Baby Blue Shirt/ Sally, Mable, and Lorraine
Jo-Jo sat in his stuffy cubicle in the city inspector's office when Cat appeared. She had never been over to Jo-Jo's workspace before. Hell, Jo-Jo wasn't sure if she even knew exactly which cubicle was his.
Cat leaned in. "Jo-Jo, Charles and Tab want you to come to their office in the Ohio Building at 4:00."
A bit shocked, Jo-Jo said, "Is this about Dirt? I thought summer was over. They said the next time there would be wrestling girls. Nobody believes that, where would they get girls to wrestle in the dirt late at night?"
Cat stood up slightly. "I figured things were over, maybe forever, with the country being dragged into war. Anyway, go."
Jo-Jo nodded in agreement. "Do you remember the last time, the midgets? They mentioned you had a bunch of women lined up to wrestle."
Cat almost laughed. "There was a lot of betting when midget women wrestled without clothing. I guess they are ready to cash in on that idea." She looked over her shoulder to make sure no one was listening. "They told me to line up girls in scant clothing, maybe even nude." She shook her head. "Sometimes, those two are nuts."
Jo-Jo looked at her. "I thought they were just kidding about that." He knew he couldn't tell Maddy about nude wrestling girls.
Cat smiled. "Do us all a favor and just go. Don't be late."
Jo-Jo got that same déjà vu when he entered the ominous Ohio Building with the big doors. He recognized the two familiar receptionists with their usual cartoon-bright colored skirts, fitted blouses, seamed stockings, and black high heels. He remembered the blonde was getting fucked from behind by Earle the last time he saw her. He smirked at the image in his memory.
Jo-Jo straightened his wrinkled shirt and said, "I'm here to see Marcelle Tablonis and Charles Codd." With a questioning tone, "They may know me as Jo-Jo, or possibly Sunny's nephew?"
Charles got right down to business. "Good to see you, my boy. You and Earle did a fine job with the midgets." He rubbed his hands together. "My girl Alice says we should refer to them as 'Little people' so they won't get offended." He began to laugh. "Can you imagine saying 'Little people'?"
Tab started to laugh as well. Jo-Jo joined in with his own uneasy laugh.
Tab took over while Charles continued laughing. "Anyway, this summer was successful. What with the motorcycles, the boxing, and the wrestling, we want one last big score." He looked out the window at the late afternoon haze. "Summer is almost over, kids going back to school and all that shit. Besides, there may be no young men around this whole country next summer."
Charles, still half-laughing, chimed in, "Besides the 'Little people'." He burst out laughing again.
Tab turned to Jo-Jo. "Yes, midgets may still be here." He cleared his throat. "Like I was saying, one big last score. Let's stick with the wrestling thing."
Jo-Jo was happy to get back on track. "Yes, wrestling."
Charles interrupted. "We are going to have nude women wrestle. Totally nude, you know with their tits and asses and hairy crotches visible. Everyone will come out to see and do a ton of betting."
"Nude wrestling girls?" Jo-Jo repeated. "I thought you guys were kidding." He held out his hands, "Who's going to sign up for that?"
Tab answered, "You'd be surprised, many girls want a piece of the action, but we need your help."
Jo-Jo questioned. "What about Cat? You guys already told me, she had girls lined up."
Charles cut in. "Cat? We were just pushing her."
Jo-Jo knew that was true, he also had his doubts about Cat.
Tab continued, "Team up with Earle canvas the city, You know, brothels, whorehouses, traveling girly shows, hell, rounding up streetwalkers if necessary. Earle will pick you up tomorrow night."
Jo-Jo exited the Ohio building out the back door. He thought he saw his buddy Todd walking into the building across the street alongside Cat's 'cousin' Leo. He wasn't sure what the connection was, but for now, Jo-Jo had bigger problems.
The following evening, Jo-Jo pulled up to Maddy's driveway. He checked his watch, almost seven. Earle was scheduled to pick him up back at his house at eight, he had about an hour.
He walked up to the back porch. Before he could knock on the screen door, Ethel appeared on her way out. She waved and yelled up the stairs, "Maddy! Jo-Jo's here!"
"Be right down!" Maddy could be heard from upstairs. "Put some music on!"
Jo-Jo walked over to the wooden upright RCA Victrola, and spun the 78 RPM disk of Duke Ellington's Take the 'A' Train.
Maddy came bounced down the steps in her bare feet, her long legs, usually hidden, now uncovered. She had on a baby blue men's button-down shirt, her dark hair down around her shoulders. She made herself comfortable on the living room floor, she spread her legs just enough to show Jo-Jo her white panties under her shirt.
"Hey," she said softly.
"Hey yourself," Jo-Jo said, sitting down across from her.
"So what's new?" Maddy pulled her knees up toward her chest, revealing more of the panties.
"I went back to the Ohio building today to meet with Charles and Tab," Jo-Jo said, trying not to stare at Maddy's crotch. "They are looking for one final score at Dirt before the end of summer."
"What are they doing to top the night of nude discussing midgets?" She crossed her legs, hiding her panties from view.
Jo-Jo hesitated. "Next time it will be women's wrestling," Jo-Jo said, trying to be casual. "It's the last night at Dirt for the summer, hell, maybe forever." He held up his index finger. "You know, one more big score."
Maddy moved to the couch, now all Jo-Jo could see was her legs. "Just wrestling?"
"Just wrestling," Jo-Jo conveniently left out the 'nude girl' part. "Me and Earle are suppose to sign up girls to wrestle."
Maddy sat back down on the floor next to him, her bare knee brushing his jeans.
"I like the tune you picked." She kissed his cheek. "Do you want to dance?"
"Always," Jo-Jo replied.
Maddy reached under her baby-blue shirt, hooked her fingers in the elastic of her white panties, slid them down, and stepped out of them in one smooth motion.
Jo-Jo caught a glimpse of her natural dark pubic bush.
"It's time you stopped thinking about Dirt, you know," Maddy whispered.
"I know." Jo-Jo's hands slid along her skin. "Just one more score."
"You always say that," she sighed, pulling him toward her.
Jo-Jo's hands gripped her ass while Maddy's fingers twisted in his hair. They kissed, warm and deep, then fell softly back onto the floor.
Maddy pulled back. "Forget about Dirt." Her hand dropped to grip his erection through his jeans. "Let me get you out of these."
"I don't even know what Dirt is," Jo-Jo said as he unbuttoned his jeans and slid out of them and his underwear.
Maddy locked her legs around his waist. She arched her back. "Finally," she whispered, "I've been wanting this."
She had never looked prettier lying there vulnerable with her legs open on her parents' living room floor.
Jo-Jo suddenly realized he had to be back home by eight. Just as his cock touched her parted wet pussy lips he said, "We don't have much time."
She gave a lighthearted laugh. "Ethel went out for the night, and my folks are in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Visiting aunt Stephany." She pulled him closer and could feel the head of his cock twitching against her crotch.
Jo-Jo leaned up slightly. "No, I have to get back soon. Earle is picking me up."
Maddy froze, she pushed his chest, creating a gap. "Are you serious?" She sat up and crossed her legs. "We are literally about to fuck, and you're thinking about Dirt."
Jo-Jo suddenly knew he had messed up and tried leaning in for a kiss.
"Get off me," she snapped. "Just go. Go be a good little soldier for Charles and Tab."
Jo-Jo never saw Maddy nude again.
Earle's excessively large black Plymouth Road-master pulled up at eight sharp. Jo-Jo hopped in and Earle said, "Good to see ya, boy. Any idea how we can find a dozen or so nude wrestling girls?"
Jo-Jo said, "I thought you had a big plan."
Earle countered, "Sit back, I may know a few places."
They drove far out of town, off the state route and down a gravel road that led to an old weathered building. As they exited the Road-master, they could hear a piano inside playing Stormy Weather. The inside was massive, dark, and smoky.
Jo-Jo could just make out a few women in long dresses leaning against a grand piano in the center of the joint. He didn't get too far before an older, heavy-set woman walked right up to him. She leaned close and said, "Do you date?"
Jo-Jo misunderstood, smiled, and said, "I have dated girls before."
She held out her hand, "Name's Sally. We should date."
Earle immediately noticed the missed cue and interrupted, "Hey dear, just lookin' to talk to Mabel."
Sally turned, "Oh Earle, why didn't you say so in the first place?"
Soon, a tall and slim woman with a dark complexion and long curly white hair, an obvious wig, came out from the back room. Mabel gave Earle a big hug, "Hey big boy, why you interrupting Sally and my girls here?"
Earle answered, "Tab and Charles."
Mabel pulled out a whiskey bottle and poured three shots, "I knew those two would be up to no good sooner or later. Who's your boy here?"
Jo-Jo began to introduce himself, but Earle quickly butted in, "You know Sunny, this is his nephew." Jo-Jo didn't know Earle knew about the Sunny reference.
Mabel looked at Jo-Jo, and toasted, "To Sunny then."
Jo-Jo took the shot, and gagged as the whiskey burnt his throat on the way down toward his gullet.
Earle slammed down his whiskey shot glass, smiled, and said, "Listen Mabel, can some of your girls do some fighting at the grandstand at Dirt Friday night?"
Mabel laughed, "Oh, that's what this is all about. I thought you were looking for action." Pointing at three girls, "Her, her," she hesitated. She smiled and asked, "what will they be wearing and do they have to be good fighters?"
Now it was Earle's time to laugh, "Nothing on and who gives a shit if they can wrestle or not."
Mabel pointed at a third girl, "OK then her." She kissed Earle's cheek and said, "Send me the details and the money tomorrow." With that, she left out the back.
Next, the massive black Buick drove into downtown Toledo and cruised slowly along brick tenements on Jefferson avenue. A couple of streetwalkers wearing long trench coats open in the front, exposing their bras and panties, were lingering in front of a boarded-up storefront.
Earle pulled up and Jo-Jo rolled down his window. Earle hollered, "Who wants a high-paying underground gig?"
Just as one of them reached for the handle of the Buick, a white light cut through the night haze. "Police! Step away from the vehicle!"
Earle exclaimed, "Shit cops!" The tires on the big car squeaked as he floored the gas peddle, and switched the gears, as he went screaming down the road.
Their next stop was a 'girly' bar, which was basically an old speak-easy on the outskirts of town. The kind of place where girls would dance with you for a pricey tip.
As they got out of the car, Jo-Jo asked, "Earle, how do you know all these places?"
Earle laughed, "This was Tab's joint during Prohibition. There gota' be nude wrestling girls around here somewhere."
As soon as they walked into the dimly lit, stale, dusty place, an older woman came up to Jo-Jo, "You new here?"
Earle chimed in, "We just want a drink."
She pointed toward the bar.
They made their way back toward the far wall. A pretty but heavy-set girl with a sheer top and short skirt asked Jo-Jo, "Wan-a' dance?"
Jo-Jo looked at Earle and said, "They really do the hard sell around here. He smiled trying to be polite, "We are here working for Dirt. Have you ever heard of it?"
The girl looked at the strange site of Jo-Jo and Earle. "I don't know about Dirt, but where did you're fat friend get that suit?. Does he come with a complimentary drink, or do I have to pay extra to look at him?"
Earle offended, "I'll have you know this suit is custom!"
"Custom for who?" she giggled. "A very large penguin?" She looked at Jo-Jo, "How do I know you're really from Dirt?"
Earle was loosing his patience, "Listen here, toots, we want to find some girls to wrestle Friday night at Dirt. You in?"
She shrugged, "The name's not Toots, it's Lorraine. Wrestling? In front of a howling mob?"
"Yeah," Jo-Jo said, "Good money. Cash at the end of the night."
Lorraine looked skeptical. "Dirt. All I hear about these days is Dirt. Midget wrestling, bare-knuckle boxing, now girls."
Jo-Jo countered, "It pays well. Would you wrestle nude?"
Lorraine pondered the question, "Yeah. I would." She leaned against the bar. "And I know a farm girl who might be interested. Tough, not easy to scare."
Earle wrote down a phone number on a scrap of paper, "Both you girls call this number tomorrow and ask for Tab." The roster was growing.
