On the Nature of Blowjobs

Author's Note: Blowjobs are degrading and definitely anti-feminist! And the feminist who is writing this think piece definitely does not enjoy that... right?

----------------------------------------------

It can be argued that a blowjob is one of the most degrading acts that one can perform.

It might be surprising to hear, yes. Especially given how common, how casual it is. Women give blowjobs without a second thought to the act, and perhaps that in it of itself is one of the more ironic normalizations that society has accepted.

This school of thought might be offensive to some, sure. I have voiced this opinion before online, in-person, and have been met with reactions ranging from skepticism to outrage. Even from the ranks of my fellow feminists, many race to tell me that blowjobs are an act of love, an act of empowerment, even.

Yes. I'm sure that when a man is watching from above as you swallow his cum, he's thinking, "Wow. What an empowered woman."

But, apologies. I'm getting ahead of myself here. Let me present to you my thesis, and I will let you be the judge. On the Nature of Blowjobs фото

First, let's start with the position. There are three common positions for a blowjob: the man standing, the man sitting, or the man lying back on the bed. In all three, I am submissive, genuflecting, catering to you. The first two are self-explanatory. With those, I am on my knees. There is no position more submissive than that, none at all. I am in a position of worship, and the thing I have to worship is your penis. And then there is the third position. Now, many people object here and find that, when a woman takes a more active role, in the position where the man lies down and she does not have to bruise her knees on the hard floor, that that somehow makes it less submissive. But how can that be? You take the role of a relaxed, lounging king, receiving the ultimate pleasure. Which is attained through my tireless efforts, working on the penis in my mouth.

And while we are on that topic, let's make it our second point: the fact that your penis - dick, cock, chode, member, staff, shaft, manhood, meat, wood - whatever you want to call to call it, is in my mouth.

I don't think I'm the crazy one here for thinking that that is degrading. But plenty of people think I am, so I guess I have to continue explaining myself.

I'll start by tackling this from a feminist perspective, by asking you this. What is a penis? What does it represent? Well, a penis is arguably the symbol of masculinity, is it not? It is absolutely central to a man's pride - in many cultures and societies around the world, the size of a man's penis is tied directly to his sexual worth, his masculinity, his confidence, his desirability, his-

I mean I could go on, but perhaps it's also easier to just point out that one common term for a penis is literally "manhood".

So now that we've established that, let's turn to the woman. Specifically, the part of her body that is involved in this act: her mouth.

What is the significance of a mouth? My mouth? My mouth is the part of me that speaks. The part of me that voices opinions, that part of me that communicates my thoughts, the part of me that proves to other people that I am me, letting them know of my personality, my beliefs, and everything and anything else that makes me uniquely me.

And during a blowjob, it is silenced. It is stuffed with cock and I am silenced. How's that for symbolic?

How's that for degrading?

As a note to history, let us consider the Romans. The Romans are perhaps the only society that had a view on blowjobs that was close to mine. They thought it was degrading. They thought it was downright foul. And a big reason for that is because of how highly they thought of the mouth.

The Romans were a society with a rich culture of speaking and debate. Public speaking was the highest of art forms. To them a mouth was not just another body part, it was the seat of dignitas, the instrument of speech, oath, prayer. Thus, they also had a phrase for a mouth that had been used this way: os impurum. The impure mouth. They wrote it into their insults, their speeches against rivals, their graffiti. Felatris, says the Pompeii wall. "Blowjob girl". It was an act only performed by prostitutes; you would never find a proper Roman wife who would do it. It was not always just a metaphor or joke to laugh off, either. In Rome, being known to perform this act carried infamia, a formal loss of social standing, disqualification from public positions.

They had another word too, better than any of ours: irrumatio. That translates directly to "mouth-fucking", or facefucking as we know it today. Interestingly though, this was not an erotic act at all. No, it was actually something that one man might do to another man. History tells us that it was a punishment that a man could levy upon another that slept with his wife. Indeed, the Romans viewed a cock in the mouth as the ultimate threat, the ultimate degradation. If one of the greatest societies mankind has ever known believed this, then am I so crazy to bring those beliefs to the modern day?

And on that note, to come back to the modern day, coming back to the symbolism of it all when a modern day woman takes a penis in her mouth so that a man can have a pleasurable orgasm, let's touch upon the topic of women's suffrage. For so long, for 99% of human history, women have been utterly dominated by men. Men have run society, controlled the government, suppressed the freedom of women, and, importantly, they have silenced her words, silenced her ability to speak out against them. Now finally, finally, women have earned their voices, so do you not see the cruel symbolism of what a blowjob is?

A man, the oppressor of womankind, taking his manhood, and shoving it into my mouth. Silencing me. Perhaps even causing discomfort, if he chooses to. And all the while, gaining immense pleasure from doing so.

When his cock is in my mouth, he has power over me. He has the power to push it deeper, into my throat, to make me gag, to make me choke. He can control my breathing if he wishes, denying me air until my eyes water and my head goes fuzzy.

Or, on the other hand, he can make me do all the work. A demanding task, especially if he is well-endowed. One that makes my jaw ache, my tongue stiffen, my neck hurt, my wrist throb. Up and down, up and down, all to please him, all leading up to-

The finish.

Right.

And thus we get to the part that is perhaps the most degrading of them all.

Because really, realistically, when a man is done using a woman's mouth, there are only two places he may choose to finish, and both are a defilement.

If he is to cum in my mouth, it's a jarring and sudden sensation of hot, thick fluids. The first bursts are always aggressive, blasting out at high speeds, hitting the back of my mouth and demanding entry to my throat. It's bitter, it's salty, and really - it's not so pleasant, is it? But it's in mouth, so where is it going to go but down? It feels like defeat - I've allowed your cock to plunder my mouth, and now I must swallow its emissions. How can a feminist like me see it in any other way?

But then, there is the second option. It's different, but it's no less degrading. The facial.

Sticky, creamy ropes across my cheek, forehead, lips, nose, my face, the visual identity of me - my whole person. If you're careless or just simply cruel, maybe my hair gets ruined, maybe my eyes burn red. Cum on my face turns it into an object - a place to dump the evidence of your pleasure, not a place to adore, to love, to kiss. It marks me, if we're talking in a primalistic sense. You unload on my face and claim me as your territory, your property.

And then after. What comes after? I'm on aching knees with a sore jaw, with either a stomach full of seed or a face stained with it. What did I get out of it? I've given a man a vast amount of pleasure, yet I've gotten none. Did I get validation from it? Maybe, but I've also subjected myself to a great deal of objectification. Who did I even debase myself for anyways? A random guy in the bar alleyway who's about to pull up his pants and disappear into the night? A hookup who's five seconds away from telling me he has work to do and kicking me out of his apartment?

Indeed...

We can end it there. That's about all I have for you today. I hope that my arguments and logic have convinced you of my point - that blowjobs are a degrading, debasing thing. Undoubtedly so. In a society where "suck my dick" is a common insult, it is impossible to turn around and claim that the actual act of sucking dick is, at the same time, somehow not insulting. There is no place for blowjobs in a feminist society, and I am a feminist so-

-I...

Sorry, as I was saying, as a feminist, I denounce-

...

No. Bad.

I am a feminist. I believe that women should not be sexualized, should not be objectified, should not be degraded and used and their mouth should not be violently thrust in and out of and they should not have to take nasty cum in their mouth or on their face or- or

The end!

The end.

I am a feminist. There is no place for blowjobs in a feminist world. I denounce it. I denounce all of it. That's it, that's all, you can leave now.

...

...

...

But... but what I don't... this was a thoughtful, educational piece of writing, trying to convey an important and serious opinion. So I don't understand... why...

Why am I so wet...?

Special thanks to my friend Rio, my favorite feminist who just so happens to very much enjoy maledom and power dynamics with a dash of an oral fixation. Thank you for helping me ideate, write, and edit this.
