Miss Beth went on to say "I was thinking last night after I got in bed about how badly you wanted breasts. Good news Sissy Amy" when you brought me breakfast in bed, Miss Beth said "I would enjoy playing with them if you had real breasts."

I said "But Miss Beth, I thought you said the hormones would not do much for me."

Miss Beth said "Yes that is right Sissy Amy, but I am going to call the doctor today and see about getting breast implants for you. I will make an appointment for you."

I said "Miss Beth, I could not afford that, I don't have enough money saved"

Miss Beth said, "Well I do have the money and I would like play and suck on them so that is settled."

I got to work dusting and cleaning while Miss Beth got ready for work, I knew not to argue with her when she used that tone of voice.

Finally as she left for work Miss Beth said "Have a good day Sissy Amy and think about having nice breasts like mine,"

I said "You have a good day as well." And out the door she went.

I did my chores for the day and then went to a movie to take my mind off what Miss Beth said. By this time I had worn women's clothes so much that I did not think about going out dressed and no one noticed me. I enjoyed the movie and on the way out I noticed a man eyeing me from the legs up. It was sure a good feeling to be a woman,

I got back to the apartment and changed into my French maids uniform and started cooking dinner as I knew Miss Beth would be home soon. And sure enough it was done only a few minutes and Miss Beth arrived.

Sissy Amy said "Good afternoon Miss Beth."

Miss Beth replied "Good afternoon to you Sissy Amy and what have you been doing today?"

I told her that I dusted the apartment, went to a movie and cooked dinner.

Miss Beth said "You had a busy day and so did I. I talked to the doctor about the wonderful job the hormones are doing on your clit but what little progress you are making on your breast development. So at his suggestion I made an appointment for you to see him next Wednesday to see if you would be a suitable candidate for breast implants."

Sissy Amy said "But Miss Beth, that is a big decision you made, I am not happy about it."

Miss Beth said "Now listen here Sissy Amy, I am your dominatrix and you will do as I say. How long would you last on the street if I threw you out with no men's clothes and no place to live. You will do as I say Sissy Amy."

I hung my head down and said "Yes Miss Beth, I will go to the doctors appointment as you said."

Miss Beth said "That is better Sissy Amy."

I was nervous the whole week thinking about the doctors appointment and did anything that Miss Beth wanted me to do as I did not want to be scolded again. Finally Wednesday came and I got dressed in my most modest dress and rode the bus to the doctors office.

I said to the receptionist " I'm Amy and have an appointment to see the doctor.."

The receptionist said " Come in to the examining room, take off all your clothes and put on this hospital gown. The doctor will be in shortly to see you."

I was getting nervous again waiting for the doctor to come in but he did not make me wait very long.

The doctor said "Good morning Miss Amy."

That made me feel much better and I said "Good morning doctor, I have come to see you about breast implants."

The doctor said ' I know Amy, I would like to check your clit to see what effect the hormones have had on you. Would you mind lifting you gown up for me please?"

I did as the doctor asked and he examined my clit and my scrotum too.

The doctor said "The hormones have shrunk your clit but not as much as I had hoped.. Since you still have your testicles they are producing testosterone, the male hormone and it is blocking the female hormones from being as effective as they should. I think we should remove your testicles Amy"

I said "Is that a complicated procedure doctor?"

The doctor said "No Amy, we just make a small incision in your scrotum and snip off the testicles and remove them. We put a few stitches to close the incision and everything should be healed in about two weeks. Is that OK Amy?"

I said "Yes, it sounds simple enough."

The doctor said "Good, I will untie the top of your gown, now put your gown down and I will examine your breast development and see if breast implants are necessary."

The doctor squeezed my chest and pushed and poked around on my chest.

The doctor said "you have enough tissue for implants and I think that is the way to go as you have no breast development. We can do both procedures on the same day but the breast implants will take about three weeks to heal properly. Beth tells me that you have been wearing your breast forms for almost a year, are you satisfied with the shape and size of your breast forms?"

I said "Yes doctor, the size is just right but I would like a bit more projection so my breast stick out farther. Is that possible?"

The doctor said "Yes that is possible. Put your clothed back on, I will leave the room and when you are done with that see the receptionist to schedule you for the procedures."

I got dressed and went out to see the receptionist to make an appointment for the surgeries.

The receptionist said "The soonest we can do both in one day would be in two weeks on a Thursday."

I said "That will be fine for me"

The receptionist handed me some papers to read and I had to arrive a half hour before me appointment..

I said "Thank you" and left the doctors office.

When I got to the apartment I changed into my maids clothes and started cleaning. My mind was thinking, is this what I really wanted. Soon it was time to start cooking dinner for Miss Beth and myself.

As I was finishing preparing our dinner Miss Beth walked in from work.

Miss Beth said "How did it go at the doctors office Sissy Amy?"

I said "The doctor was pleased with the size of my clit but thought that more progress could be made by removing my testicles as they are producing testosterone which is partly blocking the female hormones that I am taking and that I am a good candidate for breast implants."

Miss Beth said " Wonderful, did you set up an appointment to have this done Sissy Amy?"

I said "Yes, in two weeks on Thursday, Can you get off work to take me to the hospital and bring me home as it will both be out patient procedures on the same day?"

Miss Beth said "Of course Sissy Amy."

My head was in a dream world for the next two weeks and it seemed to go quickly as I did my washing, cleaning and cooking. Finally the big day came. It was only that Thursday morning when I got nervous again.

Miss Beth said "Hurry up Sissy Amy or we will be late."

I said "I'll be right there Miss Beth."

I came out of my room and we got into Miss Beth's car and drove off to the doctors office.
