How to Keep Your Man From Being Sent or Sent Back to Retraining Camp

By Gloria Palmer

Most women in the Women's Republic know that the Corrections Service operates Retraining Camps to retrain men who have abused, insulted, or otherwise treated women badly. We also have Retraining Centers in major cities to help women learn how to best assert their authority and also to deal with women who have mistreated other women, and sometimes have harmed men.

Women may refer a man who is under their supervision in a family or household where she is the responsible woman. She possesses the authority to approve many things, including attendance at university, travel, moving to another location, and marriage, and to discipline all men and women in her family or household. This power includes sending a man to Retraining Camp or a woman for treatment at a local Retraining Center. Responsible women must register with the Service at a local Retraining Center in order to exercise their authority to refer family or household members for retraining and to obtain other services.Sending Men for Retraining фото

Women generally are reluctant to send a man to be retrained. They know it will be humiliating for the man whom they have loved and may continue to love. However, they also have come to understand that this step is often necessary when a man refuses to change his ways.

The purpose of this article is to outline the many disciplinary steps responsible women may employ to correct bad behavior by men in their household or family so that the women will not need to refer the man to a Retraining Camp. Readers will learn or be reminded that responsible women should truly seek to exhaust all of the measures we suggest here before filling out the form that will transfer a man to one of our Retraining Camps.

It should be understood that discipline in these camps is invariably strict and can become severe when necessary to correct bad conduct and aberrant attitudes. To put it most simply, a man should not be referred to a camp for leaving the toilet seat up; nevertheless, a responsible woman my want to draw on any of several measures to deal with this offense. These range from restricting toilet use in a variety of ways to spanking or even caning a repeated offender.

Many experts in assertion of female authority believe that much bad male behavior may be eliminated by making men urinate in the sitting position on the toilet. It makes them conscious of how females urinate and also makes men aware of the issue of leaving the seat in the up position.

Being sent to a two-week program at a Retraining Camp involves discipline by non-commissioned officers and classes on proper behavior. Men are subjected to treatment that is both embarrassing and humiliating. They are made to wear panties and are often spanked or caned by their barracks sergeants. If they misbehave to any significant degree, they may be publicly caned or sent to the disciplinary center for even more onerous treatment, including being sentenced to time in the much-feared toilet box.

The responsible woman thus should strive to train her man herself, so she need not send him to a camp or, even worse, to avoid having to send him back if he slips backward to his previous naughty behavior. Men who regularly drink to excess and abuse women need to be treated as the naughty boys whom they have regressed to resembling. The responsible woman must approach the task of retraining a disobedient male by employing several techniques.

These have proven effective when used at Retraining Camps and should be part of every responsible woman's arsenal of disciplinary tools. Some disciplinary steps do not involve physical punishment. Often, they make the recipient male feel that he is back in school with a strict female teacher. She may opt to hang a cane or paddle in a prominent place in the household to reinforce the idea that the man who lives with her as husband or partner or grown son or other relative is subject to the cane or paddle being used to discipline them.

Discipline may be administered in the marital bedroom or her own bedroom. It might start with her assigning him lines to write out within a specified time period. This time period should begin immediately even if it means that he must stay home from work. She may write him an excusal slip which will generally be honored by women holding executive leadership or supervisory positions.

Lines may be short or long, depending on the seriousness of the bad behavior. A long line is more hurtful in terms of the added time it requires to complete. 200 lines is an optimum amount. 500 is more severe and a thousand lines are appropriate for very offensive conduct. Responsible women may consult Tina Engelmann's Endless Punishment Lines: Time out for men who need it, available on Amazon.

The responsible woman should review the lines when completed, with a red pen in her report cards, hand. She should use it to mark mistakes and to grade the paper. Some women allow a certain number of errors; others will fail the man and require the entire assignment to be re-done if there is even one mistake. That is usually too severe in most cases, but some women wish to establish stern authority from the start.

Other responsible women may alter the way they review and grade the lines produced. Some may deduct points for errors or messiness. Others may receive the submitted assignment and immediately toss the paper into the trash, demeaning the work that the man had invested in writing the lines properly. If the man produces error-filled lines, a responsible woman may decide to progress to using her marital cane, or a whip or paddle on his bottom, either clothed or bared.

Women may choose to keep a man at home and send in an excusal slip to his workplace. She may request that his female supervisor advise her of any misbehavior at work. At home, he may be assigned lines or ordered to perform embarrassing tasks such as handwashing the panties and bras she has worn during the week. Women may require a man to wear panties beneath his trousers or lock him in a male chastity cage. He may be made to wear the panties or cage when he goes to work.

All responsible women should attend courses on discipline given at the local retraining center. The personnel at the center will teach them how to use various correctional implements effectively. These include canes, whips, martinets, slappers, floggers, flails, paddles, and riding crops. Ancillary punishments include use of anal figging, glycerin suppositories, and anal insertion of soap slivers, as well as soaping. Many of these supplies may be obtained at the centers. Responsible women may also obtain punishment uniforms that members of their family or household may be made to wear when being disciplined. These are provided to responsible women free of charge at a center. These uniforms include appropriately-sized blouses, skirts, training bras, control panties, pettipants, hose, and shoes. The Service has designed these to fit men's sizes. All married women are given a marital cane free of charge as a gift upon their being married.

Caning in particular requires training in proper application of a cane to buttocks. The Corrections Service does not approve of use of a cane to punish genitalia of either sex. toilet use schedule, Those found to have used a cane improperly in this manner may be disciplined themselves: men may be sent to a camp and women to a local center.

Responsible women may require men to wear panties all day and may demote them to diapers as punishment, including wearing a lockable diaper cover when deemed necessary to prevent removal of the diaper. The woman decides how often to change the man's diaper and whether to allow its removal for him to use the toilet, usually only for defecation. She may want to install a changing table with oil and powder for her use in changing his diapers.

Demotion may follow repeated failures of scheduled or spot panty inspections. When the responsible woman finds pee stains or skid marks, as well as semen stains in a man's panties, she normally will award him a failing grade on the panty inspection. (Please refer to use of report cards below.)

Diaper covers are usually lockable, but a responsible woman may want to have the man wear lockable panties. She may then set specific intervals or times when he is permitted to use the toilet and his panties will be unlocked for that purpose. She may require that he use the toilet in her presence. She may also require him to refrain from urinating or defecating until given permission to lower his panties.

A responsible woman who finds her man has not adhered to the required behavioral standards may decide to delay or cancel a scheduled bathroom time. She may decline to specify when he may be expected to be allowed to use the toilet, creating uncertainty as to how long he will have to retain urine or feces. Many responsible women set a four-hour schedule of times when toilet use will be allowed. Some require the man to kiss her on her labia before being allowed to lower his panties to use the toilet.

In general, it is most effective to prohibit men from urinating in the standing position. They benefit from being required to sit on the toilet to urinate or defecate. A responsible woman sometime requires a man to squat and do his business on a mat or bowl and then to empty the bowl and clean it. Misbehaving men are often made to use a potty--either wooden or plastic--and located in the bathroom or right in the living room or kitchen to do their toilet business. Sitting on a pink plastic potty in front of others will embarrass most men.

She might also require him to use childish terms such as "weewee" or "plop-plop" when asking to use the toilet. She also may place a metal-leg toilet seat in the bathtub and make him lie under them so she will do her own business on his face. He then may be required to lick her vulva and anal area clean.

If a responsible woman is away on business, she may designate another woman in the household or family to serve in her place for all disciplinary purposes. She may also invite any other women or girl who is 18 or over to assume disciplinary authority. Beng disciplined occasionally by a strict younger women is particularly humiliating and effective in securing better behavior from most men.

Many responsible women prefer the woman-superior sexual position. Facing the man in this position where she may control the speed of thrusting is often referred to as the cowgirl position; her facing his feet and with her bottom in his face is the reverse cowgirl position and usually seen as more demeaning to the man. Men under a woman's supervision may be required to obtain permission to ejaculate and told when to ejaculate inside the vagina or outside.

Certain common offenses by males such as leaving the toilet seat in the up position or unauthorized opening her panty drawer and touching or using her panties to masturbate are clearly insulting to the responsible women and require immediate discipline. Women may make men wear butt plugs for intervals or most of the time, except when allowed to remove them to defecate and then replace them in their rectums.

Cock-and-ball torture is not recommended and may subject even a responsible woman to being disciplined because of the danger of injury; similarly, any striking of a woman's genitals directly is barred and should result in a man being sent to a retraining camp.

In earlier times after the Women's Republic succeeded a male-dominated government, some severe punishments were employed. These included physical castration of men and infibulation of women. These have been abolished by statute. The Corrections Service retains the authority for its commandants to authorize the use of Mistress's Strokes, which involves a cane striking between a woman's legs. This punishment is reserved for exceedingly serious misbehavior.

A responsible woman should make herself aware of all these disciplinary and training measures and be prepared through training at a retraining center to employ them in her family or household. By using these measures, she may succeed in producing good behavior and avoid the need to refer the man to a retraining camp. The policy of menstrual service, the Corrections Service is for responsible women to use their disciplinary authority to produce good behavior and avoid referring disobedient or abusive men to retraining camp.

However, if the man continues to misbehave seriously, referral to a camp may be inevitable. A woman should approach sending a man off with an open mind that neither is overly generous in giving him repeated chances to improve his conduct or overly strict in referring him for the slightest misstep.

Many responsible women have found that one practice that can serve to produce improved male behavior is the use of a report card to grade the man either every day or week, or in severe cases, every hour or two or three times a day on his conduct. She may use letter or number grades and determine by examining the grades given for any term of time in deciding whether to refer him to a retraining camp.

There are also special conduct report cards that are designed to permit a responsible woman dealing with serious misbehavior to require the man to present the card every hour or several times a day to be graded. Frequent grading may help to produce improved behavior through repeated evaluation of his behavior.

A responsible woman may request the man's female supervisor to grade his report card for the times he is at the workplace. These women are generally empowered to administer physical discipline such as caning or spanking when men under their authority misbehave at work. Some workplaces designate a woman as their disciplinarian to whom other supervisors may refer a man who misbehaves at work. Retraining Centers provide special training for such workplace disciplinarians.

The Corrections Service through local retraining centers can provide report cards designed for this purpose. The responsible woman will enter the name and address, as well as e-mail address and cell phone number of everyone in the household under her supervision. There are special forms for both men and women. The responsible woman should take advantage of the system established for her to transmit a copy of the report card regularly to the report card repository, so it is available for review by the staff if a man or woman is referred to a camp or center for disciplining.

It is recommended that responsible women utilize a conduct report card for all family and household members. This record will assist them in determining appropriate discipline and will also provide useful background information for Service personnel when a man or woman is referred to a Retraining Camp or Center.

Some women require men under their supervision to provide special services when the woman has her menstrual period. The man may be required to remove her tampon with his teeth and to clean both the tampon and her vaginal opening orally. She may either want to forgo intercourse during her period or might want to engage in intercourse more frequently. The man must respond to her expressed desires even if he personally does not like or is repelled by engaging in intercourse during menstruation.

She may also require him to massage her as she may direct him or require him to purchase needed tampons, pads, or other sanitary protection. To prevent unauthorized possession of menstrual products, men must present a card signed by their responsible woman in order to purchase sanitary protection for a woman. The card may provide if the responsible woman checks the appropriate box that the man using it must obtain the signature of a female cashier or other responsible female employee when he purchases the products.

Special buttons are provided which a responsible woman may require a man or woman under her supervision to wear in a visible position on his or her clothing that indicate that the wearer has been caned or spanked during that week. The green button reads: "I Was Spanked" and the red button: "I Was Caned". When a responsible woman requires the man or woman to wear the appropriate button, the wearer must request permission from a female supervisor to use the rest room at the workplace or in a restaurant or other place of public accommodation.

Responsible women may also mandate that a man wear a pink button saying "I'm Wearing Panties" when they feel it will serve to encourage their sustained good behavior. Female supervisors may require the man wearing any of the buttons to show them his panties or his bared bottom where he was spanked or caned. I will deal with some specifics regarding disciplining of women in another article.

Men returning from being sent to the two-week program at a Retraining Camp should be treated fairly when they return after having successfully completed the program. They should be given a clean disciplinary slate and not subjected to teasing or most of the practices and punishments suggested earlier here until and unless they commit new offenses or otherwise misbehave anew.

A responsible woman who refers the same man to a retraining camp several times is subject to undergoing a required appearance at the local retraining center so her experience may be evaluated. The corrections staff may suggest that she change her approach to disciplining the man to achieve improved results. Based on the evaluation, the center's commandant may take steps to correct the woman's behavior. These may range from requiring the center staff to evaluate any future referrals to requiring the woman to attend a six-week training program at the center.

Responsible women may also refer women under their family or household supervision to a local Retraining Center either to train them in imposing and carrying out discipline under the guidance of the responsible woman, or to be disciplined themselves, if the woman have offended in any way similar to the misbehavior of male referrals. The Centers prefer to work closely with the responsible woman in designing the appropriate retraining program for a woman referred there.

It is incumbent upon responsible women to exercise their authority with maturity and discretion. Complaints about their supervision by the men they supervise bear a heavy burden of establishing any claim that the responsible woman has not behaved as she should in this regard. Men who submit such complaints, especially repeated unfounded ones, will likely be referred for retraining at a camp by the Retraining Center commandant. Complaints by women are treated more seriously, but also may result in sanctions being imposed on any women who complain without solid factual basis.
