The maw of the cave was wide and dark. Sunlight couldn't reach in, seemingly being swallowed as not to reveal secrets inside. I held my wand in my right hand and my left hand over my satchel. Today was the day to venture in Olmintis Caverns.
I am Stella Fersew, an amateur witch. And I wish to become a notable mage.
With more dungeons being uncovered there are two items in high demand: Night Vision and Endurance. Night Vision is vital for perception in pitch black darkness and Endurance for extended periods of time in battle. The same place that adventurers use these potions have the ingredients to brew them.
"Oh, eternal radiance of Sol, become my guiding light in my time of uncertainty and gloom! Light Sphere!" I cast a spell, a small ball of light floating in front of me.
The special gimmick of this spell is that when detecting hostile mana in the air it changes color from yellow to red. My preparations were complete and I was all set.
The gravel crunching underneath my brown lace-up boots gave way to stone as I eased into the cave. The Light Sphere led the way, illuminating the limestone walls in warped shadows. Stalactites dripped water which fell onto stalagmites on uneven ground. The atmosphere of the cave cooled the sweat on my back. A babbling stream sloped downward far beyond the Light Sphere's capabilities.
Putting more mana into the Light Sphere wouldn't be the best idea. I need to conserve my reserves if I come across a monster. Before I go further down I must explore the higher level first.
Neonshrooms were one of the ingredients on my list, a bioluminescent ploypore that when brewed right lets you see in darker environments like it was daytime. For a longer effect duration I would need Rynnmoss. Rynnmoss also glows in the dark. People often mistake them for vines at first since they grow in a trailed vertical pattern.
Rounding a corner, a batch of glowing bracket shelf mushrooms hung halfway up a dolomite wall. A particular large one a hand's length jutted out to greedily gather water from a stalactite in its curved surface. I pumped my fist in my mind and used my dagger kept in my satchel to cut the Neonshrooms off.
I stored them away and moved on down the decline, carefully watching my step to avoid any lumpy terrain; The Light Sphere helped me immensely in the process. I followed the stream that fell into a small shallow pool that shimmered with light under the surface.
I bent my knees as I made the one foot drop into the open area, standing in front of the pool in awe. "Wow..." This place is beautiful. I need to bathe here once I get all my ingredients, I thought to myself.
Moving onward through the rows of stalagmites and stalactites that looked like teeth, I found my next item. It was a bit higher up, bioluminescent moss scaling the wall and touching the ceiling. I climbed up the stone ascent, sticking my wand in my waist belt and drawing my dagger. Meticulously, I scraped the Rynnmoss off the wall in handfuls, gently scooping them up and putting them in my satchel.
Strange. It was easy... almost too easy. I hadn't encountered a monster at all, not even a trace of one. I'm not complaining getting what I needed without a hitch but still... I couldn't help but feel uneasy. The Light Sphere wasn't reacting so maybe a dip in the pool will help me relax.
I took off my clothes and set them down on a rock, leaving my satchel next to it as I sank into the pool. I felt the crisp water and shivered for a moment before getting used to the temperature. I was delighted to lounge away from the sweltering heat outside. The Light Sphere drifted to my left, it's beam never wavering.
The one foot drop cascading water into the pool was a melody that put my mind at ease. The light below the surface of the water rippled across the ceiling in uneven patterns. I had no idea where the light originated from nor do I care to figure out. My sole purpose here was to grab and go, not try and risk my life because of my curiosity.
A Witch must always be level-headed and think logically!
A peculiar sound echoed throughout the cave, like something was being gradually detached. I stood up, the water halfway up to my thighs, droplets running down my white skin, violet eyes darting around to find the culprit. Caves carry sounds well, reverberations bouncing of the walls and reaching far. But this noise wasn't faint. It was close.
The Light Sphere transitioned from yellow to a deep red. I shot out of the water, long chestnut twintails swinging, and hurried for my robe where my wand was. I saw the glint of the crystal tip in my waist belt before a figure fell from above, forcing me to the ground.
"Oof!"
They were squishy and invertebrate.
Rolling over, I saw a slug on top of me from collarbone to pelvis. I could tell by it's iridescent pinkish-purple and blue hue that it was a Hypno Slime. They clung to ceilings of dark places and wait for unsuspecting victims. How could I be so careless? I fell right into it's trap!
I failed to shut my eyes as it's eyestalks fixed on my irises. They were absolutely mesmerizing. My head became dizzy and my strength was rapidly depleting. Swirly eyes bored into mine, it's slimy body feeling foreign and gross yet became pleasant and enjoyable the more I became lost in it's gaze.
Why did I ever think it was nasty in the first place? I welcomed the weighted feeling of the Hypno Slime's gelatinous form. It's oscillating mass massaged my torso selflessly, making me feel comfortable in it's presence. How kind of it to ease my anxiety.
I allowed it to snuggle up on me, allowed it to rub my body with it's under mantle. It was nice to me so why shouldn't I be nice to it? It would be rude to push it off or kill it. There's no way I can do that. It nestled against my small chest, sensory tentacles kissing my face lovingly.
Did it want a kiss? I wouldn't deny such a cute thing. I pursed my lips and kissed it's mouth reverently. It felt so nice to give the Hypno Slime kisses. Tendrils emerged from it's pearlescent form, tenderly caressing my body all over. One even nudged my slit, embrocating it with it's mucus.
More of it's appendages entwined my limbs, hugging me securely. I accepted every action of it's love willingly, never resisting the sensual movements. My body lifted towards the Hypno Slime and enabled it to fondle my body. Overlapping drops of water dripped against stone, resounding all around the cave.
The tendril poking my lower lips delved inside, my walls stretching around it. I never avoided eye contact with the swirly eyestalks. Looking away would mean turning away from it's love and I certainly didn't want that. It's too precious and hurting it's feelings was the last thing I would do.
The tentacles held me in place and kept my legs spread, stirring my pussy in all the right places. It somehow knew my weak spots and abused that knowledge, undulating wildly in and out. Moans were let loose from my lips. My body trembled in contentment. I gasped ragged breaths as the Hypno Slime churned within.
It let me reach out and pet it's sluglike body as it plowed me, it's secretion coating my body. The sensation was wonderful while I rubbed it's tubercles. It cooed in response, apparently fond of it. This was where I belonged. This was where I was meant to be.
The tentacles constricted tautly, slithering in and out of my pussy with haste. The Hypno Slime bucked into me and I writhed in ecstasy. I favored the way it was rough with me. It conveyed it's passion through action instead of useless words.
The tendril inside my vagina swelled, expanding as opalescent orbs pumped from it's form into my womb. I cried out in pure euphoria as my belly bulged, elation flowing throughout my body the more orbs entered. I was moist with it's mucus, clear warm slime trickling from my hole.
I would hold it's brood in my belly. And I wanted to.
My stomach deflated back to it's regular flatness when the tendril retracted. I was an absolute mess, covered in mucus and ooze. I swallowed the goo that collected in my mouth.
At that moment the Hypno Slime could no longer keep it's eyes open. Keeping them in their hypnotizing state for so long would dry them up since they couldn't blink when doing it. The trance was shattered and reason returned.
I shoved it off my torso and retrieved my wand, chanting. "Fractals of permafrost, eviscerate fiends from this realm in your illustrious path to erudition! Glacial Impact!"
A ice spike formed in a cone shape and whistled a millisecond before striking the Hypno Slime with such immense force chunks of rock flew everywhere.
I lowered my wand, panting heavily. I lost my concentration and ended up using a high-tier spell just like last time with that Green Slime. I must do better. But they stimulated my weak spots to the point of climax! How can I stay logical and calculating when they do that?!
"Sigh..."
I still have a long road ahead of me...
[•••••]
I washed myself in the pool before throwing my clothes on, taking my recently obtained supplies back to my shop. I brewed the Night Vision potion during twilight hours as instructed in the advanced potion making tome I bought. I also made the Endurance potions after because Night Vision takes precedence since I can only concoct them at night. I got such a good haul so I was able to create a lot more than expected.
As predicted, they both flew off the shelves in a day. Profit was at an all-time high thanks to my expedition. Just like before I birthed slimes in the forest when I felt them raring to go. The teensy purple and blue blobs plopped out swimmingly and set out, bounding away into the shrubbery.
There might be an influx of slimes getting called in to the Adventurer's Guild pretty soon thanks to me. Sorry about that...
While I was selling the potions I made a day prior I heard whispers of an underwater labyrinth that some sailors found when they capsized due to a raging storm. Luckily, I have a few Water Breathing potions in the back. I just might head to a port town and ask around for underwater caves. There might be some materials that I could find and make more.
Next stop... Adlawdnia!
End of Part 2
