I Am Still Mine (F4M Version)

Your partner is out exploring a new connection.

This meditation is for that complicated space between trust and fear—especially when past relationships have left scars around abandonment, replacement, comparison, or not feeling “enough.”

This is not about forcing yourself to stop feeling jealous or insecure.

It’s about learning that you can feel those things without letting them define you.

Through a five-pointed star representing the five elements, you’ll be guided by five divine figures:

????️ Inanna — Air

???? Freyja — Fire

???? Hathor — Water

???? Áine — Earth

✨ Aphrodite — Spirit

And at the center of the star?

You.

The gods can illuminate the path, but you are the one who transforms. You are allowed to miss your partner. You’re allowed to be wistful about the time you’re missing. You’re allowed to be nervous about the mysterious new metamour you’ve never met. You’re even allowed to admit that perhaps…

you need a hobby. ????

But you don’t have to surrender your autonomy to those feelings. You can love your partner without owning them. You can welcome another connection without disappearing yourself. You can be vulnerable without being powerless.

And you can remember:

I am loved.

I am whole.

I am free.

And I am still mine.
