Please allow me to introduce myself, I'm a man of little wealth and even less taste, also known as Lovecraft68. To continue my bad Rolling Stones pastiche, I've been around many long, long years, and according to some readers, penned many stories that were a waste.

But some people enjoy them, and how many years has it been, exactly? Glad no one asked! This May 13th marks the fifteenth anniversary of my first story on this amazing platform, and to celebrate, I wanted to do something special, something I've never done in my time here. Something people here would really enjoy.

No, don't get excited, I'm not leaving.

So, what else could I do? I could celebrate by hosting a special event featuring some of my favorite authors here. Who have I asked to participate? I might do some name dropping at the end of this announcement, but it's a great mix of the old guard, some newer authors, some popular folks and some folks you may not have heard of, but I hope this can help change that because they are more than worth getting to know.

Once I decided on an event, now comes the point to where I needed a theme. Literotica has been very good to me over these years, and many people here have supported me. The readers who vote, comment and reach out to encourage me, (and insult and abuse me too, but they're another source of inspiration) but also the authors, both in their work, and in their support of mine. That made me think of the expression 'Pay it Forward'. Now, being a writer, and a perv, that called to mind another saying, one that represents one of my favorite erotic plot devices:

Pay For Play. As the old bumper sticker reads "Gas, grass or ass, no one rides for free."

The theme has endless possibilities from escorts to porn stars, to exotic dancers, web cam girls, dominatrix, and so many other careers in the sex industry. But it can go further and less direct, sex for advancement, sex to pay a debt, sex in trade, basically any story where the means to someone's end is offering up a piece of theirs.

Now don't worry. Although the characters in these stories have to pay for their fun, you dear reader, don't have to. All you have to do is sit back, get comfortable, click a link, and enjoy these authors doing what they've been doing since they arrived here, showing up and showing out.

I did say I'd drop a few names, so expect to see stories from: ChloeTzang, Heyall, RejectReality, Southern Crossfire, Erozetta, LexxRuthless and more!

This event will take place on Friday, September 5th and I hope to see you there!

This event is an Invitational, which means it is not open to submissions. Anyone can organize an Author Challenge and decide the parameters of the event.
