Chloe's body - a Halloween story
The rain didn't just fall, it slicked the asphalt like a coat of dark lacquer. It was a cold, miserable November night, and the heater in Chloe's hatchback was blowing air that smelled faintly of dust and old iron. She was taking the long way home just to be alone with her thoughts, watching the streetlights bleed into long, gold smears against her windshield.
She eased off the gas as she approached the intersection at 4th and Sparrow. The light was green -a pale, emerald halo hanging in the fog.
Then came the headlights. Not a gradual swell of light, but a sudden, blinding violence bursting from the side street.
The roar of the stolen sedan's engine swallowed the quiet night before the metal even touched. The impact was absolute. The stranger's front bumper crumpled Chloe's driver-side door with a sickening sound of screeching steel and shattering glass. Her car spun, tires shrieking against the wet pavement, before coming to a violent stop against a streetlight pole. Airbags deployed in a cloud of bitter chemical powder.
Silence rushed back, heavy and thick, punctuated only by the rhythmic click-click of her hazard lights and the steady hum of cold rain on the roof. Chloe lay suspended in the wreckage, her vision fading at the edges, hot blood trickling down the side of her neck as she slipped out of consciousness.
The siren didn't wake her, but the cold did.
"Female, mid-twenties, driver-side t-bone," a voice barked above her.
Hands -firm and efficient- were everywhere. A flashlight beam sliced through the gloom, reflecting off the paramedic's rain-splattered visor. They cut through the seatbelt, the sharp snap echoing like a gunshot.
"We've got a tight pulse, BP is dropping -80 over 50. Get the collar on her!"
They hoisted her onto a backboard, the cold air hitting her skin like needles. Every movement sent a wave of agony through her ribs and stomach that made her cry out in the worst pain she ever felt.
"Hang in there, sweetheart," the paramedic murmured, his face wet with grease and rain as he pushed an IV into her vein. "You're staying with us."

The double doors of St George's hospital trauma reception burst open as the paramedics rolled her through the hallway of intrusive fluorescent light and the sharp, sterile scent of antiseptic.
"What do we have?" a surgeon demanded, snapping on latex gloves as the gurney rolled past him in a hurry.
"Chloe Vance, 23," the paramedic called out, matching the surgeon's stride. "Restrained driver, hit on the left side by a high-speed stolen vehicle. Extrication took fifteen minutes. GCS is 10 and slipping. Systolic spiked to 90 after a liter of saline, but she's dropping again. Suspected blunt force trauma to the chest and abdomen, internal bleeding and injuries to the left ribcage. The other driver didn't make it."
Dr Julian Jones leaned over Chloe, his dark hair barely visible under the surgeon's cap and eyes narrow and calculating behind his mask.
"Pupils equal?"
"Sluggish on the left," the paramedic replied, handing over the chart. "She lost consciousness twice en route."
"Let's get her straight to OR 3," Dr Jones snapped, pointing to the surgical team waiting by the elevator doors. "Prep a central line and hang two units of O-positive. Move!"
As the doors slid shut and the anesthetic mask was pressed against her face, Chloe closed her eyes, the surgeon's eyes lingering in her mind -wondering if the danger was behind her, or if she had just been rolled right into it.
Dr Jones and his theme of doctors and nurses were in the middle of stopping a major hemorrhage when the heart monitor's steady rhythm suddenly dissolved into a flat, harsh whine that echoed off the stainless steel walls of OR 3.
"She's v-fib," Dr Jones shouted over the hiss of the ventilator. "Charge to 200. Clear!"
Chloe's body jolted off the table, a lifeless doll suspended in the harsh fluorescent glare.
"Nothing. Charge to 300. Clear!"
Again, her frame surged and fell back onto the red-stained towels. The surgical bay fell into a heavy, suffocating quiet. Under the harsh lights, the reality of her injuries lay bare: her liver was shredded beyond repair, her spleen shattered, the internal hemorrhage too severe for any clamp or suture to hold. Dr Jones pulled off his mask, his breathing heavy, sweat dripping down his forehead.
"Time of death: 02:14."
A collective, exhausted breath left the room. They had spent three hours fighting a losing war. Silently, the nurses began the grim routine of cleaning the body, wiping the dark blood from her pale skin, stitching up the massive incision down her torso just enough to leave her presentable. She was left there under the buzzing fluorescent tubes while the team dispersed into the night, defeated.
Only Dr Julian Jones stayed behind. He took on the mission of taking her body to the morgue, even though it was way past his pay grade. Dr Jones was now a surgeon with a well regarded resume and he was not used to losing. He stood over the gurney, staring at the motionless silhouette of the young woman he had tried so hard to save. His eyes wandered over her fragile body and got stuck on her feminine face and full lips. "So young and promising" he thought to himself as he touched her hand.
As he did so, the monitor suddenly beeped and startled him, causing him to jerk his hand back as if he'd been burned by fire. He grabbed the monitor with both hands.
"Wait," his eyes darted across the readouts. "... the cerebral oximetry! There's still micro-perfusion" he mumbled to himself. "She's not dead -she's hibernating! Her body is shutting down to protect the brain, but she is still holding on by a thread. How could we miss that?!"
Dr Jones didn't care to call for the theme to come back. He had just one thought -if he couldn't save her, there was only one other person that he thought might have a chance. He quickly unlocked the gurneys wheels and instead of steering toward the morgue on the ground floor, he pushed the cart toward the service elevator tucked deep in the hospital's old wing. He pulled out a worn keycard, swiping it through a rusted reader that beeped twice before plunging the lift deep into Sub-Level 4 -a more or less forgotten floor off the hospital's official schematics.
The doors slid open with a metallic screech into a damp, chill corridor that smelled of ozone, bleach, and animal musk. Finally he reached a pair of tall glass doors opening up to an underground state-of-the-art lab.
"Dr Heigshack! Get the bypass ready!" Dr Julian Jones shouted, as he pushed the gurney with Chloe's barely alive body past the double heavy glass doors.
Dr. Jerzy Heigshack didn't jump. He slowly turned from his workbench, a syringe of amber tinted fluid in his gloved hand. Around him, the low hum of custom built bio-reactors and ticking mechanical valves filled the shadowy space. He rose from his chair and stepped into the dim light. He was a tall, gaunt man in his late fifties with wire-rimmed glasses resting on the bridge of a sharp nose. His lab coat was stained with chemical dyes, and his hands -long and agile- were currently covered in fine leather gloves as he adjusted a pulsing bio-battery wired to a sleeping rat.
"We thought she died twenty minutes ago, but there is still a faint pulse, Dr Heigshack!" Julian panted, wheeling the gurney into the center of the cluttered room. "She was involved in a severe traffic accident and her internal organs are shredded, her pressure is bottoming out," his breathing ragged as he hurried to attach a portable ventilator with shaking hands. "She won't survive another ten minutes without systemic support."
Dr Heigshack didn't show panic, he slowly removed his gloves, as his dark eyes were fixing on Chloe's pale face with a cold, almost reverent curiosity. He stepped closer, tilting her head with two fingers, observing the faint violet bruises along her neck and the almost imperceptible quiver of the pulse point at her throat.
"A faint spark. Quite striking," Heigshack murmured, his voice smooth as velvet yet cold as ice, treating her more like an exquisite machine that had a fatal error than a human being. "Unfortunate damage alright, but the neural pathways... they might still hold a charge if the brain hasn't starved completely."
"Can you do it? Can you save her?" Julian pressed, his voice shaking. "Your synthetic organ prototypes, the tissue reanimators. You said the mammalian trials were stable."
Dr Heigshack let out a short, dry chuckle, running a thumb over the rim of a glowing vial on his desk.
"On rats, my dear friend. A rat does not ask what it has become when it wakes up. A human, however..."
He leaned down, his face inches from Chloe's cold cheek, with a look of a master craftsman handed an exquisite, broken clock.
"Well now, there is always the first time." Dr Heigshack whispered, reaching for a complex apparatus of silver conduits, clear tubing, and pulsing synthetic tissue matrices suspended in glass cylinders. "We will let my machinery hold her soul in place while we repair her broken body."
He leaned down over Chloe and whispered:
"Stay with us, little birdie. The pain is almost over... however you will not be the same girl who got into that car."

The heavy glass doors locked with a hydraulic hiss and turned opaque, effectively sealing out the rest of the world from Dr Heigshack's lab as he pushed a red button on the side of his desk. He didn't waste another second on words. His movement was a fluid, practiced dance of cold precision. With a flick of his wrist, he cleared the surgical bay, sweeping away vials of spent serum to make room for his apparatus. Julian watched, his own breath catching in his throat, as Heigshack unspooled yards of translucent tubing from a glass cylinder at the center of the room. Suspended within clear, reinforced cylinders were intricate, miniature pumps and synthetic filters. Mechanical substitutes designed to replicate hepatic and renal function without the need for biological tissue.
"Hold her head steady, Julian," Heigshack commanded softly. "If her systemic pressure drops completely before the core is seated, the brain will starve."
Dr Jones stepped forward, his hands trembling as he cradled Chloe's cool cheeks. Her skin remained dangerously pale, her breathing barely perceptible, but the faint flutter in her throat meant the window hadn't closed yet.
Heigshack leaned over her open chest. With terrifyingly swift efficiency, he peeled back the temporary surgical sutures Dr Jones' team had placed upstairs.
He didn't use standard scalpels; instead, he had a slender, needle-tipped conduit powered by a low electrical current. Where he cut, the tissue didn't bleed -it cauterized instantly, releasing a sharp, sweet scent of scorched copper and ozone.
"The shredded liver, the destroyed spleen... primitive liabilities," Heigshack muttered as he adjusted his glasses. "We replace them not with flesh, but with perfection."
Heigshack leaned over her open torso, setting to work. Rather than attempt to repair the shredded biological tissue, he methodically isolated the damaged vascular routes, clamping the main arteries with precision. In place of her destroyed spleen and liver, he anchored the compact mechanical core directly to her abdominal wall.
Where the internal lines met her circulatory system, he spliced lightweight titanium couplings, securing the connections with surgical grade sealant. The devices sat within her body like an intricate, silent engine of brass, steel, and synthetic tubing.
"Connecting the primary bypass now," Heigshack murmured, his dark eyes focused on the task.
He flipped a manual switch on the side of the external manifold. A dull, mechanical click echoed through the quiet lab, followed by the steady, metallic thump of an internal micro-pump driving blood through the artificial filters.
For a moment, nothing happened. Then, the almost flat line on the portable monitor gave way to a shallow but regular rhythm and the blue tint around her lips receded into a natural, quiet faintness.
Heigshack stepped back, wiping his blood-stained gloves on a towel.
"She is stable. I have some more things I want to do with her before she is all done, but I prefer to work alone." He gave Julian a meaningful look.
"Of course, Dr. I will leave you to it".
Julian reluctantly gathered his things and headed towards the doors. Before he left he looked back towards Chloe's naked body on the bench. Dr Heigshack standing beside her, reaching for a vail. He didn't know how he was feeling, if he was happy that he seemed to have saved her or scared for what he had helped make her. Julian took a deep breath and forced himself to walk out of the lab, heading back up to the trauma unit.
-*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*---*
The light was the first thing that returned -a harsh, cold glare that burned behind her eyelids.
Chloe carefully opened her eyes to a ceiling of exposed concrete. Her head felt heavy, wrapped in a thick fog, but as the ambient sounds crept in -the low hum of ticking machinery and the faint dripping of water- her pulse began to race. She tried to sit up, but her limbs felt like lead, bound tight in layers of stiff, restrictive bandages that cocooned her entire torso and upper arms.
She strained her eyes, trying to piece together how she had gotten here. A rainy road... emerald halos in the fog... blinding headlights... and then.. Nothing. Just dark, disjointed shapes. As her eyes adjusted to the bright lights pointed on her, the rest of the room lay in shadow, she could hear her heart hammering hard against her ribs. On the tall, shiny metal shelves on the wall beside her bed, were plenty of clear plastic containers. Inside them, dozens of albino rats scurried and scratched, their bead-like red eyes watching her from the shadows. She gasped in terror.
"Ah. You're awake."
The voice was smooth, cold, and entirely devoid of heat. Dr. Heigshack stepped into the light, wearing an immaculate white lab coat, holding a pair of heavy surgical shears. He moved with an unsettling, precise grace that suggested total, unyielding control over everything in the room.
"How are we feeling today, Chloe?" he asked softly, stepping up to the side of her hospital bed.
Before she could speak, he slipped the blunt tip of the shears beneath the heavy plaster casing around her ribs and cut it down the center. He peeled the rigid shell back, exposing her naked breasts and torso to the chill basement air.
Chloe shivered and looked down on her body.
The vision had her choke back a gasp. Her breasts were visibly fuller, larger than they had ever been before and her nipples were slowly emerging from being so tightly wrapped. Running down the center of her pale skin were two long, dark, neatly sutured scars taped over with clear surgical film. Panic flared in her chest, but beneath the fear was a strange, disorienting realization: she felt no pain. None. How is that possible looking the way she did? Chloe felt her vision blur as her head fell back down on the bed's flat pillow. This was all too much to take in.
"Can you hear me, Chloe?" Dr Heigshack leaned over her, his dark eyes analyzing her face like a specimen under a microscope. "Are you experiencing any vertigo? Peripheral numbness?"
"I... I don't..." Her tongue felt thick in her mouth. She couldn't focus. Her thoughts kept slurring together, slipping away whenever she tried to grasp them. "It's... cloudy..."
"Expected," he murmured as he stood back up, writing something down on a metal clipboard. "Neural rewiring takes time."
But as she lay there, virtually naked before this intense, terrifying stranger, a sudden, powerful heat bloomed low in her belly. A wave of overwhelming arousal washed through her, so intense it made her toes curl beneath the thin white sheet covering her legs. She tried to fight it, appalled by her own body's reaction, but an involuntary, soft moan escaped her lips. Without her permission, her thighs shifted, rubbing together to chase the heavy, throbbing pulse between her legs.
Heigshack stopped writing. He lowered his clipboard, his gaze dropping to her shifting legs before fixing onto her flushed face. He let his hand in between her thighs feeling a warm wetness there.
"Are you horny, Chloe?" he asked bluntly, his tone purely clinical.
A wave of intense embarrassment flooded her cheeks. Hot tears pricked her eyes from embarrassment as she tried to avoid meeting his unblinking stare. She wanted to lie, but her body was vibrating with a sudden, desperate urge she had never felt in her life.
"I... yes," she whispered, her voice trembling with horror. "I don't know why... but I feel... extremely horny..."
Dr Heigshack nodded slowly, as if she had just confirmed a mundane chemical equation.
"A natural side effect of your new biology," he said smoothly. "You see, when they brought you to me, your primary organs were unsalvageable after that terrible car accident you were in. To save your life, I had to replace your entire internal architecture with my own micro-synthetic systems. You no longer possess a standard digestive tract, Chloe. You will never feel hunger for food again."
He leaned in close, his antiseptic breath brushing her cheek.
"Instead, your new internal core converts organic fluid into bio-electric fuel, which is much more effective. However, when your system runs low on energy, your nerve centers trigger acute, unyielding hyper-arousal. What you are feeling now is your body telling you that you are starving. This might be hard for you to accept, but your new fuel... is actually semen."
Chloe's mind reeled. Her eyes widened in horror and disgust clawed at her throat, but the overwhelming ache between her thighs only intensified, mocking her terror.
"No... no, that's impossible. You're crazy! What did you do to me?" Chloe wanted to scramble off the bed and run, desperate to escape the doctor's words. But her body was too weak to obey.
Dr Heigshack's expression hardened, his calm demeanor snapping into cold irritation.
"I saved your life," he said sharply, towering over her. "You were dead on an operating table, crushed to pieces. Would you have preferred I left you in the dark, girl?"
The raw bite in his voice crushed her feeble defiance. Trapped in a modified body she didn't understand, burning with a shameful, artificial hunger, Chloe swallowed her sob and slowly shook her head. Satisfied, Dr Heigshack's cold expression smoothed over once more.
"Good," he murmured, his tone softening back into that terrifying, controlled calm. "Now... let us discuss your first feed..."
The heavy glass doors hissed open, cutting off Heigshack's voice. Dr. Julian Jones stepped into the chill of the lab, clutching Chloe's medical chart against his scrub top. His suntanned face seemed pale, his dark eyes heavy with exhaustion from the chaos upstairs.
"Heigshack, the police are filing the accident report. I managed to sign off on the body transfer to the morgue before - " Julian froze.
His eyes traveled past the high-tech bio-reactors, landing on the hospital bed in the center of the room. Chloe was awake. Her upper body was exposed, the heavy cast split wide, showing the dark, surgically sealed lines running down her abdomen and her new full breasts.
Chloe met his gaze, her chest heaving as she desperately fumbled to try and cover her exposed body with the thin sheet resting on her legs.
"Help me..." she rasped, her voice trembling. "Please... he's crazy..."
Julian didn't run to her. He didn't help her pull the sheet over her exposed torso or yell at Dr Heigshack to stop. Instead, he slowly put down the paper chart onto a nearby counter, his mouth opening in genuine, breathless awe. He stepped closer to her hospital bed, completely hypnotized by her mere appearance. 3 days ago she was as close to dead as anyone ever could be, today she was a beautiful, living woman.
"It... it actually worked," Julian whispered.
He leaned in over her, completely ignoring her tear-streaked face, his eyes tracing the dark, flawless sutures down her abdomen.
"The micro-synthetic tissue matrices... they didn't reject the vascular graft. Her skin tone is completely normal. No sign of necrotic cyanosis."
"You...!" Chloe gasped, as she remembered his eyes from when she came to the hospital. She immediately pulled back from his investigating hands.
Then another wave of artificial, overwhelming heat surged through her core again, making her hips shift involuntarily against the mattress.
"Please... something is wrong with me..."
Julian lowered his face closer, his breath cool against her flushed neck. He wasn't looking at her with pity -he was looking at her the way an art connoisseur looks at a finished masterpiece.
"Remarkable," Julian murmured softly, his gaze dropping to her trembling thighs. He turned to Heigshack, his voice laced with an eerie excitement.
"Look at the localized autonomic response. Her heart rate is holding, but her core temp is rising. The synthetic core is already demanding liquid fuel."
"As I was just explaining to our young patient," Dr Heigshack said smoothly, picking up a clear glass vial and a sterile syringe from his tray. "Her original biology is gone. Without immediate fluid intake to convert into bio-electric current, the central core will burn out its neural linkages within the hour. And since you were the one who brought her to my doorstep, Dr. Jones," Heigshack said triumphantly, "I believe it is only fitting that you assist in her first calibration."
Dr Heigshack filled the syringe and held it out toward Julian, the metal glinting under the cold fluorescent lights. Julian stared at the syringe, then looked back down at Chloe. The terror in her eyes was rising, but so was the humiliating, uncontrollable urge pulsing between her legs.
"What do you need me to do?" asked Julian.
"What do you think?" Dr. Heighshack replied, a faint, chilling smile crossing his face. "Since this is her first feeding, begin with this prebiotic". Julian took the syringe and placed it on a squeaky collection tray next to him. "It should help establish a healthy microbiome. But first, help me move Miss Vance to the examination table."
They together shifted Chloe from the bed onto the steel examination table. An unforgiving lamp glared down at her. Julian stepped closer to the edge of the table where he folded up a pair of leg holders. He then used his fingers to adjust a pair of magnifying glasses. The initial shock on his face had completely given way to an intense, analytical focus.
"The synthetic core relies on high-viscosity organic compounds to initiate the first catalytic cycle, correct?" Julian asked, his voice steadying into the cold, clinical cadence of an OR attending.
"Precisely," Dr Heigshack replied, stepping back to monitor the bank of diagnostic screens humming in the shadow. "The synthetic lining of her new abdominal cavity acts as an electrochemical cell. It requires specific biological enzymes that are primarily found in seminal fluid, to dissolve the temporary preservation gel keeping her core stable. Without it, the synthetic valves will calcify within forty-five minutes."
Chloe's chest rose and fell in rapid, shallow breaths. A feeling of hopelessness surrounded her and she sobbed. "Please, Dr Jones, you took an oath... you're a doctor.."
Julian finally looked into her eyes, but there was no empathy in his gaze. He reached out, his gloved thumb pressing firmly against the pulse point on her neck, feeling the rapid, fluttery beat beneath her heated skin.
"Your GCS was a 3 when I brought you down here, Chloe," Julian said softly, almost soothingly, as if explaining a routine procedure to a patient before anesthesia. "That's very bad. Your liver was shredded. You were legally dead on OR 3. What Dr. Heigshack has done here for you isn't a violation -it's a miracle. Your body is surviving trauma that would have put anyone else in the ground."
Dr Jones couldn't tell if his words got through to her because the second later her hips once again started to jerk involuntarily against the metal table, as another intense wave of artificial heat flooded her pelvis.
"I'm burning up..." Chloe whined.
The sensation was maddening, an agonizing, synthetic hunger that made every nerve ending between her thighs ache for relief, entirely detached from her mind's overwhelming disgust.
"It hurts... please..."
"That isn't pain, Chloe. That's your new metabolism signaling a critical deficiency," Julian noted, turning to Dr Heigshack. "Her peripheral vasodilation is increasing. Core temperature is up to 38.9°C. We need to hurry!"
Julian reached over and adjusted the overhead surgical lamp, directing the intense beam down toward her lower body. He then removed the thin white sheet covering her legs, exposing her body completely to the cold, sterile air of Sub-Level 4. He then gently placed her legs up in the leg holders. He looked over at Heigshack.
"Is the intake integrated directly through the vaginal vault, or do we need to catheterize the secondary synthetic duct?"
"The primary mucosal lining has been re-engineered," Dr Heigshack instructed from the monitors, his dark eyes watching the rising line on her EKG. "The vaginal vault will absorb and process the fluid directly upon contact. But because her neural pathways are hyper-sensitive right now, the mechanical introduction may trigger severe involuntary muscle contractions. You'll need to be prepared to stabilize her hips."
Julian nodded, stepped between her knees and pulled the tray towards him. He reached for a long, flexible speculum and covered it in gel before carefully inserting it. Chloe moved in discomfort.
"Hold still, Chloe, we need to establish the delivery pathway," Julian commanded softly, his left hand resting firmly on her stomach. "The faster we complete the initial charge, the faster the hyper-arousal will stabilize and you will feel much better. Try to cooperate with us."
Chloe squeezed her eyes shut as hot tears spilled down her temples, trapped between the horror of her mind and the overwhelming, desperation driving her body.
Despite Chloe's emotional outlet, the clinical detachment in Heigshack's expression didn't flicker. To him, this was simply an operational requirement of the machine he had built. He approached the table just as Dr Jones finished emptying the syringe deep within her most sacred place. The instant the substance entered her system, Chloe's body seized. Her muscles jerked violently, and a strangled cry escaped her. Jones and Heigshack quickly pressed her down against the table, struggling to keep her still as the spasms rippled through her. Gradually the spasms weakened, breaking into smaller tremors before fading altogether. Chloe's body sagged against the table and her breath came in shallow, uneven pulls. The pressure holding her down eased, but no one removed the restraints. Chloe stared at the ceiling, too exhausted to fight, her muscles quivering with the aftershock. As her breathing slowly steadied, the terror didn't leave; it simply settled beneath the exhaustion, quiet and waiting.
Dr. Heigshack stepped beside Chloe's head. He unbuckled his pants and took out his long, finger-like cock. A drop of pre-cum glistened in the harsh light. She recoiled, but Heigshack ignored her reaction, instead he used his thumb to wipe off the pre-cum and smeared it over her lips. Chloe remained still.
"Taste it dear", he said.
Chloe very hesitantly licked her lips. The initial disgust she felt was quickly replaced by something else. The faint bitterness was barely registered, before a surge of energy swept through her. Her eyes widened. The weakness that had weighed her down moments earlier seemed to recede, replaced by a startling, unfamiliar vitality. Heigshack smiled at her astonishment.
"You see? I told you the truth. Now let Dr. Jones and me show you what your new body can do. All right?"
Chloe's eyes flickered nervously between the two men before looking back into Dr Heigshack's deep, almost black eyes and nodded slowly.
"Ok." she said, feeling a strange hunger.
Dr Heigshack took a step closer and grabbed his long cock, steering it against her lips. "Open up, doctor's orders" he said.
Hesitantly she obeyed and let doctor Heighshack's cock slowly enter her mouth cm by cm. Blowjobs were nothing she normally enjoyed, they always made her gag, but somehow this time it was different. Heigshack's cock felt un-naturally pleasant as it effortlessly passed her tongue and reached all the way to the back of her throat, without her even feeling the slightest discomfort. On the contrary, it seemed as though her throat longed for his arrival and all she could think of was trying to get him to release the precious drops that she so desperately craved. Dr Heighshack stroked her long hair as he closed his eyes and enjoyed the sensation of having his entire cock submerged in her soft mouth.
Julian swallowed hard. Watching Chloe deep throat Dr Heighshacks cock had his own cock suffer and he could feel his professional composure cracking. He released his grip on her hips and let his hands gently stroke the shape of her thighs and curve of her perfect ass. Her skin was cool and soft as velvet. His pants suddenly felt all too tight, so with one hand he started to unbutton them and let out his hardening cock.
He rubbed it in between her wet pussy lips, gently teasing her. Chloe could feel the tenderness of Dr Jones' hands and the warmth of his cock as it nibbled at her entrance. She was dripping wet, and she couldn't help wanting to feel him inside her too, but wait was all she could do since she was unable to move.
Just as Julian was about to give in to the moment, a thought held him back. This was not the way he was used to having sex with women and even though he was massively turned on, he felt something resembling guilt building in his mind. Could he really do this?
He pulled back, preparing to leave when he once again looked at her entire body, oozing of sexual arousal and remembered that he was the reason she was in this position in the first place. He put her there and he was responsible for what happened to her. He looked at her full breasts, slim waist and round hips and felt the agony of his pulsating cock. She needed him. He placed his cock back against her entrance and slowly pushed her pussy open. Dr Jones' was very well equipped in the lower regions and he was used to women noticing it. Chloe was no exception and she temporarily lost her focus on the cock in her mouth, letting it slide out a bit as she moaned in a mix of pleasure and pain. Dr Heigshack wasn't impressed with Chloe's broken attention though, and quickly corrected her by guiding her head back over his manhood.
Chloe's pussy was beyond wonderful. Her soft but tight pussy walls squeezed Dr Jones cock in a way that was almost too good as he entered her. He proceeded to rhythmically glide in and out of her, feeling how her pussy seemed to massage him on the way in, and suck him on the way out. The sensation was so strong, that despite usually being very good at lasting as long as he wanted, he knew this time it would be a different story.
Dr Heigshack opened his eyes and looked down at Chloe. The young woman who just recently had been so appalled by her new biology now embraced it fully. She gulped and sucked on his long cock with great enthusiasm all while being fucked by Dr Jones at the same time. He stroked her cheeks trying to catch her attention. As she reluctantly looked up at him, he met her beautiful green eyes.
Dr Heigshack held her gaze and let his hands trace down her neck down to her perky breasts. He teased them with his cold fingers, circling slowly and then pinching her erect nipples. She moaned against his dick, creating vibrations he wasn't prepared for. He felt a tingle deep within him that increased in intensity with every moan she made. He couldn't control it anymore and started to rock his hips, slowly mouth fucking her until he felt that familiar feeling of release coming.
Strings of warm, sticky cum sprayed out of him, into her mouth and down her throat.
Her new body didn't care about the horror in her mind anymore and she eagerly swallowed every drop he gave her. Instantly she felt her entire being fill with a strong, powerful energy that flooded her body. Dr Heigshack quickly put his dick back in his pants and went over to the monitor to check her vitals. Chloe's blissful state had her almost forget that Dr Jones was still fucking her. But as he picked up his pace and rocked her harder and harder it was impossible to ignore. She moaned with pleasure as she looked up at him, meeting his gaze and their connection was instant. They both felt it, despite the strange environment. He was so handsome in his scrubs with his dark wavy hair and suntanned skin. Why hadn't she noticed it before?
Her eyes were a mix of submission and challenge and something in the way she looked at him made him feel like he too was an altered person. His eyes locked with hers as he let his hands carefully trace her delicate body up to her breasts. Once again he marvelled over how healed she already looked. Dr Heigshack was a true genius. Julian gently cupped her breasts and toyed with her nipples. Without breaking eye contact he drove his cock deeper and harder into her with every thrust. Her body quickly became overwhelmed with the sensations, and she loudly whined with pleasure as an intense orgasm ravaged her body causing her pussy to contract in powerful spasms and her upper body to bend back pressing her breasts into his hands like she was obsessed.
"Aghh...." he panted as her powerful contractions forced him to cum as well and wave after wave of cum filled her pussy until he was entirely spent.
An intense satisfaction filled her body as she came down. The harsh, whining alarm on the diagnostic monitor abruptly dropped an octave, settling into a deep, steady rhythm. A soothing rush of warmth flooded outward from Chloe's core, sweeping through her torso like a wave of ice-cold water over a fever. The agonizing, throbbing ache between her thighs dissolved completely, replaced by a profound sense of physical relief and peace.
The foggy lethargy that had clouded her brain since waking up vanished.
She looked down at her chest, then up at the two men standing over her.
"It... it stopped," Chloe whispered, her voice no longer trembling, but clear and resonant.
The maddening hunger was gone. Her body felt impossibly light, completely painless, and surging with a pristine energy she had never experienced in her life. The realization settled into her mind with absolute, chilling certainty: Dr Heigshack hadn't been lying to her. She really was alive only because of the machinery inside her, and she was now entirely dependent on the strange, unnatural biology he had constructed.
Dr Heigshack stepped up to the edge of the table, checking the digital telemetry screen glowing blue beside her head. A satisfied smile touched his lips.
"Systemic pressure is nominal. Micro-perfusion at one hundred percent," Heigshack murmured softly, looking down at her. "You see, Chloe? The horror was merely your mind fighting the necessity of your survival. Now your body understands."
Julian leaned over the table, still breathing slightly fast, his eyes wide as he watched Chloe's skin seem to heal another 50% right in front of him.
"It's incredible," Dr Jones breathed, reaching out to touch her arm. "Her core temperature normalized in under thirty seconds and the wounds seem to have healed almost fully!"
Chloe didn't pull away from his touch this time. She lay still on the stainless steel table, listening to the quiet, mechanical pulse within her own chest, fully aware of what she had become -and what she would have to do to stay alive.

The surface world felt strangely muted compared to the hyper-vivid reality of Sub-Level 4.
As Julian led Chloe out through the hospital's rear exit and into the chilly autumn night, a cold northern wind hit her face. It was a clear night but the stars were merely visible over the city lights.
"Keep your head down until we reach the car," Julian instructed softly, his hand resting firmly on the small of her back. The touch was possessive yet protective.
Chloe didn't pull away. In fact, she leaned subtly into his palm, leaning on his support.
When they reached his black luxurious sedan, he held the passenger door open for her. She slid inside, the smell of clean leather and lingering cologne filling her senses. She watched as Julian climbed into the driver's seat beside her. He was nervous, energized by the illegality and scientific magnitude of what they were doing, but he maintained composure.
"How is your core reading?" Julian asked, tapping the screen of a customized tablet mounted on his dashboard. It displayed a continuous green line monitoring her micro-vascular pressure.
"It feels... peaceful," Chloe whispered, staring at her hands in her lap.
Her skin was flawless, her pulse steady. She looked over at Julian, taking in his sharp jawline, his intense gaze at the traffic, and the calm authority in his voice.
A strange, quiet thrill rippled through her chest. She knew she ought to feel terrified since she was returning to her apartment under the total supervision of a man who held the key to her basic biological survival. But as she watched his hands on the steering wheel, the fear melted away, replaced by a deep, addictive desire to obey him.
"You'll stay at your apartment tonight to test your autonomous function," Julian said, his eyes remaining on the wet road ahead. "I will be monitoring your telemetry from my desk. If your charge drops below fifteen percent, you call me immediately. You don't leave your building, you don't call your friends, and you don't attempt to tamper with your incisions. Am I clear, Chloe?"
Chloe swallowed, feeling a subtle, warm thrum from her synthetic core at the firm, commanding tone of his voice.
"Yes, Dr. Jones," she whispered. "I'll do whatever you say".

Thirty-six hours after leaving Sub-Level 4, Chloe sat on the edge of her apartment sofa, her eyes fixed on the digital readouts of the transponder strapped to her wrist.
The small screen flashed a steady warning: CORE CAPACITY: 14%.
With every dropping percentage point, the serene clarity she had enjoyed since the lab began to unravel. The cool, pristine energy in her veins was giving way to a creeping, heavy fever. Her skin felt hyper-sensitive, even the touch of her soft silk robe felt like barbwire against her shoulders and her mind began to feel cloudy. Low in her abdomen, her synthetic core thrummed with a rhythmic, demanding vibration that grew louder with every heartbeat, driving a familiar, intense ache down into her thighs.
"I should call.." she thought to herself as she leaned forward to grab her phone. At that very second the front door clicked open.
Dr Jones had provided himself with a key in case of "emergencies". He stepped into the apartment, carrying a sleek black medical case. He wore a tailored dark jacket and dark jeans, looking very smart. He didn't offer a gentle greeting though, his sharp eyes swept over her flushed face, her trembling hands, and the rapid rise and fall of her chest.
"You're right on schedule," Julian said smoothly, closing the door behind him and locking it. He set his case on the dining table and unbuttoned his jacket. "Your telemetry spiked ten minutes ago. How are you feeling, Chloe?"
"It's... back," Chloe rasped, her voice thick and breathless. She looked up at him through heavy eyelids, her cheeks burning.
Instead of fighting the overwhelming arousal as she had in the lab, a desperate, shuddering sigh of relief escaped her lips simply because he was in the room. Her body recognized him not as an enemy, but as the sole provider of her peace.
Julian walked over and stood directly over her. He reached down, two gloved fingers tilting her chin up so she had to meet his gaze. "Describe it. I need the clinical progression."
Chloe swallowed hard, leaning her cheek slightly into his palm, seeking his touch.
"It feels... empty. Like I'm burning from the inside out. My head is cloudy, and... all I can think about is you fixing it."
A muted smile touched Julian's lips. The initial stress he had felt over being responsible for Chloe was no longer present. In fact he was excited about it. He pulled his hand back, watching as her breath hitched at the loss of contact.
"Your core is demanding fuel to prevent cellular shutdown. But this time, Chloe, you are fully conscious and aware of what your body needs. Do you want me to stabilize you or do you prefer a synthetic shot? Dr Heigshack has been working hard and created some really amazing stuff.."
"No." she interrupted him without a second's hesitation. "Please, Dr. Jones. I want to give you what you need."
Dr Jones couldn't be more satisfied with her eager answer.
"That's a good girl," Julian murmured, his tone dropping into a low, authoritative purr that sent a shiver straight down her spine.
He didn't rush. With precise, deliberate movements, he unbuttoned his cuffs and stepped closer, fully aware of the absolute power he held over her mind and body. Chloe sank to her knees before him on the rug, completely surrendering her autonomy, her heart hammering in a mix of shameful thrill and overwhelming relief as she prepared for her first routine maintenance.
He removed his gloves and she watched as his manly hands reached in his pants to bring out his impressive cock. He traced it over her parted lips, enjoying her reaction of looking both impressed and scared at the sight of it.
"Take it", he commanded.
Chloe opened her mouth and let Dr Jones' cock fill her mouth. He was much bigger than Dr Heigshack and even before being fully engorged, his pure size made her gag and start drooling.
"Breath through your nose, relax your jaw", try to stay still, Julian ordered as a muted moan escaped his lips.
Chloe did the best she could and after a good few seconds she had collected herself enough to continue. The confidence she felt after her last experience was slightly hurt though and she proceeded with shallow sucking Julian's growing erection. As she got a bit more used to his size, her movements became more rhythmic, causing his entire body feel electric.
"Try to take it deeper," he commanded. He was eager to feel all of her on his cock, the same way she had done for Dr Heighshack.
His words made her freeze. It wasn't a small ask. She looked up at Dr Jones towering statue and he looked back down at her. Her eyes watered and long strands of saliva hang from her chin, dripping down on her breasts. She was gorgeous.
She breathed heavily, torn between her eagerness to please him, her desire to still her own agony, and her struggle to win over her body's objections.
But as her arousal grew even stronger, it completely hijacked her mind. She grabbed his buttocks through his pants, with her hands and pulled him towards her. He moaned louder, as she managed to take him a bit deeper. He ran his hands in her hair, resting them on the back of her neck guiding her speed. He was so close now..
"Take me as you did Dr Heigshack, I want to feel all of you," he clarified.
As his cock once again touched the back of her throat, he tensed and held her still. Her small nose touched his strong abdomen and he could feel that she tried to suck him as hard as she could not to start gagging. The sensation was something he had never felt before and he could feel his cock start to twitch as long strands of cum shoot down her throat.
"Aaah" he murmured as he cum in an orgasm that seemed to be going on forever. When he was totally spent he felt her suction let go and he started pulling out of her. When he was almost all the way out she stopped him to lick his shaft clean. She was determined not to lose any of his precious liquid.
"Mmm.." she moaned. "You taste wonderful.."
When she was finished he moved over to the couch and completely collapsed, with his pants still around his knees, Chloe dried her face off on a towel before snuggling up beside him.
"Thank you Sir" she said with a relieved sigh. "I feel like a new person... how remarkable" she said and pressed her body against his side.
He didn't answer, filling her with energy really drained the energy out of him, but he wasn't complaining. He just experienced the best blowjob of his life.
The sudden knock on her front door sliced through the quiet of the apartment like a blade. Chloe gasped, her eyes snapping open. She had fallen asleep next to Dr Jones! She shook him briskly as another knock hit the door.
"Chloe? Hey, it's me," a voice called out, accompanied by three hard thuds against the wood. "I saw your car wasn't in the lot, and your phone's going straight to voicemail. Are you in there?"
"Mark."
Her on-and-off-again boyfriend. The man who knew every detail of her routine, her voice, and her body. A sudden spike of adrenaline shot through Chloe, instantly competing with the warm, lazy euphoria of her fresh charge. She looked up at Julian that just started to wake up, her pulse hammering against her throat.
Julian didn't panic. He rose to his feet, pulled up his pants, and adjusted his cuffs with slow precision. His eyes flicked toward the door, then back to Chloe. A calculating spark danced in his gaze.
"He doesn't know about the crash," Julian whispered, his voice composed and calm. He reached down, placing a firm, heavy hand on her shoulder, leaning in until his breath brushed her ear.
"The hospital hasn't released the public report yet. To him, you're just Chloe."
"Julian..." she breathed, trembling beneath his hand. "What do I do? If he sees you -"
"You handle it," Julian commanded softly, his grip tightening just enough to remind her who owned her current state. "You are going to answer that door, act like the dutiful girlfriend, and send him away. You will not let him inside. You will not tell him what you've become."
He leaned closer, his thumb tracing the line of her jaw.
"Because if he gets suspicious, or if he tries to take you away from me... I don't know what I would do, Chloe. And I won't be there to save you when you starve."
The threat was wrapped in the quiet, intoxicating tone of a master giving an order. Chloe felt a shudder of dark, thrilling obedience ripple down her spine. She nodded eagerly. "I'll make him leave. I promise."
"Good girl," Julian murmured. He stepped into the shadows of her hallway and vanished out of sight.
Chloe smoothed down her silk robe, took a deep, steadying breath, and walked to the door.
When she pulled it open, Mark was leaning against the frame, looking relieved and thoroughly frustrated. A faint scent of cheap cologne and rain-soaked denim filled the air.
" Jesus, Chloe, why weren't you answering - "
He stopped dead.
His eyes swept over her, taking in her appearance. Her skin wasn't just pale or recovering -it was radiant, practically glowing.
Her lips were full and flushed, her eyes impossibly clear, and the scent coming off her was a subtle, unfamiliar mix of warm skin and faint ozone.
"Chloe?" Mark blinked, his forehead furrowing as he looked at her. "What... What's going on? You look different. Have you had a boob job?!"
"Mark," Chloe said, forcing her voice to stay steady, though her heart pounded in her ears. She tightened her robe over her breasts to cover herself up. "I... I was asleep. I've been feeling under the weather."
Mark stepped forward, reaching out to touch her waist -a familiar, possessive gesture he always made.
"You look crazy hot, actually. Why didn't you text me back? I was worried."
As his hand brushed her hip, a strange, electric static buzzed beneath her skin where her synthetic core sat. Her new biology recoiled from his touch; her body felt no attraction to him anymore, only a cold, mechanical detachment.
The only man her system responded to was waiting in the shadows behind her.
"I need to be alone tonight, Mark," she said, her voice firmer now, laced with a quiet authority she'd never possessed before her accident. "I'm recovering from a bug. You need to go."
Mark frowned, taking a suspicious step closer, trying to peer past her shoulder into the dark apartment.
"Wait... are you hiding someone in there?"
Julian stepped out from the hallway shadows, his polished shoes clicking against the hardwood floor. He carried his notebook and a portable monitor, looking ready to write something.
"Is there a problem here, Miss Vance?" Julian asked smoothly, his tone cool, commanding, and saturated with effortless authority.
Mark froze, his hand dropping from Chloe's hip. He stared at the tall, well built and impeccably dressed stranger standing just inside Chloe's apartment, his brow furrowing in instant agitation.
"Who the hell are you?"
Julian didn't flinch. He casually retrieved a leather-bound medical credential case from his inner jacket pocket, holding it up just long enough for Mark to glimpse the official St. George's Hospital emblem before tucking it away.
"Dr. Julian Jones, Attending Physician," Julian said, stepping up directly behind Chloe.
He placed a possessive, heavy hand on her upper arm -a gesture that looked professional to an outsider, but sent a deep, electric thrill of dark obedience straight down Chloe's spine.
"Miss Vance was involved in a severe medical incident 5 days ago. She is currently under my direct, high-risk outpatient care."
Mark's jaw tightened, looking between Julian's icy, aristocratic composure and Chloe's flushed, otherworldly glow.
"Incident? What incident? She didn't say anything about an accident."
"Because medical privacy laws and her fragile neurological state dictate that she shouldn't be subjected to unnecessary stress," Julian replied, his voice dropping into a razor-sharp, condescending register. He leaned forward slightly, towering over Mark.
"Chloe's systemic response is exceptionally volatile right now. Her recovery depends on absolute quiet, strict medication schedules, and zero unvetted physical contact."
Julian's fingers dug just a fraction deeper into Chloe's arm, a silent command.
Chloe looked Mark dead in the eye, her expression cold and distant, far from the warmth she used to hold for him.
"He's right, Mark. You need to leave. Dr. Jones is taking care of me now."
Mark stared at her, deeply unsettled by the total lack of emotion in her voice, and the way she subtly leaned back into the doctor's touch, completely surrendered to his presence.
"Fine," Mark muttered, taking a defensive step back onto the welcome mat, raising his hands in defeat. "Whatever. Call me when your doctor lets you have your life back, Chloe."
He turned on his heel and slammed the hallway door behind him, his heavy footsteps fading down the stairwell.
The moment the front door clicked shut, the icy tension in the room snapped. Julian locked it, turned around, and looked down at Chloe with a dark, satisfied glint in his eyes. He didn't remove his hand from her shoulder; instead, he slid it up to cup the back of her neck, tilting her head up toward him.
"You handled that beautifully, Miss Vance," Julian said softly, his thumb tracing the rapid pulse beneath her jaw, down between her breasts, cupping one of them in his hand as her robe opened.
"Look how easily you discarded your past for me."
Chloe closed her eyes, breathing in his scent as a warm, helpless hum echoed deep inside her synthetic core.
"I don't need my past, Dr. Jones," she whispered, her hands reaching up to pull his face towards hers with dark, desperate affection.
"I only need you."
