral sex, I owe it to my mothers' memory to go into our marriage as a virgin, I have remained faithful waiting for you... it's always only been you. All I ask is that you wait a little longer."

AJ let out a breath of pure relief, his eyes soft with emotion. "Oh, my little flower... that's exactly what I longed to say to you, and to hear you confirm what I thought, it stills my beating heart." he murmured, his voice warm and loving. "I respect you too much to ever rush you into anything you weren't ready for, or anything I wouldn't want for myself for that matter."

"I've had dreams of our wedding night, when I would truly become one with you, to give ourselves to each other in every way. Every moment of closeness we've shared already has been more wonderful than I could have possibly imagined... and my heart overflows with joy at how we have melded together so far, you are my soul mate."

"Why don't you start planning the wedding with Mara tomorrow, my little flower? Just tell me when and where to be, I'll be there, waiting to make you mine. Meanwhile I'll be busy making a start planning our home..... the place where we'll build our life together, to fill it with love, and raise our family."

"I know there will be things for me to do though, any joking aside, and I will take my responsibilities seriously and make you proud."

"Oh AJ baby, I am so proud of you already, I don't think I could ever be more proud. But I'm willing to let you prove me wrong."

With the adrenaline of the day and the early start AJ was exhausted, they simply held each other and drifted off to sleep in each other's arms.

Elsewhere, Nikos took the opportunity of the now vacant guest cabin that Giorgos had left behind. Kat joined him in the sumptuous oversized bed as they drifted off together ensconced within each other's arms. That was all they needed for now, to bask in the warmth and magic of their blossoming love, feeling the romance unfold with every gentle beat of their heart.

Similarly, in the master cabin on board "Blue Angel" after Issy and Dani found out it was Giorgos who had taken out the two goons holding them hostage with Victor, they said they needed him, to make them feel safe and secure. Giorgos lay in the middle of the bed with his two angels, one tucked in tightly each side of him.

Lykos was lying quietly with Eleni in the VIP cabin reflecting on just how much their lives had changed in just a few short days. Like AJ, the days' events finally settled over him. As he wrapped Eleni in his arms exhaustion, claimed him Elenis' worry over his safety had finally abated, allowing them to surrender to their sleep, grateful for the love and the undeniable connection they had found with each other.

Titan was at the stern of "Aellas Choice" at his guard post. Kallos bobbed her head out of the water, seemingly checking to see that all was right.

The two yachts fell quiet as the harbour settled for the night.

Aella was dreaming of AJ, he was delicately lapping at her folds surrounding her intimate inlet. The sublime sensations that she felt seemed almost real. It was when she heard herself moan that she realised it wasn't a dream and fully woke from her slumber.

Moving a hand down her body she felt the top of his head and the slow rocking motion of his ministrations as he worshipped her love nest, she began to writhe against his face, her moaning increasing as every erotic moment gathered pace.

When AJ added his fingers into the mix, gently stroking her premium and crinkled star, she knew she would come, very soon, the speed at which he teased her with his tongue increased, bringing her to a fever pitch, her hips rising to intensify the sensations being expertly lavished on her body.

With a strangled cry, Aella exploded in orgasm and AJ lapped at her juices, her offering nectar of the gods, which he believed them to be. As she came down from her orgasmic high, AJ moved up her body, took her into his arms and kissed her tenderly, Aella could feel his love and commitment through the kiss and their connection.

"Good morning baby," Aella whispered into AJ's ear then licked all around his earlobe and then moved softly, lavishing feather light kisses on his neck.

"I can feel my favourite toy is awake, I will have to go and say good morning to him too," Aella chuckled.

Reaching down with her hand Aella felt the throbbing of his shaft, "I think he wants some attention, I'm just going to go and ask him what he would like to do this morning, and I'll be back soon."

With that Aella dipped under the sheet kissing and licking AJ's impressive Pecs and Abs as she descended towards her ultimate destination and the object of her desire.

Teasingly she lightly stroked his member, then for a fleeting moment gently took the helmet into her mouth, gently drawing her teeth over the surface. Feeling his shudders at the sensation she elicited from AJ, she felt emboldened that she could evoke a reaction from her playful movements.

Aellas emotions soared in her heart. This was all so new, new to both of them that she felt they were learning more about each others' responses every time they came together in this way.

Sucking him further into her mouth, she began humming, and AJ could feel the tremors of vibration in her throat as she did so. Indescribable feelings built up deep in his root. And he knew if she kept this up, he wouldn't last long.

Aella started moving faster, rising and falling without stopping the sucking and humming. AJ felt the rise of his seed start its journey up from deep within. "My little flower, I'm coming... coming now!" He cried out.

Aella felt him expand within her mouth and simultaneously his seed sprang forth, she began swallowing, and it filled her throat just as quickly as it was filling her stomach. The spurts started to slow down and Aella licked all around the head and shaft making sure to clean away all signs of her playtime with her toy.

Rising to face AJ, he took her into his arms and kissed her deeply, swirling his tongue around her mouth as he did so. "Why do you do that, I've just had my mouth on you, I didn't think you'd want to kiss me until I'd brushed my teeth," Aella questioned.

"You kiss me after I've gone down on you, why should it be any different for me? After the way you made me feel, kissing you afterwards isn't something I'll ever shy away from."

After lying together basking in the afterglow for a while, AJ suggested Aella shower and get ready for the day. AJ was going to go for a run and a quick swim first before he came back to shower.

Getting his running gear, AJ made his way up on deck, no-one was around... after all it was only just after six in the morning.

Titan looked up from his guard position at the top of the gangplank and immediately got to his feet.

"Let's go for a run boy, would you like that?" Titan answered with a short bark of approval. As AJ walked down the gangplank with Titan following along behind, he saw Thanasis and Vasilis at the stern of "Blue Angel" looking down into the water.

As he and Titan walked over, AJ saw Kallos, looking out of the water at the two young men. She seemed to be studying them carefully.

AJ knelt down and Kallos rose up to meet him, he then reached out to touch the side of her face. Straight away she spoke to AJ. "These young men will find their destiny within, and alongside your growing group. Poseidon knows their future happiness and that of their father is connected with Aella and you. However, I do not know any more than that!"

AJ would keep that information to himself for the time being. Plans were percolating in his mind but they were not formulated into anything of substance just yet.

AJ turned to talk to Thanasis and Vasilis, "I'm surprised to see you up so early. If you want to, would you like to come for a run and a swim with Titan and me?"

Both were a little shocked to be asked, but quickly agreed that that they would be more than happy to join him. They went to get some running gear on, that they could also swim in.

Within mere minutes they had returned and came down onto the harbour ready to go with AJ. They started with stretches while Titan sniffed around the harbour looking on impatiently.

Slowly setting out, they ran three abreast with Titan out front leading the way. After all, it was his island.

"Are you ready to pick up the pace," AJ asked, and with nods of agreement from both, they opened their strides and moved faster, which seemed to please Titan as he maintained his position, ahead of the group.

Titan led them along the coast road for what AJ estimated to be about three kilometres, when he then turned onto a small path leading downhill. They slowed down as they descended the hill, the trail opened out onto a very small cove with a white pebble beach.

In the water, AJ could see Kallos waiting for them. Both Thanasis and Vasilis were surprised to see the dolphin. "Is that the same Dolphin that was at the harbour?" asked Vasilis.

"It is, exclaimed AJ, "I need you to know that if you believe in the Greek Gods, anything is possible. I have named her Kallos, and I can communicate with her, the same as I can with Titan!"

Vasilis and Thanasis found this astonishing and a little hard to believe, and told AJ as such.

"I'll give you a little demonstration. And trust me I'm only going to show you this as Kallos has already told me I can trust you both."

"Thanasis, throw that stick there into the water, as far as you can." Thanasis picked up the stick and managed to throw it thirty metres out to sea. Immediately Titan swam out into the sea. Stopping about ten metres out, exactly where AJ had telepathically told him to do so.

They stood there looking out to sea and saw Kallos swim around and pick the stick up in her mouth. And then she swam towards Titan. As Kallos reached him she gently passed him the stick which he then held tightly in his mouth.

Before Titan turned towards the shore, AJ whispered to the two young men, "I'll have Titan bring the stick back to you, Vasilis.

AJ turned away from the sea, so he couldn't see Titan arrive at the shoreline. He told Thanasis and Vasilis to remain facing the sea and keep watching Titan. AJ connected with Titan and told him to take the stick to Vasilis who was standing on his left.

As Titan approached he went directly to Vasilis and offered him the stick, accompanied by a short bark.

Both Vasilis and Thanasis were amazed, and said as much to AJ. "It was only a small demonstration, but enough to prove our connections are real. They are both here to help and protect us all in their own way." AJ offered in a way of explanation.

"Now, shall we go for a swim?" All three took of their running shoes, and dove into the refreshing Aegean Sea. No sooner had they entered the water, Titan and Kallos joined them. Kallos led this time with the rest following her out into the crystal clear, blue waters.

They swam along the coastline for a while before Kallos turned, and headed back towards the cove. On the return journey, more dolphins joined in the swim, and Kallos went right up against AJ, when he touched her, she told him all three men should hold on to one of the dolphins and they could have some fun.

AJ told Thanasis and Vasilis what he had been told and three dolphins came right up to them and they held onto the dorsal fin of each dolphin, and were just as quickly cutting their way through the water, further out to sea. When they turned to head back inland AJ could see Titan standing on the beach in the cove, waiting for their return.

Before they hit the shallower water at the cove the dolphins leapt into the air, taking their passengers with them. As he soared up through the air, the exhilaration that AJ felt, was mind blowing, he promised himself that he would do it again sometime soon with Aella.

As all three of them swam back to the beach Kallos approached, and then bowed her head, nuzzling with AJ, She told him all her dolphin friends enjoyed joining in the fun as much as they had.

Among the excited chatter about the experience, they all put their running shoes back on for the return run back to harbour.

Before long the small group were back at the yachts on the harbour. Both Thanasis and Vasilis excused themselves as they were excited to tell Ermis of their adventure that morning. So AJ told them he would catch up with them later.

"Come on boy, lets' go and find you some breakfast."

As he reached the kitchen he found Mara already there, preparing items for breakfast. As he went to the fridge to get some meat for Titan, he asked, "Have you seen Aella yet this morning?"

"Not yet AJ, why do you ask?"

"I do believe there are things she needs to discuss with you, but I'm going to leave all that between the two of you, I won't be getting involved just yet."

Mara watched him walk away; a questioning look on her face followed his retreating steps.

Leaving, the kitchen on that cryptic note, AJ headed back up on deck to give AJ his food. He found Titan waiting eagerly at the beach club, eager to tuck in. He had missed Lykos throwing him chunks of meat this morning.

AJ stood, enjoying the morning sunlight, watching the harbour come to life. Lykos and Eleni emerged onto the deck of "Blue Angel" and he waved over to them, "Are you coming over for breakfast? "If so can you let Ermis, Thanasis and Vasilis know to come over.

"I'm certain we'll be seeing Giorgos and the two girls sometime soon. Hopefully they've started to recover from their ordeal!"

As he turned to walk to the saloon, Aella ascended the stairs, her hair shining like the sun, she was looking fantastic in a sunflower yellow sundress which came to just above her knees. As always, her unfettered breasts jiggled slightly as she moved.

AJ stood transfixed; taking in the whole sight of her he stopped and gazed at her knees. He was suddenly mesmerised... even her knees were perfection. By the heavens, he worshipped every single inch of her.

"Lets' go to the saloon, I'm sure we'll have company shortly. Lykos and Eleni are already on their way over."

Inside the saloon, Nikos and Kat were sorting out the breakfast items that Mara had sent up in the food lift.

"Kat, you don't have to do all this, you're not expected to be working." Aella said, simply but with unmistakable warmth in her voice.

"I just want to be with Nikos, so the quicker we get this done, the quicker he can spend quality time with me, so it's for my own selfish benefit really," she snickered.

"Can't argue with that," chuckled AJ, "just don't let him take advantage of you," saying that as he went over and greeted them both, Kat with a light hug, a slap on the back and a wink for Nikos.

"I may let him take advantage of me soon," Kat laughed lightly.

Aella Hugged Kat longer, whispering in her ear, asking if she was alright. The answer she got was that so far everything was perfect. "But I can't keep mooching of everyone here without contributing, it just doesn't seem right."

"Kat, your priority at the moment is to recover from your ordeal, then move forward when you are ready, in whatever way you choose. We are just happy to have been able to help, and will do whatever is needed."

"Aella, I can tell you now, that whatever I choose going forward, I want to remain with Nikos especially, and all of the rest of you, if you'll allow that."

"I told you Kat, whatever you want is fine with us" Aella confirmed, with another big hug.

Loud voices interrupted the moment, and the group from "Blue Angel" walked up into the saloon.

Georgos came down from the Skylounge to join the growing throng, just as Dimitri, Kostas and Mara came up following on from the larger group.

There was lots of chatter all around as everyone enjoyed the food prepared by Mara, with Nikos and Kats' assistance. They received thanks from the whole group. And Eleni offered her assistance in clearing up after they had all finished.

Aella repeated the conversation she had had with Kat. And like Kat Eleni told Aella her future, whatever form or path that took, was at Lykos' side.

As she was listening to Eleni, Aella glanced over to Issy and Dani, who were both looking up at Giorgos, seemingly already in agreement with that sentiment, if the longing looks they were both giving him were any indication.

Mara walked over to both Issy and Dani, "How are you both this morning?" she asked innocently.

Both girls blushed at the question. Mara, instantly how that may have sounded reworded her question. "I meant to say, how are you feeling after your ordeal, and the events of yesterday? We all realise how frightening it must have been for you."

Dani spoke up, "I can speak for both of us when I say that although we were frightened by Victor and what he may have planned for us, we weren't treated badly. Everything happened so fast on the beach yesterday that we reacted on instinct, dropping to the sand when the sudden voice boomed across the beach, ordering us do so!"

Issy entered the conversation then, "We just didn't know what was happening, and it was so sudden we had no time to panic or be afraid. When Victors Goons were shot down beside us, I somehow knew we were not the targets and we would be okay."

Kostas added his voice into the equation now, "AJ, Aella, Dimitri and I have a few things to go through today, so why don't Giorgos, Lykos and Nikos take you girls over to Skiathos. There are plenty of shops over there where you can get all the clothes you need. Take Thanos and Vasilis if they want to go."

Thanos and Vasilis jumped at the chance at a day in Skiathos.

"You'll get over there quickly in the Targa, and your packs are in there so you can check through them and make sure you have everything, then you can buy anything else you need. Giorgos and Lykos both have a corporate card. Charge it all to those."

Mara decided she would join the party going over to Skiathos, she was a mother hen, and wanted to look after the four girls.

"I need to talk with you today as well Mara, Aella said with a bright smile on her face, "But it can wait until later."

Mara was intrigued, and wanted to stay to talk with Aella, but by then, had already committed to going over to Skiathos.

"We'll pop in the taverna while we are over there, I want to check that everything is running as it should be," announced Giorgos.

Finding himself with a free day, Georgos asked if it would be okay for him to head over to "Blue Angel" and spend some time with Ermis, compare notes, and discuss ideas. AJ thought it was a great idea, not just for the logistics of having two yachts.

Also it would be a chance for the two captains to connect and strengthen the sense of teamwork and cohesion between them.

A little while later, with the large group having gone over to Skiathos, Kostas was on his laptop and signed into Silas' accounts.

"The Gods be blessed," he proclaimed suddenly, with a sharp intake of breath. Aella, AJ and Dimitri were instantly waiting for what was to follow that exclamation.

"He has seven separate accounts. They total just under a billion dollars."

"With a few clicks I can transfer it through the Cayman Islands, to Switzerland, Singapore, Belize, through to Luxembourg, then finally to Samoa."

"Will it be traced back to us?" asked AJ frantically, as he was not used to these sort of monetary dealings.

"It will be impossible to trace it all the way through that network, as it goes through I will split it up and divert it through even more accounts. When it is finally in Samoa the account it will sit in is under an undisclosed trust. It has been in your family for eighty years AJ, and been proven to be unassailable."

"Samoa is ranked as the world's most financially secretive nation of tax havens their strong privacy regulations, and a complete lack of transparency make it impossible to track assets," Aella declared with a visible confidence in her statement.

"Well click away," said AJ. This will help in righting the wrongs that Victor and Silas has done to the girls, and who knows how many before them."

Ten minutes later Kostas sat back, finished with his transfers.

"With commissions paid on a few transactions, and converting into Euros the total stand at one point three billion Euros, and change."

"Well we can put it to good use... what should we tell the girls?" enquired AJ.

"I would say it's best to wait for a little while, we can already see relationships developing for all four girls. Giorgos seems like he may have more than he can handle, that's one to keep an eye on," Dimitri said, his voice laced with mirth.

That brought laughter all round. "Giorgos has always been so self assured, it will be interesting to see how my eldest deals with this burgeoning relationship," interjected Kostas.

With Silas's finances dealt with, AJ wanted to explain his thoughts on what to do with "Blue Angel" to his Triumvirate.

"With our group getting larger it is clear we need more room than what is available on "Aellas Choice". What I have been thinking is that we give the girls eight million Euros out of the Samoan pot... If we refer to the money that way, we can head of any questions that could arise, of how the funds were obtained."

"As I see it, the benefit of having two Yachts, rather than one larger one that would accommodate all of us, is that it provides more flexibility."

"Aella joined in at this point, "Both Issy and Dani are trained chefs, albeit newly qualified. We can run it past them that they could stay on "Blue Angel" and that will solve one problem. We can always recruit another chef if they don't want that, of course."

"I don't want Giorgos to return to running the taverna on Skiathos," interjected AJ. "He proved himself a more than worthy member of the team yesterday, I would prefer to keep him close by in the future, I have a feeling we may find ourselves in further situations like I have encountered since I arrived back in Greece."

"We'll need to have that conversation with him soon then," added Kostas.

"That feeling may indeed be justified. It seems the gods have plans for you and Aella, AJ," Dimitri declared, his tone quietly confident.

Perseus reached out, from deep within AJ through their shared connection, his presence once more filled AJ's mind. "The gods will call on you," he said, his voice resonating with undoubted authority.

"When their will demands action, you will answer. They are pleased with how you handled Victor and Silas... for now you will have the freedom to deal with the after effects how you see fit. And they trust that any riches you seize while in their service will be handled with honour and integrity."

AJ laid out the basics of what Perseus' had just told him, to the others, and it confirmed his belief in what they were doing, also it gave him some reassurance that he was walking along the right path.

"AJ let's proceed and review the business projections for all your holdings for the next quarter. We were very busy while you were off on your adventure yesterday. Aella has collated all the information in a simple easy format for you. Unless, of course, you'd rather wade through the spreadsheets and financial matrices yourself," Dimitri stated plainly.

"If I can't trust you three to run things as you have been doing in my absence, I may as well give up now. Spreadsheets and financial matters are way above my head. The bottom line is that if the business fails we're all going down! So just tell me the bottom line and we can get on with our day."

Aella ran through the paperwork quickly with him, outlining the poignant points that were necessary for AJ to sign off on.

As it was only the four of them they decided to go to Tassias' Kitchen and grab some lunch. Titan liked that idea... he always got a large pork steak, or two, when they went there.

Tassia was surprised but happy to see them when they arrived. They were soon sat at a table with three large ice cold glasses of Mythos and a glass of chilled local white wine for Aella.

Aella excused herself from the table and went to find Tassia. She found her coming out from the kitchen and asked if she could have a quick word.

"AJ and I are planning on getting married soon. I would love to have the reception here. There will be about fifty guests, so it won't be too large. Would that be something you can handle? If so could you suggest two appetizers and two or three main course options?" She looked at Tassia with an expression of hope in her smile.

"I would be delighted to have you here to celebrate your wedding. When are you thinking, what dates have you planned?"

"I haven't got a date yet, I have to see the Priest and get a dress and other things, but I am thinking definitely by the middle of May, so the next three to four weeks."

"Leave it with me I'll have your choices within the next couple of days. I can also have a word with our friendly local policemen, then we can close of this end of the harbour and have it all decorated to honour your nuptials."

"I'm so happy for you both. The love between you and AJ is so strong, it's impossible not to feel it. You inspire everyone around you."

When Aella returned to the table she leant over and whispered in AJs' ear. "That's one item ticked of the wedding to do list." And kissed his cheek accompanied with a loving smile as she gazed up into his wonderful brown eyes with their flecks of gold around the edges of his pupils which she loved, it gave him such a charismatic aura.

AJ felt so much love for his bride to be, that he felt his heart could burst from his chest at any moment. He looked up to see both Dimitri and Kostas smiling with happiness on their faces as they took in the loving couple sitting across the table from them.

"You both make me and you uncle so very proud. Spreading love and happiness as you walk on your journey of life together." Dimitri Said, his voice laced with admiration for the pair.

Titan sat at AJs' side, tilted his head up to the two of them and barked lightly giving them his seal of approval too. He then returned to devouring the second of his two pork steaks that Tassia had brought for him.

As they took the short walk back to the yacht, Aella sent a text to the local priest, asking if he was free the next day and if she could meet with him.

As they walked up the gangplank, her phone buzzed with a reply. Aella would have to let Mara know things were coming together; she had already made a head start on the planning in Maras' absence. But would ask her for her opinions on the Celebration menu, and definitely include her in choosing a dress and other, more delicate items for the special day.

Aella couldn't wait to share the news that she had an appointment for them to meet with the local priest the next morning at ten.

"AJ, you don't have any plans for the morning, do you?"

"My little flower barring emergencies, you know all my plans so why would you ask me that?"

Whispering in his ear, with barely a breath, "We are going to see the priest to set a date," the excitement came out, clearly expressed, in the way she murmured those few words.

AJ couldn't help but share in the joy she showed, not just in her words and eyes, but her whole demeanour.

Sitting down in the Skylounge AJ opened up his laptop and began his search. He knew what he needed to find out, and didn't want to be left behind by Aella who was way ahead of him in her planning.

What he found, made his plans that much easier. His discovery showed that in the 1991 census Pelagos had been inhabited by only one resident, probably a priest. But by the 2001 census, it had no resident population.

But that defined and confirmed the Island as being allowed to be inhabited.

AJ also found that Pelagos was for sale as a whole. At 10.8 hectares, or 27 acres it wasn't overly large. But for what he had planned it would be ideal. Twelve million Euros wasn't too expensive either thought AJ. Next on the agenda was a call to Yiannis, to put the wheels in motion for the purchase.

The call to Yiannis, his Dikigoros (Greek solicitor or lawyer) was dealt with very quickly. Which Yiannis concluded by confirming to AJ that he would start the ball rolling that very afternoon.

He also told AJ that the Greek Government would look very favourably on the type of development and the educational purpose of what AJ had proposed. Yiannis was very impressed with AJs' idea and told him as much.

Now he was prepared to talk to Aella, Dimitri and Kostas and outline his ideas to them. But realising that nothing could be decided on, until the whole group was together he decided to leave it for now. He wanted everyone to have their say, and they would then all have a part in it, if it came to fruition.

Effectively, it would combine all their futures together, and, as he saw it, in one big happy family. A vision he had only dreamt of.

That evening Issy and Dani were going to prepare the meal for everyone, Nikos and Dani would be assisting them. They had bought everything they needed from the fishmonger next door to the taverna while Giorgos went through things with his assistant manager.

Lykos drove Eleni and Kat to other suppliers on Skiathos while the others were busy with their tasks.

Mara looked forward to enjoying a home cooked meal that she hadn't had to prepare for a change.

They had decided on grilled tuna, as there were some excellent fresh fillets which they would combine with shrimp as an accompaniment. Gratin potatoes and grilled vegetables would also be served alongside the seafood.

Lykos had driven to a wine merchant and managed to claim the last few bottles of 2020 vintage Ergon Lantides, a local Sauvignon. From the grapes of vines brought back from Australia, by the son of a long established vintner on the Island.

Late afternoon, the Targa, loaded down with numerous bags full of clothing for the four girls made its' way back into the harbour at Steni Vala. After docking, the men were all tasked with ferrying the bags to the various cabins on both boats that the girls were now staying in.

Thanasis and Vasilis, looking thoroughly fed up and unimpressed, both announced that if anyone dared to organize another "epic" trip like this, they'd stay behind and mend fishing nets. The men on both yachts howled with laughter until their stomachs ached.

Mara, held up one bag, the only one she had come back with, saying to Kostas, "I think you are going to be happy with my purchases. Not only my restraint on how much I bought, but how little my purchases actually are." She looked at him with the smile he knew so well. That meant he would definitely enjoy viewing her "purchases" later that evening.

AJ announced that he wanted a "family" meeting after they had cleared up after their meal later on that evening. Earning more than a few bemused looks, as everyone pondered over what it could be about.

As there was more room aboard "Blue Angel" it was decided they would eat aboard there, the kitchen being also slightly bigger was a help too.

The meal was a success, Mara praised Issy and Dani, as the Tuna steaks were grilled to perfection. Mara knew how easy it was to either undercook or overcook the tender fish steaks. The combination of the crispy exterior and soft succulent flesh inside was absolutely mouth watering. And combining them with the shrimp she declared, was inspired.

There was a flurry of activity after the meal was finished, but the Gioura Girls, as Eleni, Kat, Issy and Dani were now collectively called would not allow Mara to help. They wanted Mara to have a thoroughly deserved, total night off.

Aella took that opportunity to whisk her back over to "Aellas Choice" for their little chat, leaving the men behind on "Blue Angel" to enjoy an after dinner drink before the meeting.

Aella started somewhat apprehensively, knowing it might come as quite a surprise... as to how soon AJ and she wanted to complete their nuptials.

"I saw Tassia today and asked her to put together a menu for a wedding celebration meal," Aella blurted out tentatively."

"When is this for? I don't even need to ask who this is for; I can see the gleam in your eyes as you speak."

"AJ and I have decided we don't want to wait too long, so we are hoping it will be in the next three to four weeks. We are seeing the priest tomorrow morning. Once we have his blessing and a date we can fully prepare. I want your help with all this, if you would. You are my surrogate Mum now, after all!"

Mara closed the gap between the two of them and took Aella into her arms. "As you know I don't have children of my own and although Kostas has Giorgos and Nikos, they're boys. It's not the same as having a daughter. They don't like me mothering them anyway; they think they are too old for that."

"Added to that... Nikos looks upon me as more of a boss! I am overwhelmed that you have asked me this Aella. I am so proud of the woman you have become over the last several years."

"I appreciate how you've looked out for me since I returned from England. I never realised how much I would miss AJ, even at our young ages, he felt a part of me. You helped me again, when I struggled over the loss of my mother for quite a long time."

"It has been a really short time since he came back to me, and to some, it may feel like we are rushing into this. But we are finally where we were always meant to be, by each others' side... two pieces of the same puzzle."

"No one would argue with that, Aella. A glance at the two of you shows the deep love and connection you two have. Kostas and Dimitri have already spoken with me over how your effect is spreading to the Gioura girls, who are smitten with their chosen men of our group."

"We will need to plan another trip over to Skiathos to find a dress for you. I know just the woman, and she will make you up something very quickly when she knows it's for you."

"We'll send the men off to see to business while we're busy choosing the perfect ensemble for you."

"We'll need something special for you as well, added Aella, "As mother of the bride, you'll need to stand out too!"

Mara dabbed at her tears, elated that Aella had asked her to stand up for her. But also sad that Aellas' own mother could not here to witness this marvellous life event in her daughters journey.

Aella shed a few tears of her own in this emotionally charged and shared moment.

They went down to the master cabin to repair the minimal make up that they both wore. Neither really needed any enhancement to their natural beauty.

When they returned together to the deck, Kostas called over to them, to come back for the meeting about to take place on "Blue Angel".

"There are several things I want to discuss this evening," declared AJ, his face lit up as he spoke.

"First things first, Eleni, Kat, Issy and Dani, We have looked into the value of this yacht. And it is worth twelve million Euros, give or take."

"I didn't want it for myself but propose that Mavrikis holdings purchase it and we will put three million Euros into separate investment funds each for you. You will be able to live comfortably from the interest. Unless you want to buy another yacht that is," AJ said with a chuckle.

He didn't want to tell the others that the money was actually coming from Silas's accounts. He believed that a reminder of the ordeal they had endured was not beneficial to anyone.

The girls were astounded at that revelation. But were grateful for the care and consideration they had received since being rescued. They accepted the offer, believing it was made with the best of intentions. They also felt that everyone on board could be trusted, and acted in their best interests.

They had all got to know Thanasis and Vasilis on the trip to Skiathos. When the two young men related to the others, what had happened on the run and swim that morning between AJ, Titan and Kallos, they saw the ready acceptance, as if it was nothing out of the ordinary.

For their part, since leaving the island of Kea, in the southern Aegean with their father, when Thanasis was sixteen and Vasilis was fifteen, because their grandparents had grown too old to care for them, and the rest of their family had left in search of better lives, they had also been searching... searching for somewhere to belong.

Now they both felt that search had finally paid off.

"Now, for my second topic, which should be much quicker, I think we should rename "Blue Angel", a name more fitting to how we now find ourselves as one big group. I'll leave everyone to think about that and we can discuss it over the next few days."

On to the next thing we need you all to know. "Aella and I have decided to get married in a few weeks. It may seem sudden, but this has been written into our lives from the very beginning. We've been connected since we were young children. A bond that has only grown stronger with time."

"This is simply the next chapter of the story that is our lives, as inevitable and beautiful as the moon and stars that light the night sky!"

As he finished that he took Aellas' hand in his pulling him close to his side. AJ could feel her heart beating and through their telepathic connection, Aella told him privately how horny that little speech had made her!

"We want you all with us to help celebrate this wonderful milestone with us, of course. Most importantly, I need to formally ask you, Lykos to be my Koumbaro, (best man, and sponsor).

The entire group gave a hearty cheer to Lykos whose voice thundered out like a battle cry, "I will be proud to stand next to you and will carry out all my duties in the greatest Greek traditions, so be warned!"

That sparked a wave of raucous laughter from everyone.

"Lastly, I have asked Yiannis to put together an offer on the island of Pelagos. Aella and I fell in love with it when we first set eyes on it together."

"If this works as planned, we'll have the chance to build enough houses or even villas to create a little village of our own... a home where we can all live, laugh, and grow together as one family."

"I also have a dream... just a fragile dream for now. I dream of a place for young women like the Gioura girls, where they will feel safe, to enable them to learn a few new skills, before they venture out into life... without having to throw themselves into dangerous, unknown situations just to find a way forward."

"I see a quiet haven for them to land when the world feels too big and scary, a place where they don't need to take risks. But that will have to wait. First, we need to claim the Island."

So many questions followed, that AJ had to tell everyone that there was no more he could add at that moment. It was just at the idea stage, there were no answers to their numerous questions.

But there would be... and as soon as he had those answers, he would be excited to share all!

So for now, come up with a new name for "Blue Angel". With that, AJ decided Ouzo was required, probably more than one.

The evening continued with light conversation. A few suggestions for the name change of "Blue Angel" had everyone in fits of laughter. This was a welcome change, after the events of the last few days.

At one point in the evening, Ermis approached AJ and asked if he could have a quiet word with him somewhere, so AJ suggested they saunter over to "Aellas Choice" where they could talk in private.

AJ used his mind-link with Aella, to let her know what he was doing, as he would not keep anything from her. Going as far as telling Aella, he would leave their link open so she would know what was being discussed.

As the two men walked, Titan followed behind protectively.

As they reached the saloon, AJ walked over to the bar, pouring two generous glasses of Ouzo over ice.

Handing Ermis his glass, AJ initiated the conversation. "Sit down, Ermis. Make yourself comfortable and tell me what's on your mind."

AJ sat on the sofa opposite, making himself comfortable, while Titan lay at his feet, but as always... alert, should he be needed.

"When my boys came back from the run this morning, they related a tale that, quite frankly sounded like some unbelievable fantasy story."

"A man who can telepathically control both a dog and a dolphin, tell me, that can't be plausible, can it?"

"Still, I can't help noticing how remarkably well-trained and disciplined Titan is... and that dolphin that's always hanging around your yacht hasn't escaped my attention either. But it's just....."

"Can I ask you a question, Ermis? As a seafarer, do you believe in Poseidon? I know there are a large percentage of people who, even in this modern age, still worship him as one of the gods."

"I do believe in Poseidon, in my view anyone who goes to sea would be a fool not to. I prayed while I was a younger man at sea and beseeched Poseidon to ask Eleos, the god of compassion to watch over my family."

"However, it didn't go so well with my wife, but my sons' have grown into fine young men."

"I stopped praying, but still hold my beliefs as strongly as ever!"

AJ connected with Aella, "I am going to tell him all that has happened over the last few days except about Andreas that's a separate matter and it's done with. If there's anything you don't want me to say, stop me at any time."

"AJ, I'm sure you will cover things perfectly, but I'll keep listening in."

AJ continued, "Ermis I feel you are a man of honour, and I can trust you, just as I am going to ask you to have trust in me. What I will tell you now must go no further than our group. And must not be spoken to anyone outside of it, do I have your word?"

"You have the trust of all the people aboard "Aellas Choice" and you trusted both me and my sons to keep us on as crew on "Blue Angel". There is also something about you that I can't seem to figure out, but I know in my heart you are a kind, compassionate person. So, you have my loyalty and the trust you are offering, is something I will never take for granted."

"All I ask Ermis is that you listen to what I am going tell you with an open mind, and believe me when I tell you all I will say is the truth, in the name of the gods I swear it." Ermis nodded his head in understanding.

"I am a descendant of Perseus, the demigod. I have certain powers gifted by the goddess Athena. These powers only began to manifest when I returned to Greece, around a week or so ago."

"Perseus, for a want of an explanation, dwells within me as a spirit entity, and is there to guide me as I learn my new powers and serves as a go between with the gods and me."

"A few days ago we were in a taverna in Skopelos celebrating Aella and mine engagement. Whilst we were there, a man you may know as Victor took an unwelcome interest in Aella, and I can "read" peoples' minds."

"What I saw when I delved inside was that he duped the four Gioura girls into believing he would provide them employment at his Hotel and apartment complex on Skopelos. Once he had them on board his boat he drugged them and took them to Gioura, where he hid them in Cyclops cave."

"We then discovered that he intended to sell the Gioura girls to Silas, who produced snuff movies, which would have meant their deaths. We could not allow that to happen. We began by freeing Eleni and Kat, who were still being held in the cave.

"Victor had taken Issy and Dani with him to Skopelos, as arm candy. When victor returned with Dani and Issy to Gioura we were waiting. Let's just say there was an altercation, were three of the men took a dislike to our intentions of freeing the girls. They were dealt with quickly and cleanly by Giorgos and his friendly sniper rifle."

"As you know when I first came on board Silas handed over the documentation for ownership and transfer of "Blue Angel", the reason he did so as I implanted it in his mind, that he was to obey my commands, so he effectively had no choice. That's why we used the collateral of "Blue Angel as restoration payments for the four girls."

"I can offer you proof of my powers if you wish Ermis, would you like to take an involuntary late night dip in the Aegean? I can compel you to do it."

"Isn't there some other type of proof that doesn't involve me getting wet at this time of night?" Ermis chuckled.

"Okay, I tell you what, think of a memory that stands out in your mind that no-one else knows."

Without thought or permission, the memory that rose like a spectre in Ermis' mind was of the night he tracked down his unfaithful wife and her lover... and no one has ever discovered that he'd found them. He certainly wasn't going to share that information with anyone.

To shorten a long tale: their bones, no doubt, still lie at the bottom of the Aegean, lashed to a rusting anchor, to the deep, eternal tomb of the sea.

AJ sprang at once into Ermis mind and unlocked the glowing green chamber that was sitting, seemingly waiting for AJs' inspection. As he opened the chamber he could see a pulsing green light coming from one of the many thousands of drawers that line the chamber of the memories of a persons' mind.

AJ opened the drawer, and the memory came flooding out: Ermis, dragging two lifeless bodies to a boat. He heaved them aboard, and then cast off into the blackness of the night sea, guided only by the cold, ever watchful eye of the moon.

When he reached a point some four kilometres out to sea, Ermis bound the bodies to a rusted, old anchor. The iron groaned as he finished the grim work. Then, without hesitation, he hefted the lifeless forms off the stern of the boat, the wood creaking under the weight. Where they sank slowly... down into the silent, dark depths of the Aegean.

Turning to Ermis he related what he had seen in the memory from Ermis' mind. Then he said, "That was your wife and her lover, I believe. Am I correct?"

Ermis froze, stunned that AJ had glimpsed his darkest, most shameful memory, one he'd buried deep and never meant to share. He hadn't planned to kill them, only to confront them. But their mocking, adulterous jeers had pushed him to the edge of insanity.

In that instant, his mind snapped... once his senses returned, there was nothing left to do but erase all sign of what his rage had wrought that night, so many long forgotten years ago.

"Do not worry Ermis; I will not speak of this to anyone. Your secret is safe, do not worry, I will neither judge, nor condemn you for what was clearly a crime of passion."

"Although I bet you'd have chosen the late night dip now," Chuckled AJ, trying to lighten the moment.

"Come, there will be no more talk of this, let's go back and join the others and finish the evening on a happier note." AJ stated, trying to offer Ermis reassurance.

Titan rose from AJs' feet and led the two men back to join the others on "Blue Angel".

Kallos gave out her high pitched clicking "chirp" as they passed between the two yachts.

AJ went to rejoin Aella, while Ermis went to talk to his two sons, as he reached them he turned to look at AJ, who gave him a reassuring smile.

"I'm going to have a Mythos, would you like another glass of wine?" AJ asked her, seeing hers was almost empty.

"Certainly, baby. One more, then I'm off to bed, maybe you'd like to join me?"

"That sounds like the perfect plan to me, my little flower."

AJ soon returned with their drinks, and then they went and rejoined all the others and had quite a lively conversation over the next half hour or so.

Soon enough though, they finished their drinks, thanked the others for their sparkling company that evening, telling them that they wanted to be wide awake and totally on top of things, ready for the appointment with the priest the next morning.

Most of the others also used that opportunity to call an end to the evening. There was a mass exodus of the younger members of the group, going over to "Blue Angel" at the next berth over.

Giorgos wore a triumphant smile, looking so proud, with two brown-haired, brown-eyed beauties draped gracefully on each arm; he looked like a man who had captured the stars themselves.

Meanwhile, Lykos and Eleni lapsed into their own private world. They were lost in each other's gaze, their eyes glistening with love, creating a quiet, undeniable tenderness... that shone, for all to see.

Georgos and Ermis went up to the Flybridge, taking a bottle of Ouzo with them. They would talk of their sea adventures, comparing notes until the early hours of the morning. Knowing they would not again, be sailing the next day.

Georgos had told him how easy going it was working for Mavrikis Holdings explaining how AJ had told them all that nothing would change.

Nikos and Kat sauntered off to their cabin down below, followed by Dimitri and Mara and Kostas. Dimitri became aware of a deep loneliness that seemed to seep into his bones.

As he went alone into his cabin, all the young love now surrounding him made him even more aware of how much he missed his Larissa, but also felt like maybe, it was time to open his heart once more.
