Chapter 5
Jess wove her way across Splitback Isle, settling into the familiar rhythm of her patrol. Every day brought its own set of problems, but the route never changed. She started at the eastern coast, where many birds flocked and chatted. Though quite talkative, most of what they had to say amounted to gossip and rumors. Nothing dangerous, just something to pass the time.
Next, she moved north to the mountains, where mammalian predators gathered to sun and brawl. As usual, Leelee elected to stick to the trees for that visit. Other than some half-hearted plays for dominance, the wolves and pumas had nothing to report. Instead, they simply eyed Jess as she played with their cubs, sticking to their posts.
But as Jess started south, she couldn't help but squint and scratch her head. She'd peer into hollow trunks as she passed by and slip between vine tangles, brow furrowing upon finding the usual moss and leaves. Large leaps into the canopy and low swings through the undergrowth only deepened her scowl. After another failed look under a rock, she finally glanced back at Leelee. "Hey, Leelee see Ootie lately?"
She paused, then shrugged. "No, Leelee not Ootie's keeper. Why should Leelee know?"
Jess rolled her eyes and laughed, grabbing another vine. "Jess know. Just that Ootie usually greet Jess by now."
Leelee sighed. "Well, last time Leelee saw Ootie was..." Her voice drifted off.
The ensuing silence lingered for a good minute. After another jump, Jess glanced back, half expecting to find Leelee looking at some passing insect. Instead, her gaze was fixed forward, eyes wide and brow twitching. Jess wrapped her legs around the vine to steady herself as she came to a stop. "Last time Leelee see Ootie was...?"
Her fingers dug into Jess's shoulder. "Like-like Leelee said, Leelee not watch Ootie 's every moment! Ootie can do what Ootie wants." Her eyes darted toward a cluster of ferns below. "Maybe... maybe he's just chatting with sloth friend. That all."
Jess nodded in agreement, but her lips skewed to the side. While possible, it certainly was out of character for the small ape. He liked to watch, after all. So, choosing her words carefully, "Hmm... true. True. Then... maybe visit with sloth?" As Leelee stirred, she quickly added, "Just to ease Jess mind, of course."
Leelee made a noncommittal sound and slid down Jess's back, burying her face in it. With a muffled grunt, "Yeah, yeah... Jess can swing over to Zono's tree." She paused. "Just for Jess."
Jess smirked. "Just for Jess." With a few hip thrusts, she set off again.
Doubling back, they eventually arrived at a large tree in the jungle's heart. A snuggle of sloths hung from its branches like living ornaments. Most barely stirred at their arrival, though a few managed a friendly smile or a glacial nod in her direction. After landing with a thud and waving, Jess cupped her hands around her mouth. "Hello! Any sloth named Zono here?"
One hanging on a lower branch looked down, flashed a sluggish grin, and lifted a claw to wave. She waved back, then he waved again. "Hello! Has Zono seen Ootie?"
The sloth just waved again.
Jess ground her teeth and scratched her head. "Why no... oh!" She exhaled sharply. Coconuts. Most animals blended sounds with body language, with birds loving to talk, and canines having a healthy mix of both. For the sloth, however, words didn't come easily in day-to-day life. Only in emergencies, like danger. Or sex.
She took a deep breath and squinted. "Say again?"
The sloth repeated the same slow gesture, more deliberate this time. Jess traced the movement: first toe to the left, second to the right. No, wait... to the left? What did the third toe do again? Maybe the... no.
She scratched the back of her head and sighed, "Sorry, Jess not follow, Jess not fluent in-"
"Leelee can!"
The lemur bounded onto Jess's shoulder and leaped to the tree trunk. Clamping onto it, she scampered up the bark until she reached Zono's branch.
Jess leaned back against the rough wood, smiling as she watched the two.
Leelee's tiny hands became a blur. Fingers curled and uncurled in rapid succession while her tail whipped back and forth. With each frantic gesture, Zono's eyelids drooped lower, his three-toed paw inching through the air as if swimming through honey, taking a full five seconds to complete a single motion. The contrast spoke volumes.
Yet the exchange ended abruptly as Leelee's tail went rigid. All at once, the lemur bolted down the trunk and seized hold of Jess's back, eyes bulging. "Leelee thinks we have big trouble!"
"Slow down, what happen? What wrong? Where Ootie?"
"Leelee not Ootie's keeper!" She said, then shook her head as if suppressing a demon inside her. "But... Zono said that Ootie... He said that Ootie said he smelled something good coming from northwest of island." With a pause, "Between the mountains. On the coast."
Jess's jaw dropped. "But... Ootie know better... the shore there has few teeth in water so..."
"Maybe outsiders."
They stared at one another until Jess snatched up her amulet. The sky-blue crystal sparkled in the dappled light. Its core was glowing, but only faintly.
Jess let out a breath of relief. "Well, guess no danger close... for now." She tilted her head. "But... it usually not glow at all. So..."
"Is... is Ootie in danger?" Leelee said, her voice trembling as tears welled up in her eyes.
Jess glanced at her friend, then back at the amulet. While she wanted to make a quick joke to settle her down, the small glimmer silenced any attempt at humor.
She gave a small shrug. "Maybe not. Maybe soon? But not yet." Seeing Leelee's worry deepen, she added, "But Jess not let anything happen. Jess promise Leelee." Her eyes hardened as she gripped a nearby vine. Without a word, Leelee slid back, relaxing her grip upon Jess's shoulders.
"Ok."
Jess leapt into the jungle canopy, her eyes focused on the destination ahead. Yet as she traveled through the tree-laden valley between the mountains, her mind narrowed onto a single thought: just get in, find Ootie, then get out. Get in, get Ootie, get out. In, Ootie, out.
While she'd gone to the northwestern coast before, she'd made it a point to venture there only as needed. For one, Kallouka had always said that the Serpent Coast should be her focus. After all, the reptiles were often the unruly ones, not a bunch of sand. However, that wasn't the whole truth.
Between those peaks, her palms always grew slick with sweat. Her heart would hammer against her ribs like a trapped bird, even with no threats in sight.
Was it the choking density of trees that made each leap a gamble? Or maybe the ground fog that crept between trunks, thick enough to hide anything waiting below? Both made sense, yet neither explanation satisfied the primal warning in her gut. So, rather than explore the thought further, she opted to jet ahead, clearing the pass in record time.
Breaking into sunlight on the far side, she exhaled loudly. "Leelee," she called back to the lemur clinging to her shoulder. "Leelee smell anything?"
The lemur closed her eyes and raised her head, nose twitching. At first her head swiveled about aimlessly, the winds sending scents here and there. But soon her head locked on a single direction, following an invisible trail. After a few more sniffs, her fur bristled. "Yes, Leelee smell something. Smell... different. Not sea, not animal. Maybe... maybe other things? Other things... Hmm... Wait!" Leelee cried, springing upright and veering left as a series of eager snorts burst from her nostrils. "Yes... Yes! Something good... Something very good!"
"Good how?"
"It smell like... fruit! But... but not island fruit! Different fruit! Sweet fruit!" She pointed towards the trees. "That way! Ootie must have went that way!"
"Then let's go!" Jess called out, her eyes blazing with determination as she darted ahead.
They pushed through the thinning foliage toward the coast, the roar of the waves growing louder with every branch passed.
At the jungle's edge, Jess leaped to the last tree and wrapped an arm around its trunk, peering across the sand. "Hmm... no Ootie. But... wait..." She leaned forward, eyes narrowing. "Jess... see something."
"What does it look like?" Leelee asked, peeking over Jess's shoulder.
She continued to stare with one eyebrow raised. "Looks like... like... white?"
About three hundred feet away, a large, sparkling white tent stood on the shore, its fabric unnaturally smooth and blinding in the sunlight. It was nothing like the woven leaves and vines of island shelters, and certainly not as welcoming. Around it, smaller tents sprouted like pale mushrooms after rain, each flanked by gleaming rectangular boxes with no apparent openings. Flat wooden pathways, perfectly straight in a way no jungle growth ever was, cut through the sand like scars. Metal poles jutted from the ground at regular intervals, connected by strings that held fluttering triangular flags no bird or beast had colors for.
As she looked at it, one word lingered on her lips.
"Outsiders."
Leelee squeezed Jess's shoulders. "Leelee... Leelee thinks the smell comes from there."
"Yeah, Jess thinks so too." She said with a nod. Then, looking back at the lemur, "So... Ootie may have gone in. Or maybe still be in there."
"Wha-wha-what should we do?" Leelee said, voice quaking.
Jess ran a hand through her hair and sighed, looking at the strange white structure. If that belonged to outsiders, then it might be dangerous. At the same time, she didn't see any creatures or people around it. So if they were quick... maybe they could check it out. But if the outsiders found them...
Her hand clenched around the base of her spear. "Jess think... Jess will go ahead and check strange hut. Leelee stay here-"
"LEELEE REFUSE!" The lemur screeched, hopping on Jess's back. "Leelee NOT left behind. Leelee will go into dangerous because Leelee is not scared and Leelee will protect Ootie. Because Leelee... Leelee..." Her voice cracked, shoulders sagging as her eyes drifting to the side. "... Leelee not want to be left behind on tree by self... Please."
Jess smirked and nodded. "Ok, Leelee come. Just..." She put her finger to her lips.
Leelee gave a determined nod, and Jess moved through the treeline like a leopard on the hunt. The sun's glare pierced the thin canopy, forcing her to squint, and yet a shiver ran down her spine as she approached the tent. What horrors might lie within these outsider walls?
They stopped on a branch above the main tent. Jess dropped to a lower limb, timing her descent with the crash of each wave. Once her feet touched the sand, she crouched, eyes sweeping the silent camp. The flaps hung still, and only the ocean and distant birds broke the hush.
Stuck in a constant crouch, Jess crawled up to the entrance of the tent and took hold of her spear. Leelee helped her pull it out, the rock-tipped weapon heavy in her hands. While reserved only for the most dangerous of circumstances, this seemed appropriate. She gripped her weapon tightly, her heart pounding in her chest. This was it.
With a gulp, Jess took hold of the white flap, her spear primed to strike. Then, with a flourish, she whipped it back and rushed inside, expecting the worst.
Instead, she froze.
The tent held wonders Jess had never seen, nor imagined. To her left was a massive wooden structure cradling a white cloud-like surface. A mattress of sorts, but without grass or leaves. Just... fluff. Flowing fabric hung from above, framing this strange sleeping place. Beside it, a small wooden platform held shiny rectangles with frozen people inside. To her right, another platform displayed gleaming circles and strange three-pronged spears alongside sharp metal. But what truly caught her eye lay in the center of it all.
Resting upon a black rug was a mound of fruits and rinds. Some fruits had bites taken out of them, while others remained fully intact. Bananas, oranges, melons, and others Jess had never seen before were strewn about in a mess. But there, atop this mountain of delights, was a small, brown and gray loris, sucking on a grape.
The two stood frozen as the primate held the fruit in its mouth, its large eyes slowly drifting towards them. It pulled the grape out at the same speed, a grin like a child caught with its hand in the cookie jar forming on its face. "Uuuuh.... share?"
"OOTIE!!"
Chapter 6
"Ok... I think that's... yep! That's perfect!"
The process had been a grueling one. Initially, the bridesmaids had helped Celine into the dress, pulling the zipper up and securing the back. Then they split off into their respective expertises. Zoe and Marybeth worked on minor alterations, taking in the waist and adjusting the skirt, while Natalya set out to perfect Celine's hair and makeup. Though only a few hours passed, for all parties involved it felt like an eternity.
However, once the attendants settled back to take in the finished product, proud smiles shone all around. Celine mirrored the expression, a shiver running down her spine. "So, can I see?"
Marybeth giggled. "You sure you can handle it?"
"Oh, I don't know... hell, I'm not sure I'll recognize myself."
"Yeah right," Natalya said. "Let's drop the modest act."
"She can be as modest as she wants, it's her wedding day," quipped Zoe. "So..."
Celine paused, then nodded.
"Perfect! Just let me spin you 'round here..."
She took a deep breath and twirled in the seat, letting out a soft gasp as she caught sight of herself. Celine's long white hair was pinned up elegantly, with a few curls framing her face. At her neck, a white lace choker held a small silver bell. Dark, smoky eyes looked back at her while cheeks flushed.
Her gaze drifted downward to the dress: lace roses sprouted along her cleavage and breasts, the low-cut emphasizing some of her favorite assets. Silk fabric flowed out from them, forming the bodice and eventually joining with a long skirt that trailed down her legs. Even though she'd seen it before, the complete ensemble brought tears to her eyes.
"Oh... oh my gosh.... this is..."
"Ah, ah!" Zoe chided, pulling out a tissue and collecting the tears. "No crying yet. You can't ruin the makeup before the ceremony."
"If you do, I'll have to charge you extra," teased Natalya with a playful scowl.
Celine pressed a hand to her chest, then, voice squeaking with delight, beckoned her friends closer. They all laughed as the three embraced her, with Celine trying her best to not let the tears escape. "It's... it's amazing. Thank you so much... I-I don't know how I'll ever repay you..."
"Well..." Zoe said with a wink as she pulled back, "For starters, you can help us get ready."
The bride laughed and nodded. "I think I can do that... well..." She glanced down. "... I can at least zip you up."
Time flew by as the others put on their dresses, each as unique as the personalities that donned them. Gold, silver, bronze, and black. It was one of the few decisions Charles helped with, and though she was loath to admit it, it'd been a good one. Zoe and Marybeth had chosen gold and bronze, matching with their hair. Much to Celine's surprise, Natalya, being the maid of honor, had insisted upon the silver dress. Though black was her usual, the bride-to-be wouldn't argue the point. It was better for the photos.
As Celine zipped up Zoe and helped the others collect their things, she stole one last look in the mirror. This was it. Her departure from what life she had, to what life was ahead of her. Weeks and months of planning, all for the next few hours.
Her heart beat in her chest like a drummer at the grand finale. Wild and frantic, it was hard to tell apart the terror from the joy.
Marybeth slipped up behind her and laid a hand on her shoulder. "You'll do fine, hun. Charles is a lucky man."
"And if it doesn't work out, a superb source of income," Zoe said, earning a playful slap on the shoulder from Natalya.
Celine flashed a smile at the two. "Fingers crossed it doesn't come to that."
As they all laughed, she closed her eyes and took a deep breath. With this bunch, it would be simple. The state wedding was easy. Smooth as can be. So, with a little luck, this would be the same. A little more emotion, but with everyone around her, they'd pick up her slack.
Celine opened her eyes and smiled at their reflection, tears welling again. Almost all of her friends were in one place to see her off. One last party before everything changed. One last little hurrah before... wait.
"Hey... has anyone heard from Evie?"
The group froze, then all shook their heads. "No... I mean, she never answered my messages..." Natalya said as glanced at her phone, "Or read them."
"Ugh, knowing her she just stayed up late working or something." Zoe groaned.
"Maybe we should try her room then?" said Marybeth. "I mean, worst case we either wake her up, or she's already upstairs"
"Yeah... yeah, I guess that makes sense." Celine said as she checked her phone. One hour left. While Evie probably wouldn't match them, at least she'd be there. And that was enough.
Celine retrieved a key from her dresser. "Just in case. Honestly, I can't believe she's still asleep. Especially with the noise on this ship but... who knows. Maybe she got seasick?"
"Oh! That's gotta be it! She was talkin' about how she could hardly stand last night. Had to keep runnin' to the bathroom. Maybe she couldn't sleep?"
"You see, that's why I keep her behind a computer screen. She works better that way." said Natalya, heading towards the door. "Shall we?"
The group stepped into the hallway, their heels collectively clicking against the floor like impatient fingers. As they strode, Celine practiced her breathing, trying her best despite the tight fit. Not too much in, not too much out. Just step, little breath, step, step, little breath.
Upon arriving at room 207, Celine pulled out the key and raised a hand to knock. However, before she made contact, Zoe raised her hand. "Wait. Oh my gosh, do you hear that?"
The group went silent, leaning in towards the door. At first, all they could hear was the hum of the motors and some distant guests milling about. But as they continued to listen, one sound rose above the rest.
"... Oh... Oooh yeah...."
The sensual moan drifting through the keyhole sent Zoe into a fit of stifled giggles. "Guess little miss perfect has needs too..."
Celine bit her lip, glancing at the others. "I mean... I guess it still could be seasickness? A quickie always helps." She winked. "Settles the nerves."
Natalya rolled her eyes while Marybeth's cheeks flushed. "No surprise there. But seasickness or not, we don't have time for this."
Celine caught Natalya's hand on the doorknob. "Are you crazy. We can't just barge in! If we do, she might never touch herself again. And I'm not having that on my conscience. Let's just..."
A sharp cry cut her off: "Ooh yeah! Fuck! Oh yes!"
Zoe's jaw dropped; Celine's followed suit. It was definitely Evie. Her unmistakably girlish voice was in a full, frantic chorus. But beneath it was another sound--a deeper moan that didn't fit.
Natalya's stoic expression cracked into an amused smirk. "Ooo la, la~"
"She's finally grown up..." Zoe said with mock pride.
"Well, she had to cut loose eventually."
"Oh dear, I... I think maybe we oughta just move on and let her..."
While the rest of them quipped and chatted, Celine found herself frozen in place. The second voice... it was familiar. Another one of her friends? No... no. Most of her male friends were way too old. Charle's cousin? No, the voice was too deep. Maybe an old fuck buddy? Unable to let the itch go unscratched, Celine put the key in the lock, the well-oiled mechanism silently releasing itself. As her hand reached for the doorknob, Marybeth grabbed her shoulder.
"Celine! What in tarnation are you-" she said in a flurry of hushed whispers.
Celine pressed a finger to her lips. "I'm sorry, I'm just gonna peek. I've got a hunch."
"Oh, do it!" Zoe urged, practically bouncing.
"Celine, hunny, I think that-"
"Shh!"
Celine gently turned the knob and eased the door open just enough to peek through. The moment the seal cracked open, the sounds that had been muffled were released in a torrent. The humid air seemed to vibrate with Evie's desperate cries. "OH GOD, YES! DEEPER! SPLIT ME OPEN!" Each high-pitched syllable tore from her throat, punctuated by the violent slam of headboard against wall, a rhythm as urgent and unrelenting as a war drum.
Even Natalya flushed as she took in the raw, urgent exchange. "Is that really Evie?" she mouthed.
Celine peered through the sliver, searching for the source. All she could see was the very edge of the bed... and Evie's strawberry blonde hair swinging wildly. It was definitely Evie., and apparently she was getting fucked from behind...
A war of integrity raged inside herself. On one hand, she could open the door a bit more to see more, but chance getting spotted. On the other hand, she could leave her friend be and knock, warning both of them. However, maybe the other person would hide...
The answer was obvious.
Zoe gave a silent cheer as Celine pushed the door open a few more inches. Now she could see the foot of the bed... and Evie in full. Her golden-red hair flowed over her face like a veil, her mouth open wide as a stream of moans poured out. Evie's hands yanked at the sheets while her modest breasts bounced with each thrust, sweat glinting on her skin. A large hand seized the black bow at her nape, snapping her head back, but even with her struggling Celine couldn't see who was with her.
Beside her, Zoe quietly lifted her phone and began recording, eyes shining with excitement. Marybeth hid her face in her hands but peered through her fingers, while Natalya merely watched, her face a mask of indifference.
"Oh fuck! Oh fuck! Harder! Harder!" Evie cried out, the bed rocking and creaking with every thrust. Celine could see the covers moving and hear the headboard hitting the wall. She felt her heart racing, her cheeks flushing. The sight of her friend in the throes of passion was both bizarre and exotic, and she couldn't look away.
Suddenly Evie let out a loud, guttural groan as her body stiffened. Celine's breath caught in her throat as she watched Evie's face contort in pleasure, her mouth falling open and her eyes rolling back. She clawed at the sheets as her back arched.
"YES! OH FUCK YES! GIVE IT ALL TO ME! EVERY INCH!" She shrieked out.
A guttural grunt signaled another fierce thrust; Evie's head fell back in ecstasy as her body rocked. Then, the hands grabbing her hair disappeared, only to reappear as they flipped her onto her back and resume in missionary.
Propped on her elbows, Evie pushed her chest forward and purred, "Come on, let's make your last one the best. I'll let you finish inside..."
Seconds later, her partner pounced forward, unable to resist the invitation.
Time seemed to stop as Celine caught sight of the figure, her brain refusing to process it as a whole. A pair of aviators, askew on a sweaty face. A large, pulsing cock, bouncing in the air. Finally, a loose tie hanging from a muscular neck. For a moment, all Celine could see was the sweat dripping down his forehead and over his nose. Then, her vision pulled back, assembling the pieces together.
Charles.
Chapter 7
In her time as the newly christened Azure Ape, Jess had intervened in many fights. Wolf packs vying for dominance, leagues of jungle cats establishing who the best species was, and gorillas who'd mistakenly eaten yullicana fruit. Each of them had their struggles. Yet, each of them left peacefully in the end.
But to hold back the fury of Leelee upon Ootie at that moment? That was impossible.
"YOU PIECE OF SHIT, SON OF A BABOON-" Leelee screeched, thrashing against Jess's grip. While Jess had the size advantage, the primate's determination knew no bounds.
Ootie, meanwhile, had rolled off the mountain of fruit and fled into one of the larger boxes, peeking out while uttering a stream of apologies.
"Ootie just lost track of time... and the food was so good that..."
"LEELEE WAS WORRIED ABOUT YOU, YOU WASTE OF FUR! LEELEE ACTUALLY WORRIED ABOUT YOU FOR MORE THAN A MOMENT! GIVE THAT MOMENT BACK!" Leelee lunged again, trying to use Jess's abs as a springboard. "GIVE IT BACK!"
"Leelee! Leelee, stop! Stop!" Jess reared back, adjusting her grip. "Jess understand but... no attack!"
"Leelee will be the judge of that! OOTIE DESERVES JUDGEMENT! GOING TO MAKE OOTIE AN OUTSIDER!" With one last twist, she broke free and rolled across the floor.
Leelee paused, clearly stunned she'd escaped, before glaring at Ootie's box, murder in her eyes. However, her feet had other priorities. For after the first step, her body pivoted away from Ootie and towards the rug. She leapt onto the pile and seized the largest fruit she could find.
Leelee opened her mouth like a snake, wrapping her lips around the large red berry before chomping down. Juice poured out, her eyes closing in a state of utter bliss. Seconds later, a contented sigh escaped her lips before her gaze snapped back to the box, glaring at the cowering loris within.
"Ootie... get over here and have bite, now. Before Leelee changes mind."
The little loris peeked out, then crawled from his hiding place, glancing between Jess and Leelee. Jess planted her spear in the ground, frowning. "Jess not know where to start. Ootie know what Kallouka say."
He hung his head and crawled over to Leelee. She studied him, then, with a huff, offered a slice of fruit. "This Leelee's forgiveness. Expect no more."
Ootie nodded and held the piece in his hands for a moment before scarfing it down. "Sorry, Oot... Ootie just smelled fruit... and Zono said he'd heard things coming from mountain direction so... Ootie couldn't help self. If Ootie had known Jess was back... Ootie would've returned but... but..." His gaze lingered on the food.
Jess sighed. "Jess not surprised. Ootie just need to be careful. But..." As she took a step forward, surveying the room. "Maybe.... maybe Ootie did good thing, not telling others... Does Ootie know what this place is?"
He took another fruit and looked up. "Well, from what Ootie can tell, outsiders come and put up food place here. Maybe gift to island?"
"Jess not so sure about that..."
Jess tilted her head, examining the bed. Her fingers traced the surface, finding it firm beneath, yet yielding to her touch. She set her satchel aside and sank onto the mattress, a contented sigh escaping her. "Oh... This nice... Very nice..."
Yet Leelee continued to glance about the room. "Yeah, but... why give us gift? Do outsiders know about island?"
Jess laid back, stretching her arms as she let the soft fabric caress her skin. It was like lying on a sleeping leopard, but cooler and less prone to sudden movements. "Jess not think so. If outsiders knew, then Jess have more practice at judging."
The lemur's tail flicked as Jess's attention drifted to the bedside table. Strange flat objects stood in shiny borders, covered with something clear and reflective. She leaned forward, blinking at their lifelike quality.
The first showed a pale, gatherer woman next to a strange, muscular figure. She cocked her eyebrow at the odd proportions. The taller figure was large and thick, with arms covered in layers of black-and-white clothing. He was like a gorilla without hair, except for the strange black object that covered his eyes. Her lip curled instinctively.
But when she looked at the woman next to him, her eyes lit up. White hair cascaded over her shoulders like a moonlit waterfall, each strand shimmering against the black fabric of her dress. The woman's gray eyes seemed to meet Jess's gaze from within the picture, her lips curved in a knowing smile. But it was what lay below that made Jess's mouth go dry. Two perfect breasts swelled from her neckline, so full and round that they strained against the thin material, their nipples pointing directly at Jess like an invitation.
Her teeth caught her bottom lip as her hand slid to the edge of her loincloth, eyes never departing those glorious coconuts. "Yes... not sure if gift... but... they paint well... mmm..."
Leelee grunted, then took another bite. "Yeah, yeah, excellent painters. But not good if we stay. So we should... should..." After an arduous swallow, "Ahhh, better. Should take what we can and go!"
"Jess not know... taking outsider things may be bad for island..." Jess murmured, sinking deeper into the mattress's embrace, the woman's image floating behind her closed eyelids. Her protest faded even as she spoke it.
The two apes looked at one another, a mutual understanding forming. Leelee smirked, then stretched her arms. "Well, Leelee not see how. Just taking food. No harm, no foul." Then, eyeing her friend on the bed, "Plus... if Jess let us take food... we help her take bed."
"Yes, yes, help with bed."
"Wait... what?" Jess said, struggling to pull herself up. "Take bed!? But that... that too much! Much too much!"
"But it's a very nice bed... Ootie lie on it before! Very nice," he said as he grabbed a fabric sack near the nightstand.
"Yeah, Leelee agree..." She turned, looking at the bed. "It is very nice bed. Outsiders must have many more... not miss it."
Jess looked at Leelee, then down at the bed. Her fingers glided along the smooth cloth, her mind once again warring with itself. Leave it alone and go back? That was good for the island but... at what cost? Take it with her and live in luxury? That was good for her, but... again, at what cost?
Her left leg shook as she puffed her cheeks. It was just a bed... no harm in that... right? And... maybe Leelee and Ootie had a point... maybe they had other places to sleep. She caught sight of the man in the photo. Then the woman's breasts. Her eyes twitched as horrid injustice dawned on her. He gets to lie on those.
"Deal."
"YES!" Leelee cheered. "Ok, Leelee go get others, we get food, you figure out bed. Yes?"
Jess grinned. "Yes. Now go get others. Quick!"
The apes dashed out of the tent, dragging a large sack of fruit behind them. Jess slid her spear back into its sling, turned to the bed, and grabbed hold.
No going back now.
She yanked on it, expecting a heavy fight--but to her surprise it slid off the frame and flew over her head with ease. The material felt denser than grasses but more pliable than furs.
"Outsiders know great comfort..." she muttered as she set it on the ground. Standing over it, she mused, "Now, how to carry... hmm..." Her eyes swept the mattress, then the tent, brow furrowing. "If Jess makes it smaller, put on back... maybe... hmm." She knelt and tried rolling it into a tube, only to have it spring back each time. After several attempts, she groaned in frustration. "Ugh... No time... not time... Come on... Come on, Jess think... think..."
She looked back outside the tent and her eyes lit up. "Ah! Vines!"
Grabbing one edge of the bulky mattress, she dragged it across the hot sand, thin sheets flaking off as it slid. When she'd cleared enough distance, she flung it into the tree line in a single heave, hearing the brush crunch under its weight.
Hands on her hips, she breathed, "Now, just need to get some-"
"... UCK YOU!"
Jess jumped as the sound exploded over the sea and echoed onto the shore. She whirled toward the water, muscles tensed and eyes scanning for threats.
At first, she couldn't figure out where it came from, nor what it meant. However, as she continued to peer into the horizon, the foliage behind her shifted.
"Bad, bad!" said Ootie, emerging from the trees. "That come from outsider boat!"
"Outsider boat?"
The small ape pointed, widening his eyes. "There, below sun! Big, BIG outsider boat."
Jess strained to see, then gasped when she spotted it: a faint black outline in the distance. From the size, she'd assumed it was a whale. Yet, as Jess continued to watch, a puff of smoke billowed from the vessel.
Ice flooded her veins despite the tropical heat. "That is... big boat..."
Ootie nodded, then narrowed his eyes like a telescope. "But... wait... someone getting onto little boat from big boat... Big splash... and now..."
A mechanical roar cut through the air, followed by waves slapping against something solid. A small white shape skimmed across the water's surface, racing toward shore.
As Jess watched, transfixed, her chest began to glow. The stone pendant that had hung lifeless against her skin now pulsed with blue light. With a gulp, she lifted up the amulet, gazing at the radiant hue. She held it next to the approaching boat, eyes flitting between the two as the correlation became clear. The closer the white boat got, the brighter the stone glowed.
"Ootie... back to jungle... Back to jungle! Now!"
Chapter 8
Bridal Bon Voyage
The last ten minutes of Celine's life were a blur. At first she just stood there, watching as her fiancΓ© and friend fucked like rabbits. Every moan, every groan, and every slap of skin sent a tremor down her spine. The previous arousal had died away, leaving only disgust. Yet, as the feelings continued to fester, her mind refused to process them any further.
To do so was suicide.
She just stared, her jaw agape as her eyes gazed forward like empty husks. The trance only shattered when Charles threw back his head and yelled Evie's name, the utterance drilling into Celine's ears. When she watched her friend press her breasts together and take a load to the face. When she watched her fiancΓ©... no, husband, paint the face of another woman in white. In that instant, she'd seen enough.
Without a word, she turned and sprinted away, dashing down the hall.
It's surprising how quickly a person can run in high heels. The pain alone can force an unpracticed person to their knees. The balls of her feet ached with every impact, her ankles screaming at her to be careful. To slow down. Yet she persevered.
For her to overcome such agony required either the greatest of wills or the greatest of motivations. And as Charles and Evie scrambled out of bed, avoiding their excuses were more than enough.
"Wait, babe I can explain!"
"It's not what it looks like! I promise Cel! Wait!"
Their shouts chased after her as she fled, but she wouldn't have it. She leapt over 'sorry's, spun from 'wait's, and outran 'Celine's like an Olympian track star. Once at the end of the hall, Celine crashed into the elevator, the traitors' words close behind. Yet, the grunts and groans of their betrayal drowned out any plea.
Celine hammered the door-close button, her hand trembling as footsteps thudded closer. She looked up in time to see Charles and Evie stumbling towards her, arms outstretched. As the metal panels slid together, "Wait, keep it open, babe! Keep it op-"
Click.
The doors shut.
For the first time in what felt like an eternity, Celine could think. At first only about small things, like what floor to go to. The top floor, obviously. But as she hit the button, another doubt rose. Was that right? What if he went there? That might be the first place he looks. Wait, am I hiding from him now?
While she grappled with that question, others flanked her in droves. Where should I go if he is there? What if he isn't? What could I do? What can I do? How long were they fucking? Had they been fucking the whole time? How did I miss that-
Crack!
The smack of her palm against her cheek split the air. Celine's skin stung, eyes tearing up. Yet there was silence. Silence. Finally.
Celine exhaled slowly, steadying herself against the handrail. This wasn't time for those questions, and, frankly, she didn't have the resources for them. Questions could wait. Feelings could wait. Everything could wait except for getting away. Just focus on the task at hand. Nothing else.
Ok.
Ding!
The elevator doors slid open, revealing the empty corridor before the deck. She poked her head out cautiously, scanning for any sign of Charles. Nothing, just a few crew members chatting at the end of the hall.
Perfect.
She dashed forward, her heels stabbing the floor like small hammers, threatening to split the planks with each step. Seeing her approach, a few people waved before backing against the walls. "Looks like someone's rushing into a marriage!"
Those who laughed saw a woman in a time crunch. Those who watched saw a bride-to-be with tears in her eyes.
Celine burst out the door and looked about. Outside, the altar stood proudly on the deck of the ship, with rows of chairs sitting in perfect lines, waiting patiently for their time to shine. The product of her direction and the crew's hard work.
Now... pointless.
She winced and shook her head. Again, not the time. Just... where to next? Her head swiveled for options. Maybe the upstairs deck? She could hide there, but... what was the point of that? Just putting off the inevitable. Plus, what was she, a little girl? No... there had to be something. Somewhere she could-
Her gaze drifted off the side of the ship, then stopped. The answer was obvious.
The island.
"Umm... miss? Is everything all right- Miss!" said a crewmate as he tried to touch her shoulder.
Before they could get within an inch of her, she was already off. Chairs and vases toppled over as Celine ran to the ship's railing. A motorboat hung against the side, swinging along with the ship's movements. "S. S. Charline" was painted along the bow in a black, cursive font, with dozens of white streamers trailing behind its stern. Her jaw clenched at the sight, but she quickly shook it off. Better an ugly boat than swimming.
With practiced hands, Celine unhooked the safety cables, started the lift, and jumped from the main ship into the smaller vessel. The boat rocked beneath her, but she kept her balance. From there, it was just a matter of waiting while it lowered.
She didn't allow her mind to wander for fear of another battery of questions, opting instead for little instructions. Just stay on task. Get to the island, and it'll be better. Get to the island, and you'll be away. Get to the island, and you can think-
"Babe! Babe wait, where are you? Let's just talk about this! Come on!"
At first, Celine fixed her gaze forward, eyes locking onto the island. If she ignored him, he didn't exist. He was just a terrible memory. No, not a memory. A horrid manifestation of an ideal that didn't exist.
"Babe! What the hell are you doing!"
Charles's voice boomed from above, causing Celine to look up on instinct. There he stood, looking over the edge of the ship like a confused dog. His face, normally a beacon of warmth and kindness, now made her blood boil and stomach quake. It was red and sweaty, his sunglasses askew, with one temple resting on his cheek rather than his ear. His shirt was open and pants halfway up his calves.
"Come on, that's our boat, babe! Let's just take a minute to calm down. We can talk it out."
The more he spoke, the louder the questions got in her head. Did he fuck her when they first got together? Or was it when she went on the long expedition to Chile? Is that why he didn't want to do anything more adventurous... since he was doing it with her? Was he just fucking her the whole time?
Each new question scorched her insides like acid, burning hotter with every passing second. She tore her eyes from him and fixed them on the shoreline.
Island.
The word repeated in her mind, drowning out everything else as the boat plunged into the water. Her fingers untethered the cables, her body operating on autopilot. As she went through the checklist mechanically, Charles continued to yell down, but to no avail.
"Please just listen!"
She nodded to herself as she looked around. Everything was ready. She just had to sit down and start the engine. If she could do that, then she'd be able to at least get out of there without-
"Hey, babe! What the fuck! Come on, you know it didn't mean anything. It was just some fun, a last fuck! I bet you did the same thing Cel-"
-Bursting.
Celine's white hair lashed back as her eyes burst with indignant fire.
"FUUUUUUUUUCK YOU!"
The words tore from her throat like a banshee's wail, shattering any attempts at reconciliation. Her hands shook with the tension, her cheeks flushing red as she drew out every syllable to its breaking point. Nearby crew members traded horrified glances, then stared at Charles, who stood paralyzed until his sunglasses slid from his face and clattered onto the deck.
With an animalistic growl, Celine dropped into the helm. With one twist of the key, the engine roared to life. Then, with a flick of her wrist, the boat shot forward.
Her ex-fiancΓ©'s last-ditch pleas were swallowed by the motor's roar. Ahead of her, the island sat, its twin mountain peaks beckoning her closer. The palm trees swayed in the wind, sunlight sparkling off the waves that lapped at the shore. A veritable Eden.
Calming waves washed over her even as the wind stung her eyes. To have the boat's wheel in her hand once more, guiding her own course... there was nothing like it. There in the boat, nothing remained of the chaos behind her. Just the ocean, the island, and her.
Well, and the tent.
As she caught sight of the blot on the shore, Celine grit her teeth and shook her head. Like hell she was going there. She shifted the wheel to the side, and the boat veered left.
Yet as she got closer, she noticed something moving near the tents. Shielding her eyes, Celine glimpsed a small white form bounding from the canvas flaps, dragging something behind it. She smirked and pulled a pair of binoculars from the back, peering through them to get a better look.
"Huh! Clever little..."
Through the lens, she saw the culprit: a lemur with bright white fur. Celine watched as it hauled a white sheet filled with round objects over the sand and into the treeline, a few other apes following behind.
She cackled wildly, hands momentarily abandoning the wheel. "Yes! Take it all! Fucking raid the whole place! Burn it down if you want! Serves him right!"
Her laughter echoed across the water, only quieting once she turned off the motor. She sat in silence as the vessel glided onto the shore, her face suddenly devoid of any mirth. Once it scraped to a halt on the wet sand, Celine took a deep breath. She held it for a moment, eyes fixed forward. After letting it go, she rose from her seat and stepped overboard, her feet sinking into the wet sand.
The waves lapped at her ankles while the breeze blew through her hair, yet she remained frozen in place. Her fists clenched at her sides as she stood and took it in. With each breath, her chest rose slowly and fell sporadically, small fits of hysteric giggles still fighting their way out.
She was here. She was safe.
But... what now?
Something wet slid down her cheek. Her fingers came away smeared in black. "Oh... oh... fuck. I... My makeup."
She tried to wipe it away, but another tear escaped. Then another. The dam had broken.
Choked cries ripped through her body as she collapsed to her knees. The skirt of her dress soaked up the ocean's waves as black streaks mapped her face like rivers on a map. Small grunts burst out as she punched the sand-- once, twice, three times-- cold water filling in each new divot. When she finally threw her head back, the sound that tore from her throat caused birds to scatter from the trees.
Why?
Why would he do this to her? After everything they had gone through together... and why with Evie? It wasn't like she was some slut. In college, she thought the girl would be a nun... and now she was a home-wrecker! As a bridesmaid!
Why!
Tears continued to flow as she clenched her teeth, biting back another sob. Her eyelids clamped shut as she hunched over, grabbing the sand in an attempt to squeeze her emotions out. In the back of her mind, Natalya's voice whispered: Calm down.
Just let it out, then return to reason.
Eventually, slow, rattling breaths replaced the haggard, panting fits. Her throat ached from the exertion, and her body trembled from the cold water.
But she was safe.
Lifting her head, she opened her eyes, allowing the world back in. That's when she heard yelling.
She glanced back and squinted. Though blurry, she could see Charles standing on the deck, yanking at the ropes tied to a rowboat. The crew members behind him tried to pull him back, but the bastard kept pushing them away. A scowl turned into a snarl on her face. No. Not now.
He couldn't ruin this, too.
Celine hauled herself to her feet and sloshed back to the boat. After shoving some streamers away, she turned inland, dragging the wet hem of her skirt over the sand. While the supplies in the tent might've been useful, she deemed it wasn't worth the risk. Instead, she marched straight into the tree line, putting as much jungle between them as possible.
Branches ripped and pulled at the delicate fabric of her dress, transitioning the lace from a gorgeous tapestry to a ruined relic. A thorn ripped the skirt's side open, exposing her legs and garter. Yet Celine paid it no mind. She pressed on, eyes fixed ahead.
Her destination didn't matter. She just needed to get away from him. To go somewhere where no one else could find her.
Moving inland, the briny breeze gave way to a heady scent of earth and humidity. The wind died down, replaced by rustling leaves and chirping birds. Overhead, the treetops closed, leaving only faint slivers of sunlight.
That is until she pushed away a large shrub.
"Ah!" Celine said, shielding her eyes from the sudden glare. After getting used to the brightness again, the scorned bride peeked out from behind her arm.
Before her lay a hidden glade, cocooned by trees and underbrush. Tropical flowers with vivid yellow petals dotted the shaded rim and startled blue-flecked birds flitted off at her arrival. On the far side of the clearing, a large log covered in moss lay up against a tree. It sat there, devoid of bugs or rot, like a seat wrought by fate herself.
A sanctuary.
Celine sighed before making her way over, sitting down on the log and resting her back against the tree. For a moment she stared at her hands, her gaze vacant. A cool breeze caressed her hair, and the sunlight warmed her skin. Yet, she felt nothing.
No anger, no rage, no sadness. Just... numb.
Memories surfaced in fragments: expensive dinners, long walks through the park, occasional romps in the bedroom, and cozy nights in front of the TV. With those gone, she felt she should feel something. Anything. Instead, the more she thought about their relationship, the less she seemed to care. For a single word rang again and again in her mind.
It emerged in a long, drawn-out breath. "... Boring."
No spark of adventure, no desire for exploration, nor even the slightest interest in her work. They'd never even debated a single thought. She wasn't even sure he could think. No... no, it was true. He was... boring.
Celine leaned back further, gazing at the mottled light dancing through the leaves. The stillness that came from such a place would've been lost on him. And the thrill of finding of it... incomprehensible.
As much as she fought within herself to get angry, to get frustrated... A cooling thought held firm against any stroke of ill will or malice. Maybe now... at least life won't be boring.
And at that moment, she smiled.
Chapter 9
Jess crouched with the apes as the outsider vessel scraped against the shore. The chimps and lemurs Ootie had called in arrived in the nick of time, following Leelee's rushed directions as they gathered the last of the outsider fruits onto sheets. They'd tucked them amongst the leaves and vines, only to join them shortly after. From their hiding spot in the dense underbrush, the group fell silent, watching as a white-haired woman stumbled from the boat into the shallow water.
Jess's eyes lit up with recognition as she spied the familiar white hair and, more notably, her abundant cleavage. She licked her lips and stared. "That... that outsider from drawing... Maybe Jess should..."
Leelee shook her head. "Jess thinking with lower head, not upper head."
"But Jess have to judge. It Jess's most important duty!"
Leelee, Ootie, and the rest of the apes all stared at her with doubt in their eyes. The loris then took out a grape before saying, "Ootie have superb vision. Even without, easy to see Jess is full of shit."
She opened her mouth to retort as the rest chittered, yet, a scream silenced any defense she had in mind. It sounded like an animal being struck by an arrow, or the crazed cry of a Kalutsian mountain lioness in mating season. Fierce, enraged, and in pain.
The gang of observers looked back at the outsider, finding her beating the ground with her fists. At that distance, Jess wasn't sure if she was attacking something else or herself. Had she seen a crab? Maybe she was hungry... well, not with that scream.
After a few more strikes, the outsider stopped, her attention drawn back to the water. Then, as if beckoned by something, she rose and stomped off into the jungle, stumbling in the sand as her strange white dress trailed behind her.
The moment she disappeared from view, the gang turned to look at Jess, who was staring wide-eyed at the ground. Leelee cleared her throat and shot Jess a knowing look.
A nervous smile flickered across Jess's face as she scratched her head. "Well... maybe Leelee had point before. Jess should not think with other head. Ha ha.... ha..."
Her words hung in the air as the apes all crossed their arms. "Jess..."
With a heavy sigh, "Jess know... Jess know. Azure ape must judge outsider." She held up her hands. "Jess know what to do." She then turned to Ootie. "Make sure everything hidden. Jess not know how long Jess take. Oh! And make sure bed is safe!"
He bobbed his head vigorously.
Leelee, however, folded her arms and glared. "Leelee will help Jess."
Jess raised an eyebrow. "How Leelee help? Jess know what do. Plus," she said, gesturing to her loincloth, "Only Jess have what is needed."
"Mhmm..." The lemur nodded slowly. "Jess have tool she needs. Does Jess know what to do with it?"
Jess leaned forward with a cocky grin. "Of course!" She held up her hand. "Jess must seed, then... hump, then..." she paused, two fingers raised up.
"Yes? Then?"
"Uh..." Jess paused, looking upwards, then smiling, "... Then mate, then judge." She puffed out her chest and grinned.
Leelee sighed. "Two."
"Two what?"
"Jess get two out of four right."
"What, no Jess, Jess sure Jess right..."
"Seed, watch, speak, judge. Kallouka say all the time." Leelee said as she stepped behind Jess and threw her arms around her shoulders.
Jess slumped as realization dawned. "Oh... right... That... that's what Jess meant!"
"Mhmm, then If Jess remember, Leelee just sit and eat. But for safety of all apes..." She pressed closer. "Leelee coming with."
Jess sighed, then nodded. Better to have someone for support, anyway. "Fine, Ootie do things here, Leelee and Jess back soon." The small loris gave a salute before swinging off, the other apes following behind.
Once they left, Leelee patted Jess's back, and the two climbed into the trees. As she pulled herself through the branches, Jess could feel her heart race. Even though the outsider was a bit strange, she was fairly certain she wouldn't have any problems with the first part of the judging her. After all, from just a quick glimpse of her, she already felt something stirring between her legs.
They swung through the canopy, guided by Jess's amulet. The closer they came to the rustling, the faster the amulet blinked. Upon reaching a clearing, the light blinked so rapidly it seemed constant. Jess leaped onto a branch concealed by a curtain of vines. As she parted them, the gem's light dimmed.
Jess stuck her head through and surveyed the scene, only to find the outsider with her head resting against a tree.
"Look like she calm down," said Leelee from behind.
Jess nodded, but she wasn't really listening.
Her gaze wandered over the outsider's body, taking in every curve and feature. From the way her white hair shimmered in the sunlight, to the way her clothes hugged her body. She seemed more like a goddess or a spirit than a human, her skin and attire an otherworldly white.
Then, her eyes found their way to the true prize: her chest. Though covered in strange white roses, her bountiful breasts peeked out from her clothes just as they had in the strange metal frame. Without thinking, her hand drifted to her crotch, rubbing the fabric of her loincloth as a bulge grew. Maybe she could skip some steps...
Thunk!
A light knock on her head snapped Jess back to reality. She turned to see Leelee scowling. "Jess, again, what is first step of judging outsiders?"
Jess hesitated, then replied, "Well, she not man, so she passes first... first step. So... now Jess do real first step." She glanced over at the lemur, putting her finger to her cheek in mock ignorance. "But what could be... ah! Seed! Need to bless her with seed of the jungle."
Leelee nodded. "Mhmm, and how much seed she need?"
Jess paused, looking upwards. "Umm... Jess never really think about it... When Lia and Jess practice... lots?"
"No!" The lemur swatted her head. "Just need little bit! Kallouka used to say just a drop. Too much and... well, then Jess is wasting it."
Jess grinned back at Leelee and brushed a hair behind her ear. "Jess pretty sure she have plenty to go around. But, if Leelee insist... will only use a little."
The lemur rolled her eyes and dropped off Jess, slinking off to a nearby tree. "Sure, whatever Jess say. But if Jess not able to control herself," she pointed to the branches above the woman, "aim for leaves."
Jess winked at the lemur and flashed a thumbs up before squatting down on the branch. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, allowing her hand to land on her loincloth once more. Just focus. No pressure, just let it happen.
As she felt the bulge beneath the cloth grow, she nodded her head, a soft coo escaping her lips. Finally, she could put her talents to good use.
With another breath, she opened her eyes and fixed them upon the woman's bust. Like a key in a lock, it immediately clicked. One second her member was rising, and the next it was at full mast, stretching the fabric of her loincloth to its limits. With a grin, Jess reached down and unlatched the undercloth, letting it fly off into the trees.
Now, it was go time.
Finally, free of its confines, the loincloth's prisoner swung out from between Jess's legs, standing at attention in the warm jungle air. "Ahh... Much better..."
A cock as thick as her wrist jutted out from her groin, throbbing gently in the breeze. The jungle woman, or futa, looked down and smiled, giving it a light caress with one finger. It twitched in response, bouncing back and forth like a taut bowstring. For her, it was hard to imagine that, once upon a time, the thing had been small and cute. Now, it was like a beast in its own right, always hungry and ready for more.
Its head had pushed the foreskin back as soon as the loincloth had moved aside, eager to see what had called it to action. The brunette giggled, gently stroking the rod along its side. As she looked down at the woman again, it bobbed up.
"Mmm, Jess think rod like what it see." She said as she bit her lip and circled the crown with her thumb. "Jess definitely does."
As Jess gazed upon the outsider, her free hand drifted to her chest. She stroked along the supple flesh before finding her nipple hard as a rock. A crazed smile went over her lips as she took it between two fingers and gently tugged. A quiet moan left her lips as she leaned back, stroking her length with a little more force.
"Ughn, that's it..." she mumbled to herself, "Rod want more, huh?" It bobbed again.
Happy to oblige, the futa wrapped her fingers around it, the large member pulsing in her grip. As she gave it a light squeeze, a suppressed groan escaped her.
Jess nodded her head along with her hand, pumping the shaft back and forth in a steady rhythm. Every time her fingers brushed the base, Jess bit her lip. When they caressed the head, she sucked in a breath of air. And with every squeeze, she moaned.
Her other hand, meanwhile, had switched from tweaking her nipple to stifling her noises. There was no reason to spook the outsider. After all, if she was bad, then that'd mean chasing her down. If she were a good outsider... well, that'd just delay the fun.
Thankfully, she knew she didn't have to quiet herself for long.
While she'd gotten plenty of attention from Lia in the days prior, she hadn't had time to rub one out since leaving the island. As a result, what little attention she'd already given had situated her near the edge. Precum was beading up at the head of her cock, a small, clear pool growing larger with every stroke.
In theory, that was already enough. It'd be easy to flick the small glob onto the white-haired woman below. She could picture the little drop sliding down her skin, leaving a small trail behind. Maybe it'd even run down the woman's chest, diving between the valley of her breasts.
The more she thought of it, the brighter her loins blazed.
Just a single drop?
Her eyes locked upon the outsider taking in her soft, pale skin, and her delicate lips. The futa's heart raced as she imagined those lips around her cock, sucking on it, licking it, and the sounds of her moans as she did. Then, her gaze dropped to the choker, imagining how far she could shove her cock down the outsider's throat. The more she imagined it, the surer she was.
One drop wouldn't be enough, no matter what Leelee thought.
So Jess continued. She pumped her cock with longer strokes, her teeth digging into her knuckle. Though the jungle futa had to hold back every groan and cry of pleasure, she didn't care. She just focused on the magic of her own touch and the sight of the woman's bosom rising and falling. Her breathing was like music to Jess, a sweet aria that made her cock throb with desire. With each passing moment, the beat became faster, and the crescendo approached.
Yes... yes she could see the woman's mouth open, tongue hanging out as she struggled to worship her whole rod. The futa would bury her fingers in the woman's hair, holding her tight as she thrust her hips. Yes... yes, she'd cry out her name and... and...
Then, without warning, Jess hit a high note.
"Ah, ah, ah!" The futa's voice cracked and strained as she bit down hard on her knuckle. Her whole body shook, her loins firing like wildfire. Jess's toes curled as she arched her back, eyes rolling up into the back of her head before her orgasm crashed over her like a tidal wave.
The first burst of cum shot out of her cock like a rocket, hitting a tree in the distance. The second shot was short, splattering against a nearby branch. But the third and fourth hit the leaves just above the outsider. Bullseye.
With a relieved sigh, Jess pulled her finger from her mouth and paused for a moment to recover. The mess she'd made was all over the trees... but technically, technically it was fine. So, with a hesitant movement, she glanced over at Leelee.
The lemur wore a scowl that spoke only of disappointment, shaking her head back and forth slowly. Yet Jess simply shot her a wink before looking back at the fruit of her labor. She watched as the cum slowly trickled down the leaves, pooling at their tips.
Now, she merely had to wait and watch.
Chapter 10
The sounds of the jungle swirled around Celine like an orchestral tune as she rested her head against the tree. Wing beats served as the percussion while insect trills composed the string section. While she could've listened to their tune for hours, a collection of noises in the distance broke through the melody.
... ooh, oooooh!
Arrrgh?
Ooh, oooh!
Eeeh, eeeh, eeeeeh!
The jungle's song faded in their presence, like a grand performance being interrupted by some noisy newcomers. Celine smirked as she imagined a band of animals in suits scowling at a couple of primates that had just walked in. Either unaware of their volume, or simply apathetic to the circumstances, it was impossible to tell. Yet, whatever the topic, they certainly had feelings about it.
From what she could tell, it was just the two of them among the branches across from her. One had a much higher voice and seemed to shriek more often. The other one... well, the other one sounded larger, and spoke in more grunts than shrieks. Celine silently lamented leaving Natalya behind; she'd have been able to name them by sound alone.
Though not as soothing as the song, it served as a pleasant distraction. Maybe they were chatting about the weather, or some fruit they'd found. Or maybe they'd been fighting for years, and the smaller one finally spoke her mind.
Ah, a lovers' quarrel, then? Celine stifled a laugh at the thought. At least the apes could dish things out with words, rather than backstabbing.
Yet, the conversation didn't last long. Soon the shrieks settled down to a few rhythmic grunts, the rustling of leaves signalling one of the newcomers' departure. In their absence, a few of the birds resumed their tune, yet the insects were more reserved.
Thus, once again, Celine settled in, taking a deep breath before returning to her mind.
All right, so he hasn't come into the jungle from the sound of it, so where to first? The mountains looked promising, albeit a bit rugged. Maybe going between them was the better option? It looked like the split went down pretty far, maybe there's a pass that could-
Plop.
Celine's brain froze as something wet and warm splattered onto her shoulder.
At first, she didn't react, assuming it was just water from the tree. Then...
Plop.
Another drop in the same spot. With a confused blink, the woman sat up and glanced down. "What the...?"
Instead of water, she found something thick and white. Like someone had spilled a milkshake on her. She raised an eyebrow before reaching over and wiping it off. The droplet clung between her fingers, sticky, but not unpleasantly so. Perhaps some sort of sap?
At a loss, Celine scrunched her eyebrows together and sniffed it.
Her eyes widened as the scent ushered a wave of heat through her body. It was a musky, heady aroma with hints of sweet, fruity undertones. Like a combination of the jungle, a man, and... something else. Something spicy and exciting that sent tingles up and down her spine.
Celine's eyes drifted shut as she chanced another whiff. Her imagination went wild, picturing a man with brawny arms and a broad chest, his skin glistening in the sun. One with skin tanned from days at a dig site, his muscles flexing from exertion. One who would pull her in tight, hold her in his powerful arms, and...
She let out a gasp as she interrupted the fantasy, her eyes fluttering open and cheeks flushed. "Oh... Well... Maybe it's a... an aphrodisiac?" She said, struggling to get the words out. "That's... That's just ridiculous though. Humans don't... well, not with scent alone at least..."
Yet as her legs shifted, Celine felt a dampness between her thighs. How long had it been since she had felt like this? Had she ever? Maybe once or twice she got close, but...
As she continued to ponder it, her gloved fingers played with the hem of her skirt, half dry from the sun. Maybe... Maybe...?
Plop!
"Ah~"
Celine moaned as a drop fell onto her cleavage, sending another surge of warmth through her. It burned its way across her nerves like a wildfire, forcing her back against the rough bark of the tree.
Soon, her skin felt too sensitive, her clothes far too constricting. She needed to take them off. To feel the cool breeze against her flushed flesh. To let her body breathe.
Yet her mind fought back. What if someone saw? What if they were looking for her now? Masturbating in the jungle... what was wrong with her?
Celine shook her head, trying to focus on something else, anything else. "No, no... This is... this is just a reaction to... to what happened. I'm... I'm just stressed."
But as she shifted, the dampness between her legs only worsened. Her gaze drifted down. Below she could see a dark spot spreading over the front of her dress.
Her loins fought back against the restrains of her mind. If she were quick, no one would even know she had gotten off. She just needed to think... something to clear her head. Then she'd figure out the next step. What better way than this? She wouldn't even need to take her gloves off.
What could go wrong?
Celine's eyes glanced around, finding nothing but trees and shrubs. "Right... right, there's no around so maybe... Maybe just a little... Just to think straight..." she said, rationalizing it to herself. "I'll be quick."
With her hesitation cast asunder, Celine drew up her skirt, revealing a white garter that wrapped around her leg. After pausing to look at it for a moment, her fingers slid upward, rubbing along the smooth, pale skin before finally coming to her panties.
A chuckle of disbelief left her lips as she felt the soaked lace, her fingers tracing the outline of her lower lips through the fabric. With each movement, she could feel them pulsing against her, begging for more. Yet, she kept her touches light, teasing herself. "Fuck... How did I... when did I get this..."
As her right hand stroked along the slick fabric, her left held the mystery liquid up to her nose. With each sniff, the emptiness inside her became more and more apparent. She could feel her nethers clenching down on nothing. For something bigger and harder. Something to fill her up, to make her scream. A cock.
Celine pressed a few fingers against her veiled slit, letting out a small moan. Maybe... maybe they would be enough.
With a frustrated groan, she slid the fabric away, flashing her soft pink lips to the surrounding wilds. Small droplets of fluid formed at the entrance of her pussy, shimmering like pearls.
"Fuck... ok... ok... let's do this!" she said with a gasp.
As her fingers made their way inside, her head pressed back against the tree trunk for support, mouth open wide. While not nearly enough, it was a good start. Her walls stretched around them, slick and hot. The combination of her silk gloves and natural lubrication let them glide in and out effortlessly, Celine's legs spreading wide to accommodate.
Again, a good start, but not nearly enough. So, she began to thrust.
"Oh fuck... yes, yes!" Celine cried out, gasping as her digits delved further into her depths. Her nethers greedily welcomed them in, squelching lewdly as she assaulted her G-spot.
The bride's hips rocked back and forth in time with her fingers, matching both their rhythm and their desperation. As she thrust, her thumb found the hood of her clit and rubbed it with a manic fervor.
Once again, her mind wandered to the idea of a man finding her like this, his eyes wide, and his cock throbbing with desire. How would he react? Would he join her or just watch?
She imagined him coming up behind her, his hands roaming over her body, and his lips pressing against hers. She pictured his cock, hard and ready, the head pressing against her entrance. Her legs quaked at the thought, her pussy clenching around her fingers. "Please..." she whimpered.
More... she needed more! But how could she...? What could do it...?
Wait.
Her eyes lit up as she focused on the pressure in her butt.
With a frantic fumble, Celine sent her free hand under her snatch. There, her fingers touched the smooth, metallic surface of what was to be her gift to Charles. A plug that'd help her prepare for his cock.
Now... it would serve another purpose: her own desire.
With her fingers still attending to her pussy, Celine grabbed hold of the plug and rocked it back and forth. A spark. That might do it!
Slow, steady circles at first. Then, as the sensation of the plug swelled within her, the circles grew larger. Deeper. She could feel her body reacting to the motions, her pussy clenching and releasing around her fingers.
The pressure was growing; the fire inside her raged hotter and hotter. It was like an inferno, threatening to consume her whole.
"Yes... yes, that's it!" she cried out, her voice cracking as she arched her back. "Just a bit more... Just... just a bit more...!" Celine's eyes screwed shut, her entire body shaking as she struggled to maintain control. It felt so good, so damn good! And she was close, so damn close. She wanted to cum, needed to cum. Her body screamed for release, her mind begging for relief.
But the fire kept burning. And burning. And burning.
Something was missing, something wouldn't let her cum. It was like a wall had been posted up on the cliff of her ecstasy. Try as she might, it wouldn't relent. She needed something else... something more. But what? What!?
Her eyes landed on the mystery liquid between her breasts, her pupils widening as a spark ignited in her head. No, that'd be stupid. We shouldn't put that in our...
But the hand from her butt plug was already on the move; her head fogged with desire. Before doubt could stop her, she scooped up the glob from her cleavage. The fire in her loins roared, urging her on. She had to put it in. To feed the flames. To light the desire.
Unable to resist any further, Celine slipped her fingers into her mouth, and sucked.
The taste was beyond compare. A combination of rich, earthy flavors, honey, muskiness, spice, and a hint of saltiness. Like an exotic dish, it was a blend of flavors that were both familiar and foreign. Yet, the taste paled in comparison to the sensations it inspired.
For, upon its arrival, the flames exploded.
"OH FUCK!" Celine screamed, her body spasming wildly as the white-hot arousal flooded through her veins.
She clung to the tree behind her as liquid squirted out of her pussy, coating the ground in a powerful spray. Beneath the stream, she felt her sphincter clench down on the plug; the toy shifting under her tightening muscles. It was so tight, so full that it felt like... at any moment it would...
Pop!
With a wet squelch, the toy fired out of her ass, cratering itself in the center of the clearing. As the object vacated her rear, a renewed wave of ecstasy washed over her, ushering in another wave of tremors. Celine could feel her juices pouring down her legs, soaking the log and dripping onto the jungle floor. Yet her mind was lost, consumed by the fire of her arousal.
And then, all at once, it was over.
The raging inferno softened. In its place, a warm, pleasant glow remained. The flames in her loins died down to smoldering embers, and her body relaxed. She slumped back against the tree, her body drenched in sweat as she panted.
As her breath returned to her, Celine slipped the gloved fingers from her pussy, bringing them to her mouth with a small whimper. Soaked with her juices, the flavor of her arousal mingled with the salty, sweet taste of the mystery liquid. She licked them clean, savoring every drop.
Exhausted but satisfied.
After a brief respite, her eyes drifted to the discarded plug in the leaves. A fresh chuckle left her as she spotted it, the metallic toy glinting in the sunlight. "Well, at least the prep was good for something..."
She sat there for a few moments, her chest still heaving as reality trickled back. While her situation wasn't any better, she certainly felt better. More relaxed, for sure. And while masturbating in the jungle seemed insane, to have done it all was...
Exciting.
Still radiant in the throes of her passion, she took a deep breath, trying to steady her nerves. Her legs, still trembling, slowed with time as her shoulders relaxed. Finally, clarity. Celine opened her eyes, a new spark glimmering within.
While she didn't know what she was going to do about Charles, nor what she'd do about the wedding, she knew what she wanted to do next. Her finger once again swiped across the substance, rubbing it against her thumb.
This... whatever this was... it was big. Huge, even! Maybe it'd be a super drug, a female Viagra. Hell, maybe even a universal Viagra! The potential for profit, aid, and other noble endeavors prattled on through her frontal lobe. But in her heart, she knew the truth.
She just wanted more.
As another drop landed on her nose, she giggled and looked up, seeing the leaves covered in white. "Well, well, well, what do we have here."
Celine stepped onto the log to get a better look. While the liquid covered the leaves, it didn't look like they produced it. If anything, the liquid just seemed to have accumulated on it. While mold or fungus was possible, it didn't share attributes with any she knew. In fact, the longer she looked at it... it almost looked like...
Thump!
Celine jumped as she heard a thud behind her. With a quick spin, "Charles I swear..."
Her words faded as she looked upon the source of the noise, jaw agape and eyes wide.
A woman at least a head taller than her rose from a crouched position on the ground, spear in hand. Long, wild, dark brown hair rolled over her tanned shoulders, framing a pair of vibrant blue eyes. She wore a tattered snakeskin top that barely concealed a pair of full breasts. From her neck hung a strand of large fangs, with a blue gemstone as the centerpiece resting in her cleavage.
As her eyes traveled lower, she found the woman's toned abs glistening in the sunlight. Then, just below that... A snakeskin loincloth, matching her top. Yet behind it, something seemed to bulge out, a shape that reached almost to her knees. As her gaze dropped, the woman pressed her free hand over it, her eyes narrowing even as a blush flashed across her face.
Celine couldn't help but stare, her mind trying to process the sight before her. Tarzan... Tarzan-a?
She'd never even considered the possibility of natives being on the island. Most of her previous ventures had inhabitants who died well before the last millennium. Yet this one was very much alive. And very much... Present.
Before she could find either her wits or her words, the newcomer cleared her throat. Still pointing the spear at Celine, she uttered a short series of strange, primitive noises.
Her speech sounded like a blend of ape calls and some native languages Celine had studied in her university days, but she could only guess at what any of it meant. The brunette continued to gaze back, then glanced around before making a similar chain of noises, albeit with a wavering tone and fewer apish sounds.
Celine narrowed her eyes, then shook her head. With her hands raised, she attempted to pantomime each word, "I... I'm sorry, but I don't understand... you."
The wild woman cocked an eyebrow and pursed her lips before a loud, familiar shriek came from the canopy. The same sound Celine had heard while resting her head. As the native looked in its direction, Celine followed her gaze.
While at first she couldn't locate the source, a flash of white drew her eye. Up above, a thick trunk partially obscured a small ape. A lemur with white fur and some black markings. As she squinted, however, she blinked in recognition.
Wait, wasn't that the lemur from the beach?

***Prologue***
According to the woman's driver's license, her first name was Likesha. I smiled, thinking it was a pretty name for such a lovely woman--and, for future reference, took a moment to add her name and address to the contacts list of my phone.
Again, according to the driver's license, she ...
