Your one of the smartest people I know on tactics and management of your men, but you don't know how to separate your work from your family. You have to find a way to focus and concentrate on the mission, but during a down time allow your family into your heart and mind."

Ron added, "You know that any slip in focus will be a disaster in the field and your job is to stay focused so you can come home to your family. So, you have to keep your family in your heart and mind, knowing that is who you're fighting for, then focus on the mission so you can go home to them."

Wyatt understood what they were telling him but his single focused mind was having a difficult time figuring out how to accomplish the separation of work and family. Most of that was because he never had a family to think about till now. Suddenly all the guys stopped talking and as Wyatt looked up, he saw Gisele walking over to the table.
