Romancing Sam Ch. 03

I enjoyed romancing Sam. I liked to make her feel special, I quickly realised that she was quite young in her ways, she had a certain unspoilt vulnerability about her and I knew I had to take care of her so that she was not hurt in any way. The last time we were together I had invited her back on Friday. I had made up my mind that I would take matters a bit further that day.

Sam arrived at my room in my hall of residence on Friday at 5.15 after she had finished work. She knocked on the door and I let her in. This time she was wearing a gingham dress and sandals with no tights or socks. "You look really good in that dress, I like it when you wear dresses," I told her. Dresses showed off her body much better than skirts and tops and I liked it that she did not have any socks or tights on. "Could you wear dresses for me when we are together?"

"If you like me in dresses then that is what I will wear for you. I do have a lot of them at home and you can buy me some more if you like. Why do you like me in dresses? What about jeans or trousers?" she asked me.

"I do not like it when women wear trousers and as for dresses I think that they flow over your breasts and hips and down to your knees. I like the length of that dress you have on. I think dresses are very feminine and suit you because you are very feminine."

"Well, I do like pleasing you, I like pleasing the man I love so no trousers and dresses only. I can be your woman then, would you like that?"

"I would like it very much if you were my woman." I told her.

Will you be my man? She asked me.

I knew right then that I wanted to be with her always. She was so sweet and lovely, I liked her natural, beautiful looks and I was so happy that she loved me. I took a deep breath, aware that what I was about to say to her would mark out the rest of our lives, "I love you too. Yes, I will be your man, would you like it if we became man and wife?"

"Oh yes I would," Sam said, "I would like that very much, can we get an engagement ring for me so everyone would know that I belong to you?" Sam looked radiant and very happy.

"How about if we went and got one tomorrow? But I think we should tell your parents as soon as possible. I will come and see them with you tomorrow and then we can go and get a ring for you."

"That would be great, I think my mum and dad will be very happy with this, I know that they really like you. Can we lie down on your bed the way we did on Wednesday so that we can kiss and cuddle for a while?"

"I would like that very much," I told her. Then she kicked off her sandals and took off her dress over her head, then she unfastened her bra and took it off. I took off my jeans and t-shirt and we laid on my bed and gently cuddled each other. "You feel really good, I am going to call you my love from now on." I was amazed that this all felt very nonsexual, I did not have an erect penis, there was no panting or turning each other on, that would come much later.

Sam giggled, "My love sounds really good, I will call you my love as well because that is what we are from now on."

About an hour later we got up and got dressed, we went down into the town and got ourselves a burger for tea then Sam caught the bus home.

The following day I went to Sam's house to see her parents, I said to her dad, "I would like to marry your daughter Sam, do you give us your permission?"

He smiled and said, "Sam will be pleased with her Christmas present. Of course you have our permission, we have been expecting this. Have you thought of a wedding date?"

Sam cut in, "Not yet, we are going to go and get an engagement ring and talk some more, but we had thought about my nineteenth birthday."

Sam's parents were very pleased and waved us off as we went to buy a ring. We settled for a solitaire diamond ring and then we went to celebrate with an Indian meal. Neither of us were very well off so we each paid half the bill.
