My Fate - Ch. 01

Note to readers: Hello friends, this is my first story ever in English.

This is a fictional, slow burn story and inspired by some real events that I heard from people.

It's a story of a 24yr old girl named Anjali.

I try to capture about her life, her happiness, her struggles, and her tragedy etc.

The story shows how even in modern times, the superstitious people put the blame on women for everything and manipulate, pressurize her to do something that she is not happy with it.

My Fate - Chapter 1

================

Hello my name is Anjali. If I had a power to see the future, I would have taken my last breath right along with my love, Rohan. So I wouldn't have to face crazy messed up future life waiting for me.

Before diving into this wild, crazy ride, let me rewind the story a bit and take you back to how it all started right before the nightmare, that turned my sweet fairy tale world into hell.My Fate - Ch. 01 фото

Unlike other girls, life was never easy for me and I wasn't even born with a silver spoon.

My dad struggled lot for us all his life. He was a peon in the high school. His salary was very low but more than enough for his kids to get bread and butter.

Me and my younger brother completed our high school education in the same school that our dad worked in, because of our dad we both get half of the fees waived off.

School had a policy for employee's kids that their employees get half fees discount if their kids study in same school. So as per policy we paid only half.

Because of this generous policy our high school education went smooth without much expense.

Dad real challenge started when I completed high school and went to college.

While I was growing up, inflation hit the country very badly and all the necessary things becoming expensive from household items to kids books to my college uniforms and my college fees all get raised as if someone giving them a protein shake deliberately to grow them up.

Even in our tight financial condition my my expenses were also going up. My college was far away from home, so I had to take an auto rickshaw to go to college from home.

My big man had to borrow money from his friends just to educate me.

He wanted me to reach the level that he dreamt of and I'm aware of his dream.

Because of my college expenses my Mom and Dad had to sacrifice their joyful life.

I never seen my Mom and Dad being in romantic together.

They never went out to a hotel for weekend dinner nor mom bought any new sarees in almost decades.

It was so hard to manage with dad's little salary and we were struggling just to meet our basic needs.

But dad never shows that he struggling to manage all this but as the oldest daughter in the house I can clearly see the pain and sacrifices in his eyes that he is doing for his kids.

In all of those struggles, he made sure I kept studying all the way to my master's.

So I can lead my life with dignity and without struggling for bread and butter.

Going to college was never easy task for me.

I faced lots of sexual harassments and perverted men stalked me while going to the college.

(I had to give credit to bollywood films for making women's life miserable for their greediness. They redefined creepy and stalking as romantic behavior and portrayed women are just an objects.).

I was just eighteen at that time.

I don't know if it was because of rapid hormonal changes in my body or other reason, but my body growing way more than a usual 18yr old girl could handle.

My tits and ass grew way bigger than my age.

The other girls in my class still had that skinny 16yr old look and they can wear anything they want without any fear.

while I looked like a grown ass woman even some of my teachers who were in late 20s and some early 30s, looks younger than me.

I straight up looked like a woman in her late twenties, like a mother of two kids going going back to finish her degree after marriage.

In a crowded auto rickshaw men would on purposely sit next to me tightly as if they know me very well.

Sometimes they touch my tits from the side with their elbow.

They slide their filthy hands close to my thighs.

I was too afraid to do anything, so kept myself silent and prayed to god to help.

But God didn't listened to my prayer at all.

Some men were beyond pervert. They stalked me all the way to my home.

They flirt me and use absurd words to impress me while I busy waiting for auto rickshaw.

They thought all these perverted things they were doing constantly would impress me and I happily give them a green signal for sex.

Like they watch in Bollywood movies.

In fact, they gave me a lot of sleepless nights.

I was just 18. I did not know how to react to any of it. I had never faced this kind of harassment in my life.

In high school, I did faced some glimpse of it from male classmates. But not full blown like in college.

I honestly did not even know why they found me hot.

when going to college, I always wore simple kurta and not a inch of tight dress that could reveal my tits or ass, as I was aware of my body that in a tight dress could get me unwanted attention from the wrong eyes.

But starving men would still stare at me anyway. I still could not hide my 34-28-36 curves from those filthy eyes.

The older men in the neighborhood, and the roadside filthy (a guy who flirt around girls, make her uncomfortable) around the corner, would completely lose their minds whenever they saw me going outside.

That is why I completely stopped going shopping. I had bad experiences there too.

Because we have a population of 1billion+ The marketplace seems always crowded and rushed. It was so hard to find a less crowded place unless you are rich.

where everyone around was busy in shopping, these filthy men were always ready to take advantage. They would stick their hardened cock right against my hips. I could feel their warm cock behind my hips.

In the crowd, men get the benefit of anonymity.

I was surrounded by so many men and women and it really hard to tell who touching me and took advantage.

They act like hungry wolves for just wanting to taste every inch of my body.

Because of all the harassment that I faced daily, a lot of relatives and my dad's and mom's friends suggested to my dad that he should stop my college and get me married off to some decent guy from a good family with a good financial background.

But my dad refused all their suggestions.

He did not even care what society thinks about his daughter.

He knew that his daughter could never do anything that embarrass him.

The old man just wanted me to complete my master's no matter what.

He simply did not want his kids to struggle like he did.

Although I wanted to stop my education after completing my BCA degree.

Because I had had enough of the stalking and harassment that I faced every day.

But my dad insisted and lectured me why its important to continue further higher education.

He even told me that he can come with me to the college if I afraid to go to college.

I never told Dad that I had to face perverts while going to college.

But my dad knew. He knew from people and from the pain in my eyes. But he still forced me to go to college.

I guess, since he worked in a school, he knows the importance of education.

Otherwise, why would he force his daughter to go to college despite all those harassments?

He wanted me to complete my master's because in today's competitive world, one single degree cannot easily get you a decent job.

I listened to my dad's suggestion and applied to masters.

At the age of 24, I finally completed my MCA and fulfilled my dad's wish.

I still remember when I got my master's degree. My dad's eyes were full of pure joy.

It was the first time I saw my big man cry.

I captured that joyful moment with dad, put that large photo in a large frame and hung it on the wall in the main hall.

So whenever any guests or our relatives come to visit our home, they can see the large photo right away.

It was my silent answer to the society who wanted me to stop from studying.

Meanwhile, my 20yrs old brother Ashwin, was right in the middle of his college degree.

His tuition and living expenses were draining what little savings we had left.

So I decided to help dad by getting a job and thought it will reduce my dad's burden.

But these horrific incidents stopped me from getting a job and meanwhile our financial condition kept getting worse.

I had to look for a job. There was no way I could just sit quietly and watch my dad struggle for us.

And my parents, they straight up refused to let me go out to work.

Because our financial situation was getting worse, I did not listen to them. I had to go out and search for a job.

Since I had a master's degree, how could I sit at home like a stone with all my knowledge?

Even though I had no courage left to face men in the outside world and I had no chance left, just to get a decent job.

Although my parents are not against women working outside along with men, they always believed in equality.

But the sexual harassment I faced during college that heavily changed their mind.

My dad always taught me that women are more intelligent and stronger than men in all fields. So I always kept that in my mind while growing up.

And because of my good grades, finding a job was not so hard for me. Just by seeing my marks, the same day that I applied for a job they selected me without any formal interview.

I was the topped in my master's program so why would they refuse me? They gave me the junior software engineer appointment letter right away.

From the day I joined, I worked twice as hard as anyone else in the office which I made sure I stand up to their expectations.

From my first salary, I finally bought new dresses for my parents. They have been wearing the same old clothes for decades.

I also bought my little brother Ashwin a laptop for his studies.

I finally relieved my old man's struggle and I proved my dad that women are really greater than men.

My parents thought it was high time for me to get married and settle in life. Because I was earning good money.

Dad started looking for a groom.

He informed our relatives and his co workers. He even handed money to marriage brokers to find a good, well educated family guy.

( In India, it is common for a woman to get married to a stranger blindly chosen by her parents. All in the name of family culture and tradition.).

The broker soon bought five or six groom photos. Dad looked all of them thoroughly and checked their background details carefully. He finalized one guy.

The broker fixed a Sunday meeting since I have weekend holiday. He informed us to get ready and arrange some good furniture by renting or borrowing from neighbor or from relatives just to look rich.

My mom becomes very excited eager to welcome the groom and his family.

She spent the whole day cleaning the house from top to bottom.

Acted like my marriage was about to happen in the next day.

She cleaned the house everything on her own.

In last moment my relatives refused to give the furniture.

I made some snacks and tea for the broker and the groom's family. Ashwin bought some fresh fruits to arrange on the table for looks.

I wore a traditional yellow silk saree and draped my pallu (pallu is Hindi word. Its Nothing but end section of the saree that women's drape over their shoulder). fully and tightly across my shoulder so my big boobs won't show from the sides.

Mom gave me jasmine flowers and I pinned them to the back of my head.

Mom looked at my beautiful, charming face with so much happiness. She applied a tiny dot of black Kajal (similar to eyeliner) under my cheek so nobody's evil or bad intentioned eye would fall on me.

At 11:00, The broker came in with the groom and his family.

The groom's family looked rich.

The groom himself was very well dressed looked way beyond league for our family.

He wore a maroon dark blazer with a white shiny shirt under the blazer with black pant looks like his blazer just ironed freshly.

He left his leather shoes outside house while coming inside.

His mother wore a light green silk saree which I wanted to buy a same saree for my mom but its price was 50k Rupees and my mom rejected don't want to waste the money.

His mom is fully covered with gold. gold earrings, gold necklace, gold bangles she shining with brightness.

His father was only person who look normal between them.

He wore just formal white shirt and black pant and paragon slippers no wrist watch nor any costly gold necklace or anything that make him shine.

I saw a disappointed face on the groom's mother. Maybe she regretted her decision when she saw our old house.

The paint on the wall become too old and some of the paint on the wall in peeled off. The floor was just painted and smoothed with cheap red oxide and the old sofa that we had which is filled with rat bits and we covered with old cotton cloth.

Everything's on the house is screaming out loudly, that we are poor.

Anyhow, the groom was tall and handsome.

As soon as the groom's mother sat down on our small sofa,

she started bragging about her wealth and son's government job.

She told us about her son's achievements.

How he managed to achieve all by himself and travel all over America and Europe at a very young age.

and the gifts that he bought for his mom and dad like iPhones and costly wrist watches.

My gut was telling me that the groom's mom would ask for a big dowry in return for relationship.

Because there's no way rich people like her would come and finalize just on my beauty.

He was a good looking, tall, handsome guy with a government job, and good paycheck, and heavy black money flowing under the table too. (which is normal in government jobs, illegal but no one get punished even if they caught taking bribe by authorities)

But something inside me screaming that this man isn't right for me.

I had no reason to reject him.

One thing bothering me in the whole time, he kept staring at my chest as if he saw girl in first time ever.

Even I covered fully, he still made me feel naked with those blank stares.

I felt insecure standing for a long time in front of him.

I gave tea to him and his parents and walked away to my room.

He and his family liked me and said they would wait for our opinion.

They figured that we would say yes because my parents were pretty much agreed.

But Dad told them,

"I'll ask my daughter her opinion matters a lot since she is the one who has to live with him. It's her life after all."

I still don't know why my dad said this may be felt same like me.

They went their home happily after.

The next day, the broker came in and tried to influence my dad even more, by bragging about groom's job and his richness and black money etc.

Dad and Mom are happy with the groom and his wealthy family. Why wouldn't they be?

The guy was well settled with a high paying government job. Plus all that black money flowing under the table, any family would have said yes.

But for the first time in my life, I got angry at my dad. For just blindly saying yes to the relationship.

I raised my voice with confident and said,

"I'm not marrying anyone until I save enough for you, Dad and Mom.

I want to make sure your old age goes smooth and I don't want to see that you both don't end up in some old age home, in lonely."

I said it with such a strong voice and in such a fierce way that even my strict, traditional dad had to be quiet.

I felt he wasn't a good man for me to spend my whole life with him.

( I believe that girls have power to sense a man's intentions from miles away.)

Because of me, my dad rejected the relationship.

Groom and his parents must have been shocked for rejecting a rich man.

Maybe they even called me a crazy attitude girl.

My relatives and friends taunted me for rejecting a rich guy.

I simply didn't care what others thinks, I kept quiet when they call me an idiot, dumb bitch etc. whatever.

Meanwhile, I made a fixed deposit in the bank in my Mom's name for their old age.

The harassments simply didn't stop at college. It followed me to the office too. Only the men's faces has changed.

And felt like my body became my enemy.

At the work, the men looks sophisticated and from good family background and well settled and getting paid way more than my salary.

Not like the taporis (tapori is Hindi slang means a goon, who has no formal education nor have a job creating nuisance to public type of guy commonly used in Mumbai Pune) during my college. But these so called gentlemen still couldn't control their pants.

My big boobs and the hips became like a permanent eye candy staring things for my colleagues. Even though I tried my best to hide by wearing loose dress with thick dupatta draped around neck to stomach but that was simply not enough to save me from pervert male colleagues.

Going to office for daily, felt like I was entering into a savanna jungle where starving hyenas were ready to grab and start to eat me alive.

These men made my workplace absolute hell from the day I joined to the day I quit.

My manager wasn't good either, he always wanted a chance to touch me.

Every hr. he would come to check my desk and pretend to ask if I had completed the code debugging or somethin, and bending himself towards my face so close that I could smell his hot breath. And touch my hand and shoulder inappropriately while talking.

And even the female colleagues were no better.

They spread fake rumors about me that that shocked me very deeply.

I heard rumors that I was having an affair with the manager, which is why he always came to my desk.

Eww, God! it was awful!

They called me a whore behind my back. Sometimes they talked so loud I could hear from my desk. The girls never ever spoke nice to me.

They named a lot of terrible nicknames behind my back.

I was just a young woman with high ambition trying to earn for a living and for my family.

I felt trapped, humiliated, and these people completely robbed of my peace of mind.

Finally, after 6-7 months, God showed some mercy and sent a man who transformed my hellish life into heaven.

The same broker came one day with another proposal, said my father that the groom's family was eager to see me.

As usual my dad agreed to a Sunday visit since I had the day off.

I lost all interest in meeting anyone after my bad experience with the first groom. I didn't even see the groom's photo and just kept it on my table.

Mom also seemed to have lost her excitement as well.

The whole meeting felt like routine.

Like I prepared the same snacks and tea. But we didn't bother buying fresh fruit this time.

Maybe Dad thought there was no point putting in all that effort as in the end I was going to reject the proposal anyway.

They came very early in 9:30am.

We were still getting ready and busy in cooking they came so early without informing us.

The groom named Rohan, walked into our home along with his parents and the broker.

I rushed to my room from the kitchen to dress up and mom followed me and gave me 4-5 silk sarees to choose but I took simple white saree with gold color silk border.

I had no interest left to get ready heavily and get stared at tits. So I draped my pallu very loosely this time and skipped both the jewelry and the jasmine flowers.

I wore only a simple white silk saree with a plain red blouse. I made every single effort that they reject me as stand in front of them.

But I didn't know they were just here for the formalities.

Rohan was upper middle class guy with pretty good ancestral wealth despite being a rich guy, he came up to our house in a plain white shirt and black formal pants and flip flops on foot. No gold necklace or no eye glasses nothing just simple.

I thought he did it on purpose. But later got to know he likes simplicity not to show off his wealth.

His parents seemed exactly like their son.

They wore simple formal dress.

His mom and dad not disappointed by seeing our old ancient house at all. They talked my dad like they knew my dad for decade.

I could sense from their friendliness and their overly nice voice tone that they already accepted me before they even came into our house.

Ashwin came into the room, in smiling and teasing the groom personality while my mom is busy combing my hair.

"He is way too skinny for you Didi," Ashwin said, in laughing silently.

"A roadside lamppost weighs more than Rohan! and he is going to look like a total joker if he stand next to you."

He kept laughing, making fun of Rohan's body weight.

I also started laughing along with him, because he described Rohan was hilarious.

Mom intervened and scolded my brother with anger.

"Ashwin, go outside," she ordered him.

"Get the groom's family some water, or anything. Just go outside."

(In our community, it's very common for the groom's family to visit the bride's house and meet her before things move forward.

They usually look at her height, weight, body curves, hair etc. and ask about her family and background, and decide to move forward if they are happy with the bride.

Sometimes, they even ask her to walk around the room to check her knee fitness as she can walk perfectly or not.

Make her to sing a devotional song to check her voice chord is smooth or broken. Broken voice chord women always considered unlucky or nuisance to groom family.

They might also ask questions about cooking and household work, like whether she can manage everything on her own when her husband is away at work.

And some questions can be quite uncomfortable too like past relationship, sexual relationship with ex partners etc.)

In my case, I was too much lucky.

Rohan's parents never asked a single inappropriate questions, and neither did Rohan.

They didn't even ask me to sing or a walk either.

They simply asked standard and polite questions about my education and my job and everything felt normal and good.

I liked Rohan's personality and his humble nature by his talking style.

Although as modern fashion standards he wasn't considered handsome but still my gut screaming that he is the right man to spend my life with.

Even though I had laughed earlier when Ashwin poked fun at his frame. Later I changed my mind after speaking with his parents.

(If you ask me now I can tell loudly that Rohan was most attractive person ever to me at least for me.

For me he was the most charming, handsome man that any woman could ask for.

His quiet confidence and his warm smile stole my heart right away.

Uff!, I could write an entire book about him without getting bored.)

My parents expected me to say no because, compared to my weight, Rohan was so thin, and I looked almost ten years older than him.

I accepted him in my heart but still not said yes openly because I worried about my parents that how could my family manage if I left the house forever? Their income barely covered their daily needs. And what about Ashwin lots of things stopping me to say yes.

It looks like Rohan's dad had done some homework about our family background and financial situation. He looked at me in smiling face and said to my dad,

"Don't worry about Ashwin's education. We will help him financially so he can complete his degree. Even If he wants to study further and pursue a PhD, we will help with that too,"

he offered very generously.

Rohan's dad kindness touched my heart deeply.

Rohan's family didn't ask for a single rupee in dowry, felt like I was stepping into the right home.

My family accepted the proposal after Rohan dad sponsor to Ashwin's education.

Later we celebrated by feeding each other a laddus.

After, Rohan's parents said, that we could go talk privately if interested, Rohan and I went to the terrace.

He opened up about his life and his struggles,

told that he had spent his entire youth in books and work and never paid attention to anything beside that.

I smiled and went a bit closer to him and said politely,

"You're still in your youths," I told him.

"We have plenty of time, we'll figure it out later. Don't take too much stress of it."

He smiled back at me, almost in disbelief and said in quiet,

"A gorgeous woman like you agreeing to marry me feels like a dream for me."

"I never imagined one day I would be standing here with a woman as stunning and breathtaking as you," he said.

He said all this while looking straight into my eyes.

I went bit away from him and said,

"Please Rohan, stop embarrassing me. I'm not as gorgeous as you think I am, this is just age."

I don't know really what to say further when he took my hand and hold my hand in between of his, I just lowered my eyes, felt a bit shy because no man other than my dad held my hand like that nicely.

(I felt guilty a bit for laughing at physical appearance before though)

After a some minutes, with dead silence around us, I gently took my hand away and said by killing the silence,

"I don't care about your looks nor care mine. What matters to me is is your love and the pure eye contact that you made straight into my eyes while talking to me which just melts my heart completely."

I really didn't mean to say that heavy or deep lines, but they simply came straight from my heart without me even realizing it.

May be I fall in love with Rohan who knows.

Later, he asked me about my life and my struggles.

I shared my life and my father's lifelong sacrifices, and how the big man had to work tirelessly to educate me and helped me stand on my own feet.

However, I kept the painful memories of sexual harassment to myself, thought it was not good to bring up such trauma during at a first meeting.

So I kept the conversation light, told my work and how i got job, my education, and my close friends.

Throughout our conversation Rohan's simplicity, kind nature, and soft spoken manners truly won my heart.

During our short conversation Rohan never showed any arrogant nor i felt anything inappropriate or negative energy around him.

Since I'm very good at sensing these thing from miles away.

Rohan was 27 years old and I can't be sure he is good in both his career and personal life at least before marriage.

He was working as a software engineer at a top global tech company and earned much more than I had ever imagined.

The very next day I resigned from my job. Since my marriage with Rohan was officially confirmed by both families and I felt I no longer needed to tolerate this hell of a job anymore.

Although my manager didn't want me to leave and even tried to offer me to double my salary, he thought more money could convince me to rethink about my resignation.

But I rejected his offer.

For the first time in my life, I finally gathered the courage that i hide deep inside and lashes out at the manager fully.

I looked at him like I laser him out if I had super powers and and screamed right on his face,

"You sick, bastard!, You really thought you could just touch me inappropriately and i keep my mouth shut all the time? you.. you're nothing but pathetic loser because of you girl like me had to stay in home."

I also scolded my office colleagues who had also judged and harassed me.

I let my anger on them,

"You double faced assholes made my every day at work uncomfortable."

"Just because I have curvy body doesn't make me your slut."

My blood was boiling so hot I went to female colleagues, and lashes on them the every last drop of energy that i left inside,

"You hippos none in the office look at you, not your partners want to touch you, you girls just jealous of me. Made a bad comments just to make feel good of yourself. Don't you feel ashamed for ruining girl's character?"

With so mush loud voice my voice become shaky but i still not stopped,

"you toxic, bitches did you slept with manager for a job that you spread fake rumours about me have an affair with the manager.

and I seriously doubt anyone would ever hire lazy, idiotic bitches like you otherwise"

I was so angry and frustrated at them that I felt like lining them all up in straight line and slap each of them as hard as I could until I get relief from inside.

But then I stopped myself and thought,

Why should I put myself into a gutter and get my own hands dirty with trash?

So I decided enough was enough, and simply walked away from that hellhole forever.

My marriage with Rohan was almost confirmed by both families just to be safe side Rohan's mother insisted to show both our kundalis (birth details) to the pandit to get to know whether the girl is right match for Rohan or not.

His father, is little bit modern thinking and atheist opposed his wife and said,

"Veena, stop blindly following this absurd superstition and religious nonsense."

She didn't give damn about what he said she forced him to come along with her to meet pandit.

The pandit's house was huge, almost like bungalow. 6 feet tall 2 security guards stood at entrance gate of the bungalow. They didn't stopped Rohan's parents because they went in Mercedes.

The whole bungalow covered by hi-fi cctv which captures every corner of the street. And green lawn that covered the outside floor and all type of flowers small garden which they walked across to rich the bungalow door felt like a heaven when going inside by crossing the small flower garden.

Inside the house there is another world the floor is covered with marble floors they were so shiny that you could see your face reflection and make your hair up on them.

Every room had two ACs, one in each corner.

All his luxurious life was built by spreading superstition, frightening people, and then squeezing the money out from them.

Rohan parents went in and sat on a big fluffy sofa that covered in shiny white silk cloth.

A girl came to them, she wrote down their names and took 1,000 rs as a consultation fee.

She said to wait a bit at least for an hour. Since Panditji was busy in another bhakt.

She was Panditji's assistant a very good looking, charming, silky hair and wearing a silky saffron kurta. Pandit kept her as like eye candy for his bhakts.

Then she went straight into Panditji's private hall, the hall where he meet his bhakts, listened to their problems, and give right solutions whenever possible.

The girl came outside after 10 minutes and said they can go inside now.

They went inside where pandit present in the big hall.

Panditji sat on a big gold plated cushioned chair.

He wore a light milky coloured kurta. He has long hair like girl's hair.

His 10 fingers covered with different types of gold rings all this made him very attractive.

The room was filled with a luxurious scents that can make bhaktas lost in different world and room was winter type cold.

A male assistant muttered something to Pandit in his eyes and Panditji woke from his meditation and welcomed them both.

Although Panditji was not a new face to this old couple he was always with them in bad and good time.

Veena always came to him whether its a problem, or anything good she needed an auspicious date for a program to celebrate.

(Everything good or bad it has to be end one day. And here the day had come where Veena was about to end her blind belief in the Pandit.)

Veena showed the kundali of both bride and groom (birth charts or exact birth details time date day etc) to Pandit.

The moment he looked at my (Anjali) kundali, he suddenly got shocked and became totally speechless. He just stood there frozen, like as if he seen a ghost.

Rohan's father stood along with him and said,

"Panditji, Please have some water."

He gave the Pandit glass of water water and helped him to calm down a bit.

The Pandit drank water and put the glass on the table and took a moment to calm himself and then after few minutes he spoke.

he looked at old couple, Veena and Madhav with worried face.

The old couple sat on the floor.

Panditiji very much terrified as he said,

"This girl has a dosha in her kundali. The man who marries her will fall ill with something strange and die within a month and Maaji, please break this relationship."

His voice almost trembles.

After Panditji's statement, Rohan parents were completely got shocked.

Panditji took some moments and drank water again, and took few more minutes to calm himself again.

Then he spoke,

"I have never ever seen such a sinful Kundali in my life.

Please Maaji (a word used for to address older women)

I beg you to end this relationship as soon as possible."

After all this nonsense claim made by Pandit the atheist person Madhav Joshi (Rohan's father) lost his patience.

He looked at his wife, Veena, and said,

"Enough Veena, I can't handle this nonsense anymore let's go from here."

Madhav stood from the floor and frustration and anger on his face clearly visible

Then he turned his face to towards Panditji and said in anger,

"Big thanks for helping us Sir. I used to have little bit of belief in religion, but you've convinced me to become a complete atheist now. Thanks again, sir."

Veena stood along with Madav and grabbed his hand tightly, tensely and said in tense,

"Please, Madhavji, don't get angry please calm down."

But Madhav wasn't even listening to her. He pulled his hand away,

"See, this is exactly what I mean, Veena. You're still stuck in these superstitions. Ok you can stay here I'm leaving you can come when ever you want."

Then he walked out of the the pandit's house and left Veena alone.

Veena stayed in the hall, She didn't follow Madhav at all.

Panditji was no stranger to her. He was like a family to her.

She always invite him to their home for every rituals. Every time there was a big decision in the family, she goes to pandit.

Pandit, Vishwanath Shastri always helped her family whenever possible he never let her down and gave them the right advice and right solution whenever he could.

Over the decades, Shastriji built a strong bond with Veena.

And now she needed to know if he could find solution of Anjali's kundali dosha or not.

Veena really didn't want to break the marriage.

She had already accepted Anjali as her daughter in law.

She was hoping that Shastriji would s find a solution somehow and

in the end she wants Rohan to marry Anjali.

Shastriji really put Veena into a deep dilemma. She simply cannot break the marriage as she liked Anjali she thinks Anjali a gem of person.

But however, the very person that Veena trusted the most and the person who always been there for her family and the one she considered a real well wisher, the same Vishwanath Shastriji, was telling her to end the relationship.

Veena felt stuck. She had trouble choosing between her heart and her fear.

Her heart saying don't leave Anjali and Her fear was holding her back.

She really didn't know which one to listen to.

Her voice shook slightly as she looked at Shastriji and said,

"Shastriji, please... there must be some remedy for this, right? We can't just break this relationship. I can't find Anjali like girl that easily. I really don't want to lose her. Please, Shastriji, I I'm begging you find solution."

Panditji noticed it. Veena was calling him by his name. Shastriji.

in all these years she never called him by his name.

He would have slapped them and thrown them out if any other person made this mistake.

But this was Veena. Rich bhakt he simply not afford to loose blind bhakts like her. He earned almost lakhs of money from her in just a yr ago.

Panditji thought all of it. Then he let it go she can call anything she wants.

She fell at Shastriji's feet. She grabbed his feet and said, in crying,

" Shastriji please, I beg you please save us."

Shastriji grabbed both her arms and helped to to stood back in her feet.

"Maaji, please. What are you doing? You're older than me. Don't shame me like this." Panditji said in calmly.

Veena was still crying, her voice was shaking

"We can do anything to save Anjali and our family, please Shastriji find the solution Shastiji please..."

She tried to fall at his feet again but he stopped.

Shastiji pulled his strapped eyeglass from his neck and put them on eyes and again started examine at his astrologer book and in another hand he also took anajli's kundali and stated calculating something in his mind by using fingers.

He took long breath before saying anything,

"Maaji, I looked her chart again, there's no doubt about Anjali is a pure diamond and we rarely find a gem like her.

And Maaji, she has faced a lot in her short 25yr age, more than enough that people of her age couldn't even handle half of it.

But she never broke and never gave up her dream. She kept herself strong and faced every problem that came her way.

All she did in her life, is to keep her family happy and tried to improve her father's financial condition.

If she didn't have this dosha, I had no objections for the relationship.

She would have the ideal daughter in law for your family.

She is loyal and pure hearted. A girl like her is very rare to find these days."

He paused himself a bit and started saying again,

"But Maaji, you can ask me, can girl like her can do anything wrong? that dosha is ruining her life now.

Her dosha came to her along with her birth this is not her fault.

she is carrying the dosha from her ancestors, they did something wrong long ago. Because of that, she and her family have to suffer now. And whoever comes into her relationship, especially her husband, has to face her dosha."

Veena again started crying,

"Shastriji, please say something, isn't our holy scriptures have solution for every problem?

kidly check in the scripture and please tell me if there is solution or remedy for this dosha I don't want to Anjali suffer because of something that she isn't even responsible."

Shastri said in a confident voice,

"Yes, Maaji, our scriptures has everything, dos to don'ts all covered, but..."

Veena curiously asked,

"But what's causing you hesitation, Shastriji?, We can do anything, just order us."

"Shastriji, you may remember 3 yrs ago Madhavji's elder sister's daughter Anusha? You resolved her sin, remember?"

Shastri noded his head with a frustration,

"Maaji, Anusha's case is different, this is different," he said.

"And, I remember, Maaji, I was the one who suggested arranging Anusha's first marriage with an older or sick man within our caste. so even if he passed away, no one would be deeply affect much and Anusha could later live happily after remarrying. which is turns out be true wasn't it?"

Veena nodded her head by saying yes.

Shastri started explaing again,

"But Maaji here the Anjali's dosha way more dangerous than Anusha's faced. Her dosha is not only affect her husband but gets everyone in trouble, overall every man that gets close to her, even her father and brother all going to have to suffer from her dosha."

Veena asked curiously,

"So Shastriji, if the dosha is so deadly danger, then are you not giving us a solution? instead of ending relationship? Shastriji Is it impossible to save Anjali and our family?"

She continued further,

"Shastriji, you're Brahmin and Brahmin always stood against sins and enemies that threat for mankind for a centuries. Why not solve now?"

Shastri, in a over confident tone,

"Yes, Maaji, you're correct. We Brahmins saved every species on earth from evil and anything that feels threat to us and we will continue saving the earth.

He took deep breath before saying anything,

Maaji, first I will explain the solution, but please don't panic. I am suggesting this according to the scriptures, not making it up on my own."

He took a deep breath again and asked assistant for a glass of water and after drinking water he straight closed his eyes.

Veena felt insulted and lost patience,

"Shastriji, Please get up otherwise I will go to another Pandit, you're not helping anymore."

Shastri opened his eyes a bit,

"Maaji, I can tell you, but can you handle the truth? because the solution is crazy and insane. You're free to go to any pandits they will say the same and Maaji, I have never ever witnessed this kind of scary dosha in my life."

Shastri again closed his eyes a bit and took a long breath again.

and Seeing Veena started crying again. He said in worrying,

"Look Maaji, please first drink some water and please I beg you stop crying."

Veena started crying loudly and she become total out of control.

"Sudha... hey Sudha..., come here fast! where the hell you dead"

He loudly screamed his wife's name in full of anger.

Sudha rushed to Shastri's private hall and asked,

"Ji, what happened? Why are you screaming? is everything fine here?"

(women usually don't call their husband by name in Hindu religion).

Shastri in anger said,

"Sudha, listen and please don't ask me anything. Just take Maaji out of here, make it real quick. I want peace."

Shastri went into meditation mode.

Once he closes his eyes no one in the home can dare to disturb him.

Sudha took Maaji outside, while Veena was crying desperately for a solution.

She completely unable to accept that Shastriji just made her to go away.

Veena never expected this type of behavior from him.

She straight up went home, where her husband and son were waiting for her in anxiety.

Veena came in with full of anger.

Roahn give her glass of water and veena throws the glass of water onto the wall and said in smashing anger,

"What the hell he thinks himself."

Rohan and dad assumed that something heated argument happened with panditji.

Rahan calmly asks,

"mom calm down please tell us what happened?"

Veena said in frustrated voice,

"look honey no one going to stop you from marrying to Anjali."

Madhav Joshi laughs and said,

"Veena I already told you not to go there but you insisted and even forced me to go there."

Veena sighed,

"Sorry Madhavji I was wrong we shouldn't have gone there."

Rohan politely asks,

"Mom first tell me what happened? why are you angry so much?

and I never in my whole life saw you this over the top anger."

Vena explained everything in brief.

Both father and son laughed out loud after hearing her story.

Madhav said,

"That's why I don't believe pandits they make easy going relationship to a roller coaster."

Roahn said in scary face,

"Mom what's now? should we going to break the relationship with Anjali?"

Venna suddenly stopped Rohan,

"No beta, I promise no one will stop you, you are and will definitely going to marry Anjali."

"And Shastriji can go to hell teach his superstitions to devils."

Everyone laughs on veena's innocent curse.

Later, Maid Radha came in with tea pot and served hot tea to everyone in the tea cup and after having a tea Veena went to kitchen with Radha to make dinner.
