Mom said she was going to the store to get a few things and then planned to make a batch of meatballs, for spaghetti and also for meatball subs. Annie made "Yum" noises and Mom smiled at her. She also asked if she should get anything to fatten me up, looking at the girls. They took a moment, looking at each other and Sion spoke, telling Mom they didn't want me to get fat so much as they didn't want me to get thin., and I had a disturbing tendency to lose weight fast if I was stressed at all, especially in the butt. Mom laughed and said she had noticed that years ago, so she would try to put at least 10 extra pounds on me. Mom was not bragging, her frosting skills were adequate but not fancy, but her cakes and frosting both were extremely tasty. Her cake was also light and moist, and just wonderful and we had all been eating it for years. She was not even surprised when all three told her in unison we wanted "Mom cake"! I said it seemed to me that she spent too much time at home by herself, maybe she would like to go shop and then come here and help or just chat. We all went in to clean up and she called Anita, then left. I wondered aloud what Anita had said, as Mom had left without telling us. I said I was almost done making our cuffs for Sunday and Sion said they were still working out the best way to make the headbands, but thought they were almost there. Annie told us that the twins should be here in about an hour. Mom, Pop and Anita stayed on the patio and we all went back to work. I was finished quickly, as I just had a few stitches left. I put my wrist and ankle lace on and went to show my girls. They were working at the dining table and stopped to check me out. When we went back out, we found that mom had been conspiring with Anita, and after several phone calls had our pot luck reception dinner all set. Mom promised to make her spaghetti and meatballs, saying she should go make up the meatballs now, it was going to be a busy week. As she left us she also told us she owned the kitchen on Friday, to make the cake. Anita told us she was coordinating the food and making her spinach quiche for hors d'ouevres. I asked if that was the one with bacon and she said it was! The three of us cheered, having had that only once but remembering it was very tasty. She told us she was also coming on Friday to help mom frost the cake, as she was quite good at that.

I had seen one of her cakes at the county fair last year and knew she was understating it, she was an artist with icing and I told her so and thanked her. She was happy and said she was having a lot of fun doing this. While Sion and Annie talked to Pop she confided to me she was infertile and had made her peace with that, but this made her feel like she had three wonderful daughters and she was having a great time. As we entered I said "watch this trick!" and as as soon as people saw us, I started turning pink!

Anita giggled and in a moment everyone was looking at us. I tried to look confused and asked if this was the free clinic. One of the girls laughed and said no, but her friend was wiling to play doctor. I grinned and said maybe another time if she played nurse and we left. Anita said that was so cool the way I blushed and we laughed all the way back to the cars. Mom and Pop had left, Sion said they had to hurry off and asked if we could take Anita home. Annie asked if we can take her to our home, not hers and we all laughed. As we drove her home Annie asked where we went and I told her. Sion laughed and said a restaurant full wasn't enough, we needed a few more. I grinned and said of course we did and Anita giggled. I pulled in at her house and she thanked us and asked of we wanted to come in. I said we should get home, but we did expect Sam at the rehearsal, if not before. She grinned and said he can live on stories til then as she walked away. As I drove home Annie asked if everyone was really horny or just her.

Sion said "Just you, Annie my love" and laughed. Annie said that was good, then we were all hers and giggled. I told her of course we were both horny too, we were with her all day after all! She giggled and said that was even better! At home I found a note from mom in the kitchen saying she would see us tomorrow. I laughed and we went upstairs to our bed happily.
