We were married about a week later. We got married at the court house in of a nearby town. We went to lunch afterwards and then went home and made love for the rest of the day. One evening Linda and I were watching a PBS TV station fund drive auction. There was a professional portrait package for sale. Linda bought it and arranged for us to have our portraits taken. This is something that I had never done before, but I was more that happy to have my picture taken with Linda. We went to our appointment and had a blast getting our pictures taken in several different poses. We started the show season with a different horse club this year. We wanted a fresh new start. We met new people and made new friends. One of the shows was at the show grounds where Linda and I had had our first meaningful talks a year earlier. I will never forget that one for sure. It was lunch time so I told Linda I would fire up the grill and cook some steaks. She said that sounded like a good idea.
