First time writing ????

My friend and I have been long distance family friends for years since our mothers were Best Friends but since we live in different cities opposite of each other it's hard seeing her. I only ever see her for big events such as weddings.

She had recently moved into Uni Accommodation and it was nearing Christmas holidays and drove to my house to whisk me away on a 4 day trip and I stayed with her.

"My roommates are gone for the holidays so it will just be us, you can meet my friends another time I've told them all about you they will be soo excited when they finally see you"

"Great I'm really excited to be a tourist for the first time"

The drive was long, peaceful and fun.
